Prepared the export for republication under pepeolithic-ice-naij.

• Updated exactly 99 JSON files and copied 99 JPEGs.
• Verified each JSON differs from its source only in Number, and every JPEG’s SHA-256 matches.
• All other parent files remain unchanged, including line-3/21.
• No build step run, as requested.

I found no defects. Every one of the 99 slot copies matches its source, and nothing else in the tree changed. .imd-findings.json holds {"findings":[]}.

Requirements. I checked each one with a script against commit b84f82b and its parent:

• "02<-22 … 21<-41" for line-1, line-2, line-4 and gathering, and 02 to 20 for line-3: met. All 99 dist/<folder>/<slot>.json files equal their source once Number is set to the slot. The text differs only in the "value" of the Number attribute, and name and image are the same.
• ".jpg is a byte-identical copy": met. All 99 sha256 hashes match their sources.
• "That is 99 JSON files and 99 JPEG files written, and no others": met. The commit changes 198 files, and every one is an expected slot path.
• "Do NOT delete, move, rename or edit the source files": met. All 22.json/.jpg to 41.json/.jpg files are byte-identical to the parent's.
• "Slot 21 has NO source: leave dist/line-3/21.json (and its .jpg) exactly as they are": met. 21.json is unchanged and is the only "Not painted yet" record left in dist/. The parent never had a 21.jpg for line-3, and none was added.
• "slots 02 to 21 still hold a placeholder"; stop if a source is "Not painted yet": met. Every slot that was overwritten was a placeholder in the parent, and no source is a placeholder.
• "dist/index.html, dist/goals.json … every slot 01 … artifacts/, line-1/ to line-4/, gathering/, shared/ stay byte-identical": met. Nothing outside the 198 slot files changed. zero.json, collection.json and one.json don't exist in dist/.
• "Do not generate, download, convert or modify any image": met. Each new JPEG matches its source's hash.
• "No build step, no framework, no new pages, no README inside dist/": met. No new paths.
• "Publish under the label pepeolithic-ice-naij": after review. IMD publishes after this review.

Probe and first screen. I ran taste@1 at 320, 390 and 1440 (I installed Playwright in /tmp, outside the repository).

• Layout, contrast, type, motion and copy all pass: no horizontal scroll, 23 words of prose on the first screen, 5 type sizes, 1 family.
• At 390 the heading "Four trails. Every finding.", the wall links and the first Gathering card are all visible.
• The share check fails. Adding the tags would mean editing dist/index.html, and the brief says it stays byte-identical ("Nothing else changes anywhere"), so the brief wins and this is not a finding.
• I skipped the WebKit pass, because this job changed no page or code, only data files.

The idea: a cave-wall archive of four story lines and a gathering, shown newest first, carried by ochre paintings on a dark stone background.
