Build and deliver "Squeek Arena", an original 2D side-scrolling hamster action-adventure game for the Squeekchain testnet. A real playable game, not a landing page, dashboard, mockup, NFT gallery, or API wrapper. A player controls an animated hamster, explores levels, fights enemies, avoids hazards, collects items, defeats a boss, and reaches a victory screen. Fully playable with NO wallet required; wallet/NFT only enhance identity.

GAMEPLAY: responsive hamster with smooth movement, jump/fall/land, attack, dodge/dash, damage reactions; forgiving controls (acceleration, gravity, collision, coyote-time). Animations: idle, run, jump, fall, attack, dodge, hurt, defeat, victory — visibly communicating actions, never a static sliding image. Health/lives, damage feedback, i-frames, fair checkpoints. Collectibles. Enemy AI with distinct behaviors and readable tells. Environmental hazards and platforming. Clear HUD objectives. Pause, restart, settings, game-over, victory flows. A final boss with readable attack patterns, vulnerable windows, health feedback, satisfying defeat sequence. Save local progress.

CONTENT: three substantial distinct levels plus a boss. Level 1 Burrow Entrance (teach movement/jump/combat/collect); Level 2 Crystal Caverns (harder enemy combos, hazards, platforming); Level 3 Forgotten Factory (strongest, leads to boss). Each level: distinct layout, visual identity, objectives, enemies, hazards, collectibles, checkpoints, clear completion. A designed boss arena, not a high-HP enemy. Tuned so a new player can finish.

ART/AUDIO: cohesive original pixel-art (consistent scale, palette, outlines, lighting, animation). Original hamster/enemies/boss/scenery/UI; no emoji or stock art; no copied characters. SFX (move/jump/attack/hit/pickup/UI/boss/victory/defeat) and music with volume + mute; audio failure must not break gameplay.

UI: a TOP navigation bar with Play, character, leaderboard, settings (menu always at the top, never a bottom-scrolled dump); HUD (health, items, objective); pause/settings; level transition + completion; boss health; game-over/retry; victory + run summary; profile (XP, Arena Points, level, achievements, cosmetics); leaderboard (loading/empty/error/populated); wallet status (never forced); responsive mobile + desktop. DESIGN QUALITY: polished, hand-designed indie look, no AI-slop — no gradient text, glows, emoji-as-icons, uppercase tracking, or default fonts; clear type hierarchy, sentence case, one accent color used sparingly.

CONTROLS: desktop — A/D or arrows move, Space/W jump, an assigned attack key, an assigned dodge/dash key, Esc pause. Mobile — on-screen directional + jump/attack/dodge buttons, sized for touch, no page scroll.

ACCESS & NFT: open to everyone; default hamster without NFT, full access. Squeek NFT collection: 0xC4C7982657f00509548F3a3a41db7FA439a6856B on Sepolia (11155111); read ownership + metadata from it (verified via official economy/state API). NFT holders may use a held NFT as character identity/portrait; if not an animated sprite, use as portrait only, keep the animated in-game hamster. Never lock gameplay behind NFT ownership. Never invent NFT data. Also verified Sepolia: SQK 0xd78a3956cf63164d1fa1c622ad3c66623162fa1e, SqueekCore 0xfd6c166d4b8e2962e65746a13e5a0797cd4de0c4, API api.squeekchain.com/v1/status.

WALLET/WEB3: wallet ONLY for identity, profile, NFT ownership, daily check-in. No payments, bets, wagering, paid entry, gambling, token economy, sale, staking, swaps, marketplace, or purchase flow. No wallet tx for ordinary gameplay. Never ask for seed phrases/private keys; official connect/sign flow only. Show address + network, disconnect + wrong-network handling. Verify chain ID/RPC/explorer from official sources, never guess. Handle rejection, wrong network, pending/failed tx, RPC outage gracefully. If an integration is unavailable, keep the game playable and show an honest unavailable state (never simulate a real wallet or tx).

DAILY ON-CHAIN CHECK-IN: one check-in per wallet per calendar day. Explain the action/fee before signing. Explicit user action + wallet confirmation only (never auto). Show pending/confirmed/rejected/failed. Award internal points only after confirmed success. Prevent duplicate same-day rewards via on-chain or trusted-backend verification. Show tx hash + verified explorer link; streak only from verifiable records. If the official check-in contract/API/deployment isn't available, do NOT fake it — provide a labeled unavailable state + integration notes. Never deploy a contract without authorization.

PROGRESSION: internal game-only Arena Points + XP. No monetary value; not tokens; not transferable/withdrawable/sellable/purchasable. Earn from levels, enemies, boss, collectibles, verified check-in. Player level, achievements, earnable cosmetic unlocks. No giveaways. Never imply points convert to money.

LEADERBOARD: usable leaderboard (identity, score, rank). Prefer a real backend if available; validate scores server-side. Loading/empty/offline/error states. If no backend, a clearly labeled local fallback (never fabricate rankings or fake players).

HAMSTER DATA / LIVE EVENTS: investigate official Squeekchain sources for hamster API/live activity/rounds/events. Use only verified endpoints. If available, integrate real data into optional challenges/event modifiers/community displays; handle stale/rate-limited/unavailable. Never invent activity/rounds/distances. API outage must not stop the game. If no usable source, create self-contained in-game events labeled as in-game.

GENESIS COMPLIANCE: inspect https://squeekchain.com/genesis/code and its docs/repos/SDK/API/network/submission info. Determine mandatory vs optional; implement applicable mandatory requirements; record sources + date. Never claim registration/deployment/submission unless completed. If an official requirement conflicts with the no-payment/no-bet/no-token rules, document and preserve these rules.

TECHNICAL: clean maintainable project on the environment's stack; deterministic responsive gameplay; separate game/rendering/input/UI/audio/persistence/wallet/external-data adapters; loading/error handling + graceful degradation; no secrets in client code; validate/abuse-protect score/profile endpoints; survive refresh/resize/tab-visibility/orientation; optimize mobile + desktop; no VPS/external service unless provided; no payment system.

QA (run each before handoff): game loads; menu navigation; start without wallet; desktop move/jump/attack/dodge/collision/damage/pause; mobile touch; enemies defeated; collectibles + hazards; all three levels completable; checkpoints/retry; boss leads to victory; progression/XP/achievements/persistence; audio controls + audio failure harmless; wallet connected/rejected/wrong-network/unavailable honest; check-in reflects real tx status; leaderboard states; mobile + desktop layout; no dead buttons/TODO/placeholder. Fix any failure in this job.

DELIVERABLE: complete runnable project + source/assets/config, plus a README (run/build, controls, features, integrations actually connected, any integration not completed with exact missing dependency + honest fallback, Genesis sources, tests run + results, limitations).

ACCEPTANCE: complete only when the game plays main-menu → three designed levels → final boss victory, with animated movement, combat, enemies, hazards, collectibles, responsive desktop/mobile controls, progression, finished UI/audio. Build the complete project in this single job, not a plan/prototype. Use honest fallbacks; never fake on-chain/API results.

    • highfidelity: the promised Genesis and integration evidence is missingREADME.md:70

Now: README links the required dated Genesis, network verification, integration and QA records to artifacts/INTEGRATIONS.md, artifacts/VALIDATION.md and artifacts/ATTRIBUTION.md, but none of these files is included. The source comments name a date without recording the mandatory versus optional Genesis requirements or supporting sources.

Change to: include the referenced documents, recording the inspected official source URLs and date, the applicable Genesis requirements, the exact missing check-in dependency and actual validation outcomes; make every README documentation link resolve.

Why: the brief explicitly requires Genesis sources plus date and a README identifying unfinished integrations, exact missing dependencies, tests and limitations.

Width: 1440px (also independent of viewport).

      Open README.md and follow artifacts/INTEGRATIONS.md, artifacts/VALIDATION.md and artifacts/ATTRIBUTION.md.

Expected: the documented evidence files exist and can be reviewed.

Actual: file-existence checks return false for all three; rg --files --hidden shows no artifacts/ directory.

README line 70 sends the reader to the absent file for the required Genesis/network records.

    • mediumbug: holding Escape repeatedly resumes the paused adventuresrc/game/input.ts:41

Now: every Escape keydown toggles pause, including browser-generated key-repeat events. The active callback includes both playing and paused modes, so holding Escape resumes gameplay under the player.

Change to: ignore repeated Escape keydown events (e.repeat) before toggling pause; keep one pause/resume change per physical key press.

Why: the required pause control must reliably stop the adventure while the player takes a break.

Width: 1440px (input handler is viewport independent).

Start an adventure, hold Escape beyond the keyboard repeat delay (typically 500ms).

Expected: it remains paused until Escape is released and pressed again or Resume is selected.

Actual: repeated keydowns alternate paused/playing and advance gameplay between repeats.

Reproduced against the real bundled engine/input code with one cancelable keydown having code=Escape (mode becomes paused), then a second with code=Escape and repeat=true (mode becomes playing).

    • mediumbug: wheel retry stays disabled after its cooldown expiressrc/ui/Wheel.tsx:67

Now: Retry activity renders its disabled state from Date.now(), but nothing schedules a render when retryAt expires. The only clock update happens every 60 seconds, when another automatic request also starts. A 10-second cooldown therefore leaves the visitor unable to retry for the rest of the minute.

Change to: schedule a state update at retryAt (or reuse the NFT panel's one-second cooldown countdown), then enable Retry activity when the advertised wait has elapsed.

Why: the brief requires graceful rate-limit recovery and working retry/error states for optional real activity.

      Width: 1440px, Play sidebar.

      Return HTTP 429 with Retry-After: 10 for https://api.squeekchain.com/v1/status.

      Wait 11 seconds without navigating.

Expected: Retry activity is enabled and can issue the second read.

Actual: it remains disabled until the 60-second interval triggers an automatic request.

      Verified by rendering the actual Wheel component with fake timers: at t=0 requests=1, disabled=true; t=11000ms requests=1, disabled=true; t=60000ms requests=2.

No browser layout assertion is needed for this component-state defect.

    • mediumbug: the charge prompt recommends a jump that cannot clear the bosssrc/game/engine.ts:523

Now: the charge tell says “Jump or dash through!”, but the boss collider starts at y=304 and a full-height jump from the arena floor only raises the player's feet to y=307.625. A ground jump therefore cannot clear that collider even at its apex.

Change to: replace this tell with “Charge incoming. Dash through!” so the existing dodge mechanic is taught accurately; retain the separate instruction to jump the slam shockwaves.

Why: the brief requires readable boss patterns, fair damage and tuning that lets a new player finish. The displayed defensive instruction must match the collision geometry.

Width: 1440px (same fixed-step physics on mobile).

Reach the Iron Gnaw, stand on the flat arena floor away from the raised ledges, and follow “Jump or dash through!” by holding Space through the approaching charge without dashing.

Expected: a correctly timed jump can clear the charge as promised.

Actual: the colliders necessarily intersect whenever the boss passes beneath the player.

A normal full-height jump in the real engine, sampled at 120Hz, has minimum player bottom y=307.625; the charge boss spans y=304..408, leaving at least 3.625 world units of vertical overlap even at the best possible timing.

This is a misleading prompt, not a completion blocker: dash remains available.

Three fixes confirmed; the documentation finding remains open. Results are written to .imd-findings.json.

    Previous findingResolution and evidence
Missing Genesis/integration evidenceStill open, high. [README.md:70][readme70] references artifacts/INTEGRATIONS.md; it and VALIDATION.md and ATTRIBUTION.md remain absent. The author’s documentation regression fails with three missing files. Include the promised dated sources, compliance assessment, integration dependencies, validation and attribution records.
Escape repeats resume gameplayFixed. Twelve repeat events preserve pause and freeze the run clock; a new physical press resumes.
Wheel retry remains disabledFixed. At 1440px, a 10-second rate limit disables retry at nine seconds and enables it at eleven. No automatic request occurs; clicking retry makes the second request.
Impossible boss-jump adviceFixed. The prompt now says “Charge incoming. Dash through!” Slam instructions still recommend jumping.

Validation passed: 16 engine checks, 19 production-browser checks, ten desktop/mobile adventure checks, three gameplay regressions, WebKit’s main interaction, and taste@1’s 16 checks. Both adventure checks reached boss victory and persisted rewards. Live integration success checks were blocked by HTTP 403 from the official API; real wallet signing was not exercised.

The visual idea holds together: a small hamster’s oversized pixel-art adventure, framed by quiet charcoal panels and restrained amber controls.

“Met” identifies implementation evidence or passing local checks. The five requester-dependent entries concern optional services; their disclosed fallbacks are present. Both missing evidence requirements belong to the single retained finding.

    • highfidelity: the promised Genesis and integration evidence is still missingREADME.md:70

Now: README still directs readers to artifacts/INTEGRATIONS.md, artifacts/VALIDATION.md and artifacts/ATTRIBUTION.md, but all three files are absent from the revised tree. The added README validation summary does not supply the promised dated official source URLs, mandatory versus optional Genesis assessment, detailed integration dependencies or license notices.

Change to: include the three referenced documents in the delivered project, with inspected official source URLs and dates, the applicable Genesis requirements, exact missing check-in dependencies, actual validation outcomes and attribution; ensure every README documentation link resolves.

Why: the brief explicitly requires Genesis sources and date, integration limitations with exact missing dependencies, and recorded tests and results. This is the same previously reported omission; the author’s claimed documentation fix is not present.

Width: 1440px; file checks are viewport independent.

Follow the README documentation links at lines 70, 103 and 109.

Run the author’s link regression logic from scripts/revision-check.mjs lines 86–104: extract Markdown .md targets and call fs.access on each.

Expected: all four linked documents exist.

Actual: DESIGN.md exists; artifacts/INTEGRATIONS.md, artifacts/VALIDATION.md and artifacts/ATTRIBUTION.md all fail access. rg --files --hidden --no-ignore likewise shows no artifacts directory.

The author’s documented-link regression therefore fails with three missing files.

Confirmed by running the author’s complete scripts/revision-check.mjs: the documentation regression fails with “Missing documentation: artifacts/INTEGRATIONS.md, artifacts/VALIDATION.md, artifacts/ATTRIBUTION.md” and 3 !== 0, while the Escape, boss-prompt and wheel-cooldown regressions pass.

  6. Build websiteAgent #172324 files changed

Restored all three documents with dated Genesis sources, integration dependencies, validation evidence, and license notices. Fixed Git exclusions that hid them and recorded the finding as fixed in .imd-responses.json.

Build, typecheck, 56 checks, 32 documentation links, and 16/16 design checks pass. Game source and dist/ remain unchanged. WebKit and real-wallet confirmations remain untested.

The previous high finding is fixed. All four README documentation links resolve, and the three previously missing documents are tracked and contain the requested evidence:

    • INTEGRATIONS.md: dated sources, mandatory versus optional Genesis assessment, actual integrations and exact check-in dependencies. Deployment details agree with the official deployment record.
    • VALIDATION.md: recorded results and explicit testing limitations.
    • ATTRIBUTION.md: asset, font and dependency notices.

Fresh checks passed: 4/4 revision regressions, 16/16 engine checks, 19/19 Chromium checks and 16/16 taste@1 checks. At 390×844, Start adventure begins at y=561 and fits entirely onscreen. WebKit and real wallet confirmations remain unperformed.

The visual idea is a hamster adventure carried by warm outlined pixel art within a quiet charcoal and sage frame.

The ledger groups related explicit requirements. “Met” reflects this review’s checks, inspected source and retained validation of the unchanged implementation.
