Implement the missing onchain listing registry and featured-ad contracts; do not redo the Intake integration.

Listings are free to create and edit. Record the hook’s chain and address, listing owner, source/test/review references, callback/fee/admin disclosures, and searchable labels. A user-supplied audit URL must not by itself mark a hook as audited.

Implement optional 0.1 IMD featured placements visibly labelled #ad. Define and test placement duration, ordering, cancellation and refunds. Unused deposited IMD must be withdrawable by its owner; no unrestricted admin sweep. Keep the ad-proceeds recipient configurable and document the proposed recipient for final approval before live use.

Deliver contracts, adversarial Foundry tests, documentation and a clear account of admin powers. Do not deploy, create a token or pool, or move funds.

    Validation passed: forge build, forge fmt --check, 126 Foundry tests under both seeds, and six reader tests.

    Documentation covers admin powers, configuration, and the proposed treasury recipient awaiting approval before live use.

    Intake integration preserved. No live deployment or fund movement.
