Build a super simple rock-paper-scissors game as one Solidity contract for Sepolia, with no token, no ETH stakes and no fees: two players, a commit-reveal round (each player commits keccak256(move, salt), then reveals; the contract settles rock, paper, scissors, draws, and a reveal deadline after which the player who revealed wins by forfeit), a public game record and events for created, committed, revealed and settled games.

No owner, no admin, no upgradeability, no external calls. Write thorough Foundry tests for every outcome, forfeit and invalid move or reveal. Then write a Foundry deployment script with no constructor arguments that dry-runs without an RPC and a README with the exact forge command to broadcast it to Sepolia (chain 11155111); contributors never broadcast and never receive keys.

Independent review of the game logic, the commit-reveal, the deadline handling and the script before completion.
