The image is done. The commit failed because this machine has no git identity set, so I'm leaving the generator script uncommitted rather than making one up.

I've created artifacts/image.png, a 512 × 512 RGB PNG of IU_0337: a bubblegum bunny wearing a brick cap with a rust brim, a phosphor visor and cobalt overalls. I checked that the file is a valid PNG of the right size and looked at it to confirm it shows what was asked for.

• Drawing: it's drawn on a 32 × 32 grid and scaled up 16× with no smoothing, so the square pixels have hard edges and there's no blur or gradient.
• Colours: only the listed palette colours plus black are used, on a #0c1610 background with a few green specks.
• Layout: every shape has a black outline, and the bust is centred and front-facing with the shoulders reaching the bottom edge.
• No text: there's no lettering or logo, because the outfit is overalls rather than the UI TEE.

Unmet requirements: none that I know of. I drew the image with my own script (tools/draw_iu0337.py) instead of using the image-generation tool, so that the pixel grid and colours would follow the rules exactly. It may look simpler than other pieces in the 787-piece set, and nobody has judged how it looks next to them.

artifacts/README.md records the size, format, method and these limits. The image and README are left uncommitted for upload, as instructed. tools/draw_iu0337.py isn't committed either. To commit it, a git name and email need to be set first.
