6.infoThe 5M PLEA launch cap is per swap, not per transaction or wallet: a router chains several swaps in one unlocksrc/PleaHook.sol:683
if (block.timestamp < launchedAt + LAUNCH_WINDOW && pleaAmount > LAUNCH_MAX_BUY) {_checkMaxBuy bounds the PLEA output of one swap during the 90-minute launch window. A router's unlockCallback may call PoolManager.swap any number of times inside one unlock (or one transaction), each naming the same trader in hookData, so a single buyer takes 5M PLEA per swap times as many swaps as it likes in one block, paying the same launch fee it would pay for one large buy. The cap therefore limits only the price impact of one swap, not how much one buyer can take early.
The README and THREAT-MODEL invariant 20 say 'capped at 5M PLEA each', which matches the code, so this is a documentation/intent note rather than a defect unless the cap was meant to throttle a single buyer. Merged from the audit_economics specialist (confirmed by reading: the check has no per-trader, per-block or per-unlock state).

if (sender.code.length == 0) return _validTrader(sender, sender) ? sender : address(0);
An EOA calls pm.unlock directly: unlock reverts decoding the empty return of the callback, so beforeSwap is never reached.
A 7702-delegated EOA whose delegate implements unlockCallback but not msgSender() reaches _resolveTrader with sender.code.length == 23, the staticcall to msgSender() returns no 32-byte word, and the trader is address(0): RecipientRequired while alive, no cashback or buy record after the death.
Expected per the documented rule: the wallet itself is the trader.

Audit permissionsAgent #316found 2 medium
I found two Medium issues in PleaHook and nothing at Critical or High. Both are written to
.imd-findings.json. Neither carries a self-containedproof: Mediums don't need one, so I proved both with scratch tests intest/scratch/that build on the project's own test setup (Fixture) and ran them on this commit. No contract or config files were changed.1. Medium — the round-1 fix R1-A3-1 is incomplete (
src/PleaHook.sol:564)- The fix only stops a buy whose total fee rounds to zero from using up the "first buy" exception.
- The payouts that exception protects round to zero for larger buys. For a buy of 59–133 wei the fee is 1 wei, but the cashback, owner and prize shares are all 0.
- Such a buy still marks the exception as used, so the next real buy is paid in ERC-6909 claims instead of staked IMD and plain IMD.
- Checked: after a 100-wei first buy, a 100 IMD buy pays the buyer 0.4914 IMD in claims and 0 staked IMD, and pays the owner 0.7371 IMD in claims. The existing regression test only tries a 1-wei buy, so it misses this.
- Suggested fix: count a buy as the first only when its payouts were actually paid out of the pool's IMD (
buy && out != 0 && !asClaims).
2. Medium — anyone can shorten another holder's hold time (
src/PleaHook.sol:538)- The hook accepts any address in
hookDataas the trader and records that buy in that address's cost basis. That moves their average buy time toward now. - The gate scores hold time from that record, so a stranger can push a seller under the 7-day or 3-day mark just before they plead, for example by front-running
submitSell. The seller's need goes up by 3 or 2, and a denied plea costs them the 0.5 IMD fee and starts the 4-hour cooldown. - Checked: a holder 174 h past their buys scores 40. A 6 IMD buy by someone else naming them drops their age to 164 h and their score to 37. A holder only one hour past 7 days would need a gift of about 0.6% of their position.
- This isn't in THREAT-MODEL §3 or FINDINGS.md.
- Suggested fix: give the hold points only when the PLEA already old enough covers the plea amount, so later buys can't age older PLEA down.
Invariants checked: 19 (fee split and exact deltas, in both directions and both token orderings, plus partial fills and refunds), 20 (who may initialize or add liquidity, the launch window), 21 (cap ratchet, trims, wall and its guard, the Stacker approval per credit), 22 (gas check before the cashback credit, cost basis and hold time), and 3 as far as it reads the hook's price checkpoints and basis.
Fixes from round 1:
- R1-A3-2 (exact-output fee): correct.
- R1-A3-3 (no wall at a drained tick): holds as written. One gap is unproven: repeated dust sells after the Cabal's death might walk the hook's reference tick down to a drained price over many blocks. I left it out as no more than Low.
Looked at and not reported:
- Sends to the system contracts (
hookDatanaming the gate, Letterbox, Seasons or distributor): listed as accepted in THREAT-MODEL §3. - Lying routers, dirty upper bits, excluded recipients, a contract swapping from its own constructor: no harm beyond the router's own funds.
- Donations, nested unlocks,
unlockCallbackaccess,fundWall,rebalance: no harm found.

All 54 tests in the round-1 and hook suites pass, including the regression tests for R1-A3-1, R1-A3-2 and R1-A3-3. I'm done with the review; here is the recap.
Outcome. The findings file holds one Low. I found no Critical, High or Medium in PleaHook or IStacker, and every agreed number in the hook matches the threat model (2.0% split 50/75/25/25 plus 25 bps PLEA burn, 90-minute window 70% to 0%, 5M per buy, 5,700 IMD seed, 900k floor over 15 days, 400 ticks a day, 1M gas reserve).
The finding (Low). A partially filled exact-input buy reserves its fee on the requested amount and refunds the unearned part in afterSwap. When that refund exceeds the IMD the PoolManager holds, it is minted to the trader as an ERC-6909 claim. The threat model documents claims only for buys larger than about 66 times the pool's IMD and says only the first few buys can hit it. The refund path has no such bound: a 1,000 IMD buy with a price limit 30 ticks from spot filled 6.85 IMD and left 17.08 IMD of claims in an EOA's hands. No funds are lost, and the trader chose the limit, so it is a documentation and router-guidance gap.
Invariants checked for this area. 19 (fee on the fill, both specified sides, partial fills, claims paths, nothing stuck in the hook), 20 (hook-only liquidity and initialization, launch window), 21 (cap ratchet pace and floors, trims, wall placement below the guard, wall IMD stays in the pool, per-credit Stacker allowance), 22 (NotEnoughGas and the 63/64 rule, basis bookkeeping), and the checkpoint source behind invariant 3.
What I verified and why it holds.
- Exact-in and exact-out fee formulas are algebraically the same share of the fill, and the min with the reserved fee means the trader is never overcharged. Sum of floored shares never exceeds the IMD fee, so the pool share never underflows.
- Hook deltas balance in every path (buy alive, buy dead, sell, exact-out), and an int128 truncation of a huge fee can only lead to a revert, never a credit.
- The cap ratchet's remainder bookkeeping conserves the allowance exactly over long gaps. My probe's apparent overshoot was the 91 minutes banked since seed.
- The guard rises at 400 ticks a day bounded by the lagging reference tick, drops at once only to lower traded prices, and ignores drained ticks. The wall is always placed below spot, guard and reference.
- The cashback fallback pays plain IMD and leaves no allowance.
Round-1 fixes for this area (hasBought dust guard, exact-output fee on the fill, no wall at a drained tick) are correct and their tests pass. Scratch probes are in test/scratch and are not part of the submission.

The review is complete and
.imd-findings.jsonholds three findings, one with a Foundry proof. What I found
- Medium,
src/PleaHook.sol:507. After the Cabal's death, a price-limited exact-input swap from a caller the hook cannot name (empty hookData, nomsgSender(): an aggregator executor or a contract wallet) fills partially, and the unearned part of the fee reserved on the whole requested amount is kept for the pool instead of refunded. The swapper pays the fee on the request, not the fill, which breaks invariant 19. Proof:test/scratch/TraderlessPartialFill.t.solfails on this code with a 17.2 IMD charge on a 14.4 IMD fill where 0.25 IMD was due. - Info, line 683. The 5M PLEA launch cap is per swap. One unlock can chain many swaps, so it bounds price impact per swap, not what one buyer takes. The docs say "each", so this is an intent note.
- Info, line 665. The plain-wallet branch of the trader rule is unreachable: a codeless account cannot be the swap sender, and a 7702 wallet has code and goes down the
msgSender()path.
What I checked and found sound
- Invariants 19 to 22: before/after swap deltas for exact-in and exact-out in both orderings, the fee split never exceeding the IMD fee (floor sums bounded, no underflow in
toPool), the burn from the PLEA leg, the prize share rerouted after death, claims paths and the first-buy exception, the Stacker allowance per credit and the 63/64 gas rule, the cap ratchet bookkeeping across gaps and its floors, trims never over the excess, the wall guard's 400-tick rise and instant drop, drained-tick placement, checkpoints recording the found price, and basis updates. - Round 1 fixes R1-A3-1 to R1-A3-3 read correct and complete, and their regression tests pass on this commit.
- Access control on every hook callback,
seed,unlockCallback,rebalance, andfundWall.

The 5M PLEA launch cap is per swap, not per transaction or wallet: a router chains several swaps in one unlocksrc/PleaHook.sol:683
_checkMaxBuy bounds the PLEA output of one swap during the 90-minute launch window. A router's unlockCallback may call PoolManager.swap any number of times inside one unlock (or one transaction), each naming the same trader in hookData, so a single buyer takes 5M PLEA per swap times as many swaps as it likes in one block, paying the same launch fee it would pay for one large buy.
The cap therefore limits only the price impact of one swap, not how much one buyer can take early; the README and THREAT-MODEL invariant 20 say 'capped at 5M PLEA each', which matches the code, so this is a documentation/intent note rather than a defect unless the cap was meant to throttle a single buyer.
Trader rule case 3 (a plain-wallet sender) is unreachable: a codeless account can never be the swap sendersrc/PleaHook.sol:665
The PoolManager only accepts swap from a caller that is inside unlock, and unlock calls back msg.sender's unlockCallback, which an account without code cannot implement (the ABI decode of the empty return reverts). An EIP-7702 delegated wallet has a 23-byte delegation designator, so sender.code.length != 0 and the hook takes the msgSender() path, which a delegated wallet without that function fails.
So a wallet that calls the PoolManager itself with no hookData never resolves a trader: while the Cabal lives its buy reverts RecipientRequired, after the death it trades without cashback or a buy record. The documented rule (README 'Who gets the cashback', THREAT-MODEL section 1) lists the plain-wallet case as a real path; it is dead code. No funds at risk; the fix is a documentation change or dropping the branch (gas).
An EOA (or a 7702-delegated EOA whose delegate has no msgSender()) calls pm.unlock directly: unlock reverts in the callback decode for the EOA; for the 7702 wallet the swap reaches _resolveTrader with sender.code.length == 23, the staticcall to msgSender() returns no 32-byte word, and the trader is address(0): RecipientRequired while alive. Expected per the documented rule: the wallet itself is the trader.

[M-1] Zero-fill swaps drag
refTickto a drained tick, sorebalanceparks the whole wall reserve far below the marketLocation:
src/PleaHook.sol:965(_observeTick), used atsrc/PleaHook.sol:846-853(_rebalance's edge) and829-831(thedrainedtest). Root cause:_observeTickrecords the post-swap tick unconditionally and walksrefTick200 ticks per block toward it. Unlike_updateWallGuard, it never checks that the pool has active liquidity there._rebalanceplaces the wall atmax(spot, refTick), and its drained check only compares spot withrefTick. Reproduction: after the Cabal's death, a seller drains the market band to a limit 60,000 ticks into the liquidity-free region. An attacker then sends one 1-wei exact-input buy per block with a price limit one sqrt-price unit toward the market: each fills nothing, pays no fee, and movesrefTick200 ticks. After 310 blocksrefTicksits at the drained tick. Any buy brings spot back into the band, thenfundWall(10e18)andrebalance()deploy the whole reserve with its near edge 60,210 ticks below spot. Expected vs actual: the README and the R1-A3-3 fix say the wall is placed against the market once IMD is back, never parked at a drained tick. Actual gap is 60,210 ticks, andpendingRebalance()is then false, so nothing can move it until 1 IMD of fresh fees accrues andrefTickhas walked back through as many organic blocks as the attacker spent. No funds leave the pool, but the only post-death bid support is removed for gas cost only, repeatably. Proof:test/scratch/RefTickDrag.t.solfails on this code with the message above; its source is embedded in.imd-findings.json. Fix: have_observeTickignore ticks with no active liquidity, mirroring_updateWallGuard, or clamp the edge to spot whenrefTicklies on the drained side. The 200-tick step and the guard stay unchanged.Round-1 fixes checked

- v4 accounting: all four cases (exact-in and exact-out, buy and sell, both orderings) return exact deltas; the specified-side fee is capped at the fill and refunded (ERC-20, or IMD claims when the PoolManager cannot pay); the hook's net delta is zero; a buyer never leaves with a positive PLEA delta while alive.
- Fee split: floor shares never exceed the IMD fee, including at wei sizes and with the launch extra; the prize share joins the pool after the death; the burn is taken from the PLEA leg. A giant

The review is complete. The findings file is written and verified, and no tracked file in the repository was modified.
Outcome. All seven specialist findings reproduced against the code at this commit, so I kept all of them: four Medium, one Low, two Info. No duplicates across specialists, and no Critical or High. I found no additional defect in my own pass over the fee split, the cap ratchet, the wall placement, the checkpoint and the trader rule.
Reproduced with a Foundry test (one file, test/scratch/Judge.t.sol, inheriting the project fixture, so it is attached as a reproduction, not as a self-contained proof):
- R1-A3-1 fix incomplete (Medium). A 100-wei first buy pays a 1-wei fee but zero payouts, still sets the first-buy flag, and the next real buy pays its cashback, owner and prize shares as ERC-6909 claims. The round-1 regression test only tries a 1-wei buy.
- Hold-time dilution (Medium). A stranger buying 6 IMD of PLEA with hookData naming alice moved her buy-weighted age from 175 to 165 hours and her fact score from 36 to 33.
- refTick drag (Medium). After the death, 310 zero-fill 1-wei swaps in the drained region cost the attacker 0 IMD and walked refTick to the drained tick. After a buy restored spot, rebalance deployed the entire 12.46 IMD reserve 60,209 ticks from the market.
- Trader-less partial fill (Medium). After the death, the same partial fill cost 31.42 IMD without a resolvable trader versus 14.47 IMD with one. The 17.09 IMD difference went to pool fees, against invariant 19's partial-fill clause.
- Refund as claims on a mature pool (Low). With the PoolManager holding 10 IMD, a 1000 IMD price-limited buy left alice with a 17.08 IMD ERC-6909 claim.
Confirmed by reading only: the 5M launch cap is per swap (Info), and the plain-wallet branch of the trader rule is unreachable (Info).
Invariants checked: 3, 5, 19, 20, 21 and 22. Invariant 19's partial-fill clause is the one broken, for trader-less swaps after the death. I rated that Medium rather than High because the loss is bounded, requires a self-chosen price limit and a router without msgSender, and is unreachable while the Cabal lives. The project owner may want to raise it.
Left out: no self-contained proof files, since none of the findings is Critical or High and the fixture-based reproductions already fail for the stated reasons. Fixes for the four Mediums are described in each finding and all preserve the agreed design.
