Fixed all overlay URLs to overlay/index.html, preserving query parameters. Updated OBS instructions/docs and rebuilt dist/. Design, data, animations, and game code remain unchanged.

Build, typecheck, 19 unit tests, 18 Chromium check groups, and gateway/clipboard checks passed. Design probe: 15/16; existing duplicate-label flag retained.

Validation records results and limitations: Chrome launcher/WebKit unavailable; direct API browser transport failed, while the real-response bridge passed.

I found no defects: the overlay URL fix is complete in the source, the README and the built dist. .imd-findings.json holds {"findings":[]}. Two limits on what I could check: the shell sandbox failed to start on every command, so I could not run taste@1 or git, and I could not open the site in a browser.

Requirements

• "change it to new URL("overlay/index.html", base)": met. It is at src/options.ts:45 (const url = new URL("overlay/index.html", base);). The brief says src/main.ts, but that file only calls overlayURL() (src/main.ts:261).
• "keep all query parameters exactly": met. src/options.ts:46-53 still writes pos, scale, hud, sound, theme, name, and tests/game.test.ts:104-111 checks the path and the encoded name.
• "Copy OBS URL" field and button: met. src/main.ts:262 fills #obs-url with the generated URL, and src/main.ts:289 copies that same value.
• "Open overlay" link: met. Its default href="./overlay/index.html" is at src/main.ts:30, and src/main.ts:263 keeps it the same as the field.
• "the OBS setup steps text": met. Step 3 reads "Paste your overlay/index.html URL" (src/main.ts:30).
• "the README": met. README.md:27, :44 and :46 name /overlay/index.html. The other mention on line 27 ("Preserve the assets/ and overlay/ directories") is about the folder, not a link, so it is correct.
• "any other link to /overlay/": met. No other link to /overlay/ remains in src/, index.html, scripts/, README.md, DESIGN.md or dist/.
• "the page router already accepts /overlay/index.html": met. The route check is at src/main.ts:9.
• "Rebuild dist from source": met. The built bundle dist/assets/index-SSKwZSkL.js contains new URL("overlay/index.html",s), the new link and the new step text. dist/overlay/index.html loads the same bundle through ../assets/. I could not rebuild it myself to compare byte for byte.
• "Keep the design, data, animations, mini-game and everything else exactly as they are": met as far as I could see. The builder, game, poller and markup in src/main.ts are intact. I could not diff against the delivered commit 43f8546: git needs the shell, and GitHub's compare page returned 404.
• The fixed overlay working on the live IPFS gateway: after review. It depends on the next publish, and the gateways I tried (Pinata and ipfs.io) returned 403 to my fetch.

What I checked and ruled out: a landing URL with no trailing slash (/ipfs/<cid>) would make new URL("./", location.href) drop the CID. Path gateways redirect that address to /ipfs/<cid>/, and the unit test covers the /index.html entry. I could not observe this live, so it is not a finding.

The idea: a free OBS overlay where a little samurai's moves follow a real hamster's wheel on Squeekchain. Its one visual idea is the inline SVG of Rels on the wheel. This round only fixed a URL, and the brief froze the design, so taste and copy changes are out of scope.

Not done:

• The taste@1 probe and my own screenshots at 320, 390 and 1440.
• WebKit (the builder also reports no WebKit pass) and a live gateway check.
