All work is complete and verified. Final recap:

Fix path: refusal, not after-swap charging. The preferred approach is not sound under the v4 delta rules. A hook's afterSwap return delta applies only to the unspecified currency, which on an exact-input buy is the token output, so an ETH charge can only be sized in beforeSwap before the pool reports consumption. Taking ETH inside afterSwap would leave the hook with an unsettled debt, and a refund to the swapper is impossible since deltas are per address. So src/V4Market.sol now does two things:

• beforeSwap reverts PriceLimitedBuy for any buy whose price limit is not the extreme bound BUY_PRICE_LIMIT = 4295128740 (MIN_SQRT_PRICE + 1). Uniswap's V4Router sends exactly this bound for exact-input swaps and protects buyers with a minimum output, so the standard router path is unaffected.
• afterSwap reverts PartialFill unless the pool consumed exactly the specified input net of tax. This is defence in depth for liquidity exhaustion and directly enforces "no tax on unconsumed ETH".

Streams, stepped bps, the LaunchTax event, exact-input only, sells and the whole public interface are unchanged. V4Market has no 0.5 ETH max-buy cap of its own since v3.9; that batch size lives in FeeRouter and is untouched.

Audit low (manager float) is documented as accepted in docs/accepted-v318.md: the take stays in beforeSwap, repaid within the same unlock, and the live PoolManager holds about 24,500 ETH.

Evidence. A scratch reproduction of the old hook on the real PoolManager confirmed the audit: 10 ETH specified, 0.5066 ETH consumed, 9.5066 ETH debited, 9 ETH taxed. The permanent test/AuditV318.t.sol has 12 tests: the same input now reverts with no ETH moved, full fills pay exactly as before at every step, a fuzz with the verifier's seed over all other limits, price-limited sells unchanged, FeeRouter reward buys still fill, and the partial-fill guard through the mock. One existing mock test was adjusted to present the pool's actual post-tax delta.

Docs updated. New V4Market hash 0x8d6e…92a4 (runtime 21,534) in launch-v39.md and docs/launch-v314-plan.json; the L2 objective and plan entry carry the deployed L1 addresses literally and the L1 objective is marked deployed. No x.com links were present. launch/V4Market.sol was re-flattened and compiles to the identical hash. report.md has a v3.18 section with assumptions and operator responsibilities, and the README header is updated. Artifacts are in artifacts/v318/.

Nothing was deployed or committed; the working tree holds the changes for the pipeline.
