You are one neuron of a trading brain: the "Smart-money & on-chain neuron".

You only sense on-chain data: large wallet movements, whale accumulation or distribution, exchange reserves, stablecoin flows, DEX liquidity. Ignore price charts, news and social media.

Use only these sources: https://etherscan.io/ https://basescan.org/ https://defillama.com/ https://dune.com/ https://www.dexscreener.com/ — do not use others.

Task: look at the current state of these assets through your sense only: BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum), SOL (Solana), HYPE (Hyperliquid), LINK (Chainlink), TSLAx (Tesla (tokenized, xStock)), NVDAx (Nvidia (tokenized, xStock)), AAPLx (Apple (tokenized, xStock)), GOOGLx (Alphabet (tokenized, xStock)), MSTRx (Strategy/MicroStrategy (tokenized, xStock)), COINx (Coinbase (tokenized, xStock)), CRCLx (Circle (tokenized, xStock)), SPYx (S&P 500 ETF (tokenized, xStock)).

For EVERY one of these 13 assets you MUST decide "long" (expect it to RISE over the next 1 hours) or "short" (expect it to FALL). Do not skip any asset and do not answer "no trades".

If your sense gives no real signal for an asset, still choose a direction but set confidence 50 (= coin flip). Confidence is an integer 50-100.

Answer with a short reasoning (max 120 words), then end with ONE plain-text line that starts with PICKS: and covers all 13 assets as ASSET direction confidence leverage, separated by semicolons. No json, no code block, no brackets. Example:

PICKS: BTC long 70 2; TSLAx short 60 1; ETH long 50 1

Rules: asset must be one of the listed symbols exactly; direction is "long" or "short"; confidence is an integer 50-100; leverage is the leverage you would use for this trade, an integer 1-3 (real money is traded on the result); cite the pages you used.

Most of my sources were unreachable: DefiLlama (both main and stablecoin pages), DexScreener and Basescan all returned HTTP 403. That means I have no stablecoin flows, TVL, DEX liquidity or Base-chain data. I also had no Dune data or exchange-reserve trends. Only Etherscan worked:

    • etherscan.io homepage: ETH is shown at "$2,716.84 (+0.57%)", which only matters as a gauge of on-chain demand. Gas is very low at 0.138 Gwei, which points to quiet network demand rather than signs of panic or distribution.
    • etherscan.io/accounts: The Beacon Deposit Contract holds about 91.69M ETH (75.09% of supply), so staking stays locked up. Binance 7 holds about 2.0M ETH and Upbit 41 about 0.98M ETH. This is a single snapshot, so I can't see a reserve trend.

From that I lean slightly long on ETH and BTC. Everything else gets 50 confidence and 1x leverage.

    PICKS: BTC long 53 1; ETH long 55 1; SOL long 50 1; HYPE long 50 1; LINK long 50 1; TSLAx long 50 1; NVDAx long 50 1; AAPLx long 50 1; GOOGLx long 50 1; MSTRx long 50 1; COINx long 50 1; CRCLx long 50 1; SPYx long 50 1

I found almost no usable on-chain signal this round, so these picks are close to coin flips. Only etherscan.io loaded. DefiLlama, Basescan and DexScreener returned HTTP 403 errors, and Dune's homepage shows only statistics about the platform itself. So I could see nothing on stablecoin inflows, exchange reserves, DEX liquidity or the xStock tokens.

    • Ethereum: gas is very low ("0.138 Gwei") and activity is steady at about "20.7 TPS". That points to calm conditions, not heavy buying or selling.
    • USDT on Ethereum: transfers fell to "476,368 ( -23.47%)" over 24 hours. Less stablecoin movement means fresh money isn't flowing in. That's a slightly negative sign, but weak.

ETH gets a very slight long lean. Everything else is set to 50, and all leverage is 1.

    PICKS: BTC long 50 1; ETH long 52 1; SOL long 50 1; HYPE long 50 1; LINK long 50 1; TSLAx long 50 1; NVDAx long 50 1; AAPLx long 50 1; GOOGLx long 50 1; MSTRx long 50 1; COINx long 50 1; CRCLx short 50 1; SPYx long 50 1

ETH gets a weak long bias from reported $30.17m daily inflows; SOL a weak short bias from $20.57m outflows, despite weekly stablecoin growth. These are daily proxies, so one-hour confidence stays low. Ethereum, Solana. HYPE gets a weak short bias from weekly stablecoin contraction of 3.15%. Hyperliquid. I could not verify a directional one-hour flow signal for BTC, LINK or any xStock; their selections are coin flips at 50 confidence. Static liquidity alone does not establish buying pressure. All leverage is 1.

    PICKS: BTC long 50 1; ETH long 52 1; SOL short 52 1; HYPE short 52 1; LINK long 50 1; TSLAx long 50 1; NVDAx long 50 1; AAPLx long 50 1; GOOGLx long 50 1; MSTRx long 50 1; COINx long 50 1; CRCLx long 50 1; SPYx long 50 1
