    • mediumThe pause shortcut resumes a hidden run while the colony is openindex.html:36

Opening Mining colony pauses the run and hides #gamewrap, but the global P key handler still clicks the hidden Pause button. Its paused branch changes state back to playing without leaving the colony. Movement and hazards then run behind the colony screen, so the player can lose lives without seeing or controlling the visible game.

Restrict resume to the Adventure view, or switch views before resuming. This is a gameplay defect, not a hosting blocker.

In a fresh desktop browser, open index.html, click Start Adventure, then Mining colony.

Press P once, hold D for about five seconds, and watch the Lives counter while the colony remains visible.

Expected: the adventure remains paused during the colony visit (or is made visible when resumed).

Actual in Chromium: #gamewrap remains "gamewrap hidden", #overlay becomes "overlay hidden", and Lives decreases from 3 to 2 as the unseen hamster falls into the first gap.

Returning to Adventure reveals the advanced run.

    • mediumThe start button is completely clipped on 320-pixel touch screensindex.html:2

The game wrapper clips overflow, its height follows the 16:9 canvas, and the absolutely positioned overlay vertically centers content taller than that height. On a 320 CSS-pixel-wide portrait viewport, Start Adventure falls entirely below the wrapper and cannot be tapped. At 375 pixels its label is mostly clipped.

There is no separate visible start control, so narrow-screen touch visitors cannot begin a run in portrait. Let the menu fit or scroll within the visible game area, or give it sufficient height. This is an advisory usability defect, not a hosting blocker.

Open index.html at a 320×812 CSS-pixel mobile/touch viewport at normal zoom and with no saved state.

Do not programmatically focus or scroll the Start button into view.

The initial screen has no visible Start Adventure button.

In Chromium, #gamewrap spans y=287..455.625 and clips content below y=450.625; #start spans y=457.8125..508.8125, so none of it is visible.

Tapping its nominal center (160,483.3) hits Mining colony instead and leaves the start overlay active.

Expected: a visible, tappable Start Adventure button in portrait.

Actual: starting requires a viewport/orientation change or non-touch workaround.

Also reproduced partial clipping at 375×812.

    • lowBlock progress is inflated tenfold by the wrong unit conversionjs/crystal-rush.js:60

The live status strip divides projected.blockProgress by 1,000,000 to obtain a percentage. The public API uses 1,000,000,000 units per block, so the percentage divisor must be 10,000,000. The bar therefore fills at only 10% of a block and its tooltip can exceed 100%.

This is an advisory display defect, not a hosting blocker. API units and the example response are documented at https://docs.squeekchain.com/developers/api/#numbers-and-units and https://docs.squeekchain.com/developers/api/#provisional-blocks-get-v1measurementblocks.

Serve index.html and intercept GET https://api.squeekchain.com/v1/measurement/blocks with HTTP 200 and JSON {"status":"available","freshness":"fresh","projected":{"blockHeight":"2394","blockProgress":"130983659"}} (the projected values in the published API example).

On the first poll, inspect #chain-progress.style.width and hover #chain-strip.

      Expected: approximately 13.1% progress.

Actual: width 100.0% and tooltip "estimated block progress 131.0%".

Reproduced by executing the unchanged script with this response.

    • lowEvery completed endless run pays only 35% of the advertised SQK rewardindex.html:33

The colony explanation in index.html promises floor(6,900 × power ÷ 100,000) simulated SQK for each completed run. end(win) instead applies a 35% multiplier whenever win is false, and the endless game has only end(false) call sites when lives run out. There is no reachable winning finish that pays the displayed formula. Align the completed-run reward with the explanation.

These are explicitly fictional tokens, so this is an advisory game-accounting/documentation defect rather than deceptive real-world financial content.

Open the site with no saved progress (power 1,000 and Game SQK 0).

      In Mining colony, expand How the tokenomics work: its completed-run formula gives floor(6,900 × 1,000 ÷ 100,000) = 69.

Return to Adventure, start, and hold D without jumping until all three lives are lost.

Expected according to that explanation: Game SQK increases by 69.

Actual in Chromium: the end overlay says "earned 24 simulated SQK", the HUD shows 24, and the saved sqk value is 24.

All end calls in the source pass false, so finishing differently cannot obtain the advertised full reward.
