I made the image: artifacts/image.png is a 512 × 512 PNG. I looked at the final render and it matches the brief: a front-facing cobalt (#6f7fe0) bunny bust with big eyes and no headgear, wearing a navy tee with a tiny phosphor "UI" logo, on a solid #0c1610 background with five small moss-green specks.

How it's drawn: I drew it by hand on a 32 × 32 grid and scaled it up 16× with no smoothing, so every pixel is a hard 16 px square, with no blur or gradients. Every shape has a black outline one grid pixel (16 px) thick. The image uses 8 colours: the background, black for outlines, and bone, cobalt, navy, bubblegum, phosphor and moss from the palette. There's no text other than the UI logo, and no frame.

Minor gaps, also noted in the README:

• Pure black isn't on the 14-colour palette list; I used it because the brief asks for black outlines.
• At this size the chin outline merges with the collar line, so the neck shows as a dark band rather than visible cobalt.
• I only checked the look by eye. I haven't compared it against other pieces in the 787-piece collection.

Not committed: I put the generator script (tools/draw_iu_0523.py) and a README in tools/, with another copy of the README at artifacts/README.md. The commit failed because git has no author name or email set on this machine. I didn't set one myself, so those files are staged but not committed. Git is set to ignore the artifacts/ folder, so the image stays untracked as required.
