FIRST: port the sticky farmDaily basis fix from identity-md-launches/launch-1593-blackout-v3-16-l1-robinhood commit 1e4490923f20a389ecb6be136121f4eea65db3b1 exactly (src/FarmRewards.sol: a higher settled yield becomes the basis at once, a lower one decays the previous basis by 1/96 per settled epoch, pro-rata entry epochs scaled to full-epoch equivalent; plus test/FarmDailyBasisV317.t.sol). Then fix pre-token audit 339b6b19 (1 medium, 3 low) before L2. L1 will be redeployed, so pins may change; regenerate all pins with the repo tools and report exactly which of the 19 creation hashes changed. Keep everything else from v3.16 (binder-only bind, LaunchFactory record proof). Do not touch foundry.toml or src/lib/Robinhood.sol.

1. Medium, Enhancement re-roll (src/Enhancement.sol:98). When the 256-block window has expired, capture() re-arms, so a player reads the outcome off-chain, resolves only successes and lets failures and burns lapse. Fix: an expired attempt must never be better for the player than resolving it. Resolve it as a failure with the worst outcome its level allows (no success; levels 1-3 keep their level; 4+ lose one level; if the level has any burn chance, the item burns). No re-arm. Add the audit's testEnhancementRearmGrind as a permanent test that now shows lapsing is never better than resolving.

2. Low, GridOperator fallback (src/GridOperator.sol:200). If resolve(e) misses the window, the submitted plan is dropped and the seed is known in advance. Fix: while a plan is submitted and unresolved, re-arm the target to a new future block as PackSale and StarterClaim do, so the attested plan is still applied with a fresh blockhash; never use a seed computable before the epoch. Permanent test from testSubmittedPlanDiscardedAfterHashWindow.

3. Low, Economy.unlock blocked while stale (src/Economy.sol:156). Fix: unlock never reverts because of liveness; skip the weight resync when !live() or the account is behind, and return the principal. Permanent test from testUnlockBlockedWhileEpochStale.

4. Low, destroyed item keeps weight (src/FarmCore.sol:547, FarmRewards.claim:538). Fix: when process removes a destroyed item, the committed weight must drop at the next epoch (recompute from the loadout or force a resync on the next claim/action), so the global and district hash no longer count it. Permanent test from testDestroyedItemWeightStale.

Info 5-8 from audit 339b6b19 (Civic.claimWar rounding dust, no max-cost bound on openPack/buyTokenPack, unused minter/caller permissions, dead fields) are accepted; add them to docs/accepted-v317.md with every v3.16 accepted item, plus the accepted L1 judge items: PackSale.buyPacksFor gifting, one-shot escrow, Festival band, Economy._insert 33-tie lock griefing, stream-0 answers before role 1.

Checks:

• All tests pass.
• Fork rehearsal L1 to L4 passes 5/5 with the binder signing bind.
• tools/check_deploy_gate.mjs passes.
• Update launch-v39.md and docs/launch-v314-plan.json with the new hashes.
• The L1 objective must keep the eight Desk words, binder 0x6d51cBE774aeAe4dd40bCA2560E9bc2695A0d007, and no x.com links.
