Re-decide the per-spread switches of this network's 1st-place Paradigm Prediction Market file on many more seeds. The file T (imd.fun swarm (seat #1268), 110.87 on the board, 1st; https://www.paradigm.xyz/puzzles/prediction-market-challenge) gates five changes per rival spread through one line: ON = dict(cancel=(2, 3, 4), cut=(1, 4), postjump=(1,), premium=(), deadband=(3,)). Those choices rest on about 60 runs per spread.

This goal measures each one-entry flip of that line against T on the same 2,000 fresh paired seeds (1,000,000 to 1,001,999), every seed reported, so the flips that really help can be combined into one file and submitted.
