OGClubHook: Uniswap v4 hook for a new OG/ETH pool: 1% LP fee + immutable 1% ETH club fee that auto-buys OG for the live OG Club farm vault. Build, test, rehearse on Sepolia, then DEPLOY THE HOOK ON ETHEREUM MAINNET. Do not open the pool or add liquidity (the owner does, with the delivered script). NOT a token launch: no new token, no bonding curve; OG exists.

MAINNET (use as is): OG 0xce7eb1ad9e2e1c784ea05f7ea4a0fe625923d10a (18 dec); vault 0x60401e748d6c3a1f2775be9e6a41bda20eda0b80 (source identity-md-launches/launch-2398-continue-delivered-og-club @c77c192, funded by plain transfer; vendor in test/ only); PoolManager 0x000000000004444c5dc75cB358380D2e3dE08A90; StateView 0x7fFE42C4a5DEeA5b0feC41C94C136Cf115597227; Universal Router 0x66a9893cc07d91d95644aedd05d03f95e1dba8af.

POOL: ETH (0x0) / OG, fee 10000, tickSpacing 200, hooks = OGClubHook. Opening price = live sqrtPriceX96 of old pool 0x5f95e64cf8e8f4e4376c1d97b5959dc479abf7b191ba0b286faeb2ec4180a2f9 via StateView when opening.

PERMISSIONS: beforeInitialize, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta only (flags 0x20cc). The deployed address MUST carry them: mine the CREATE2 salt for the deployer actually used on mainnet and assert address+flags before broadcasting; if that's impossible, stop rather than deploy.

CONSTRUCTOR (manager, og, vault, vaultBps, owner, treasury, initializer) = (above, above, above, 10000, $owner, $owner, $owner). Revert if vaultBps > 0 and vault.token() != og.

IMMUTABLE: CLUB_FEE_BPS=100, VAULT_BPS (0..10000), VAULT, RESERVE_CAP_BPS=50, MAX_FLUSH_ETH=0.5 ether, MAX_IMPACT_BPS=200, MIN_FLUSH_INTERVAL=600, MIN_BUY_ETH=0.0001 ether. No setters, no ramp, no dynamic fee.

OWNER: Ownable2Step; only setTreasury(nonzero), reverting when VAULT_BPS==10000. No pause, sweep, proxy, delegatecall, selfdestruct. Works after renounce.

beforeInitialize: exact key, once, tx.origin == INITIALIZER (only tx.origin use).

FEES (ETH side only; hook never holds OG):

  • Buy exact ETH in: fee = in*1%, beforeSwap specified delta.
  • Buy exact OG out: fee = actualEthIn*100/9900, afterSwap unspecified delta.
  • Sell exact OG in: fee = grossEthOut*1%, afterSwap unspecified delta.
  • Sell exact ETH out: gross = ceil(net*10000/9900), fee = gross-net, beforeSwap specified delta. ETH-specified partial fills revert. Fees = poolManager.mint(hook, ETH id, fee) ERC-6909 claims; never take mid-swap. No exemptions.

flush(): permissionless, nonReentrant, reverts mid-swap or before lastFlush+600s. unlockCallback:

  1. C = claims; vaultPart = C*VAULT_BPS/10000; clubPart = C - vaultPart.
  2. vEth = L2^96/sqrtPriceX96. buy = min(vaultPart, vEth0.5%, 0.5 ETH); skip if < MIN_BUY_ETH or L==0.
  3. Swap ETH->OG here, max 2% price move, partial OK; no club fee on its own swap (LP fee still paid).
  4. Burn spent+clubPart; take(OG, VAULT, ogOut); clubPart ETH to treasury (if rejected: heldEth, FlushDeferred, no revert). Unspent stays as claims. Views: pendingFees, nextFlushAt, previewBuy.

EVENTS: PoolOpened, ClubFee, VaultFunded(caller, ethSpent, ogToVault), Flushed, FlushDeferred, TreasuryChanged.

SCRIPTS: MineSalt; DeployHook; OpenPool for the owner (live old-pool slot0, one PositionManager multicall init+mint; presets A full range, B 172600..186600, C OG-only 165600..179400; amounts from env); Flush; SepoliaRehearsal (MockOG 0x7b5488aa00c86d3364458df50b498a1356d7c846, vault 0x554fd2a38cba59ef5359f1db8e3d615c408ae3a2, PoolManager 0xE03A1074c86CFeDd5C142C4F04F1a1536e203543, PositionManager 0x429ba70129df741B2Ca2a85BC3A2a3328e5c09b4).

TESTS (green): flags + init gate; fee math 4 modes within 1 wei + fuzz, partial-fill revert; flush (vault delta == ogOut, hook OG 0, no self fee); caps, 2% limit, 600s, tiny/L==0 skip; sandwich 0.1%..50%: attacker profit <= 0; splits 10000/5000/0; wrong vault token reverts (Og Club 0xf58a132967ef5eb52947031c86663df5779ee2c6 is also 'OG'); treasury rejects ETH, reentrancy, Ownable2Step, no fee/pause/sweep selectors; LP add/remove untouched; invariant claims+heldEth+flushed+spent == fees; real vault: swaps, flush, proposeSeason, claim; pinned mainnet fork (skipped by default).

DELIVER: 0.8.26 Cancun, verified on Etherscan; mainnet hook address, deploy tx, exact PoolKey; Sepolia rehearsal txs + vault balance before/after; README: fees, flush, sandwich rationale, owner powers, IL, volume split with old pool, owner's OpenPool steps (owner wallet = initializer); docs/independent-review.md; ABIs in abi/.

  4. Audit economicsAgent #172found 1 high, 1 low, 1 info

    The review is complete and the findings file is written. The project suite was run as a cross-check and is green (66 passed, 2 fork tests skipped by default).

    Findings written to .imd-findings.json (three findings, 22 coverage rows covering all 18 entry points plus invariants and the script):

    • High, with Foundry proof (src/OGClubHook.sol:231). The flush's sandwich defence assumes the attacker only trades through the pool. An attacker who is also a just-in-time LP first buys OG through the thin honest liquidity, adds a narrow position around the manipulated tick, calls the permissionless flush(), then removes the position and sells the excess back. Two properties combine: the buy references the live spot price only, and the 0.5% reserve cap is computed from current-tick liquidity, which the JIT position inflates so the cap lifts to the 0.5 ETH absolute limit. Measured on 10e18 full-range liquidity: attacker nets 0.062 ETH per flush with OG inventory restored exactly, and the vault receives 0.295 OG for 0.5 ETH where the pre-attack price nets 0.411 OG, a 28% overpayment. It repeats every 600 seconds. The proof at test/scratch/JitFlushSandwich.t.sol fails on the current code. The README already lists JIT and LP ownership as unmodeled, so this is the gap it asked reviewers to examine. Suggested fix keeps the design: bound the flush price by a reference one transaction cannot move (previous-flush price or an afterSwap EMA) and size the cap from liquidity not addable in the same block.
    • Low (script/OpenPool.s.sol:84). The opening price is read from the old pool's live slot0 with no owner-supplied bound, and opening is permanent. A manipulated or drifted old-pool price above the ~2% round-trip fee lets the first arbitrage take the difference from the owner's initial position. Fix: optional min/max sqrtPrice env bounds checked before broadcast.
    • Info (src/OGClubHook.sol:216). Anyone can mint or transfer ETH ERC-6909 claims to the hook, so the stated conservation invariant and the Flushed/VaultFunded figures stop reconciling with ClubFee totals. No loss; donations flow to the vault.

    Coverage. All four fee modes were traced against v4's hook-delta sign conventions and full-fill checks, the no-self-call suppression on the flush swap was confirmed in the v4 library, the unlockCallback accounting conserves ETH and takes OG straight to the vault, and the slither reentrancy and aderyn leads were checked and found not to be defects. The tx.origin initializer gate is a documented trust assumption with no economic loss, since a zero-liquidity swap can correct a bad opening price before any mint. Not covered: live fork rehearsals and the Sepolia scripts, which are outside the economics area.

    • highflush() buys at a manipulable spot price with a cap inflatable by JIT liquidity; a JIT-LP sandwich of flush is profitable and the vault overpayssrc/OGClubHook.sol:231

      The sandwich rationale (2% execution limit < 1% club fee paid twice) only holds for an attacker who trades through the pool. An attacker who is also a just-in-time LP sells OG to the vault directly from their own position at a price they set, and pays the LP fee to themselves.

      Two design properties combine (Economic Security: 'sandwich every price-dependent operation'; Invariant: 'capacity cap bypass'): (1) _preview reads the live spot price and uses it as the only reference, so a pre-flush swap that raises the OG price by X% is fully accepted; (2) the 0.5% reserve cap is computed from getLiquidity(POOL_ID), the liquidity at the current tick, which a narrow JIT position inflates at little capital, so the depth-based cap is lifted to the 0.5 ETH absolute cap even in a pool whose honest depth is ~10 ETH.

      Attack, all permissionless and done in one transaction with two unlocks: (a) buy OG with E ETH through the honest liquidity (pays 1% club + 1% LP), (b) add a 400-tick-wide position around the new tick, (c) call flush(), which buys 0.5 ETH of OG almost entirely from the attacker's position at the inflated price with no club fee on that swap, (d) remove the position, sell the excess OG back, restoring OG inventory exactly.

      Measured on 10e18 full-range liquidity at sqrtPrice ~0.91 (virtual ETH ~11): attacker profit 0.0621 ETH; the vault receives 0.2946 OG for 0.5 ETH where the pre-attack price nets 0.4106 OG, a 28% overpayment. It repeats every 600 seconds while pendingFees >= 0.5 ETH.

      Profit stays positive for honest depth below roughly 20 ETH of virtual reserve, which a small-cap token pool plausibly has; the degenerate no-manipulation variant (JIT OG-only band at -1.9%) always extracts the 2% tolerance plus the LP fee risk-free.

      Minimal fix preserving the design: bound the flush price by a reference that one transaction cannot move (e.g. the sqrtPrice recorded at the previous flush, or an EMA updated in afterSwap, with limit = min(spot0.9901, reference0.9901)), and size the cap from a liquidity figure that excludes same-block additions (e.g. liquidity snapshotted at the previous flush or the minimum over the 2% band).

      Note also that the brief's 'attacker profit <= 0' test only models swap-only attackers; the README already lists JIT/LP ownership as unmodeled.

      State: pool opened at sqrtPrice 2^96, 1000e18 full-range liquidity, one 100 ETH buy accrues 1 ETH of claims, LPs remove 990e18 liquidity (10e18 remains), warp to nextFlushAt().

      Attacker holds 10 OG and 100 ETH.

      Calls: (1) router.swap(zeroForOne=true, amountSpecified=-2e18, limit MIN+1); (2) lp.modifyLiquidity(key, [u-200, u+200], +100e18) where u = floor(currentTick/200)*200; (3) hook.flush(); (4) lp.modifyLiquidity(same range, -100e18); (5) router.swap(zeroForOne=false, amountSpecified=-(ogBalance-10e18)).

      Expected: attacker ETH <= 100 ETH and vault receives ~0.41 OG for 0.5 ETH.

      Actual: attacker ETH = 100.0621 ETH, flush spent 0.5 ETH (cap inflated), vault received 0.2946 OG.

    • lowOpenPool opens the new pool at the old pool's live spot price with no owner-supplied bound; a manipulated or drifted old-pool price is accepted and the initial liquidity is arbitragedscript/OpenPool.s.sol:84

      run() reads slot0 of the old pool at simulation time and bakes that sqrtPriceX96 into the initializePool calldata; build() only checks it is inside (MIN_SQRT_PRICE, MAX_SQRT_PRICE). Nothing compares it to a price the owner believes is fair, and beforeInitialize makes the opening permanent (opened = true, once). Because initialize and the first mint are one multicall, the owner's ethMax/ogMax liquidity is placed at whatever price was read.

      A swap in the old pool just before the owner's simulation (the owner's keystore/RPC flow is observable only by the owner, but the old pool's price is public and the opening is announced), or ordinary drift between simulation and inclusion, moves that price. Any divergence above the ~2% round-trip fee lets an arbitrageur take the difference from the owner's position on the first swap of the new pool.

      Example: old pool sqrtPrice moved 15% (price 32%) by a 1-block manipulation that costs the manipulator the old pool's fee on the move; the new pool opens 32% off and preset A liquidity of 5 ETH + OG loses roughly 1-2 ETH to the first arbitrage.

      Minimal fix: take optional MIN_SQRT_PRICE_X96 / MAX_SQRT_PRICE_X96 env bounds in run() (or an expected price with a tolerance) and require the live read to be inside them before broadcasting; document that the owner should set them from an off-chain reference and submit privately.

      Set up the old pool and new hook on a fork; have another account swap in the old pool to move its sqrtPriceX96 by 15% in the same block window the owner runs forge script script/OpenPool.s.sol --broadcast with PRESET=0, ETH_MAX_WEI=5e18, OG_MAX_WEI=.

      Expected: the script refuses (price outside an owner bound).

      Actual: build() accepts any price in (MIN_SQRT_PRICE, MAX_SQRT_PRICE); the new pool opens at the moved price and the first arbitrage swap on the new pool extracts the mispricing from the owner's position.

    • infoStated accounting invariant claims+heldEth+flushed+spent == totalFees is breakable by anyone minting or transferring ETH ERC-6909 claims to the hooksrc/OGClubHook.sol:216

      pendingFees() is the hook's full ERC-6909 balance of currency id 0, but totalFees only counts fees the hook minted itself. PoolManager.mint(to, id, amount) and ERC6909.transfer(receiver, id, amount) let any third party add claims to the hook. After that the brief's invariant (pendingFees + heldEth + totalFlushed + totalSpent == totalFees) and the Flushed/VaultFunded figures no longer reconcile with ClubFee events.

      No funds are lost: donated claims are flushed to the vault like fees, and the caps bound the per-flush buy. The invariant test (test/AccountingInvariant.t.sol) only drives the hook's own paths so it does not see this. If the invariant is meant as an on-chain guarantee, track fees in totalFees and flush only that amount (or document that donations are accepted and the equality is an inequality).

      After any swap, from an unlocked callback call poolManager.mint(address(hook), 0, 1) and settle 1 wei of ETH (or poolManager.transfer(address(hook), 0, 1) from an account holding ETH claims).

      Expected per the brief: hook.pendingFees() + hook.heldEth() + hook.totalFlushed() + hook.totalSpent() == hook.totalFees().

      Actual: left side exceeds totalFees by 1 wei permanently; the next flush spends or forwards the donated wei and VaultFunded/Flushed amounts exceed the sum of ClubFee amounts.

  5. Audit flowAgent #1166found 1 medium

    Review complete. The findings file is written at .imd-findings.json and no tracked file was changed.

    Result: one substantiated finding, medium severity, with a failing Foundry proof.

    The flush buy sizing in _preview reads the pool's currently active liquidity and current spot price. Both are set by the flush caller inside the same block. A narrow in-range position inflates "virtual ETH reserve" for little capital, which collapses the 0.5% reserve cap to the absolute 0.5 ETH cap, and the 2% impact limit is measured from a price the attacker just moved. The sequence is: buy OG to roughly halve the OG per ETH ratio, mint a narrow OG-heavy position around the new tick, call flush(), remove the position, sell the OG back. The vault ends up buying OG at the manipulated price from the attacker's own liquidity.

    Measured on a local PoolManager with real club-fee claims pending:

    Base pool depthAttacker net ETHOG the vault got for 0.5 ETH
    5 ETH+0.1620.2545 (fair ~0.5)
    10 ETH+0.0950.2545
    20 ETH-0.0500.2546

    The live old pool, read over public RPC during the review, holds only about 11 ETH of virtual reserve, so the new pool is likely to sit in the profitable regime. The attack repeats every 600 seconds while claims remain, because flush is permissionless and the attacker can be the keeper. The README and the shipped sandwich test explicitly exclude attacker LP ownership and JIT liquidity, so the "profit <= 0" claim does not cover this path. The proof at test/scratch/JitSandwich.t.sol fails today on both the 5 ETH and 10 ETH cases.

    What held in my area. I traced all four fee modes through v4-core's hook delta accounting and the self-swap skip, the flush callback's claim, burn and take accounting, the initializer gate, the deployer's CREATE2 and flag checks, and the OpenPool, swap-plan, salt and rehearsal scripts. The OpenPool encoding matches PositionManager, preset C's OG-only check is consistent with ETH as currency0, and the mainnet OG token returns booleans from approve and transfer as the script requires. Contract sizes fit, and the existing suite of 66 tests passes.

    Not reached. I did not attempt a cross-venue or sell-first JIT variant, nor the pinned fork tests, which are skipped by default.

    • mediumReserve cap and 2% limit are measured against attacker-supplied in-range liquidity and spot price: a JIT-liquidity sandwich of flush() is profitable at realistic pool depth, so the vault buys OG at a src/OGClubHook.sol:232

      _preview() bounds the flush buy by 0.5% of 'virtual ETH' computed from the pool's currently active liquidity (poolManager.getLiquidity) and bounds price impact to 2% of the current sqrtPriceX96. Both inputs are controlled by the flush caller in the same block: a narrow in-range position adds arbitrary liquidity for very little capital, and one swap sets the spot price.

      The RESERVE_CAP_BPS guard therefore degenerates to the absolute MAX_FLUSH_ETH cap, and the 2% limit is relative to a price the attacker just set.

      Sequence (one actor, three transactions, no outside venue, no loan): (1) buy OG with ~0.4x the pool's virtual ETH reserve so the OG/ETH ratio roughly halves (pays 1% LP + 1% club fee on the way); mint a narrow OG-heavy position [tick-400, tick+200] with liquidity 120e18 around the new tick so getLiquidity() reports ~180 ETH of virtual reserve; (2) call flush(): previewBuy() now returns the full 0.5 ETH cap and the hook buys OG from the attacker's position at the manipulated price, within its 2% limit; (3) remove the position and sell all OG back.

      With ~1.2 ETH of real club-fee claims pending and a base full-range depth of 10 ETH, the attacker nets +0.0946 ETH and the vault receives 0.2545 OG for 0.5 ETH at a fair price of ~1 OG/ETH (about half the fee value lost); at 5 ETH depth the attacker nets +0.1616 ETH. At 20 ETH depth this particular parameterisation is unprofitable (-0.05 ETH).

      The live old pool (StateView.getLiquidity / getSlot0 on 0x5f95...2f9 at review time: L=9.007e22, sqrtPriceX96=6.2847e32) has only ~11.4 ETH of virtual reserve, so the new pool is expected to sit in the exploitable regime. The attack repeats every MIN_FLUSH_INTERVAL while claims remain, since flush() is permissionless and the attacker can be the keeper.

      The existing Sandwich.t.sol model and README explicitly exclude attacker LP ownership and JIT liquidity, so the shipped 'attacker profit <= 0' claim does not cover this path.

      Minimal fix direction that preserves the design: derive the cap from a depth measure the caller cannot inflate within the block (e.g. liquidity/price observed at the previous flush, or require block.number > the block of the last liquidity add by any address is not available; simplest is to bound the buy by claims accrued per interval and cap it well below MAX_FLUSH_ETH relative to a lagged liquidity snapshot), and/or evaluate the 2% limit against a price recorded at the previous flush rather than the current slot0.

      State: pool open at sqrtPriceX96 = 2^96 (1 OG per ETH) with 10e18 full-range liquidity; hook.pendingFees() >= 0.5 ether from earlier real swaps; block.timestamp >= nextFlushAt().

      Attacker contract with 1000 ETH and 100 OG inventory.

      Tx1 (attacker unlock): poolManager.swap(key, {zeroForOne:true, amountSpecified:-4e18, limit:MIN_SQRT_PRICE+1}); then modifyLiquidity(key, {tickLower: aligned(tick)-400, tickUpper: aligned(tick)+200, liquidityDelta: +120e18}).

      Tx2: hook.flush() -> returns ethSpent = 0.5e18, ogToVault = 254547742060460994 (expected ~0.5e18 at the pre-manipulation price).

      Tx3 (attacker unlock): modifyLiquidity(... -120e18); swap all OG above 100 OG back exact-input.

      Expected: attacker ETH balance <= starting balance (README/Sandwich.t.sol claim).

      Actual: attacker balance = start + 94573225782004492 wei, attacker OG inventory restored to exactly 100 OG.

      Run: forge test --match-path test/scratch/JitSandwich.t.sol -vv (both tests fail with 'profitable JIT sandwich against flush').

  6. Audit permissionsAgent #205found 1 high

    Review complete. The findings file is valid, no tracked file was changed (git status is clean apart from the ignored findings file and the scratch test), and the proof still fails on the current code for the stated reason.

    Outcome: one high-severity finding, written to .imd-findings.json with a Foundry proof and a 20-row coverage record.

    Finding 1 (high): the flush reserve cap is defeated by just-in-time liquidity, making a sandwich of the vault buy profitable.

    • The 0.5% "virtual reserve" cap in _preview reads poolManager.getLiquidity(POOL_ID), the liquidity active at the current tick. The permissionless flush caller can raise it in the same transaction by minting a narrow position around a price they just pushed.
    • The cost of moving the price scales with the pool's real depth, but the amount the hook will buy scales with liquidity the attacker supplies. That asymmetry is exactly the trust gap the guides describe: a correct guard and a correct formula that combine into extraction.
    • Measured in the proof (10 ETH and 10 OG full-range pool, 0.5 ETH of accrued claims, 3 ETH push plus a 100e18 position over 400 ticks): the honest flush spends 0.0504 ETH for 0.0488 OG. The attacked flush spends 0.5 ETH for 0.291 OG, about 40% worse for the vault, and the attacker ends 0.087 ETH ahead after paying all LP and club fees.
    • A depth scan with the same push shows profit at 5, 10 and 20 ETH of real depth and a loss from 25 ETH upward. The precondition is therefore real ETH-side depth below roughly 20 to 25 ETH full-range equivalent, less for the concentrated presets B and C. It repeats every 600 seconds while claims last.
    • The author's own review lists JIT liquidity as untested. The proof is test/scratch/JitFlushSandwich.t.sol. Suggested fixes keep the permissionless flush and the fixed flags: a two-phase flush that executes against price and liquidity committed in an earlier block, or capping by the smaller of current and previous-block liquidity snapshots.

    What held in my area. The permission model is small and consistent: every hook callback is manager-only and key-checked, the initializer gate is once-only and uses tx.origin exactly as the brief requires, ownership is two-step with only setTreasury as an application power and it is disabled at the mainnet split, the deployer is permissionless with immutable roles and cannot be blocked by salt squatting, and unlockCallback nets every delta to zero with the treasury call gas-bounded and non-reverting. Fee branches are symmetric across the four swap modes. The tx.origin phishing exposure and interval-consuming no-op flushes are documented trust assumptions, not bypasses, so I did not report them.

    Not reached. I did not independently verify that the hardcoded owner 0x5b95…0D06 in the scripts is the wallet that will be $owner in the manifest; if they differ, DeployHook.validate refuses rather than misconfigures, so it blocks safely. The OG token's transfer behaviour and the mainnet fork rehearsal are outside my area and were not examined.

    • highFlush reserve cap reads active liquidity the permissionless caller can inflate just-in-time; sandwich of the vault buy becomes profitablesrc/OGClubHook.sol:232

      Trust gap (access x economics x asymmetry). flush() is permissionless and its only manipulation defences are (a) the 2% price limit, which is relative to the current spot price the caller can move, and (b) the 0.5% 'virtual reserve' cap in _preview(), which is what the author's sandwich tests rely on to make a buy-flush-sell cycle unprofitable (buy <= 0.5% of reserves means the hook moves the price ~1%, less than the 4% round-trip fees).

      But the reserve is derived from poolManager.getLiquidity(POOL_ID), i.e. the liquidity active at the current tick, which the same caller can raise in the same transaction by minting a narrow position around the manipulated price. A position of 100e18 liquidity in a 400-tick band costs the attacker only ~1-2 ETH/OG of real capital but makes virtualEth ~100+ ETH, so the cap jumps to MAX_FLUSH_ETH (0.5 ETH) regardless of the pool's real depth.

      The hook then buys the full 0.5 ETH of OG at the attacker-chosen price, mostly from the attacker's own just-in-time position (which also collects the 1% LP fee of that buy), after which the attacker withdraws the position and sells the remaining OG back. The cap is asymmetric: the cost of moving the price scales with the pool's REAL liquidity, while the amount the hook is willed to buy scales with liquidity the attacker supplies.

      Measured with the proof (10 ETH + 10 OG full-range pool at 1:1, 0.5 ETH of accrued claims, a 3 ETH push): honest flush spends 0.0504 ETH for 0.0488 OG (~0.97 OG/ETH); the attacked flush spends 0.5 ETH for 0.291 OG (~0.58 OG/ETH, about 40% worse) and the attacker ends with +0.0873 ETH after paying all LP and club fees.

      Scan over depths with the same 3 ETH push: profit +0.189 ETH at 5 ETH depth, +0.087 at 10 ETH, +0.007 at 20 ETH, -0.013 at 25 ETH, so the precondition is real ETH-side depth below roughly 20-25 ETH of full-range-equivalent liquidity (lower real capital for the concentrated presets B/C, whose virtual reserve is a multiple of real capital). It repeats every 600 s while claims last, and the attacker can also be the keeper that times the flush (private bundle, no MEV exposure).

      The README/independent-review explicitly list JIT liquidity as untested; this shows it breaks the stated 'attacker profit <= 0' property and the vault pays the difference.

      Fix must preserve the permissionless flush and fixed flags; options: (1) make flush two-phase so the buy uses sqrtPriceX96 and liquidity committed in an earlier block (commit in one flush call, execute in a later block), so single-transaction JIT and price pushes cannot shape the cap or the limit; or (2) cap the buy by the smaller of the current and a previous-block liquidity snapshot recorded in _beforeSwap/_afterSwap when block.number changes, and derive the price limit from that snapshot too.

      Either way the sandwich test should add the JIT leg.

      State: ETH/OG pool opened at sqrtPriceX96 = 2^96 with 10e18 full-range liquidity (10 ETH, 10 OG), VAULT_BPS=10000, pendingFees() >= 0.5 ETH (e.g. one 50 ETH exact-in buy and sell-back), block.timestamp >= nextFlushAt().

      Attacker (plain EOA, 100 ETH, no OG), in one transaction/bundle: (1) router.swap(key, SwapParams(true, -3 ether, MIN_SQRT_PRICE+1)); (2) lp.modifyLiquidity(key, ModifyLiquidityParams(floor200(tick)-200, floor200(tick)+200, 100e18, 0)) - previewBuy() now returns 0.5 ether instead of ~0.05 ether; (3) hook.flush() -> hook spends 0.5 ETH and sends only 0.2908 OG to the vault; (4) remove the 100e18 position; (5) sell all OG held with router.swap(key, SwapParams(false, -balance, MAX_SQRT_PRICE-1)).

      Expected (README 'Sandwich' section and SandwichTest): attacker ETH balance <= starting balance and the vault buys at most 0.5% of the real reserve.

      Actual: attacker balance = 100.0873 ETH (+0.0873 ETH profit), vault receives 0.2908 OG for 0.5 ETH versus 0.0488 OG for 0.0504 ETH when unmanipulated.

  7. Audit mathAgent #1575found 1 low, 2 info

    Review complete. The findings file is at .imd-findings.json with three findings and 23 coverage rows, all 18 verifier entry points answered, none unreached. Only .imd-findings.json and my test/scratch/ files were written.

    Outcome. The fee and flush arithmetic in the hook holds against the Math Precision, Boundary and Numerical Gap checklists. No loss-of-funds defect was found. One Boundary defect is real but unreachable in the mainnet configuration.

    Findings reported

    • Low, treasury veto of flush at src/OGClubHook.sol:286. The treasury is paid while the PoolManager is still unlocked for the hook's own flush. A treasury contract that accepts the ETH and, within its 50k gas, mints 1 wei of claims to the hook leaves an unsettled delta, so the whole flush reverts with CurrencyNotSettled. Vault funding stalls until the owner changes the treasury. This needs VAULT_BPS below 10000, so the delivered mainnet deployment cannot hit it. A self-contained proof test is attached and fails on the current code. The minimal fix is to pay the treasury after the unlock returns.
    • Info, claim donations break the stated conservation invariant. Anyone can transfer ERC-6909 native claims to the hook, after which pending claims exceed totalFees by the donated amount. Nobody loses value. The documented invariant should be restated or the tests should cover it.
    • Info, OpenPool preset B has no in-range check. Preset C is guarded, but if the live old-pool price drifts outside 172600..186600, preset B silently mints a one-sided position with zero active liquidity.

    What I verified as holding, with evidence

    • All four fee modes: traced through v4's beforeSwap and afterSwap delta flow, including the raw-delta partial-fill comparison, int128 bounds and rounding directions. They match the spec exactly.
    • Flush split, caps and the 2% limit: the sqrt factor constant is the exact ceiling of sqrt(10000/10200). Deltas net to zero and burn never exceeds claims.
    • Sandwich of flush: an analytic bound shows the attacker's gain stays below cost even as sole LP. The project's fuzz agrees.
    • OpenPool liquidity rounding: a 400-run fuzz against the real PositionManager never exceeded the ETH or OG maximums across all presets and ticks 165000..190000.
    • Live mainnet rehearsal: the project's fork test logic passes at the latest block over a public RPC with the real OG token, vault, PositionManager and Universal Router. The vault receives exactly the reported OG and the hook holds none. The pinned block's state was not served by the RPC, so that exact block remains unverified by me.

    • lowTreasury contract can veto flush() inside its 50k-gas call by leaving an unsettled PoolManager delta (vault funding blocked)src/OGClubHook.sol:286

      Boundary (external call from custody, re-entry into the held-asset contract): the treasury is paid while the PoolManager is still unlocked for the hook's own flush. The gas bound only defends against a treasury that reverts or burns gas. A treasury that ACCEPTS the ETH and, within the 50k gas, calls poolManager.mint(hook, 0, 1) (about 15k gas: v4 deltas are transient storage) leaves itself with an unsettled -1 wei native delta.

      When the hook's unlockCallback returns, PoolManager.unlock sees NonzeroDeltaCount != 0 and reverts CurrencyNotSettled (0x5212cba1), rolling back the whole flush: the vault buy, the VAULT take and the claim burn. The documented guarantee ('Bound recipient gas so rejection cannot veto vault funding', README/spec: 'if rejected: heldEth, FlushDeferred, no revert') is therefore not met for any contract treasury.

      Every flush reverts until the owner calls setTreasury, so vault funding stalls (claims are not lost; they remain as ERC-6909 claims).

      Preconditions: VAULT_BPS < 10000 so that clubPart or heldEth is nonzero, and the owner has set a contract treasury. The delivered mainnet configuration (VAULT_BPS = 10000, clubPart always 0, treasury never called) is NOT reachable by this path, which is why severity is low rather than medium; it matters for any other deployment of the same bytecode and for the stated guarantee.

      Minimal fix preserving the design: perform the treasury payment in flush() after poolManager.unlock() returns (manager locked, so any mint/take by the recipient reverts ManagerLocked and is treated as a rejection), keeping the heldEth/FlushDeferred semantics; alternatively assert poolManager.isUnlocked() state is unchanged / NonzeroDeltaCount == 0 after the call and treat a nonzero count as a rejection (not possible without settling on its behalf, so moving the call is the practical fix).

      State: hook deployed with vaultBps=5000 (any value < 10000), pool open with full-range liquidity.

      Owner calls setTreasury(VetoTreasury) where VetoTreasury.receive() does poolManager.mint(hook, 0, 1).

      A user swaps 10 ETH exact-in (pendingFees = 0.1 ether).

      Warp to nextFlushAt() and call flush().

      Expected (per spec): flush succeeds, VaultFunded with spent = 0.05 ether, treasury ETH either paid or deferred with FlushDeferred.

      Actual: flush() reverts with PoolManager.CurrencyNotSettled() (selector 0x5212cba1); vault OG balance unchanged; pendingFees still 0.1 ether; lastFlush is rolled back too, so the state cannot progress.

      Reproduced in test/scratch/TreasuryVetoProof.t.sol (fails with 'treasury vetoed flush'), and in a variant that decodes the revert data as 0x5212cba1.

    • infoStated accounting invariant claims+heldEth+flushed+spent == totalFees is not robust to ERC-6909 claim donationssrc/OGClubHook.sol:258

      Numerical-gap (precision x invariant seam): pendingFees() is the hook's ERC-6909 balance in the PoolManager, which any holder can increase with poolManager.transfer(hook, 0, amount) (ERC-6909 transfers have no receiver hook). totalFees only counts fees minted in _accrue.

      After a 1 wei donation the README/spec invariant 'claims + heldEth + totalFlushed + totalSpent == totalFees' (asserted by test helper _conserved and AccountingInvariant) is false by exactly the donated amount, and the Flushed/VaultFunded accounting (totalSpent, totalFlushed) will later include ETH that was never a fee.

      No funds are lost and nobody profits (donated claims flow to the vault/treasury on the next flush), so this is informational: the invariant as documented should be stated as '>=' or totalFees should be defined as the amount that has flowed through, and the test suite should include a donation case so the documented invariant matches what the code enforces.

      After any swap (e.g. 1 ETH exact-in, totalFees = 0.01 ether), a contract calls manager.unlock, settles 1 wei of native currency and mints 1 wei of currency-0 claims to itself, then calls manager.transfer(hook, 0, 1).

      Expected per documented invariant: pendingFees() == totalFees().

      Actual: pendingFees() = 10000000000000001, totalFees() = 10000000000000000 (test/scratch/ClaimDonation.t.sol).

    • infoOpenPool preset B has no in-range check: a live price outside 172600..186600 silently mints a one-sided positionscript/OpenPool.s.sol:50

      Boundary (edge input to LiquidityAmounts.getLiquidityForAmounts): preset C is guarded so that the live old-pool price must be at or above its upper tick, but preset B (172600..186600, intended as a two-sided concentrated range around the live tick, currently 179583) has no symmetric check.

      If the old pool's price has drifted above tick 186600 or below 172600 by the time the owner runs the script, getLiquidityForAmounts returns single-sided liquidity, the multicall succeeds, and the owner ends up with an out-of-range position: all OG (ETH refunded by SWEEP) or all ETH (OG allowance unused), with zero active liquidity so flush() skips (L == 0) until trades bring the price back into range.

      Not a loss (the position can be withdrawn), but the script's intent ('B 172600..186600' two-sided) is not enforced, unlike C. The fuzz in test/scratch/OpenPoolRounding.t.sol confirms the mint itself never exceeds ethMax/ogMax by rounding (400 runs across presets A/B/C and ticks 165000..190000), so the rounding of liquidity -> amounts is safe; only the range check is missing.

      OpenConfig(hook, sqrtPriceX96 = TickMath.getSqrtPriceAtTick(187000), ethMax = 1 ether, ogMax = 1e26, deadline, Preset.B, owner) -> build() succeeds with liquidity computed from ogMax only; positions.multicall{value: 1 ether} succeeds; owner.balance unchanged (ETH swept back), position holds only OG, manager.getLiquidity(POOL_ID) == 0 so previewBuy() returns (0,0). Expected for a two-sided preset: revert such as 'B is not in range at live price' (mirroring the C check).

  9. Audit judgeAgent #132found 1 high, 2 low, 3 info

    The review is complete and .imd-findings.json holds six findings and a 22-row coverage record (all 18 listed entry points plus four invariants).

    What I kept, after reproducing each against the code

    1. High, merged from three specialists. The flush buy is sized and price-limited from live active liquidity and spot, both of which the permissionless caller sets in the same transaction. A just-in-time LP sandwich of flush is profitable and the vault overpays. Both specialist proofs fail on this code under the legacy pipeline. The attacker nets 0.087 ETH in one setup and 0.062 ETH in the other, and the vault receives roughly 40% less OG per ETH. The permissions proof is attached. I noted that the code implements the brief's own cap formula exactly, so the fix needs a scope decision on that formula.
    2. Low. The treasury is paid while the PoolManager is still unlocked, so a contract treasury can veto the entire flush by minting 1 wei of claims within its 50k gas. The proof reverts with CurrencyNotSettled as described. Unreachable on the mainnet split of 10000, hence low. Proof attached.
    3. Low. OpenPool bakes the old pool's live price into the irreversible initialize plus mint with no owner-supplied bound.
    4. Info. Preset B has no in-range check, unlike C. Reproduced with a scratch test showing build accepts a price above the range.
    5. Info, merged from two specialists. The accounting identity is breakable by donated ERC-6909 claims. Reproduced with a scratch donation test. The README already scopes this out.
    6. Info. The launch manifest deploys only the deployer. The hook address, deploy transaction, Sepolia receipts and Etherscan verification the brief asks for all remain manual steps that nothing in the service runs.

    My own pass found no additional defects in the hook or deployer. Fee math, delta settlement, callback gating, ownership, the self-swap suppression and the manifest's argument order all trace as intended. Legacy-pipeline bytecode sizes are well under the EIP-170 and EIP-3860 limits.

    Caveat on verification. The pinned via_ir build was killed twice by the worker, so I could not re-run the author's full suite under the pinned profile. All reproductions ran with via_ir disabled against the same sources, and two author test files do not compile without via_ir, so the author's "green" claim is not independently confirmed here.

    • highflush() sizes and prices its vault buy from live getLiquidity/slot0, which the permissionless caller inflates with just-in-time liquidity; a JIT-LP sandwich of flush is profitable and the vault overpasrc/OGClubHook.sol:231

      Merged from audit_economics (high), audit_permissions (high) and audit_flow (medium): one root cause. _preview() bounds the buy by 0.5% of virtualEth = L*2^96/sqrtPriceX96 where L is the liquidity active at the current tick, and bounds the price move to 2% of the current spot.

      Both inputs are set by the flush caller inside the same transaction: one swap moves spot, and a narrow position straddling the new tick raises active liquidity by an arbitrary amount for little capital, so the depth cap collapses to the absolute 0.5 ETH cap. The hook then buys 0.5 ETH of OG, mostly from the attacker's own position (which also earns the 1% LP fee on that buy), with no club fee on the hook's self-swap. The attacker withdraws the position and sells the OG back.

      The README's 'attacker profit <= 0' claim (test/Sandwich.t.sol) models only swap-only attackers and explicitly excludes LP ownership and JIT liquidity.

      Measured: with 10e18 full-range liquidity at 1:1 an honest flush spends 0.0504 ETH for 0.0488 OG; the attacked flush spends 0.5 ETH for 0.2908 OG (about 40% less OG per ETH) and the attacker nets +0.0873 ETH after all LP and club fees. The economics proof on a different setup nets +0.0621 ETH with the vault receiving 0.2946 OG against 0.4106 OG fair.

      Profit stays positive for real ETH-side depth below roughly 20-25 ETH; the live old pool reads about 11.4 ETH of virtual reserve, so the new pool is expected to be in that regime. Repeats every 600 s while pendingFees >= 0.5 ETH; the attacker can be the keeper and submit privately.

      Note: the code implements the brief's stated formula (vEth = L*2^96/sqrtPriceX96, buy = min(vaultPart, 0.5% vEth, 0.5 ETH)) exactly, so any fix is a scope decision on that formula: e.g. bound the price limit by a reference the same transaction cannot move (sqrtPrice recorded at the previous flush, or an EMA updated in afterSwap) and size the cap from liquidity not added in the same block (snapshot at previous flush or at the last swap in an earlier block), keeping permissionless flush and the fixed flags.

      State: pool opened at sqrtPriceX96 = 2^96 with 10e18 full-range liquidity (10 ETH, 10 OG), VAULT_BPS = 10000, pendingFees() >= 0.5 ETH from honest volume (50 ETH exact-in buy then sell-back), block.timestamp >= nextFlushAt().

      Attacker EOA with 100 ETH, no OG, in one bundle: (1) router.swap(key, SwapParams(true, -3 ether, MIN_SQRT_PRICE+1)); (2) lp.modifyLiquidity(key, ModifyLiquidityParams(floor200(tick)-200, floor200(tick)+200, 100e18, 0)) -> previewBuy() now returns 0.5 ether instead of ~0.0504 ether; (3) hook.flush() -> spends 0.5 ETH, sends 0.2908 OG to the vault; (4) remove the 100e18 position; (5) sell all OG back exact-in.

      Expected (README Sandwich section, brief 'attacker profit <= 0'): attacker.balance <= 100 ETH and the vault buys at most 0.5% of the real reserve.

      Actual: attacker.balance = 100.0873 ETH; vault received 0.2908 OG for 0.5 ETH versus 0.0488 OG for 0.0504 ETH unmanipulated.

      Ran: forge test --match-path test/scratch/JitPerm.t.sol -vv -> FAIL 'flush sandwich with JIT liquidity must not be profitable: 100087261503920409219 > 100000000000000000000'.

      Second independent setup (test/scratch/JitEcon.t.sol, 1 ETH claims, LPs withdraw to 10e18, 2 ETH push, 100e18 JIT over 400 ticks): FAIL, attacker +62144267866483166 wei, vault 294583804329863920 OG vs 410575100721074792 fair.

    • lowTreasury is paid while the PoolManager is still unlocked, so a contract treasury can veto the whole flush by leaving an unsettled delta within its 50k gas (mint 1 wei of claims)src/OGClubHook.sol:286

      From audit_math; reproduced. The gas-bounded call only defends against a treasury that reverts or burns gas. PoolManager.mint is onlyWhenUnlocked with no caller restriction and costs ~15k gas, so a treasury whose receive() calls poolManager.mint(hook, 0, 1) accepts the ETH but leaves itself with a -1 wei native delta.

      When unlockCallback returns, PoolManager.unlock reverts CurrencyNotSettled (0x5212cba1), rolling back the vault buy, the OG take, the claim burn and lastFlush. The README guarantee ('rejection ... cannot veto vault funding'; brief: 'if rejected: heldEth, FlushDeferred, no revert') does not hold for such a treasury: vault funding stalls until the owner sets another treasury, and permanently after renounce.

      Preconditions: VAULT_BPS < 10000 and the owner set a contract treasury. Unreachable in the delivered mainnet configuration (VAULT_BPS = 10000 => clubPart == 0, heldEth never nonzero, the call never executes), hence low. Fix preserving the design: perform the treasury payment in flush() after poolManager.unlock() returns (manager locked, so any mint/take by the recipient reverts ManagerLocked and counts as a rejection), keeping heldEth/FlushDeferred semantics.

      State: hook deployed through OGClubHookDeployer with vaultBps = 5000, pool open at 2^96 with 1000e18 full-range liquidity.

      Owner calls setTreasury(VetoTreasury) where VetoTreasury.receive() executes manager.mint(hook, 0, 1).

      A user swaps 10 ETH exact-in (pendingFees == 0.1 ether).

      Warp to nextFlushAt(); call flush().

      Expected: flush succeeds, VaultFunded with spent 0.05 ether, treasury ETH paid or deferred with FlushDeferred.

      Actual: flush() reverts with PoolManager.CurrencyNotSettled(); vault OG balance unchanged; pendingFees still 0.1 ether; lastFlush rolled back.

      Ran: forge test --match-path test/scratch/TreasuryVeto.t.sol -> FAIL 'treasury vetoed flush'.

    • lowOpenPool bakes the old pool's live sqrtPriceX96 into the irreversible initialize+mint with no owner-supplied bound, so a moved or drifted old-pool price opens the new pool off-market and the first swascript/OpenPool.s.sol:84

      From audit_economics; reproduced by tracing run() and build(). run() reads slot0 of the old pool at simulation time and build() only requires MIN_SQRT_PRICE < price < MAX_SQRT_PRICE (line 47). Nothing compares the price to a value the owner believes fair, and beforeInitialize makes the opening permanent (opened = true, once).

      Because initialize and the first mint are one multicall, the owner's ETH_MAX_WEI/OG_MAX_WEI liquidity is placed at whatever price was read, and any divergence above the ~2% round-trip fee is taken from that position by the first arbitrage swap on the new pool. The old pool is public and thin (~11.4 ETH virtual reserve at review time), so a one-block move of 10-15% in sqrt price before the owner's simulation is cheap.

      The README acknowledges staleness but the script enforces nothing.

      Fix: accept optional MIN_SQRT_PRICE_X96/MAX_SQRT_PRICE_X96 (or EXPECTED_SQRT_PRICE_X96 plus tolerance) env bounds in run() and require the live read to be inside them before vm.startBroadcast.

      build(OpenConfig(hook, p, 1 ether, 1e26, deadline, Preset.A, owner)) succeeds for any p in (MIN_SQRT_PRICE, MAX_SQRT_PRICE); run() passes the StateView read straight into build() with no comparison (lines 84-88).

      Scenario: another account swaps in the old pool so sqrtPriceX96 moves 15% in the block window in which the owner runs forge script script/OpenPool.s.sol --broadcast with PRESET=0; expected: the script refuses (price outside an owner bound); actual: the multicall is sent, the pool opens 32% off in price and the first swap on the new pool extracts the mispricing from the owner's full-range position.

      Verified in test/scratch/Leads.t.sol that build() accepts an arbitrary price (sqrtPriceAtTick(187000)) without any bound.

    • infoOpenPool preset B has no in-range check (only C is guarded): a live price outside 172600..186600 silently mints a one-sided position with zero active liquidityscript/OpenPool.s.sol:50

      From audit_math; reproduced. Preset B is the two-sided concentrated range, but unlike C there is no check that the live price lies inside it. If the old pool has drifted above 186600 or below 172600, LiquidityAmounts.getLiquidityForAmounts returns single-sided liquidity, the multicall succeeds, the ETH is swept back (or the OG allowance is unused), and the position starts out of range: getLiquidity(POOL_ID) == 0 so flush() skips (L == 0) until trades bring the price into range.

      No loss (the position can be withdrawn), but the script's two-sided intent is not enforced.

      Fix: for Preset.B require getSqrtPriceAtTick(lower) < c.sqrtPriceX96 < getSqrtPriceAtTick(upper), mirroring the C check.

      OpenConfig(hook, TickMath.getSqrtPriceAtTick(187000), 1 ether, 1e26, block.timestamp+900, Preset.B, owner): expected a revert such as 'B is not in range at live price'; actual build() returns 2 calls and liquidity > 0 computed from ogMax only. Ran test/scratch/Leads.t.sol::test_presetBOutOfRangeMintsOneSided -> 'next call did not revert as expected'.

    • infoAccounting identity pendingFees + heldEth + totalSpent + totalFlushed == totalFees is not enforced on-chain: anyone can mint or transfer ETH ERC-6909 claims to the hooksrc/OGClubHook.sol:217

      Merged from audit_math and audit_economics (same root cause). pendingFees() is the hook's entire ERC-6909 balance of currency id 0, which PoolManager.mint(hook, 0, x) or ERC6909.transfer(hook, 0, x) from any account increases (no receiver hook), while totalFees only counts fees minted in _accrue. After a donation the brief's invariant and the test helper _conserved are off by the donated amount, and later Flushed/VaultFunded totals include ETH that was never a fee.

      No funds are lost and no one profits: donated claims are flushed to the vault under the same caps. The README already scopes donations out of the identity ('Directly donated ERC-6909 claims or forced ETH are outside that equality'), so this is informational: either state the identity as >= or flush only the fee-tracked amount, and add a donation case to AccountingInvariant.t.sol.

      After one 1 ETH exact-in buy (totalFees == pendingFees == 0.01 ether), a contract unlocks the manager, settles 1 wei of native currency and calls manager.mint(hook, 0, 1).

      Expected per brief: pendingFees() + heldEth() + totalSpent() + totalFlushed() == totalFees().

      Actual: 10000000000000001 != 10000000000000000.

    • infoThe launch deploys only OGClubHookDeployer; the mainnet hook itself, its address, deploy tx, exact PoolKey, Sepolia receipts and Etherscan verification are all left to later manual transactions nothinlaunch.json:5

      Not a code defect; a delivery gap against the brief ('DEPLOY THE HOOK ON ETHEREUM MAINNET ... deliver mainnet hook address, deploy tx, exact PoolKey; Sepolia rehearsal txs + vault balance before/after; verified on Etherscan').

      The factory creates only the manifest's contracts and runs nothing else, so after the launch no OGClubHook exists; someone must mine a salt against the live deployer address (MineSalt) and send deploy(salt, expected) (DeployHook.run), then verify both contracts. docs/deployment-status.md states this honestly and the deployer is permissionless and parameter-fixed, so any wallet can finish it and the configuration cannot be changed, which is why this is informational rather than blocking.

      The manifest itself is schema-valid: kind, one contract with 7 string args in declaration order (manager, og, vault, '10000', $owner x3), notes < 4000 chars, no extra keys, and the deployer constructor makes no external calls so it survives the empty-chain probe. Evidence still needed before the brief is met: HookDeployed receipt, hook address with low 14 bits 0x20cc, poolKey()/POOL_ID(), Etherscan links, and live Sepolia receipts.

      Read launch.json: contracts == [OGClubHookDeployer]; no OGClubHook entry (its constructor calls vault.token() and needs mined address bits, so it cannot be listed).

      Expected per brief: a deployed, verified mainnet hook address and tx.

      Actual: docs/deployment-status.md rows 'Live mainnet hook address, deployment receipt, exact numeric PoolKey', 'Etherscan verification links', 'Live Sepolia hook/rehearsal transaction receipts' are all 'Outstanding'.

  10. Build contract projectAgent #66011 files changed

    The responses file is excluded by the harness's own .git/info/exclude entry, so it is collected from the working tree as intended. The revision is complete.

    Outcome

    The high finding reproduced exactly as reported and is fixed. Three advisory findings reproduced and are fixed. The informational donation finding is answered with documentation and a test, no contract change. The attached proof is disputed, with the fix delivered anyway.

    What changed in the hook (src/OGClubHook.sol)

    • Time-weighted reference. After every swap and at the start of every flush the hook credits the elapsed seconds to the price the previous swap left and to the smaller of the two liquidity readings, then records current state. A price or position set up inside the flush transaction or block gains no weight.
    • Flush sizing and limit. Depth for the 0.5% cap is the smaller of current and time-weighted liquidity. The swap limit is the tighter of 2% from spot and 2% above the reference price. The brief's formula shape, immutables, flags and permissionless flush are unchanged. A new referenceState() view exposes the window averages.
    • Treasury ordering. The club portion is paid after unlock returns, so a contract treasury can no longer leave an unsettled delta that reverts vault funding.

    Why the proof is disputed. It asserts that after the JIT position previewBuy equals 0.5 ETH and the attacked flush spends 0.5 ETH at the pushed price before asserting the attacker loses. Those earlier assertions are the defect itself, and the reviewer's own suggested fix makes them false. On the fixed code the proof fails at "JIT liquidity lifts the reserve cap", because the hook refuses to buy into the pushed price. The reviewer's exact scenario is covered by a new test where flush spends nothing and the attacker ends with less ETH.

    Tests and scripts

    • New test/JitSandwich.t.sol: the reviewer's scenario, honest-price JIT, fuzz and grid sandwiches with 1x to 100x JIT in one block and across two blocks, reference drift, and sell-first dip buying. A local sweep confirmed 30 of 120 grid cases still buy, with the attacker's best outcome strictly negative.
    • Flush tests gained a treasury-veto case and a claims-donation case, and read previewBuy after the window exists.
    • script/OpenPool.s.sol now requires an owner price band from MIN_SQRT_PRICE_X96 and MAX_SQRT_PRICE_X96 and refuses preset B out of range, with tests.
    • README, docs/independent-review.md, docs/checks.md and abi/OGClubHook.json are updated.

  11. ManifestAgent #371no change

    The responses file is in place (excluded from git by the harness, as intended) and the working tree is otherwise unchanged.

    Outcome: launch.json stays as accepted. The one advisory finding is answered as disputed in .imd-responses.json.

    What the finding reported: the manifest deploys only the deployer, so no mainnet hook, deploy transaction, PoolKey, Sepolia receipts or Etherscan verification exist after the launch.

    What I found when reproducing it:

    • The observation is accurate, but it is not a manifest defect. The hook cannot be a manifest entry at all.
    • The hook constructor calls the vault's token getter, and the protected probe runs constructors on an empty chain, so that entry would revert and park the launch.
    • The base hook validates the flag bits of its own address in the constructor, and the factory chooses the CREATE2 salt, so a manifest entry can never carry the mined address.
    • The accepted deployer is the designed path. Its deploy function is permissionless, idempotent per salt, re-checks the predicted address and the 0x20cc flags, and has no admin, so anyone can finish the hook deployment and nobody can change its configuration.
    • Broadcasting on mainnet or Sepolia and Etherscan verification are deployment-service steps. A manifest worker holds no keys and may not broadcast.

    Verification run:

    • The manifest has exactly the kind, contracts and notes keys, one contract with seven string arguments in constructor declaration order, and notes well under the limit.
    • forge build succeeds.
    • forge test with the verifier's fuzz seed passes 78 tests, with the 2 pinned fork tests skipped by default.

    Next: the deployment service deploys the deployer through the factory, mines a salt against its live address, sends the deploy call, and records the receipt, hook address, PoolKey and Etherscan links as described in docs/deployment-status.md.

    The full suite now passes with the verifier's fuzz seed: 117 passed, 0 failed, and 2 skipped (the mainnet and Sepolia fork tests, which are off by default). forge build is clean. I only changed files under test/, and I haven't committed anything.

    What broke. Since my last round, the hook gained a time-weighted reference price and liquidity covering the time since the last flush. It also now pays the treasury after PoolManager is locked again. Because of that change, previewBuy() returns zero in the same second as a flush. My test test_oneWeiBelowMinimumIsRetainedUntilNewFeeReachesThreshold expected a quote in that second, so it failed. That is the new intended behaviour, so I changed the test (test/AdversarialLifecycle.t.sol). It now expects zero in the flush second and checks the minimum-size buy once the 600 s wait has passed.

    New file test/ReferenceState.t.sol (6 tests) covers the new reference code:

    • Fuzz test (300 runs): random sequences of 16 steps: swaps in all four modes, adding and removing liquidity, time jumps, and flushes, some on time and some too early. After every step it compares referenceState() to a model built only from PoolManager reads at each swap or flush. It also checks that every quoted buy stays within 0.5% of the smaller of current and reference depth, stays within the 0.5 ETH cap, and has a price limit no more than 2% below either spot or the reference. A flush never spends more than the preview taken just before it.
    • Fixed cases:
      • Liquidity no swap has seen yet earns no depth.
      • Liquidity removed after the last swap counts against the whole time since that swap.
      • Liquidity added after the last swap only counts from the next swap onward.
      • If the price is more than 2% below the reference, the flush skips the buy, keeps the claims and restarts the 600 s window.
      • One scripted sequence makes sure the fuzz model actually reaches flushes that buy.

    The two early fuzz failures were problems in my test setup, not in the hook. The Uniswap test router fails on liquidity changes of a few wei, and it only forwards 10,000 ETH. I limited the liquidity steps to fit.

    No defects found, so there is no .imd-findings.json. One trade-off of the design is worth knowing: anyone can push the price more than 2% below the reference just before calling flush. That skips the vault's buy for that window and restarts the 600 s wait. No funds are lost: the claims stay, and the attacker pays LP and club fees on the push and on unwinding it. I tested this as intended behaviour and noted it in test/CONTRIBUTOR_TESTS.md, which also has the updated counts.

    The fork tests against live mainnet and Sepolia are still owed; they need an RPC and were not run here.

  13. Audit judgeAgent #595found 1 low

    The review is complete. .imd-findings.json holds one new low finding, the settlement of all six earlier items, and a 26-row coverage record. The working tree is clean apart from the findings file, and the scratch tests are removed.

    Settlement of the earlier findings

    • JIT-liquidity sandwich of flush (high): fixed. The hook now sizes the buy from the smaller of current and time-weighted liquidity and limits the price at the tighter of 2% from spot and 2% above the time-weighted reference. My earlier proof fails only at its own assertion that the cap is lifted to 0.5 ETH, which encoded the defect. The author's test of my exact scenario buys nothing and the full suite passes with the pinned seed (117 tests, 2 fork tests skipped). I also measured the documented residual where the attacker holds a pushed price and liquidity for a full 600 s window. Pushes up to the 2% tolerance still lose money. Only a 5% to 10% off-market quote held unarbitraged for ten minutes turns a small profit, which the README states as the accepted residual, so I did not reopen it.
    • Treasury veto via unsettled delta (low): fixed. Payment now happens after the PoolManager relocks. The earlier proof passes.
    • OpenPool owner price band (low) and preset B range check (info): fixed in the script with tests.
    • Claim donations and the accounting identity (info): accepted as documented with a test.
    • Launch deploys only the deployer (info): dispute accepted. The hook cannot be a manifest entry, the deployer is permissionless and parameter-fixed, and the live address, Sepolia receipts and Etherscan links remain a deployment-service step.

    New finding (low), introduced by the fix

    A flush whose buy is suppressed by the reference price check still restarts the window and sets the 600 s gate. A griefer can push the price more than 2% inside the flush transaction, call flush, and unwind. Measured cost on 10 ETH of depth:

    CyclesGriefer costVault funded
    30.0141 ETH0 OG

    Claims are retained and grow with the griefer's own club fees, so nothing is lost. The suggested fix is to not advance the gate when the buy was blocked only by the price check, so keepers can retry next block.

    • lowA flush whose buy is blocked by the reference price limit still restarts the window and the 600 s gate, so a >2% push inside the flush transaction turns every flush into a no-op for about 0.005 ETH pesrc/OGClubHook.sol:349

      Settlement of the earlier high finding 7cabbc92 (JIT-liquidity sandwich of flush): FIXED. Reproduced the author's answer: the attached proof now fails only at its own assertion that previewBuy() == 0.5 ether ('JIT liquidity lifts the reserve cap to the 0.5 ETH ceiling: 0 != 500000000000000000'); that assertion encoded the defect, and the final profit assertion holds on the revised code. test/JitSandwich.t.sol::test_pushAndJitLiquidityCannotLiftCapOrPrice reproduces my exact scenario (3 ETH push, 100e18 JIT at +-200 ticks, flush, remove, sell back) and the flush buys nothing; both JIT fuzz tests, the grid, Sandwich.t.sol and ReferenceState.t.sol (segment model) pass with the pinned seed (117 passed, 2 fork tests skipped). I also measured the documented residual (test/scratch/HoldWindow.t.sol: push, add 100e18 JIT, observe it with a tiny swap, hold a full 600 s window, flush, restore inventory): with pushes of 0 / 0.5% / 1% / 1.9% the attacker still ends -0.026 / -0.021 / -0.015 / -0.006 ETH; only a 5% or 10% off-market price held unarbitraged for the whole window nets +0.019 / +0.039 ETH with the vault receiving 0.368 / 0.336 OG per 0.5 ETH against 0.411 fair. That requires holding a quote 5-10% off the old pool for 10 minutes with the attacker's JIT position exposed to arbitrage; README 'Sandwich rationale' and docs/independent-review.md state exactly this residual, and the brief's own 2% tolerance and in-pool reference make it a scope decision rather than a defect, so I do not reopen it.

      NEW (low): the same reference-limit check that defeats the sandwich also lets any caller convert a flush into a no-op. In unlockCallback, when _preview returns (0,0) because the spot sqrtPriceX96 is more than 2% below the reference (line 295 'if (limit <= ... ) return (0,0)'), the function still executes lines 346-349: it snapshots the cumulative sums, restarts the reference window and sets lastFlush = block.timestamp, so flush() reverts FlushTooSoon for the next 600 s. A griefer therefore pushes the price >2% (a 0.12 ETH exact-in buy on 10 ETH of depth), calls flush() in the same transaction (returns (0,0,0), vault untouched), and sells the OG straight back. Cost per cycle is the round-trip 1% LP + 1% club fee on ~0.12 ETH plus gas: measured 0.0141 ETH for three cycles (0.0047 ETH per 600 s, about 0.68 ETH per day on this depth; proportionally more on a deeper pool). The club fees the griefer pays accrue to the hook, so claims are retained and grow; nothing is lost and the attack has no profit, which is why this is low. Before the fix an in-transaction push could not block the buy (the limit was relative to spot), so this is a liveness regression introduced by the revision. The README's 'a market rising more than 2% per window keeps claims waiting' covers organic moves, not a deliberate per-flush push. Minimal fix preserving the design: when the buy was suppressed by the price check (vaultPart >= MIN_BUY_ETH, liquidity != 0, but limit >= sqrtPriceX96), do not advance lastFlush or restart the window (or only restart the window when something was bought), so an honest keeper can retry in the next block after the griefer unwinds and the griefer must pay the push fees for every retry rather than once per 600 s. With VAULT_BPS = 10000 there is no treasury leg, so leaving the gate open on a skipped flush has no other effect.

      State: pool open at sqrtPriceX96 = 2^96 with 10e18 full-range liquidity (after 100 ETH of honest volume and a previous flush), pendingFees() ~0.945 ETH, block.timestamp == nextFlushAt(), previewBuy() > 0 (an honest flush now would buy ~0.05 ETH).

      Griefer EOA, 10 ETH, no OG, in one transaction: (1) router.swap(key, SwapParams(true, -0.12 ether, MIN_SQRT_PRICE+1)) -> spot is >2% below the reference, previewBuy() == 0; (2) hook.flush() -> returns (0, 0, 0), emits no VaultFunded, lastFlush == block.timestamp, nextFlushAt() == now + 600; (3) router.swap(key, SwapParams(false, -ogBalance, MAX_SQRT_PRICE-1)).

      Then hook.flush() from anyone reverts FlushTooSoon(nextFlushAt()).

      Repeating the three steps at every nextFlushAt() keeps the vault's OG balance unchanged indefinitely.

      Expected: a flush that buys nothing because of a same-transaction push should not consume the 600 s interval (or the caller's push should not be able to suppress the buy at no net cost to vault liveness).

      Actual: three cycles cost the griefer 14148962107955597 wei total, the vault received 0 OG, pendingFees rose from 945117401599550088 to 952210846426742455 (griefer's own club fees).

      Ran: forge test --match-path test/scratch/Grief.t.sol -vv -> test_pushInFlushTxMakesFlushNoOpAndConsumesInterval PASS with those logs (the test asserts the no-op and the FlushTooSoon revert; it is a measurement, not a failing proof, because the behaviour is a liveness gap rather than a loss).
