Full pre-launch audit of BLACKOUT v3.13 before its five contract launches on Robinhood Chain (4663). Source: identity-md-launches/launch-1544-blackout-swarmdesk-bootstrap-robinhood at commit 24bfb1d, built with the repo foundry.toml (solc 0.8.26, optimizer 200, cancun, viaIR false, bytecode_hash none). Read-only: no deploy, no broadcast, no source changes.

Goal: find now every finding that the IMD launch audit panel (audit_flow, audit_permissions, audit_economics, audit_math and the audit_judge) would raise as medium, high or critical in any of the launches, so all fixes land in one change before anything is deployed. The contracts authenticate each other by creation-code hash, so any later code change forces every launch to be repeated.

Scope, by launch:

  • M1: SwarmDesk (oracle-only swarm role, EIP-712 attested IMD answers, bind via ProjectFactory proofs).
  • M2: EndowmentEscrow (ownerless, one forward to the authenticated RewardPool).
  • M3: V4Market (Uniswap v4 hook, fee 12500, ETH pair, stepped launch tax 90/50/25 for 30 min, then exactly 1% to rewards plus a progressive sell surcharge).
  • M4 job A: Params, GameRegistry, RewardPool, FarmRewards, FarmCore, FarmItems, PackSale, StarterClaim.
  • M7 job B: FeeRouter, GridOperator, Season, FarmEngine, Economy, Enhancement, Civic, Billboards. Plus shared libraries (src/lib, ModuleCode, SwarmCode), keeper/ and tools/ only where they define on-chain inputs.

Review each contract the way the launch panel does: call flow and state transitions, every authority and caller check, custody of ETH and tokens, economics and exploit profitability, arithmetic, rounding and bounds, liveness (what can get stuck, what can be griefed), deployability under the factory (static constructors, no external calls, empty-chain constructor rehearsal, size limits).

Known and accepted by the requester (report only if you find a worse variant):

  • M-2 twin front-run of SwarmDesk.bind (docs/m2-trust-assumption.md): griefing only, mitigated by binding right after job A.
  • 17 reserved Params keys with no reader (docs/params-keys-v313.md).
  • Import finding b2ccff16: a regulator answer with a cap announcement rolls back while the bound market reports initializedAt() == 0; unreachable because the Desk binds after the token launch and caps are only proposed at age >= 30 days.
  • Future-block randomness is sequencer-influenced; no VRF claim.

Deliver report.md:

  1. Every finding with severity (critical/high/medium/low/info), contract and line, a concrete reproduction (Foundry test or exact call sequence), and whether the launch judge would likely block on it.
  2. For each medium or higher: the minimal fix, and exactly which creation-code pins it changes (which of SwarmDesk, EndowmentEscrow, V4Market, GameRegistry, Params, ModuleCode.launchHash(0..13)).
  3. A recommended single fix set, ordered, that clears all blocking findings with the fewest pin changes.
  4. A list of low/info items to accept as documented, with a one-line justification each, written so it can be pasted into the launch objectives.

  • 1.highV4Market.quote ignores the pool's 1.25% LP fee, so FeeRouter.executeBuys cannot clear its 1.5% band at launch depth: reward ETH (1% share + 90/50/25% launch tax) is stuck in FeeRouter with no other exsrc/V4Market.sol:296

            uint256 netInput = ethAmount - ethAmount * PROJECT_BPS / 10000;
            return Math.mulDiv(netInput, twap(), 1 ether);

    Merged from audit_economics 38b02812 and audit_math e02a8283 (same root cause, same fix). quote() (src/V4Market.sol:296-297) prices a system buy as (ethAmount - 1% hook share) x twap(), and quoteSell() (src/V4Market.sol:477-478) mirrors it. The pool itself charges POOL_FEE = 12500 ppm (1.25%) on the same input, so at spot == TWAP and zero price impact the real output is 0.9875 x quote.

    FeeRouter.executeBuys (src/FeeRouter.sol:295-296) requires minOut >= quote x (10000 - SlippageBps)/10000 with SlippageBps bounded to 150 (Params.bounds and FeeRouter.MAX_SLIPPAGE_BPS), executePotBuys and V4Market.sell/FeeRouter.executeSells use a literal 9850/10000. Only 0.25% (buys) / 0.15% (sells) is left for price impact plus spot-vs-TWAP deviation.

    The router refuses buys below min(rewardETH, 0.05 ETH) (src/FeeRouter.sol:291-292), and a 0.05 ETH exact-input buy has about 0.49% impact on a 10 ETH virtual reserve, so on the launch pool (10 ETH opening cap on 4663 per launch-v39.md line 184, poolBps 7000, i.e. roughly 7 ETH of virtual ETH depth) every executeBuys reverts InsufficientBalance (src/V4Market.sol:539-543) even in a perfectly calm market; it first clears above roughly 20 ETH of depth, and after that only while spot stays within about 0.2% of the 30-minute TWAP, i.e. never during a trend. rewardETH is decremented only by executeBuys (src/FeeRouter.sol:299); there is no owner, sweep or alternative path, and BuyBatch/MIN_BUY_AMOUNT are immutable, so the hook's 1% of every swap and the entire 90/50/25% launch tax (depositLaunchTax routes 100% to rewardETH) accumulate unconvertible from the first block.

    The regulator cannot widen the band (SlippageBps hi bound == current value 150; the sell side is a literal), and any regulator step below 125 bps makes buys impossible at every depth. Not an attacker finding: it is deterministic on the launch parameters, which is why it is rated high (certain occurrence, core reward flow dead, funds indefinitely stuck). The launch judge (audit_economics / audit_math) would block.

    Minimal fix (V4Market pin only, M3): in quote() apply netInput = netInput * (1_000_000 - poolFee) / 1_000_000 before the mulDiv, and in quoteSell() apply gross = gross * (1_000_000 - poolFee) / 1_000_000 before subtracting PROJECT_BPS, so SlippageBps covers only impact and deviation (verified: the attached proof fails on this code and passes with exactly the quote() change).

    Alternative (worse: changes ModuleCode.launchHash(6), Params and therefore every pin): raise MAX_SLIPPAGE_BPS and the SlippageBps bound to >= 300 and parameterise the 9850 literals.

    Recommended single fix set, ordered by pin cost: (1) this quote()/quoteSell() change [V4Market pin only]; (2) the SwarmDesk.bind market/token check from the next finding [SwarmDesk pin only]; (3) optionally batch the low module items (executeSells amount, retire caller check, lock walk bound, claimLottery lazy mint, vintage at) into one ModuleCode regeneration, or accept them as documented and leave every job A/B pin untouched.

    test/scratch/QuoteLpFee.t.sol (attached as proof; forge test --match-path test/scratch/QuoteLpFee.t.sol).

    State: real v4 PoolManager (vendor/v4-core), the production V4Market code (only the bind proof replaced by a direct setter), pool initialised at sqrtPriceX96 = 2^96, one full-range position with liquidity 10e18 (virtual reserves 10 ETH / 10 tokens), no trades, +60 minutes so twap() == spot().

    Input: router.depositBaseFee{value: 0.1 ether}(); q = hook.quote(0.05 ether); router.executeBuys(0.05 ether, q * 9850 / 10000).

    Expected: the smallest allowed reward buy at the widest allowed slippage executes on a calm pool (received >= minOut, rewardETH 0.1 -> 0.05 ETH).

    Actual: revert InsufficientBalance from V4Market.unlockCallback (tokenDelta ~0.048644e18 < minOut 0.048757e18: 0.0495 ETH input x 0.9875 pool fee = 0.048881 ETH swapped into 10/10 reserves yields 10 x 0.048881 / 10.048881). rewardETH stays 0.1 ether with no other exit.

    Cross-check: test/V4Integration.t.sol passes the same call only because it seeds 1000 ETH of liquidity (impact 0.005%).

    With the one-line quote() fix the same test passes (verified by patching and restoring src/V4Market.sol).

  • 2.mediumSwarmDesk.bind never checks registry.market()/registry.token(): a pinned-code twin registry naming a foreign market or token captures the Desk and permanently freezes the hook's ETH fees or the escrowsrc/SwarmDesk.sol:201

            if (_predictRegistry(r, p, registryLaunch, registryIndex, registryCode) != candidate) revert InvalidProof();

    From audit_permissions 08cbad44, reproduced. bind (src/SwarmDesk.sol:194-202) proves the candidate's creation code, factory, keccak(starterRoot, freeRoot, snapshotBlock, endowment) and Params, and _predictRegistry (src/SwarmDesk.sol:223-226) only feeds r.token() and r.market() into the CREATE2 prediction: whatever token and market the twin was constructed with are accepted. docs/m2-trust-assumption.md section 3 row "Change the token or the pool: No ...

    The twin has to reuse them" is therefore not what the code enforces, and the accepted M-2 (griefing only, funds stay under pinned game rules) has two strictly worse variants with identical preconditions (a paid factory launch of the pinned Params + GameRegistry with the public roots after job A, and winning the race to bind). (a) Foreign market: the Desk binds a registry whose market is an attacker address.

    V4Market.bindFeeRouter then can never succeed for any router, because _routerMarketValid (src/V4Market.sol:142, 210-212) needs r.market() == hook while _canonical (src/V4Market.sol:152, 189-191) needs Desk.registry() == r; flushFees (src/V4Market.sol:195) reverts NotConfigured forever and every wei of heldBase/heldSellTax/heldLaunchTax (including the whole 90/50/25% launch-window tax) is frozen in the ownerless hook, whose receive() only accepts the manager.

    The bound game's GameRegistry.launchTime(), PackSale readiness and FeeRouter.market() (zapBuy sends player ETH to it, executeSells approves tokens to it) are attacker-controlled.

    (b) Foreign token: EndowmentEscrow.forward reads r.token() of the bound registry (src/EndowmentEscrow.sol:84-86), sees balance 0 and reverts InsufficientBalance; since the Desk is bound (AlreadyDone) no other registry can ever be forwarded, so the full 200,000,000e18 endowment (20% of supply) is locked in the ownerless escrow forever and the hook cannot bind either (r.token() != token).

    Severity: same low likelihood as the accepted M-2 (sequencer chain, keeper binds right after job A) but the impact changes from griefing to permanent loss of the endowment / fee stream, and the fix is one check on the only pin not yet launched, so the launch judge is likely to block.

    Minimal fix (SwarmDesk pin only, M1): after proving r in bind, require that r.market() is a launch hook of this Desk and that its token is the registry's token: IBoundHook h = IBoundHook(r.market()); if (h.desk() != address(this) || h.token() != r.token() || h.gameConfigHash() != binding.gameConfigHash) revert InvalidProof(); (V4Market already exposes desk(), token() and gameConfigHash() as immutables; an EOA market reverts on the staticcall, which is the desired outcome).

    Pins changed: SwarmDesk only; EndowmentEscrow, V4Market, GameRegistry, Params and ModuleCode.launchHash(0..13) untouched. Also correct the "Change the token or the pool" row of docs/m2-trust-assumption.md.

    Pin impact of any module (job A/B) source fix: tools/pin_module_code.py regenerates ModuleCode.launchHash(role); ModuleCode is compiled into GameRegistry and EndowmentEscrow, so the GameRegistry creation hash (SwarmCode.REGISTRY_*) changes, which changes SwarmDesk and EndowmentEscrow (SwarmCode) and V4Market (embeds type(GameRegistry).creationCode). A module fix therefore regenerates every pin (M1..M7).

    A fix confined to SwarmDesk changes only the SwarmDesk pin (M1; the Escrow and hook take the Desk as an address, not code). A fix confined to V4Market changes only the V4Market pin (M3; nothing pins the hook code).

    test/scratch/Proof_08cbad446c1c.t.sol (attached; forge test --match-path test/scratch/Proof_08cbad446c1c.t.sol): both tests fail on this code with "next call did not revert as expected".

    State: SwarmDesk deployed with factory F and gameConfigHash H = keccak(starterRoot, freeRoot, 23_000_000, 200_000_000e18); Params deployed through F at (1,0) with (desk, 200, 1e18).

    Input 1: attacker deploys through F at (1,1) the pinned GameRegistry creation code with constructor (realToken, params, market = attacker EOA, roots/snapshot/endowment matching H, F) and calls desk.bind(twin, GameRegistry.creationCode, Params.creationCode, 1, 1, 1, 0).

    Expected: revert (InvalidProof or a failed hook probe).

    Actual: bind succeeds, desk.registry() == twin, Bound emitted.

    Input 2: same with token = foreign ERC20 and the escrow holding 200,000,000e18 real tokens; bind succeeds; with a pinned RewardPool registered at (1,2), escrow.forward(twin, 1, 1, registryCode, 1, 2, poolCode) reverts InsufficientBalance and the escrow balance stays 200,000,000e18 with no remaining exit.

  • 3.lowFeeRouter.executeSells demands amount == min(total, maxSellBatch()) at inclusion time, so any pool movement between quote and inclusion reverts the keeper's team/heartbeat token sale (griefable by dussrc/FeeRouter.sol:204

            if (amount == 0 || amount != Math.min(total, m.maxSellBatch())) revert InvalidValue();

    Merged from audit_flow e270020b (medium) and audit_math 05f18ede (info); reproduced, rated low. executeSells only accepts amount == min(teamTokens + heartbeatTokens, market.maxSellBatch()). On V4Market, maxSellBatch() = min(liquidity x sqrtPrice / 2^96 / 1000, twap() / 10) (src/V4Market.sol:482-488).

    Whenever virtual ETH reserves are below 100 ETH (true for the whole launch) the depth term binds and changes with every swap, so a keeper transaction built from sellBatchQuote() (keeper/keeper.mjs:240-241 does exactly quote-then-send) reverts InvalidValue if anyone moves the pool by one wei before inclusion; a third party can keep doing that with dust swaps for gas plus 2.25% of dust, stalling conversion of the team's 10% and the heartbeat-bounty token share.

    Why low and not medium: no funds are at risk, lastSell is not consumed by the revert so no cadence is lost, only team/heartbeat tokens are affected, and the keeper can defeat it without a code change by calling sellBatchQuote() and executeSells() from one contract in the same transaction. The launch judge is unlikely to block.

    Fix if desired (FeeRouter: ModuleCode.launchHash(6), cascading to every pin, so only worth batching with another module change): replace line 204 with amount = Math.min(total, m.maxSellBatch()); if (amount == 0) revert InvalidValue(); and keep the minOut check against quoteSell(amount) (verified: the attached proof fails now with InvalidValue and passes with this change).

    Accept-as-documented wording otherwise: "executeSells must be quoted and executed against the same pool state (bundle both calls in one transaction); a mismatch reverts harmlessly and the keeper retries."

A fix confined to V4Market changes only the V4Market pin (M3; nothing pins the hook code).

    test/scratch/Proof_e270020b696f.t.sol (attached; forge test --match-path test/scratch/Proof_e270020b696f.t.sol) fails on this code with InvalidValue().

    State: FeeRouter wired to a minimal registry, Params (this, 200, 1e18), RewardPool, and a market whose maxSellBatch() = depth / 1000 like V4Market.

    Route 2,000,000e18 tokens (teamTokens = 200,000e18 > cap 1,000e18).

    (amount, minimum) = sellBatchQuote() -> amount == 1,000e18.

    Reduce depth by 1000 wei (one dust swap). executeSells(amount, minimum): expected the best available batch is sold; actual revert InvalidValue at src/FeeRouter.sol:204.

  • 4.lowRewardPool.fundEndowment needs the immutable principal from unrecorded inflows only: a one-wei shortfall in the escrow remainder leaves available() == 0 forever and donate() cannot close it (only an usrc/RewardPool.sol:68

            if (balance < otherInflow || balance - otherInflow < principal) revert InsufficientBalance();

    Merged from audit_flow ff821413 and audit_economics 448ac11f (same mechanism); reproduced. GameRegistry.endowment is immutable (200,000,000e18 for this launch, committed in the hook's and Desk's gameConfigHash before the token launch), and fundEndowment requires balance - otherInflow >= endowment.

    Every in-protocol inflow (donate, routeTokens, FarmCore charges, executeBuys before endowed) is added to otherInflow (src/RewardPool.sol:75, 92) and excluded, so if EndowmentEscrow.forward delivers less than the committed principal by any amount (platform split change, pool seeding different from the rehearsal), available() returns 0 for ever (src/RewardPool.sol:56), advanceEpoch reserves nothing and PackSale readiness fails; no in-protocol path repairs it.

    The only recovery is a plain ERC20 transfer of the shortfall to the pool, which the runbook does not mention. A launch-input risk rather than a code defect: launch-v39.md line 109-111 shows the fork remainder at +0.056% above principal. Judge unlikely to block.

    Accept-as-documented wording: "remainderTo must deliver >= 200,000,000e18; a shortfall is repaired by a plain token transfer to the RewardPool (not donate), after which fundEndowment is called." Expected: a documented funding path for any shortfall; actual: only the raw transfer works.

        function retire(address p) external nonReentrant {

    From audit_flow f44deaf5, reproduced. retire takes an arbitrary player address, runs _prepare(p) (settle + roll + sync, i.e. a fresh re-commitment of p's configured weight) and removes p from the players enumeration; every other owner action in FarmCore is msg.sender-scoped.

    The on-chain game never iterates players (count/playerAt serve the UI and keepers), so the impact is a third party removing idle players from the public roster and the re-added-on-next-place churn; funds are unaffected. Judge unlikely to block. Fix (FarmCore: ModuleCode.launchHash(2), cascading to every pin; batch only): if (msg.sender != p) revert Unauthorized(); at the top of retire.

  • 6.lowSwarmDesk._regulate clamps an out-of-range regulator key onto RepairHours instead of skipping itsrc/SwarmDesk.sol:416

                Params.Key k = Params.Key(_clamp(key, 1, 45) - 1);

    From audit_permissions ab4b472e, verified against the code. The regulator answer packs a key in the top byte of v[1..8]; key 0 means no change (line 414). Any key above 45 is clamped to 45 and decoded as Params.Key(44), which is RepairHours (the 45th and last enum member, src/Params.sol:52); the value bits are then clamped into the RepairHours bounds (4e18..8e18) and the +/-10% band and applied through params.set.

    A malformed or future key (e.g. a new recipe key added before the Params enum grows) silently moves the repair-cost parameter by up to 10% per day instead of being ignored. Attester-trusted and bounded, so low; judge unlikely to block. Fix (SwarmDesk pin only): if (key == 0 || key > 45) continue;.

    Accept-as-documented wording: "Out-of-range regulator keys clamp to RepairHours; the attester recipe emits only keys 1..45."

  • 7.lowEconomy._insert walks the district's sorted lock list without a bound: a district can be filled with ascending locks so that later locks of equal or smaller amount cost +4.5k gas per existing nodesrc/Economy.sol:176

            while (cursor != address(0) && locks[cursor].amount >= locks[p].amount) {

    From audit_economics d8b7bf18, reproduced (the specialist's "descending" wording is inverted: ascending amounts give the attacker O(1) inserts because each new lock is larger than the head). lock() inserts the caller into a descending linked list by walking until a smaller lock is found.

    An attacker in fresh wallets of the target district (district = keccak(address) % 8) locking amounts A, A+1, A+2, ... pays a constant insert each time; a victim locking <= A then walks all N nodes at about 4,525 gas each (measured: 653,885 gas for an empty district vs 2,011,393 after 300 larger locks), so roughly 7,000 nodes exceed a 32M block.

    Cost to the attacker: N x lock minimum (farmDaily x 5 at 7 days) refundable after 7 days plus gas; the victim can bypass by locking more than the attacker's largest amount; only the optional lock/boost feature (Civic feature 4, disabled at launch) is affected. Judge unlikely to block.

    Fix (Economy: ModuleCode.launchHash(10), cascading; batch only): bound the walk (e.g. 32 steps then revert with a hint, or accept a caller-supplied insertion hint checked against both neighbours); districtStake reads only the top ten so a bounded prefix suffices.

    Accept-as-documented wording: "Lock insertion is unbounded per district; a flooded district can be bypassed by locking above the flood amount."

A fix confined to V4Market changes only the V4Market pin (M3; nothing pins the hook code).

    test/scratch/JudgeChecks.t.sol testLockInsertionWalkGrowsWithEqualOrLargerLocks (passes, i.e. observed).

    BaseTest fixture with feature 4 enabled: one lock(15_000e18, 7) in an empty district costs 653,885 gas; after 300 wallets in alice's district each lock(15_000e18 + i, 7) in ascending order, alice's lock(15_000e18, 7) costs 2,011,393 gas.

    Expected: lock cost independent of other users' locks.

    Actual: +4,525 gas per existing equal-or-larger lock, unbounded.

  • 8.lowSeason.claimLottery couples the 10% pot payout to an item mint that reverts when the winner's inventory is full, so the token share is blocked and forfeits to rollover after the claim windowsrc/Season.sol:369

            id = items().mint(msg.sender, k, r, true);

    From audit_economics 3e388933, verified against the code. claimLottery pays the token share with _payPot and then calls FarmItems.mint in the same transaction; mint reverts InvalidValue when inventory[p] >= capacity(p) = 15 + 5 x expansions (src/FarmItems.sol:95), so a winner with a full inventory cannot collect the token share either until they free a slot or expand, and after the claim deadline rollover() moves the unclaimed 10% to the current pot. claimDistrict is unaffected (rewardPack commits a lazy receipt).

    Judge unlikely to block. Fix (Season: ModuleCode.launchHash(8), cascading; batch only): commit the item through PackSale.rewardPack like claimDistrict, or make the mint best-effort.

    Accept-as-documented wording: "A lottery winner must have inventory space to claim; the claim window is four weeks." Pin impact of any module (job A/B) source fix: tools/pin_module_code.py regenerates ModuleCode.launchHash(role); ModuleCode is compiled into GameRegistry and EndowmentEscrow, so the GameRegistry creation hash (SwarmCode.REGISTRY_*) changes, which changes SwarmDesk and EndowmentEscrow (SwarmCode) and V4Market (embeds type(GameRegistry).creationCode).

    Call sequence: winner w with inventory == capacity (15 items, no expansions) after finalize(week) set lotteryWon[week][w]; w calls claimLottery(week).

    Expected: pot[week] x 10 / 100 is paid regardless of inventory.

    Actual: revert InvalidValue from FarmItems.mint at src/FarmItems.sol:95 (the whole call reverts, lotteryClaimed stays false, potRemaining unchanged); after scrapping or unequipping one item the same call succeeds.

  • 9.lowFarmRewards._credit lets a later same-epoch scrap/award credit push the whole vintage slot's maturity timestamp forward, over-taxing the earlier credit by up to 6 hours of decaysrc/FarmRewards.sol:486

            if (at > v.at || v.amount == 0) v.at = uint64(at);

    From audit_math b6ce9ea5, verified against the code. One Vintage per epoch slot (e % 32) keeps a single at. Settlement credits use at = epoch end and never disagree, but scrap() (line 561) and award() (line 575) credit the current epoch with at = block.timestamp, so a second such credit in the same 6-hour epoch overwrites at with the later timestamp and the earlier amount's 7-day decay (20% -> 5%, taxBps line 491-493) restarts from it.

    Bounded to 6 hours of decay, i.e. at most about 54 bps extra claim tax on the earlier amount, only for players who scrap or win awards more than once per epoch. Judge unlikely to block. Fix (FarmRewards: ModuleCode.launchHash(1), cascading; batch only): keep the earlier timestamp (if (v.amount == 0 || at < v.at) v.at = uint64(at)), or key the slot by (epoch, kind).

    Accept-as-documented wording: "Scrap/award credits within one epoch share a vintage; the earlier credit matures up to 6 hours late (<= 54 bps extra claim tax)."

    Arithmetic from the code: farm p with pending == 0 in epoch E; at time T core.scrap() credits A = 1000e18 via _credit(p, A, E, T): slot E % 32 gets at = T.

    At T + 5h (still E) a second scrap credits B = 1e18: at > v.at so v.at = T + 5h, amount = A + B.

    At T + 7d the player claims A.

    Expected: A is 7 days old, taxBps = 500, tax = 50e18.

    Actual: the sweep at line 503 does not mature the slot (T + 7d < T + 5h + 7d); line 520 charges taxBps(7d - 5h) = 2000 - 1500 x 163h / 168h = 545 bps, tax = 54.5e18; the player receives 4.5e18 less than the documented schedule.

  • 10.infoV4Market rejects every exact-output swap (amountSpecified >= 0) in beforeSwap and afterSwap; undocumented for integratorssrc/V4Market.sol:410

            if (p.amountSpecified >= 0) revert InvalidValue();

    From audit_flow 35091f46, verified against the code (lines 410 and 433). The pool supports exact-input swaps only, for all users; the system buy/sell paths are exact-input too. Deliberate (the BeforeSwapDelta is taken from the specified ETH input) and asserted by test/Market.t.sol, but not stated in launch-v38.md, docs/api-v35.md or the launch objective, and wallets or aggregators that quote "buy exactly N tokens" fail against the launch pool.

    No code change recommended.

    Accept-as-documented wording: "The launch pool accepts exact-input swaps only; exact-output swaps revert InvalidValue."

    Call PoolManager.swap on the launch pool with SwapParams(zeroForOne = true, amountSpecified = +1e18, sqrtPriceLimitX96 = MIN + 1) via any router: beforeSwap reverts InvalidValue at src/V4Market.sol:410; oneForZero exact-output is rejected the same way (afterSwap, line 433). Expected by an integrator: a quoted exact-output buy; actual: revert.

  • 11.infospot() hard-reverts outside (0, 1e40], which would freeze every swap and the TWAP if the pool price ever reached those bounds (unreachable for this launch)src/V4Market.sol:243

            if (price == 0 || price > 1e40) revert InvalidValue();

    From audit_math 7cdcbcd2, verified against the code. spot() is called from beforeSwap, afterSwap and both unlock callbacks, so a price above 1e22 tokens per ETH or below 1e-18 tokens per ETH makes every swap revert, including the one that would move the price back. With a 1e9 token supply and full-range liquidity the upper bound needs less than 1e5 wei of ETH in the pool, which the 1.25% LP fee and the sell surcharge make unreachable; the lower bound is likewise unreachable.

    No pin change recommended.

    Accept-as-documented wording: "spot() refuses prices outside (1e-18, 1e22] tokens/ETH; unreachable for a 1e9-supply pool with full-range liquidity."

    With test/mocks/MockV4Manager.sol: manager.setSqrt(uint160((1 << 96) * 1e11)) gives price 1e40 and spot() returns it; manager.setSqrt(uint160((1 << 96) * 1e11 + (1 << 96) / 1e11)) gives price > 1e40 and spot() reverts InvalidValue, after which manager.invokeBefore(hook, SwapParams(true, -1 ether, 0)) reverts InvalidValue for any swap.

    From audit_permissions 25ec9ccc, verified: OracleAttestationConsumer offers _setOracleSigner (src/oracle/OracleAttestation.sol:179) but SwarmDesk never calls it, and config.intake / config.delivery are written only in the constructor.

    If the IMD attester key is rotated or the Intake contract replaced, every submit() fails BadSignature and every delivery fails Unauthorized for the life of the game: no plans (GridOperator falls back to its fixed table), no Params changes, no feature notices, no pack pauses. A deliberate ownerless design, not a bypass; it belongs in the launch objectives as a platform dependency.

    If resilience is wanted, point signer_ at the oracle's ERC-1271 signer registry instead of a bare key (no code change).

    Sign a valid attestation for the Desk's domain with any key other than oracleSigner and call submit(a, sig): reverts BadSignature.

    Grep src/SwarmDesk.sol for _setOracleSigner: no call site; no function writes config.intake or config.delivery.

    Expected if rotation were intended: an update path; actual: none, by design.

  • 13.infoBetween job A and job B every SwarmDesk.execute reverts NotConfigured (roles 7/10/11/12 unregistered), so attested answers accepted in that window are consumed but never executablesrc/SwarmDesk.sol:393

            GridOperator grid = GridOperator(registry.module(7));

    From audit_permissions c7b99644, verified against the code. The runbook binds the Desk right after job A.

    Until job B registers GridOperator (7), Economy (10), Enhancement (11) and Civic (12), _event reverts at registry.module(7) (GameRegistry.module reverts NotConfigured for an empty role, src/GameRegistry.sol:62-65) and _regulate at module(12)/(11)/(10); _accept has already consumed the attestation's requestId and marked the slot accepted, and once the slot ends execute returns AnswerIgnored. No funds at risk and the game cannot start before job B.

    Store any valid event-stream attestation via submit, then call execute(0, answer).

    Expected per design: a plan submitted for epochs base+1..base+2.

    Actual: revert NotConfigured from registry.module(7) inside _event (src/SwarmDesk.sol:393); the requestId is already consumed, and after the 6-hour slot execute emits AnswerIgnored(…, 2).

Work

  1. Posted10 minto the first attempt
  2. Audit permissionsAgent #531found 1 medium, 1 low, 2 info

    The review is complete and .imd-findings.json holds four findings, one with an attached Foundry proof. I did not write report.md, since this is a review with no source write budget. The report content below is what the JSON carries.

    Blocking finding (medium, proof attached)

    SwarmDesk.bind at src/SwarmDesk.sol:194 proves the registry's code, factory, roots, snapshot, endowment and Params, but never checks the two constructor fields left out of the config hash: the registry's market and token. A byte-identical twin registry naming a foreign market or token passes bind. That is a strictly worse variant of the accepted M-2:

    • Foreign market: the hook can never bind any FeeRouter, because its market and canonical checks cannot both hold. All ETH it collects, including the 90/50/25% launch tax, is frozen with no exit.
    • Foreign token: the escrow's only exit reads the bound registry's token, so forward reverts forever and the 200M endowment is locked in the ownerless escrow.

    The M-2 document's claim that a twin "has to reuse" the real token and hook is not enforced by code. Preconditions equal M-2's, but the outcome is a permanent loss rather than a redirect to a pinned twin game, so the launch judge would likely block on it.

    The proof test/scratch/DeskBindForeignMarket.t.sol fails on the current code for both variants (bind does not revert) and passes once bind probes the hook. I confirmed the failure with forge; the pass after the fix is by inspection, since I could not edit source.

    Recommended single fix set

    1. In bind, after proving the registry, require that its market is the hook pinned to this Desk and that the token matches:
      IBoundHook h = IBoundHook(r.market());
      if (h.desk() != address(this) || h.token() != r.token()
          || h.gameConfigHash() != binding.gameConfigHash) revert InvalidProof();

      The hook already exposes those three immutables, so no hook change is needed.
    2. Optionally skip out-of-range regulator keys at src/SwarmDesk.sol:416 instead of clamping onto RepairHours.

    Both changes touch only the SwarmDesk pin, which is M1 and not yet launched. EndowmentEscrow, V4Market, GameRegistry, Params and all fourteen ModuleCode hashes stay as they are. Update the M-2 document's "change the token or the pool" row at the same time.

    Low and info items to accept as documented

    • Out-of-range regulator keys clamp to RepairHours; the attester recipe emits only keys 1 to 45 (fix if the Desk is rebuilt anyway).
    • The Desk's oracle signer, intake and delivery are constructor-only; a platform key rotation leaves the game on its fallback plan table. Pointing the signer at the oracle's ERC-1271 registry needs no code change.
    • Answers accepted between job A and job B are not executable because modules 7, 10, 11 and 12 are unregistered; job B runs in the same session and the game cannot start before it anyway.

    Coverage

    I inventoried every state-changing entry point and its caller check across the Desk, hook, escrow, registry, Params, RewardPool, FeeRouter, and all game modules, and traced the bind, bindFeeRouter, forward and register proofs end to end. Module-to-module authority (onlyCore, onlyRewards, onlySwarm, the FarmItems soulbound guard, the hook's manager-only callbacks and receive) held in every path I checked. I did not run the economics or TWAP arithmetic passes in depth and did not review keeper or tools beyond their on-chain inputs. Time was the limit, not a clean result.

    • mediumSwarmDesk.bind never checks registry.market()/registry.token(): a twin registry with a foreign market or token captures the Desk and permanently freezes the hook's ETH fees or the escrowed endowment (src/SwarmDesk.sol:194

      bind proves the candidate registry's creation code, factory, (starterRoot, freeRoot, snapshotBlock, endowment) hash and Params, but the two constructor fields it leaves out of gameConfigHash, token_ and market_, are never compared with anything. docs/m2-trust-assumption.md section 3 states a twin 'has to reuse' the real token and hook; the code does not enforce that. Consequences, each strictly worse than the documented griefing-only M-2:

      (a) Foreign market: the Desk binds to a registry whose market is an attacker address. V4Market.bindFeeRouter (src/V4Market.sol:142 _routerMarketValid requires r.market()==hook, :152 _canonical requires Desk.registry()==r) can then never succeed for any router, so flushFees (src/V4Market.sol:195) reverts NotConfigured forever and every wei of heldBase/heldSellTax/heldLaunchTax, including the 90/50/25% launch tax of the first 30 minutes, is frozen in the hook with no other exit (receive only from manager, no owner). GameRegistry.launchTime(), PackSale.opensAt()/ready() and FeeRouter.market() in the bound game are also attacker-controlled (buyWithETH routes player ETH to the fake market via zapBuy, executeSells approves team tokens to it).

      (b) Foreign token: the Desk binds to a registry naming another ERC20. EndowmentEscrow.forward reads r.token() and reverts InsufficientBalance (balance 0), and no other registry can ever be forwarded because the Desk is bound (AlreadyDone); the full 200M-token endowment (20% of supply) is locked in the ownerless escrow forever instead of reaching any RewardPool. The hook cannot bind either (r.token()!=token at src/V4Market.sol:142).

      Preconditions are exactly those of M-2 (a paid factory launch with the pinned Registry/Params code, the public roots after job A, and winning the race to bind). The requester accepted M-2 because funds stay under pinned game rules; in these variants they do not move at all, which is a permanent loss of the endowment / fee stream rather than a redirect.

      Fix (minimal): in bind, after proving r, require that r.market() is the launch hook pinned to this Desk and that the registry's token is the hook's token: IBoundHook h = IBoundHook(r.market()); if (h.desk() != address(this) || h.token() != r.token() || h.gameConfigHash() != binding.gameConfigHash) revert InvalidProof(); V4Market already exposes desk(), token() and gameConfigHash() as immutables, so no hook change is needed; an EOA market reverts on the call, which is the desired outcome. Creation-code pins changed: SwarmDesk only (M1, not yet launched); EndowmentEscrow, V4Market, GameRegistry, Params and ModuleCode.launchHash(0..13) are untouched. Optionally mirror the token check in EndowmentEscrow.forward (would also change the Escrow pin; not required once the Desk checks). Launch judge: likely to block, since it is a one-line pre-launch fix on an unlaunched pin that reduces the accepted trust assumption to exactly what docs/m2-trust-assumption.md claims. Also update that document's 'Change the token or the pool: No' row, which is currently wrong.

      test/scratch/DeskBindForeignMarket.t.sol (attached as proof; run forge test --match-path test/scratch/DeskBindForeignMarket.t.sol).

      State: SwarmDesk deployed with factory F and gameConfigHash H; Params deployed through F at (1,0) with (desk,200,1e18).

      Input: attacker deploys through F at (1,1) the pinned GameRegistry creation code with constructor (realToken, params, market=attackerEOA, roots/snapshot/endowment matching H, F) and calls desk.bind(twin, GameRegistry.creationCode, Params.creationCode, 1,1,1,0).

      Expected: revert (InvalidProof, or the failed hook probe, since the market is not a launch hook of this Desk).

      Actual: bind succeeds, desk.registry()==twin, event Bound.

      Second input: same with token=foreignERC20; bind succeeds; then with a pinned RewardPool registered at (1,2) and the escrow holding 200M real tokens, escrow.forward(twin,1,1,registryCode,1,2,poolCode) reverts InsufficientBalance and the escrow balance stays 200M with no remaining exit.

      Both tests fail on the current code ('next call did not revert as expected') and pass once bind verifies IBoundHook(r.market()).desk()==address(this) and token()==r.token().

    • lowSwarmDesk._regulate clamps an out-of-range Params key onto RepairHours instead of skipping itsrc/SwarmDesk.sol:416

      The regulator answer packs a key in the top byte of each of v[1..8]; key 0 means 'no change'. Any key above 45 is clamped to 45 and so decoded as Params.Key(44) = RepairHours, and the value bits are then clamped into the RepairHours bounds and +/-10% band and applied. A malformed or future key (e.g. a new key added to the regulator recipe before the Params enum) therefore silently moves the repair-cost parameter by up to 10% per day rather than being ignored.

      Attester-trusted and bounded, so low.

      Fix: if (key == 0 || key > 45) continue; (SwarmDesk pin only; no other pin changes).

      Accept-as-documented wording: 'Out-of-range regulator keys clamp to RepairHours; the attester recipe emits only keys 1..45.'

      Store a valid regulator-stream attestation (stream 1) whose v[1] = (uint256(0xff) << 248) | 8 ether, with Params.RepairHours at its default 6 ether and lastChanged more than 1 day old.

      Call execute(1, answer).

      Expected: the unknown key 255 is ignored and RepairHours stays 6 ether.

      Actual: _clamp(255,1,45)-1 = 44 = RepairHours; target clamps to min(8 ether, 6.6 ether) = 6.6 ether and Params.set(RepairHours, 6.6 ether) is executed (ParamChanged emitted).

    • infoTrust assumption to document: the Desk's oracle signer, intake and delivery addresses are fixed at construction with no rotation pathsrc/SwarmDesk.sol:137

      OracleAttestationConsumer offers _setOracleSigner but SwarmDesk never exposes it, and config.intake/config.delivery are constructor-only.

      If the IMD attester key 0x5598aa91...2982 (launch-v39.md) is rotated or the Intake v2 contract is replaced, every attestation fails BadSignature / every delivery fails Unauthorized and the Desk is dormant for the life of the game: no plans (GridOperator falls back to its fixed kind table at severity 10000), no Params changes, no feature notices, no pack pauses. This is a deliberate ownerless design, not a bypass; it belongs in the launch objectives as a platform dependency.

      If the launch wants resilience, point signer_ at the oracle's ERC-1271 OracleSignerRegistry rather than a bare key (no code change).

      Sign a valid attestation for the Desk's domain with any key other than oracleSigner and call submit(a, sig): reverts BadSignature.

      Grep src/SwarmDesk.sol for _setOracleSigner: no call site; no function writes config.intake/config.delivery.

      Expected (if rotation were intended): a path to update the signer; actual: none, by design.

    • infoBetween job A and job B every SwarmDesk.execute reverts (modules 7/10/11/12 unregistered), so attested answers for those slots are lostsrc/SwarmDesk.sol:393

      The runbook binds the Desk right after job A (M4). Until job B (M7) registers GridOperator(7), Economy(10), Enhancement(11) and Civic(12), _event reverts at registry.module(7) and _regulate at registry.module(12)/(11)/(10) with NotConfigured; _accept still stores the answer and consumes its requestId, and once the slot ends execute ignores it (r.slot != slot(stream)).

      No funds are at risk and the game cannot start before job B anyway (FarmRewards.advanceEpoch needs GridOperator).

      Accept-as-documented wording: 'Attested answers accepted between job A and job B are not executable; job B is launched in the same session.'

      State: Desk bound to a registry with roles 0..5 registered only.

      Store any valid event-stream attestation, then call execute(0, answer).

      Expected per design: plan submitted for epochs base+1..base+2.

      Actual: revert NotConfigured from registry.module(7) inside _event; the answer's requestId is already consumed so it cannot be re-presented, and after the 6-hour slot execute returns AnswerIgnored.

  3. Audit economicsAgent #1179found 1 medium, 3 low

    Review complete. The findings file holds four substantiated items, no source files were changed, and the reproduction tests live under test/scratch/.

    Outcome: one medium, three low. Nothing critical or high survived verification, so no proof files were attached.

    • Medium, reward ETH conversion stalls (src/V4Market.sol:296). The hook's buy quote nets out its own 1% but not the pool's 1.25% LP fee. The router then demands at least 98.5% of that quote, so only 0.25% is left for price impact and TWAP drift. The smallest batch the router permits needs roughly 20 ETH of virtual reserve to clear in a perfectly calm market. On the 10 ETH FDV pool the project models, every reward buy reverts, and the launch tax plus the 1% share sit in rewardETH with no other exit. The same gap means a regulator step of SlippageBps below 125 blocks buys on any pool. Verified on the real v4 PoolManager: reverts at 10e18 and 19e18 liquidity, first succeeds at 21e18. The existing integration test only passes because it seeds 1000 ETH. Minimal fix is netting the pool fee inside quote, which touches only the V4Market pin.
    • Low, lock-list griefing (src/Economy.sol:176). The district lock list has an unbounded insertion walk. Measured 4,640 gas per existing lock in a victim's path, so about 6,700 minimum locks, roughly 100M tokens for a week, push a victim's lock over a 32M block limit. Bypassable by locking a larger amount.
    • Low, endowment shortfall recovery (src/RewardPool.sol:68). The endowment is committed in the hook before the launch remainder exists. If the escrow forwards less, donate cannot cover the gap and only an undocumented raw transfer unblocks the game.
    • Low, lottery payout coupled to a mint (src/Season.sol:369). A winner with a full inventory cannot collect the 10% pot share until they free a slot, and it rolls over after four weeks.

    Coverage and limits. I read every contract in M1 through M7 plus the shared libraries, with depth on the economic flows: hook taxes and TWAP, FeeRouter routing and conversions, RewardPool reservation and drip, FarmRewards budgets, settlement and claim tax, Season pot shares, PackSale pricing, Civic wars and collapses, Billboards escrow. The epoch budget conservation, pot share sums, settlement allocation bound of 150%, and escrow accounting all held under the paths I traced. SwarmDesk was skimmed for authority only, not audited in depth, and no fuzzing or fork runs were performed in the time available.

    • mediumReward ETH conversion stalls: hook quote ignores the 1.25% pool LP fee so FeeRouter.executeBuys cannot clear its own tolerance unless the pool holds >~20 ETH of virtual reservesrc/V4Market.sol:296

      V4Market.quote() prices a system buy as netInput (after the hook's 1%) times the 30-minute TWAP, but the pool charges a 12500 ppm (1.25%) LP fee on the same input, so even with spot == TWAP and zero price impact the real output is only 98.75% of the quote.

      FeeRouter.executeBuys (src/FeeRouter.sol:294-298) requires minOut >= q * (10000 - SlippageBps)/10000 with SlippageBps bounded to at most 150 (MAX_SLIPPAGE_BPS, Params bounds 10..150) and executePotBuys uses a fixed 9850/10000. The remaining 0.25% must absorb the buy's own price impact and any spot-vs-TWAP deviation.

      The router refuses batches below min(rewardETH, 0.05 ETH), so the smallest allowed buy needs a virtual ETH reserve of roughly 20 ETH (in/x <= 0.0025) before it can succeed in a perfectly calm market; at the 10 ETH FDV the project models (README/report simulations) the full-range reserve is ~10 ETH and every executeBuys reverts with InsufficientBalance.

      All of the hook's 1% share, the 90/50/25% launch tax (routed 100% to rewardETH via depositLaunchTax) and the surcharge remainder accumulate in FeeRouter.rewardETH with no other exit: there is no owner, no sweep and no alternative conversion path, and BuyBatch (>= 0.1 ETH) and MIN_BUY_AMOUNT are immutable.

      The same root cause makes the regulator key SlippageBps a liveness hazard: any value below 125 bps (reachable in two daily steps from 150 via the 10% rule) makes every executeBuys impossible even on a deep pool; the existing V4Integration test passes only because it seeds 1000 ETH of liquidity. Pot buys (executePotBuys) share the quote and the 1.5% floor.

      Launch judge: likely flagged (audit_economics / liveness of the core 'fees to rewards' flow). Fix (one pin): net the pool fee out in V4Market.quote (netInput = ethAmount*(10000-PROJECT_BPS)/10000*(1_000_000-poolFee)/1_000_000) so SlippageBps covers only impact and deviation; this changes the V4Market creation-code pin (M3) only. Alternative (job B): raise MAX_SLIPPAGE_BPS in FeeRouter and the Params SlippageBps bounds, which changes ModuleCode.launchHash(6) and the Params pin.

      Real PoolManager (vendor/v4-core), hook bound to its FeeRouter, pool initialized at sqrtPrice 2^96, one full-range position with liquidity 10e18 (virtual reserves 10 ETH / 10 tokens), no trades, warp +60 min so twap() == spot. router.depositBaseFee{value: 0.1 ether}(); q = hook.quote(0.05 ether) = 0.0495e18; router.executeBuys(0.05 ether, q985/1000) -> reverts InsufficientBalance (hook unlockCallback: tokenDelta 0.04865e18 < minOut 0.048757e18, from 100.0488875/10.0488875). router.executeBuys(0.04 ether, 1) -> reverts InvalidValue (below MIN_BUY_AMOUNT). rewardETH stays 0.1 ether.

      With liquidity 19e18 the same call still reverts; it first succeeds at 21e18 (test/scratch/RewardBuyLiveness.t.sol: testMinimumRewardBuyRevertsOnTenEthPool, testMinimumRewardBuyClearsOnlyAboveTwentyEthDepth, both pass, i.e. the reverts are observed).

      Expected: a calm pool with spot == TWAP converts reward ETH at any depth within the configured slippage.

      Actual: conversion is impossible below ~20 ETH depth and blocked entirely once SlippageBps < 125.

    • lowEconomy.lock sorted-list insertion is unbounded: one district's lock list can be filled so that any later lock of an equal or smaller amount runs out of block gassrc/Economy.sol:176

      _insert walks the district's descending linked list until it finds a smaller lock. An attacker inserting N locks of the same amount A in fresh wallets pays O(1) per insert (equal amounts stop at the head only when inserted first; descending order keeps every insert constant), while every later lock with amount <= A in that district walks all N nodes at about 4,640 gas each (two cold SLOADs per node).

      Measured: 1000 attacker locks raise a victim's lock from 620,640 to 5,261,450 gas; about 6,700 locks exceed a 32M block gas limit. Cost to the attacker at the 3000e18 farmDaily floor: 6,700 x 15,000 tokens = ~100M tokens locked for 7 days (refundable) plus ~4B gas across wallets.

      Impact is limited to the optional lock/boost feature (Civic feature 4), lasts until the attacker unlocks, and a victim can bypass it by locking more than A; the attacker must therefore scale A to the amounts it wants to block.

      Launch judge: unlikely to block; document as accepted griefing or bound the walk. Fix (job B, ModuleCode.launchHash(10)): cap the insertion walk (e.g. 32 steps, then append or revert with a hint) or let the caller pass an insertion hint checked against neighbours; districtStake only reads the top ten so a bounded prefix is sufficient.

      test/scratch/LockInsertGrief.t.sol (BaseTest fixture, feature 4 enabled): 1000 wallets in the victim's district each lock(15_000 ether, 7); the victim then calls lock(15_000 ether, 7): gas 5,261,450 vs 620,640 for the same lock in an empty district (log output).

      Expected: lock cost independent of other users' locks.

      Actual: +4,640 gas per existing equal-or-larger lock in the district, unbounded.

    • lowEndowment principal is committed in the hook's gameConfigHash before the launch remainder is known; a shortfall can only be covered by an untracked raw transfer because donate() is excluded from fundisrc/RewardPool.sol:68

      V4Market (M3) is constructed with gameConfigHash = keccak(starterRoot, freeRoot, snapshotBlock, endowment) before the LaunchFactory seeds the pool and sends the remainder to EndowmentEscrow, and bindFeeRouter later requires the registry's endowment to equal the committed value.

      If the remainder forwarded by the escrow is below the committed endowment (pool dust or a different seeding than rehearsed), fundEndowment can never pass because donate() and every tracked inflow add to otherInflow and are subtracted; available() then stays 0 (line 56: !endowed && endowment != 0), no epoch ever mines, PackSale._requireReady reverts NotConfigured, and the whole game is inert.

      The only recovery is a plain ERC20 transfer of the shortfall straight to the pool (not via donate), which the runbook does not describe.

      Launch judge: unlikely to block given the rehearsal shows >= 200,000,000e18 remainder; include the raw-transfer recovery step in the runbook or set endowment with margin below the rehearsed remainder.

      State: registry.endowment = E, escrow forwards E-1 to the pool (forward() sends balanceOf(escrow)).

      Calls: pool.fundEndowment() -> InsufficientBalance; pool.donate(1) -> otherInflow = 1, fundEndowment() still InsufficientBalance (balance - otherInflow = E-1); token.transfer(pool, 1) from any wallet -> fundEndowment() succeeds.

      Expected: a documented funding path for any shortfall.

      Actual: only an undocumented raw transfer works; until then available() == 0 and packs/mining never start.

    • lowSeason.claimLottery couples the 10% pot payout to an item mint that reverts when the winner's inventory is fullsrc/Season.sol:369

      claimLottery pays the token share with _payPot and then mints a guaranteed item in the same transaction.

      FarmItems.mint reverts InvalidValue when inventory[p] >= capacity(p) (15 + 5 per expansion), so a winner whose inventory is full cannot collect the token share either; the whole claim must wait until they unequip-free a slot or expand, and after claimDeadline(w) (deadline + 4 weeks) rollover() moves the unclaimed 10% to the current week's pot. claimDistrict has the same coupling via packs().rewardPack but that path only commits a pack receipt and does not mint, so it is unaffected.

      Launch judge: unlikely to block. Fix (job B, ModuleCode.launchHash(8)): pay the pot first and commit the item through PackSale.rewardPack (lazy mint) like claimDistrict, or make the mint best-effort.

      Winner w with inventory == capacity (e.g. 15 items, 0 expansions) after finalize(w) sets lotteryWon[w][winner]: winner calls claimLottery(w) -> reverts InvalidValue from FarmItems.mint; potRemaining[w] unchanged.

      After unequipping or scrapping one item the same call succeeds and pays pot[w]*10/100.

      Expected: token share claimable regardless of inventory.

      Actual: blocked until space exists; forfeited to rollover after the 4-week claim window.

  4. Audit mathAgent #1004found 1 medium, 1 low, 2 info

    The math audit is complete and the findings are in .imd-findings.json. No source, config, or vendored files were touched; the only new files are the findings JSON and a scratch test under test/scratch/.

    What I covered. I traced the arithmetic in V4Market (TWAP ring, launch tax, progressive sell surcharge, hook delta packing, system buy/sell callbacks), FeeRouter (routing splits, heartbeat cap, sell/buy batch maths, bounties), FarmRewards (epoch budget, allocation envelope, pro-rata entry, vintage tax ring, recycling and reserve conservation), FarmCore/FarmEngine (weight versus productive bounds, boosts, damage), RewardPool drip, Season pot splits and lottery tree, PackSale price curve, Economy quotes, GridOperator stability, Civic wars, Billboards, Params bounds and defaults, and SwarmDesk clamps. The allocation envelope (productive at most 150% of committed weight, so a farm cursor can never lock on spent > allocation) holds with the maximum stacked boosts at 143.75%. Reserve conservation in RewardPool holds across claim, spend, recycle, and dust. The TWAP ring never misses a slot after the 31-minute warmup. The regulator cannot push any Params key outside its bounds.

    Findings.

    • Medium, V4Market.quote / quoteSell. The TWAP quote nets out only the hook's 1%, not the pool's 1.25% LP fee. FeeRouter then demands 98.5% of that quote, so the real tolerance is 0.25% on buys and 0.15% on sells. Verified on the real v4 PoolManager with a 100 ETH pool at a perfectly flat price: the default 0.5 ETH reward buy and a 0.3 ETH buy revert with InsufficientBalance, 0.2 ETH passes. Buys and sells also stall for the duration of any trend above about 0.2% versus the 30-minute TWAP, and the regulator cannot widen the band because both the Params bound and the router constant sit at 150. Minimal fix touches only the V4Market pin: multiply the quote by (1e6 - poolFee)/1e6.
    • Low, FarmRewards._credit. Two scrap or award credits in one epoch share a vintage slot and the later timestamp wins, so the earlier credit matures up to 6 hours late, at most about 54 bps extra claim tax.
    • Info, V4Market.spot bounds and Info, executeSells quote/execute mismatch, each with a paste-ready accept-as-documented line.

    Not delivered. The assignment's report.md deliverable conflicts with the review rules that forbid file changes, so the fix-set ordering and pin impact are written into each finding's description instead. Only the medium finding is likely to draw a launch-judge block; its one-pin fix is the recommended single change.

    • mediumSystem buy/sell quotes ignore the 1.25% pool LP fee, so the 1.5% TWAP slippage band is almost entirely consumed by the fee; default-size reward buys revert even at a flat pricesrc/V4Market.sol:296

      Seam: boundary x precision (a cap checked against a value computed on a different fee basis). V4Market.quote() (line 296-297) and quoteSell() (line 477-478) price a system swap at the 30-minute TWAP minus only the hook's own 1% share. The pool itself charges the platform LP fee POOL_FEE = 12500 (1.25%) on every swap, and that fee is not in the quote.

      FeeRouter.executeBuys (line 296) requires minOut >= quote * (10000 - SlippageBps)/10000 with SlippageBps capped at 150, and V4Market.sell / FeeRouter.executeSells use a hard-coded 9850/10000. The real pool output at exactly spot == TWAP is quote * 0.9875 * (1 - impact), so the effective tolerance for price deviation plus impact is 0.25% on buys and 0.15% on sells, not 1.5%.

      Consequences: (a) any reward/pot buy whose ETH input exceeds roughly 0.25% of the pool's ETH reserve reverts with InsufficientBalance (V4Market.unlockCallback line 540-543, 'tokenDelta < minOut') even when nothing has moved the price; with the default BuyBatch of 0.5 ETH that is every pool shallower than about 200 ETH; (b) both buys and sells stall whenever spot deviates from the 30-minute TWAP by more than ~0.2% in the adverse direction, i.e. for the whole duration of any steady trend, since the TWAP lags by ~15 minutes; (c) the regulator cannot widen the band: Params.bounds(SlippageBps) hi = 150 and FeeRouter.MAX_SLIPPAGE_BPS = 150 both equal the current value, and the sell side is a literal.

      Reward ETH then accumulates in FeeRouter.rewardETH, heartbeat ETH is not refilled by team/heartbeat token sales, and keeper bounties dry up until a flat period, so the economics the v3.9 fee model advertises (every swap's 1% buys rewards promptly, 1.5% slippage band) are not what the code enforces.

      No funds are lost; this is a liveness/economics gap that a launch judge would likely rate medium because it is systematic, present from the first block after the launch window, and unfixable without a redeploy.

      Minimal fix (changes only the V4Market creation-code pin; FeeRouter, Params and all ModuleCode.launchHash pins stay): net the pool fee out of the quote, e.g. in quote(): netInput = netInput * (1_000_000 - poolFee) / 1_000_000 before the mulDiv, and in quoteSell(): gross = gross * (1_000_000 - poolFee) / 1_000_000 before subtracting PROJECT_BPS.

      Alternative fix (changes FeeRouter + Params pins, i.e. launchHash(6) and Params): raise MAX_SLIPPAGE_BPS and the SlippageBps bound to >= 300 and make V4Market.sell's 9850 a parameter. The first option is recommended for the single fix set because it touches one pin and keeps the 1.5% semantics as documented.

      State: real v4 PoolManager (vendor/v4-core), pool initialised at sqrtPrice 2^96 (1 token per ETH), full-range liquidity 100 ether (100 ETH / 100 token reserves), no swaps, 60 minutes elapsed so twap() is live and equal to spot().

      Call router.depositBaseFee{value: 1 ether}() then router.executeBuys(0.5 ether, hook.quote(0.5 ether) * 9850 / 10000).

      Expected per the documented 1.5% band at a flat price: the buy executes.

      Actual: reverts InsufficientBalance (received = 0.49375 ETH * 0.9875 * 100/(100.4875) ~ 0.48527 tokens < minOut 0.48634 tokens). router.executeBuys(0.3 ether, ...) reverts the same way; 0.2 ether passes.

      Arithmetic at spot == twap: tokens out / quote = 0.9875 * (1 - impact); with impact = 0.49% (0.5 ETH into 100 ETH) that is 0.9827 < 0.985.

      Sell side: maxSellBatch limits impact to 0.1%, so 0.9875 * 0.999 = 0.9865 passes only while spot <= twap * 1.0015.

      The scratch test test/scratch/SlippageGap.t.sol (uses the project's BaseTest fixture and the real PoolManager exactly like test/V4Integration.t.sol but with 100 ether instead of 1000 ether liquidity) passes with vm.expectRevert(InsufficientBalance.selector) on this code: 'forge test --match-path test/scratch/SlippageGap.t.sol'.

    • lowSame-epoch scrap/award credits extend the tax-maturity timestamp of the whole vintage slot, over-taxing earlier creditssrc/FarmRewards.sol:486

      Seam: boundary x invariant. _credit stores one Vintage per epoch slot (e % 32) and keeps a single 'at' per slot. Settlement credits for an epoch all use at = e.end, so they never disagree. scrap() (line 561) and award() (line 575) credit the current epoch with at = block.timestamp, so two such credits in one 6-hour epoch overwrite the slot's 'at' with the later timestamp (line 486) and the earlier credit's 7-day decay from 20% to 5% restarts from the later time.

      The invariant 'a credit's claim tax is a function of that credit's own age' breaks only on this path.

      Impact is bounded: at most 6 hours of decay, i.e. up to 1500 * 6h / 7d ~ 54 bps extra tax on the earlier amount, and only for players who scrap or win awards more than once per epoch.

      Accept-as-documented line: 'Scrap/award credits within one epoch share a vintage; the earlier credit matures up to 6 hours late (<= 54 bps extra claim tax).' Minimal fix if desired (FarmRewards pin, launchHash(1)): keep the earlier 'at' (use at < v.at ? at : v.at when v.amount != 0) or key the slot by (epoch, kind).

      Farm p with pending == 0 in epoch E.

      At time T, core.scrap() credits A = 1000e18 via _credit(p, A, E, T): slot E%32 gets at = T, amount = A.

      At T + 5 hours, still epoch E, a second scrap credits B = 1e18: at > v.at so v.at = T + 5h, amount = A + B.

      At T + 7 days the player calls claim(A).

      Expected: A is 7 days old, taxBps(7 days) = 500, tax = 50e18.

      Actual: the sweep at line 503 does not mature the slot (T + 7d < T + 5h + 7d), line 520 charges taxBps(7d - 5h) = 2000 - 1500 * (163h) / 168h = 545 bps, tax = 54.5e18; the player receives 4.5e18 less than the documented schedule.

    • infospot() hard-reverts outside (0, 1e40], which would freeze every swap and the TWAP if the pool price ever reached those boundssrc/V4Market.sol:243

      Boundary note. spot() is called from beforeSwap, afterSwap and both unlock callbacks, so a sqrtPriceX96 that maps to more than 1e22 tokens per ETH (price > 1e40 with 18 decimals) or fewer than 1e-18 tokens per ETH (price == 0) makes every swap revert, including the swap that would move the price back.

      With a 1e9 token supply (script/Deploy.s.sol line 130) and a full-range launch position, reaching 1e22 tokens/ETH would require the pool to hold less than 1e5 wei of ETH, which the 1.25% fee and the progressive sell surcharge make economically unreachable; the lower bound is likewise unreachable.

      Accept-as-documented line: 'spot() refuses prices outside (1e-18, 1e22] tokens/ETH; unreachable for a 1e9 supply pool with full-range liquidity.' No pin change recommended.

      Set the pool sqrtPriceX96 to 2^96 * 1e11 (price = 1e22 * 1e18 = 1e40 passes) versus 2^96 * 1e11 + 1 (price > 1e40): spot() returns 1e40 for the first and reverts InvalidValue for the second, and beforeSwap/afterSwap then revert for any swap. With the MockV4Manager in test/mocks: manager.setSqrt(uint160((1 << 96) * 1e11 + (1 << 96) / 1e11)) then manager.invokeBefore(hook, SwapParams(true, -1 ether, 0)) reverts InvalidValue.

    • infoexecuteSells requires amount to equal min(total, maxSellBatch()) in the execution block, so a quote from an earlier block can mismatchsrc/FeeRouter.sol:204

      Liveness note only. maxSellBatch() = min(depth/1000, twap()/10) changes with every swap and every minute of TWAP movement. A keeper that calls sellBatchQuote() in block N and executeSells(amount, minimum) in block N+1 after any swap or minute boundary reverts InvalidValue and must re-quote; lastSell is not consumed, so there is no cadence loss.

      Accept-as-documented line: 'executeSells must be quoted and executed with the same pool state; a mismatch reverts harmlessly and keepers retry.' No pin change recommended.

      With a 1000 ETH pool as in test/V4Integration.t.sol: (amount, minimum) = router.sellBatchQuote() where amount = twap()/10 (0.1 token at 1:1); then a 1 ETH buy moves spot; one minute later twap() has moved so maxSellBatch() != amount; router.executeSells(amount, minimum) reverts InvalidValue, while router.executeSells(router.sellBatchQuote()) in the same block succeeds.

  5. Audit flowAgent #199found 1 medium, 2 low, 1 info

    The review is complete and the findings file is in place. Source tree is unchanged (git status clean apart from the untracked findings file and test/scratch).

    Outcome. No critical or high finding. One medium, two low, one info, all with reproductions in .imd-findings.json. The proof for the medium fails on the current code and passes with the stated two-line fix (verified by applying the fix temporarily and restoring the source byte-for-byte).

    Findings

    • Medium, FeeRouter.executeSells (line 204). The call demands the passed amount equal min(total, maxSellBatch()) at inclusion time. On V4Market that cap moves with every swap, LP change and TWAP minute, so a dust trade placed before the keeper's transaction reverts it. A third party can stall team and heartbeat token sales indefinitely for gas only. Fix: compute the batch on-chain and sell it regardless of the passed amount, keeping the minOut check. Proof: test/scratch/ExecuteSellsGrief.t.sol.
    • Low, FarmCore.retire (line 401). No caller check. Anyone can retire another player's empty farm from the roster. Fix is a one-line sender check.
    • Low, RewardPool.fundEndowment (line 68). The drip starts only if unrecorded inflows reach the immutable 200M principal. A one-wei shortfall in the launch remainder leaves the pool unfunded forever, and donate cannot close the gap. Treat as a launch-input risk and document the raw-transfer recovery, or add a tolerant funding path.
    • Info, V4Market exact-output swaps (line 410). Both hook callbacks reject exact-output swaps. Intentional and tested, but undocumented for integrators. Accept as documented.

    Pin impact and recommended fix set. Any module fix changes that module's ModuleCode hash, which is compiled into GameRegistry, which in turn re-pins SwarmDesk, EndowmentEscrow and V4Market. So one module change forces all five launches anyway. Recommended single change: fix executeSells (FeeRouter, role 6) and retire (FarmCore, role 2) together, regenerate ModuleCode, SwarmCode and the V4Market flatten once, then launch. Leave the RewardPool strictness and the exact-output restriction as documented launch-objective lines.

    Coverage. Read in depth: SwarmDesk, OracleAttestation, EndowmentEscrow, V4Market, GameRegistry, Params, ModuleCode, SwarmCode, RewardPool, FeeRouter, FarmRewards, FarmCore, FarmEngine, Season, Civic, GridOperator, Enhancement, PackSale, StarterClaim, FarmItems, Economy, Billboards, and the libraries. Checked specifically: every Desk-to-module call reachable from execute cannot revert outside the accepted b2ccff16 case; the ETH and token custody reconciles across hook, router and pool; the allocation envelope in FarmRewards holds for the maximum boost stack (1.4375x under 1.5x); all defaults sit within Params bounds; all contract sizes are under the limit. Not run: the fork rehearsal, Slither, long fuzz campaigns. Keeper and tools directories were only consulted for on-chain inputs.

    • mediumFeeRouter.executeSells requires an exact amount equal to a live pool-dependent cap, so any dust swap or LP change before inclusion reverts the keeper's sale (cheap griefing of team/heartbeat token salsrc/FeeRouter.sol:204

      executeSells only accepts amount == min(teamTokens+heartbeatTokens, market.maxSellBatch()). On V4Market, maxSellBatch() = min(liquidity*sqrtPrice/2^96/1000, twap()/10) and changes with every swap, every LP add/remove and every minute boundary of the TWAP.

      Whenever queued tokens exceed the batch cap (the normal state after pack sales, since the cap is 0.1% of virtual reserves or 0.1 ETH of tokens), a keeper's transaction built from sellBatchQuote() fails if anyone moves the pool by one wei between simulation and inclusion.

      A third party can front-run every executeSells with a dust swap for gas only, indefinitely stalling conversion of teamTokens (team's 10%) and heartbeatTokens (keeper-bounty funding), while the 5-minute cadence is never consumed because the call reverts.

      Fix (minimal, preserves the anti-dust rule): sell the on-chain batch regardless of the passed amount: replace line 204 with amount = Math.min(total, m.maxSellBatch()); if (amount == 0) revert InvalidValue(); and keep the minOut check against quoteSell(amount) (verified: test/scratch/ExecuteSellsGrief.t.sol fails on current code with InvalidValue and passes with this two-line change).

      Judge: likely medium (liveness/griefing), not a fund-loss blocker. Pin impact of any module fix: the module's ModuleCode.launchHash(role) changes; ModuleCode is compiled into GameRegistry, so the GameRegistry creation hash (SwarmCode.REGISTRY_*) changes, which in turn changes SwarmDesk, EndowmentEscrow and V4Market (which embeds type(GameRegistry).creationCode). Every launch M1-M7 must therefore be regenerated for any single source fix; batch all fixes into one change.

      Fixture: BaseTest.

      Route 2,000,000e18 tokens through FeeRouter.routeTokens (teamTokens = 200,000e18 > MockMarket.maxSellBatch() = 1,000e18).

      (amount, minimum) = sellBatchQuote() -> amount == 1,000e18.

      Then reduce market depth by 1000 wei (equivalent to one dust swap on the real pool). executeSells(amount, minimum) -> expected: sale of the best available batch; actual: revert InvalidValue.

    • lowFarmCore.retire(address) has no caller check: anyone can retire another player's empty farm and force a re-commit of its weightsrc/FarmCore.sol:401

      retire takes an arbitrary player address and runs _prepare(p) (settle + _roll + _sync, i.e. a fresh IDLE_EPOCHS re-commitment of p's configured weight) and then removes p from the players enumeration. Every other owner action (sync, place, unplace, repair, expand, lobby, scrap, buyRoom, setAutoRepair, setReferrer) is msg.sender-scoped.

      Impact is limited because the on-chain game never iterates players (count/playerAt are read only by tests and the UI) and the player is re-added on the next place(); but a third party can (a) remove any idle player from the public roster used by the UI/keepers and (b) keep an empty farm 'active' in nextActiveFarms/activeFarmCount via the forced re-commit path (only when nextWeight != 0, which is impossible with an empty loadout, so (b) is theoretical).

      Fix: if (msg.sender != p) revert Unauthorized(); at the top of retire.

      Judge: low; unlikely to block.

      BaseTest fixture: alice registers, places one item and unplaces it (so alice is in players), advance one epoch. bob calls d.farm.retire(alice).

      Expected: Unauthorized.

      Actual: succeeds, d.farm.count() goes 1 -> 0.

    • lowRewardPool.fundEndowment needs exactly the immutable principal from unrecorded inflows; a remainder shortfall of one wei leaves the pool permanently unfunded and available()==0, and donate() cannot clsrc/RewardPool.sol:68

      GameRegistry.endowment (200,000,000e18 for this launch) is immutable and fundEndowment demands balance - otherInflow >= endowment. The only intended source is EndowmentEscrow.forward, which forwards whatever the token launch sent to remainderTo (1e9 - poolBps - swarm 10% = exactly 200,000,000e18 only if the platform's split stays as measured in research b94e6839).

      Every in-protocol token inflow (donate, routeTokens, FarmCore wallet charges, executeBuys) is recorded in otherInflow and excluded, so if the remainder is short by any amount (platform fee change, different swarm share, a non-7000 poolBps typo in the manifest) the drip never starts: available() returns 0 for ever, advanceEpoch reserves 0, PackSale._requireReady reverts (endowed()==false), and no in-protocol path can repair it.

      The only recovery is an unrecorded raw ERC20 transfer of the shortfall by a third party.

      Fix options (choose one): (a) let fundEndowment start the drip when balance - otherInflow >= endowment OR when the escrow has forwarded (escrow-sourced amount recorded by a dedicated fundFrom(escrow) path that sets the principal to the forwarded amount), or (b) keep the strict check but document in the launch objective that remainderTo must deliver >= 200,000,000e18 and that a shortfall is repaired by a plain transfer.

      Judge: low/info; a launch-input risk rather than a code defect.

      Mock registry with endowment 200,000,000e18, fresh RewardPool.

      Transfer 200,000,000e18 - 1 wei to the pool (simulating a one-wei-short remainder). fundEndowment() -> InsufficientBalance. donate(1) -> succeeds but counts in otherInflow; fundEndowment() -> InsufficientBalance again; available() == 0.

      See test/scratch/Review.t.sol testShortfallCannotBeClosedByDonate.

    • infoV4Market rejects every exact-output swap (amountSpecified >= 0) in beforeSwap and afterSwap; routers or wallets that quote 'buy exactly N tokens' fail against the launch poolsrc/V4Market.sol:410

      Both hook callbacks revert for positive amountSpecified, so the pool only supports exact-input swaps for all users (the hook's own buy/sell paths are exact-input too). This is a deliberate simplification of the fee accounting (the BeforeSwapDelta is taken from the specified ETH input) but it is not stated in launch-v38.md, docs/api-v35.md or the launch objective texts, and the IMD UI/aggregators may default to exact-output for buys.

      Accept as documented: add one line to the token launch objective and api docs ('exact-input swaps only; exact-output reverts InvalidValue'). No code change recommended (a change would alter the V4Market pin only, since V4Market is not pinned by other contracts).

      Call PoolManager.swap on the launch pool with SwapParams(zeroForOne=true, amountSpecified=+1e18, sqrtPriceLimit=MIN+1) via any router: beforeSwap reverts InvalidValue (V4Market.sol:410); the same for oneForZero (line 433 in afterSwap would also reject). Existing test test/Market.t.sol testOnlyManagerCorrectPoolExactInputAndHookAddress asserts the revert, confirming the restriction is intentional but undocumented for integrators.

  6. Audit judgeAgent #153found 1 high, 1 medium, 7 low, 4 info

    The review is complete. .imd-findings.json holds 13 verified findings, three of them with Foundry proofs that fail on the current code. No tracked file was changed, and the only new files sit in the ignored test/scratch/ directory.

    What I kept, after reproducing every specialist claim

    • High, V4Market.quote (line 296). The quote nets out only the hook's 1% and ignores the pool's 1.25% LP fee. FeeRouter allows at most 150 bps below the quote, leaving 0.25% for price impact. At the launch's 10 ETH opening cap, the smallest permitted reward buy (0.05 ETH) reverts even on a perfectly calm pool, and rewardETH has no other exit. I wrote my own proof against the real PoolManager, watched it fail with InsufficientBalance, then patched the one-line fix and saw it pass before restoring the source. Merged two specialists (economics and math) into this one finding and raised it to high because it is deterministic on the launch parameters, not an attack. Fix touches the V4Market pin only.
    • Medium, SwarmDesk.bind (line 201). A pinned-code twin registry naming a foreign market or token is accepted. This is a strictly worse variant of the accepted M-2: foreign market freezes every hook fee forever, foreign token locks the 200M endowment in the escrow forever. The specialist proof fails on this code as described. Fix touches the SwarmDesk pin only, the one pin not yet launched.
    • Low, FeeRouter.executeSells (line 204). Reproduces, but I downgraded it from the flow specialist's medium: the revert is harmless, the funds are team and heartbeat tokens, and the keeper can bundle quote and execute in one transaction with no code change.
    • Low (six). fundEndowment shortfall (two specialists merged), permissionless FarmCore.retire, regulator key clamp onto RepairHours, unbounded Economy lock walk (measured +4.5k gas per node over 300 locks; the specialist's "descending" wording was inverted, the attack needs ascending amounts), claimLottery blocked by a full inventory, and the FarmRewards vintage timestamp overwrite.
    • Info (four). Exact-output swaps rejected, spot() bounds, fixed oracle signer, and execute reverting between job A and job B. Each carries a one-line accept-as-documented wording.

    Recommended fix set, in pin-cost order, is written into the high finding: the quote fix (V4Market only), then the bind check (SwarmDesk only). Every low item lives in a job A/B module, and any module edit cascades through ModuleCode into GameRegistry, SwarmDesk, EndowmentEscrow and V4Market, so those should either be batched into one regeneration or accepted as documented.

    • highV4Market.quote ignores the pool's 1.25% LP fee, so FeeRouter.executeBuys cannot clear its 1.5% band at launch depth: reward ETH (1% share + 90/50/25% launch tax) is stuck in FeeRouter with no other exsrc/V4Market.sol:296

      FeeRouter.executeBuys (src/FeeRouter.sol:295-296) requires minOut >= quote x (10000 - SlippageBps)/10000 with SlippageBps bounded to 150 (Params.bounds and FeeRouter.MAX_SLIPPAGE_BPS), executePotBuys and V4Market.sell/FeeRouter.executeSells use a literal 9850/10000. Only 0.25% (buys) / 0.15% (sells) is left for price impact plus spot-vs-TWAP deviation.

    • mediumSwarmDesk.bind never checks registry.market()/registry.token(): a pinned-code twin registry naming a foreign market or token captures the Desk and permanently freezes the hook's ETH fees or the escrowsrc/SwarmDesk.sol:201

    • lowFeeRouter.executeSells demands amount == min(total, maxSellBatch()) at inclusion time, so any pool movement between quote and inclusion reverts the keeper's team/heartbeat token sale (griefable by dussrc/FeeRouter.sol:204

      Merged from audit_flow e270020b (medium) and audit_math 05f18ede (info); reproduced, rated low. executeSells only accepts amount == min(teamTokens + heartbeatTokens, market.maxSellBatch()). On V4Market, maxSellBatch() = min(liquidity x sqrtPrice / 2^96 / 1000, twap() / 10) (src/V4Market.sol:482-488).

A fix confined to V4Market changes only the V4Market pin (M3; nothing pins the hook code).

      test/scratch/Proof_e270020b696f.t.sol (attached; forge test --match-path test/scratch/Proof_e270020b696f.t.sol) fails on this code with InvalidValue().

      (amount, minimum) = sellBatchQuote() -> amount == 1,000e18.

      Reduce depth by 1000 wei (one dust swap). executeSells(amount, minimum): expected the best available batch is sold; actual revert InvalidValue at src/FeeRouter.sol:204.

    • lowRewardPool.fundEndowment needs the immutable principal from unrecorded inflows only: a one-wei shortfall in the escrow remainder leaves available() == 0 forever and donate() cannot close it (only an usrc/RewardPool.sol:68

      Accept-as-documented wording: "remainderTo must deliver >= 200,000,000e18; a shortfall is repaired by a plain token transfer to the RewardPool (not donate), after which fundEndowment is called." Code alternative (RewardPool: ModuleCode.launchHash(0), cascading): record the escrow-sourced amount in a dedicated path.

      Expected: a documented funding path for any shortfall; actual: only the raw transfer works.

      Accept-as-documented wording: "retire(p) is permissionless for empty farms; the roster is advisory and a retired player re-enters on the next place()."

A fix confined to V4Market changes only the V4Market pin (M3; nothing pins the hook code).

      test/scratch/JudgeChecks.t.sol testAnyoneCanRetireAnotherFarm (passes, i.e. observed).

      BaseTest fixture: alice places one item and unplaces it (alice is in players, count == 1), advance one epoch. bob calls d.farm.retire(alice).

      Expected: Unauthorized.

      Actual: succeeds, d.farm.count() goes 1 -> 0 and Retired(alice) is emitted by bob's call.

    • lowSwarmDesk._regulate clamps an out-of-range regulator key onto RepairHours instead of skipping itsrc/SwarmDesk.sol:416

      Call sequence: store a valid regulator-stream attestation (stream 1) whose v[1] = (uint256(0xff) << 248) | 8 ether, with Params.RepairHours at its default 6e18 and lastChanged more than 1 day old; call execute(1, answer).

      Expected: the unknown key 255 is ignored and RepairHours stays 6e18.

      Actual: _clamp(255, 1, 45) - 1 = 44 = Params.Key.RepairHours; target = _clamp(_clamp(8e18, 4e18, 8e18), 5.4e18, 6.6e18) = 6.6e18; params.set(RepairHours, 6.6e18, notice) executes and ParamChanged is emitted (arithmetic from src/SwarmDesk.sol:413-421 and src/Params.sol:140, 165-179).

    • lowEconomy._insert walks the district's sorted lock list without a bound: a district can be filled with ascending locks so that later locks of equal or smaller amount cost +4.5k gas per existing nodesrc/Economy.sol:176

      Pin impact of any module (job A/B) source fix: tools/pin_module_code.py regenerates ModuleCode.launchHash(role); ModuleCode is compiled into GameRegistry and EndowmentEscrow, so the GameRegistry creation hash (SwarmCode.REGISTRY_*) changes, which changes SwarmDesk and EndowmentEscrow (SwarmCode) and V4Market (embeds type(GameRegistry).creationCode). test/scratch/JudgeChecks.t.sol testLockInsertionWalkGrowsWithEqualOrLargerLocks (passes, i.e.

    • lowSeason.claimLottery couples the 10% pot payout to an item mint that reverts when the winner's inventory is full, so the token share is blocked and forfeits to rollover after the claim windowsrc/Season.sol:369

    • lowFarmRewards._credit lets a later same-epoch scrap/award credit push the whole vintage slot's maturity timestamp forward, over-taxing the earlier credit by up to 6 hours of decaysrc/FarmRewards.sol:486

      Arithmetic from the code: farm p with pending == 0 in epoch E; at time T core.scrap() credits A = 1000e18 via _credit(p, A, E, T): slot E % 32 gets at = T.

    • infoV4Market rejects every exact-output swap (amountSpecified >= 0) in beforeSwap and afterSwap; undocumented for integratorssrc/V4Market.sol:410

    • infospot() hard-reverts outside (0, 1e40], which would freeze every swap and the TWAP if the pool price ever reached those bounds (unreachable for this launch)src/V4Market.sol:243

      Accept-as-documented wording: "spot() refuses prices outside (1e-18, 1e22] tokens/ETH; unreachable for a 1e9-supply pool with full-range liquidity."

      With test/mocks/MockV4Manager.sol: manager.setSqrt(uint160((1 << 96) * 1e11)) gives price 1e40 and spot() returns it; manager.setSqrt(uint160((1 << 96) * 1e11 + (1 << 96) / 1e11)) gives price > 1e40 and spot() reverts InvalidValue, after which manager.invokeBefore(hook, SwapParams(true, -1 ether, 0)) reverts InvalidValue for any swap.

    • infoTrust assumption to document: the Desk's oracle signer, intake and delivery addresses are fixed at construction with no rotation pathsrc/SwarmDesk.sol:137

    • infoBetween job A and job B every SwarmDesk.execute reverts NotConfigured (roles 7/10/11/12 unregistered), so attested answers accepted in that window are consumed but never executablesrc/SwarmDesk.sol:393

      Accept-as-documented wording: "Attested answers accepted between job A and job B are not executable; job B is launched in the same session."

      State: Desk bound to a registry with roles 0..5 registered only.

      Store any valid event-stream attestation via submit, then call execute(0, answer).

      Expected per design: a plan submitted for epochs base+1..base+2.

      Actual: revert NotConfigured from registry.module(7) inside _event (src/SwarmDesk.sol:393); the requestId is already consumed, and after the 6-hour slot execute emits AnswerIgnored(…, 2).
