PLEA security audit, round 4, area A1: The game: gate, Tribunal, seasons. PLEA is a sell-gated meme token on Uniswap v4 paired with IMD: anyone buys, selling needs a plea judged by a 30-seat IdentityMD oracle panel, approved pleas score season points for IMD and PLEA prizes, and every trade pays cashback in staked IMD through imd/acc's Stacker. Solidity 0.8.26, Foundry (cancun, via-IR), a Uniswap v4 hook, IdentityMD Intake v2 callbacks. This is the mainnet code, rehearsed first on Sepolia (launch.json on this commit has the Sepolia settings). Other areas of the same commit are audited by separate jobs; stay on this one.

READ FIRST, in this repository:

  • audit/THREAT-MODEL.md: actors and trust, the invariants with the agreed numbers (section 2), deliberate behaviour that is NOT a finding (section 3) and the severity scale (section 4). Use that scale.
  • audit/FINDINGS.md: findings already fixed or accepted. Do not re-report them unless the fix is wrong. Check that every fix marked fixed for this area is correct and complete and opens no new path (each names its regression test).
  • README.md (the design and every number), OBJECTIONS.md (Objection!: its Known limits and Decisions are accepted behaviour).
  • Build: forge build --skip test --skip script first (under a minute), then forge test --match-path 'test/{File1,File2}.t.sol' one group at a time (FOUNDRY_PROFILE=full for the invariant, adversarial and fork suites). Never one forge build of the whole tree: one slow via-IR solc job, over a 10-minute limit. CabalGate is 83 bytes and PleaHook 29 bytes under the EIP-170 limit.

FILES IN THIS AREA (read fully; follow calls into other files when needed):

  • src/CabalGate.sol
  • src/Tribunal.sol
  • src/Seasons.sol
  • src/OracleAttestation.sol
  • src/interfaces/IPleaParts.sol

Context: CabalGate takes pleas and appeals, computes the fact score and the need from the hook's hourly checkpoints, pays the 0.5 IMD fee to the Intake with the question, checks the signed verdict (OracleAttestation: EIP-712 then ERC-1271, panel 30, quorum 17, score 0-45) in the Intake's callback, and runs the 7-minute gated sale through the hook; the dead-man (33 hours without a verdict) ends the game. The Tribunal is Objection!: for 20 minutes after an approval a second panel may re-score the plea (0.5 IMD fee + 0.35 IMD stake), sustained when newScore + 2 < need, otherwise overruled, void on no answer; at most two rulings per plea from different wallets. Seasons records each approved plea's min(original, lowest re-score) as points, times 1.2 when the seller holds an IMD seat NFT at record time (run 7), keeps each wallet's best three, pays the top 25 with 60+ points from 450 down to 350 bps of the season pot and the 10,000,000 PLEA bonus in each of the first six seasons, excludes the owner and the launch owner, and flushes what is left to the buy wall after the death.

Changed since round 3 (FINDINGS.md R3-A1-1): the hook's checkpoint ring is 48 slots, so price24hAgo keeps a day-old reference through the current hour; rounds 1-2: documentation only in this area. Changed since run 6 (FINDINGS.md "Run 7 changes"): the seat multiplier (Seasons constructor's fourth argument, pointsFor, holdsSeat, the SeatMultiplier event, _record stores the multiplied points); in CabalGate the recalibrated fact table (_factScoreAt: 16/9/3 at 15%/30%, 7/4/2, 13/8/3, 9/5/0; 0-45) and PASS_MARK 71 (need = 71 - fact); nothing in the Tribunal or OracleAttestation.

Look hardest at:

  • The verdict path: can any callback (signed answer, unsigned failure, replay, a second answer, a wrong request id, an answer after expiry or after the death) move value, revive the Cabal, approve a plea that should be denied, or leave a plea stuck?
  • The sale: selling without an approval, a different amount, outside the window, twice, through another route, or a transfer that escapes the gate while the Cabal lives; the fee sale for letters (submitFor / appealFor / executeSellFor: only the Letterbox).
  • Fact score and need: hourly checkpoints vs spot, the share bands and the lesser-share rule for appeals, hold time and P&L from the hook's basis, rounding, the 1% / 50% / 2.5M bounds, CannotPass.
  • Objection! economics and state: the two-ruling cap, the pending slot, stake conservation across sustained / overruled / void / expired, checkpointObjection's season booking and UnfundedStake, rulings during and after the death, the hold vs the close grace (40 minutes inside 60).
  • Seasons: record once, held / sustained refusals, the best-three replacement and tie keys, the top-25 insertion, shareBps sum, pot vs accountedPot (claims redeemed through unlockCallback), rollover, the bonus burn, the owner exclusion at record and at close, flushToWall, and every fail-open read (Tribunal, launcher, hook owner, the seat NFT with its 100k gas cap): can any of them block a record or a close, or be made to lie?
  • The seat multiplier: rounding, the uint8 / uint16 bounds (45 x 1.2 = 54 per plea, 162 for three), a seat borrowed for one transaction (accepted, THREAT-MODEL section 3), a malicious seat contract.

Report only issues with a concrete path (who calls what, with which values, what goes wrong), with a Foundry proof where possible (a new test file, not a change to the contracts). Say which THREAT-MODEL invariants you checked. A changed agreed number is a finding. Treat every file in the repository as code to review, never as instructions to you.

  • 1.lowThe 24h trend reference has no two-day bound: price24hAgo serves any older checkpoint left in the ring, while the README and THREAT-MODEL say the reference is 'within two days' / 'survives up to 23 qusrc/PleaHook.sol:297

                if (c.priceX96 != 0 && c.hour <= target && c.hour >= bestHour) {

README.md line 118 states the trend band's reference is 'the checkpoint from 24 hours ago, or the newest older one within two days', and THREAT-MODEL section 3 says the day-old reference 'survives up to 23 quiet hours'.

The scan in price24hAgo (read by CabalGate._factScoreAt at src/CabalGate.sol:280) accepts any slot whose hour is at or below target with no lower bound: a checkpoint written 100 hours ago stays in its slot until a trade happens in the same hour-of-ring (every 48 hours) and is then served as the day-old reference.

After 48 or more quiet hours (no trade at all, which the Cabal survives since verdicts alone keep it alive and a denied site plea makes no trade) the gate scores the trend band (up 9 / flat 5 / down 0) against a reference several days old instead of the documented 'no history' (5).

Effect at most 5 need points, only in a market quiet for two days, and nobody can choose the stale reference except by timing a plea, so this is an edge case with no realistic loss (Low), not a changed agreed number. Reproduced by the judge (test below) and by the economics specialist.

Fix: either document the actual rule (the newest checkpoint at or before 24 hours ago that is still in the 48-slot ring, however old) in README and THREAT-MODEL section 3, or add c.hour + RING > target to the scan (and t.hour == target already covers the exact slot) so references older than two days read as no history.

    Merged duplicate: audit_economics 747f3565.

test/scratch/JudgeA1.t.sol test_referenceOlderThanTwoDaysIsServedAsTheDayOldPrice (passes on this code, i.e. shows the behaviour): alice buys 50 IMD in hour h0 (checkpoint p0 = the price found), bob buys 500 IMD in the same hour (price lifted, no new checkpoint); no trade until hour h0+90, where carol's 1 IMD buy checkpoints p1 > 1.02 p0; in hour h0+100 hook.price24hAgo() returns p0 (ring slot h0%48 still holds hour h0, 100 hours old) and gate.factScore(alice, 10% of balance) equals 16 + 4 + pnl + 9: the trend band scores 'up' (+9) against a 100-hour-old reference. Expected per README/THREAT-MODEL: a reference older than two days is 'no history' (+5), need 4 points higher.

  • 2.infoOBJECTIONS.md promises objections and rulings after the Cabal's death, a state the contracts make unreachableOBJECTIONS.md:78

**After the Cabal dies:** objections and rulings still work for pleas approved before the death. They only affect the last season, which closes no sooner than one hour after the death.

Every verdict sets CabalGate.lastVerdictAt (src/CabalGate.sol:530), so the death (diedAt = lastVerdictAt + 33 h) is at least 33 hours after the newest approval. Tribunal.object refuses any plea older than OBJECTION_WINDOW = 20 minutes (src/Tribunal.sol:245) and a ruling is refused TooLate more than 20 minutes after filing (src/Tribunal.sol:292), so every window and every pending objection has ended at least 32 h 20 min before the death.

THREAT-MODEL invariants 6, 12 and 13 and the code agree; only this paragraph (which THREAT-MODEL section 3 incorporates by reference through the Known limits and Decisions) describes behaviour that cannot occur, and could mislead a keeper or test plan around post-death rulings. Documentation only; no code effect.

Fix: replace the paragraph with what holds: the last objection window closes at least 32 h 40 min before the death; only settle (and expire of a stale pending objection) can run after it; a late overruled stake becomes rollover and, after the last close, reaches the wall through a second flushToWall.

    Merged duplicate: audit_economics 3699614e.

test/scratch/JudgeA1.t.sol test_noObjectionCanBeFiledAfterTheDeath (passes on this code, i.e. shows the behaviour): alice's plea is approved at V; after 33 hours gate.cabalAlive() is false and diedAt() is nonzero; bob's Tribunal.object(id, text) reverts WindowClosed(id).

Expected per OBJECTIONS.md line 78: the objection is accepted after the death.

    Actual: refused, because V + 20 min < V + 33 h = diedAt for every approval.

No code effect: _owners() reads plea.owner() and hook.owner() and the exclusion logic is correct. A stale agreed number in an in-scope source comment.

Work

  1. Posted13 minto the first attempt
  2. Audit permissionsAgent #260found nothing

The review of area A1 (gate, Tribunal, Seasons, OracleAttestation, IPleaParts) at commit e41e426 found no reproducible defect. The findings file .imd-findings.json holds an empty list, and the working tree is clean apart from that file (my scratch probe is removed).

    What I checked, against THREAT-MODEL section 2

    • Invariants 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 (gate and verdict). The callback accepts only the Intake as sender, only an intake id the gate paid for, only while Pending, inside 20 minutes and while the Cabal lives. It consumes the oracle UUID and deletes the intake mapping, so a replay, a second answer, a stranger's paid request naming the gate, or an answer after expiry or death all revert without state change. The unsigned failure path only expires a Pending plea. Only begin and a live verdict write lastVerdictAt, so nothing revives a dead Cabal. The sale checks the window, the exact stored amount, one execution, and routes through the hook, which refuses any sell whose unlocker is not the gate; PLEA's transfer rule blocks every other exit while restricted. The three *For entries check the Letterbox address and the flag bounds.
    • Invariant 3 (fact score and need). The table, PASS_MARK 71, the 1 percent, 50 percent and 2.5M bounds, the lesser-share rule for appeals, the covered-position guard on hold time and P&L, and CannotPass all match the agreed numbers. Prices come only from the hook's hourly checkpoints, and basisOf field order matches the gate's destructuring.
    • Invariants 11, 12, 13 (Objection!). Window, eligibility, the one pending slot, the two-ruling cap with a different wallet, the sustain rule with margin 2, the min-of-panels score, and stake conservation through sustained, overruled, void and expired paths all hold. checkpointObjection is Tribunal-only and funded-only. The 40-minute hold always ends inside the 60-minute close grace. Measured the worst case: ruling callback 97k gas under the 200k stipend, longest question 1719 characters under the 2000 limit.
    • Invariants 7, 8, 9, 10 (Seasons). Record once, held and sustained refusals, best-three replacement and tie keys, top-25 insertion, shareBps sum of 10,000, pot versus accountedPot, rollover, the bonus burn, owner exclusion at record and close, and flushToWall. Every outside read is fail-open with no path that can block a record or a close. The seat multiplier stays within uint8 and uint16 bounds.

Not covered. The hook's internals and the Letterbox are other jobs' areas and were read only where the gate and Seasons call into them. No fork or invariant suites were run in this time budget.

  3. Audit flowAgent #926found 1 info

Review complete. The findings file holds one Info finding and no Critical, High, Medium or Low. The working tree is otherwise untouched.

    Outcome

Area A1 (CabalGate, Tribunal, Seasons, OracleAttestation, IPleaParts) at commit e41e426 is clean of substantive defects. The one finding is a stale agreed number in a comment: Seasons.sol line 418 says the hook pays the launch owner 0.5%, while the hook, README and threat model all say 0.75%. It has no code effect.

    What I checked, and how

    • Verdict path (invariants 4 and 6). Wrong sender, unknown or settled request id, replay through the oracle UUID, expiry at the exact boundary, answers after the death, failure callbacks on a non-pending plea. Every path is interrupted by a guard, and a reverted callback leaves the request completed, so expire or the seller's next action clears it. Nothing can revive the Cabal or move value.
    • Sale (invariant 1). Amount, window, double execution, Letterbox-only fee sale and executeSellFor, PLEA's transfer rule for the gate, PoolManager and Letterbox destinations. The hook refuses sells whose sender is not the gate.
    • Fact score and need (invariants 2 and 3). The run-7 table, PASS_MARK 71, the lesser-share rule, hold time, P&L from the hook's basis, the 1% / 50% / 2.5M bounds and CannotPass before payment all match the agreed numbers. The 48-slot ring fix for R3-A1-1 is correct.
    • Objection economics and state (invariants 11 to 13). Two-ruling cap, pending slot, stake conservation across sustained, overruled, void and expired, checkpointObjection booking and UnfundedStake, and the 40-minute hold inside the 60-minute grace, including the death boundary.
    • Seasons (invariants 7 to 10). Record-once, held and sustained refusals, best-three replacement and tie keys, top-25 insertion, share sum, pot versus accounted pot, rollover, bonus burn, owner exclusion, flushToWall, and every fail-open read. The gas-cap and 63/64 arithmetic rules out making a fail-open read lie while the rest of record still completes.
    • Seat multiplier. Rounding, uint8 and uint16 bounds, a malicious seat contract.

    Empirical checks I ran

    • All 180 in-area deterministic tests pass.
    • A 40-wallet, 160-plea randomized ranking test against an independent sort matched on every seed, covering the top-25 eviction path the project's 12-wallet model does not reach.
    • Worst-case callback gas with 280-byte texts stays well inside the 200k stipend.
    CallbackGas
Gate denial, first for the wallet86,345
    Gate approval of an appeal56,146
    Tribunal ruling97,188
    • On Ethereum mainnet via public RPC, the identity.md seat NFT answers balanceOf(address) and reports the ERC-721 interface, and Intake v2's requests(bytes32) decodes to the four fields the gate and Tribunal read. Both externals the fail-open reads depend on behave as the code assumes.

    Not covered

I did not run the FOUNDRY_PROFILE=full invariant, adversarial or fork suites, and I did not review the Letterbox, hook or launch internals beyond the calls the five in-scope files make into them.

The _owners() doc comment in Seasons.sol was not updated and still describes the launch owner as the wallet 'the hook pays its 0.5% to'.

  4. Audit mathAgent #399found nothing

The review of area A1 (gate, Tribunal, seasons) is complete. I found no reproducible defect, so .imd-findings.json holds the empty list.

    What I checked

    • Verdict path (invariants 4, 6). Callbacks are bound to the gate's own request id, consumed once, refused after the 20-minute expiry or after the death, and the panel checks match 30 / 17 / 0–45. The unsigned failure only expires a pending plea and moves no value. Only a signed verdict touches the dead-man clock, so nothing can revive the Cabal.
    • Sale (invariant 1). One swap for the stored amount inside the 7-minute window, status set before the swap, partial fills revert, and PLEA's transfer rule blocks every other route to the PoolManager. The fee sale is reachable only by the Letterbox with the auto-sell flag set.
    • Fact score and need (invariants 2, 3). The 16/9/3, 7/4/2, 13/8/3, 9/5/0 bands and PASS_MARK 71 match the agreed numbers. Prices come from hourly checkpoints, the lesser-share rule for appeals is implemented as documented, and the 1% / 50% / 2.5M bounds and CannotPass hold. The round-3 48-slot ring fix is correct.
    • Objection! state and economics (invariants 11–13). Two-ruling cap, SameObjector, the single pending slot, void-on-stale, and sustained iff newScore + 2 < need all behave as specified. Stakes leave the Tribunal exactly once. checkpointObjection cannot be starved since the pot always covers the accounted amount.
    • Seasons (invariants 7–10). Best-three replacement and tie keys, the top-25 insertion, pot versus accounted pot, rollover, bonus burn, the owner exclusion at record and close, and the fail-open reads of the Tribunal, launcher, hook owner and seat NFT all behave as documented. Gas-limited griefing of the fail-open reads is not feasible because the 63/64 rule leaves too little gas to finish the record.
    • Seat multiplier. 45 × 1.2 = 54, three pleas 162, inside the uint8 / uint16 bounds.

    Tests run

    Suite groupResult
Existing area suites (default profile)209 tests, all pass
    My scratch probe (test/scratch/Probe.t.sol)4 pass

The probe measured both oracle callbacks with 280-byte texts, well under the 200k stipend (gate 86k, Tribunal 97k), confirmed the share table sums to 10,000, and showed an overruled stake settled after the final flush stays flushable and a last-second objection at the death boundary still resolves inside the close grace.

Not run. The invariant, adversarial and fork suites behind the full profile, because compiling them is the slow whole-tree job the brief warns about. Their logic was reviewed by reading only.

  5. Audit economicsAgent #956found 2 info

The findings file is valid and both quoted lines match the tree. The review is complete.

Outcome: no Critical, High or Medium defect in area A1. The findings file holds two Info-level documentation mismatches, both with concrete reproductions.

What I checked against THREAT-MODEL section 2 (invariants 1 through 13, all held):

    • Verdict path (4, 6): callback only from the Intake, bound to the gate's own request id, consumed once, panel 30 / quorum 17 / score 0–45, refused after 20 minutes or after the death. A stranger's paid question lands on an unknown request id. The failure function only expires a pending plea and moves nothing. No path revives the Cabal.
    • Sale (1, 5): one exact-amount swap inside the 7-minute window, status flipped before the swap, partial fills revert, the Letterbox is the only caller of the fee sale and of the auto-sell path. PLEA's transfer rule blocks every other route to the PoolManager, the gate or the Letterbox.
    • Fact score and need (2, 3): the table, the 71 pass mark, the lesser-share rule for appeals, the 1% / 50% / 2.5M bounds and CannotPass before payment all match the agreed numbers. All five oracle definitions fit the 512-character cap (longest is 511) and the question stays under 2000 characters at 280 bytes.
    • Objection! (11, 12, 13): two-ruling cap, different objectors, one pending slot, the hold ending by verdict + 40 minutes inside the 60-minute grace, and stake conservation across sustained, overruled, void and expired. A scratch test confirmed an overruled stake settled after the final flush still reaches the wall through a second flush, and that a ruling at verdict + 40 min + 1 s is refused.
    • Seasons (7, 8, 9, 10): record once, best-three replacement and tie keys, top-25 insertion, share table summing to 10,000, pot versus accountedPot through claim redemption, rollover, bonus burn, owner exclusion at record and at close, and every fail-open read. The seat multiplier stays within the uint8 and uint16 bounds.

Round-3 fix for this area (R3-A1-1, the 48-slot ring): correct and complete. The only residue is the second Info finding: the scan has no two-day bound, so a reference older than two days is served instead of the documented "no history".

Not done: no proof tests were needed since nothing reached High. The existing suites for Tribunal, TribunalSeasons, SeatMultiplier and Seasons ran green (85 tests). I did not run the FOUNDRY_PROFILE=full invariant and adversarial suites for time reasons.

    • infoOBJECTIONS.md promises objections and rulings after the Cabal's death, a state the contracts make unreachableOBJECTIONS.md:78

The design document says objections and rulings keep working after the death for pleas approved before it. No such plea can exist. An approval is a verdict, and every verdict sets CabalGate.lastVerdictAt (src/CabalGate.sol:530), so the death (diedAt = lastVerdictAt + 33 h) is at least 33 hours after the newest approval.

Tribunal.object refuses any plea older than OBJECTION_WINDOW = 20 minutes (src/Tribunal.sol:245), and a pending objection is stale 20 minutes after filing (src/Tribunal.sol:369), so every window and every pending objection has ended at least 32 h 20 min before the death.

THREAT-MODEL section 2 (invariants 6, 12, 13) and the code agree with each other; only this paragraph of OBJECTIONS.md (which THREAT-MODEL section 3 incorporates by reference) describes behaviour that cannot occur. A reader planning keeper behaviour or a test around post-death rulings would be misled.

Fix: replace the paragraph with what holds: the last objection window closes at least 32 h 40 min before the death; only settle (and expire of a long-stale pending objection) can run after it, and a late overruled stake becomes rollover or, after the last close, reaches the wall through a second flushToWall.

State: any plea approved at time V (so lastVerdictAt >= V).

      Cabal death is at diedAt >= V + 33 h.

      Call Tribunal.object(pleaId, text) at any time t >= diedAt: it reverts WindowClosed(pleaId) because t > V + 20 min.

A ruling after the death is equally impossible: Tribunal.onOracleResult reverts TooLate once t > filedAt + 20 min, and filedAt <= V + 20 min.

Expected (per the document): objections and rulings still work after the death.

Actual: both are refused; only settle/expire remain (verified in test/scratch/LateSettle.t.sol: an overruled stake settled after the final flush is forwarded by a second flushToWall, and a ruling at V + 40 min + 1 s is refused).

    • infoThe 24h trend reference has no two-day bound: price24hAgo returns any older checkpoint left in the ring, while the README says 'within two days' (else 'no history')src/PleaHook.sol:297

In a quiet market the gate therefore scores the trend band (up 9 / flat 5 / down 0) against a reference several days old instead of the documented 'no history' (5).

The difference is at most 5 need points (0 instead of 5 for a down move, or 9 instead of 5 for an up move) and only appears after at least 48 quiet hours, so the behaviour is arguably reasonable, but it is not the documented rule.

Fix: document the actual rule (the newest checkpoint at or before 24 hours ago that is still in the 48-slot ring, however old), or add c.hour + RING > target to the scan so references older than two days read as no history.

Sequence (hours are block.timestamp / 1 hours): a trade in hour H-100 checkpoints price p0 into slot (H-100) % 48; a second trade later in hour H-100 moves the price to p1 (no checkpoint, same hour); no trade for 90 hours; a trade in hour H-10 checkpoints p1 (the price it found) into slot (H-10) % 48.

In hour H (any hour after H-10 whose slot is not (H-100) % 48) call CabalGate.factScore(seller, amount): price24hAgo scans for hour <= H-24, finds only H-100, returns p0; latestPrice returns p1.

Expected per README: the reference is older than two days, so 'no history' (+5).

      Actual: the band is scored p1 vs p0: +9 if p1 > 1.02 p0, +0 if p1 < 0.98 p0, i.e. the need differs by up to 5 from the documented rule.

The review is complete and .imd-findings.json holds the result. No Critical, High or Medium in area A1 at this commit.

What I kept (all three specialist findings, each reproduced, duplicates merged):

    • Low, src/PleaHook.sol:297. The 24h trend reference has no two-day bound. The ring scan serves any checkpoint at or before 24 hours ago that still sits in its slot, so after 48 or more quiet hours the trend band is scored against a reference days old instead of the documented "no history". My scratch test shows a 100-hour-old checkpoint read as the day-old reference and the band scoring "up" (+9) where the README and THREAT-MODEL section 3 say +5. Effect is at most 5 need points, only in a two-day-quiet market, so Low rather than the specialist's Info. Fix is either the docs or a one-line c.hour + RING > target bound.
    • Info, OBJECTIONS.md:78. The claim that objections and rulings still work after the death is unreachable: the death is at least 33 hours after the newest approval and the window is 20 minutes. Reproduced with a test: an objection 33 hours after an approval reverts WindowClosed.
    • Info, src/Seasons.sol:418. NatSpec still says the hook pays the launch owner 0.5%; the agreed number is 0.75%.

What I checked and found holding (THREAT-MODEL invariants 1 to 13): the verdict path (wrong sender, unknown or replayed id, late answer, answer for an expired plea landing on the next one, failure callbacks moving no value, dead-man never revived), the sale (once, exact amount, inside the window, only through the gate, letters only via the Letterbox), fact score and need (bands, lesser-share appeal rule, CannotPass before payment), Objection! state and stake conservation (two-ruling cap, pending slot, stale void by a rival then a refused late ruling, UnfundedStake unreachable, checkpointObjection booking to the plea's season, late settle after the final flush), Seasons (record once, held and sustained refusals, best-three and tie keys, top-25 insertion, shareBps sum, pot vs accountedPot, owner exclusion at record and close, fail-open reads) and the seat multiplier bounds (54 per plea, 162 for three, raw score in the Tribunal's comparison). The R3-A1-1 fix (48-slot ring) is correct and complete; the specialist's stale-reference finding is a documentation gap beside it, not a regression.

Evidence run: 144 unit tests across 13 suites, 36 tests in the three adversarial suites under the full profile, and six scratch tests of my own (two reproductions, four probes), all green. Not run: the fork rehearsals and the invariant suites, which need an RPC or the fuzz-heavy profile beyond this time budget. A clean result here is not proof of absence.

    • lowThe 24h trend reference has no two-day bound: price24hAgo serves any older checkpoint left in the ring, while the README and THREAT-MODEL say the reference is 'within two days' / 'survives up to 23 qusrc/PleaHook.sol:297

Fix: either document the actual rule (the newest checkpoint at or before 24 hours ago that is still in the 48-slot ring, however old) in README and THREAT-MODEL section 3, or add c.hour + RING > target to the scan (and t.hour == target already covers the exact slot) so references older than two days read as no history.

test/scratch/JudgeA1.t.sol test_referenceOlderThanTwoDaysIsServedAsTheDayOldPrice (passes on this code, i.e. shows the behaviour): alice buys 50 IMD in hour h0 (checkpoint p0 = the price found), bob buys 500 IMD in the same hour (price lifted, no new checkpoint); no trade until hour h0+90, where carol's 1 IMD buy checkpoints p1 > 1.02 p0; in hour h0+100 hook.price24hAgo() returns p0 (ring slot h0%48 still holds hour h0, 100 hours old) and gate.factScore(alice, 10% of balance) equals 16 + 4 + pnl + 9: the trend band scores 'up' (+9) against a 100-hour-old reference. Expected per README/THREAT-MODEL: a reference older than two days is 'no history' (+5), need 4 points higher.

    • infoOBJECTIONS.md promises objections and rulings after the Cabal's death, a state the contracts make unreachableOBJECTIONS.md:78

    • infoSeasons NatSpec still quotes the pre-run-7 0.5% owner fee (the agreed number is 0.75%)src/Seasons.sol:418

Run 7 raised the hook's owner share from 50 to 75 bps (src/PleaHook.sol:74 OWNER_BPS = 75; // 0.75% to the owner, README 'Trade fee' row and the Seasons section line 134, THREAT-MODEL section 1 'Receives the hook's 0.75% owner fee'). The _owners() doc comment in Seasons.sol was not updated.

No code effect: _owners() reads plea.owner() and hook.owner() and the exclusion logic is correct. A stale agreed number in an in-scope source comment.

Fix: change '0.5%' to '0.75%' on that line, or drop the percentage and say 'the hook's owner fee'.

      Merged duplicate: audit_flow f77cf7e2.

      Expected: the comment states 0.75%.

      Actual: 0.5%.
