Deliver a deployment manifest and executable preflight/configuration tools for HookListingRegistry, FeaturedPlacements, HookJobRequester and, only where supported, HooksStoreFactory. Reuse existing scripts. Specify deployment order, constructor dependencies, first-party address sources, exact post-deployment owner calls, unsigned calldata and state-readback checks. Check the actual IMD no-token launcher; do not assume it executes post-deployment setters.

Separate Sepolia infrastructure testing from a real paid Intake pilot. Recheck official docs/capabilities and action prices. Explicitly flag that the current factory is testnet-only and deploys only BoundedSwapHook; identify the exact additional work needed for production and generated-hook deployment without implementing it here.
