The referenced repo holds the five contracts: read README.md and src/ first, generate ABIs with forge build. Build the site in site/ at the repo root; do not touch the contracts. Addresses (fill before submitting): MockUSDC 0x…, MockCardNFT 0x…, CardPool 0x…, CardOracle 0x…, CardLending 0x…. Static export, no backend, wallet via injected + WalletConnect (wagmi/viem or equivalent), reads over a public RPC with multicall. Mobile first.

WHAT IT IS

Collectors lock a graded trading-card NFT and borrow AUREON (6-decimal test dollar) for 30 days, up to 45% of an oracle-attested PriceCharting price. Lenders deposit AUREON into an ERC-4626 pool backed by those cards. Prices come from the IdentityMD oracle (panel 30, quorum 21, EIP-712 signed). Defaults go to a 24h Dutch auction, 120% to 50% of debt.

CONCEPT: THE COUNTER

A card-shop counter, not a DeFi dashboard. Three physical objects carry the UI:

  1. THE SLAB. Every card is a graded slab: label strip on top (grader, grade, set, name, number, cert) over a clear body. Typographic only: no card art, no franchise logos, mascots or palette; card names as plain text. The slab is the hero of every page.
  2. THE TICKET. Every loan is a pawn-style ticket: number, card, principal, fee, APR, issue and due dates, live debt, stamped status (ACTIVE / MATURED / AT AUCTION / REPAID / SOLD). Mono tabular numbers, perforated edge.
  3. THE PRICE TAG. Every oracle price shows its provenance: USD figure, issued, expires, "21 of 30 agreed", signer, links to explorer.imdnotdead.fun/oracle and api.imdnotdead.fun/oracle/requests/ (uuid = first 16 bytes of the PriceStored oracleId). Tap any number to see where it came from. Never show a price without its tag.

Look: paper off-white, ink near-black, one stamp red for status and the primary action, brass for lender yield. No gradients, glass, glow, purple or blue; radii 4px or less; hairline borders; dense like a grading label. Condensed grotesque for labels, mono for every number. Motion only when it means something: debt accruing per second, the Dutch price falling, the stamp landing when a ticket closes. No scroll-reveal, parallax or animated marketing counters.

PAGES (five screens, nothing else)

  1. / THE COUNTER. The landing is the quote tool, no wallet needed. One slab per allowlisted class (ClassSet events, then oracle.template and oracle.freshPrice). Tap a slab: attested price with tag; "borrow up to" = price4500/10000; amount slider; You receive = amount minus ceil(1%) fee; You repay in 30 days = amount + ceil(amountaprBps30d/(10000365d)); due date; cost in dollars and %. One button, "Open a ticket", connects and lands on /borrow with that class preselected. No fresh price: greyed slab, "No price in the last 24h. Request one (0.5 IMD)." Below: three facts from chain (pool size, cards in custody, last price with age). Footer: "Sepolia testnet. AUREON is a test dollar." No slogan, feature grid, testimonials, logos or FAQ.
  2. /borrow YOUR BINDER. The wallet's cards as slabs in a 3-wide grid (CardMinted and Transfer events, then cardData and classId), each Eligible / Needs price / Not listed. Tap eligible: quote card, Review ticket, at most two transactions (nft.approve, lending.borrow), stamp animation. Reverts in plain words: StalePrice, TooMuchDebt, InsufficientLiquidity, paused.
  3. /tickets YOUR TICKETS. All loans of the wallet (iterate 1..nextLoanId-1 with multicall, filter borrower). Live debtOf, days left. Repay in full (approve debt plus one hour of interest, then repay; say why), Extend (needs a price newer than priceIssuedAt, else offer "Request a price (0.5 IMD)"; maxAprBps = current aprBps), Claim surplus. MATURED: red stamp, "Anyone can send this card to auction now."
  4. /vault THE VAULT. Deposit and withdraw AUREON (approve + deposit; respect maxWithdraw; explain that lent cash returns on repayment, so a withdrawal may wait). Tagged numbers: totalAssets, availableLiquidity, reserve and coveredReserve, utilisation, share price (convertToAssets(1e12)) with history from events, realised yield since inception. Never a promised APY. Below: THE BOOK, every card in custody as a slab with its ticket, grouped Active / At auction, with netReceivable and auction marks. The book is the selling point: a lender sees exactly what backs their shares.
  5. /auctions THE FLOOR. Per auction: slab, frozen debt, live auctionPrice falling with the curve drawn (120% to 50% over 24h, then the floor), time to floor, Buy with a max price field, receiver = connected wallet. Matured or underwater loans listed as "ready for auction" with Start auction (permissionless liquidate). Past auctions with outcomes. Plus a PRICE DESK drawer from any tag: all classes, last price and age, pending request, Request price (approve test IMD, requestPrice), history from Requested/PriceStored/Failed/TimedOut, PriceCharting link per class. If test IMD mint(address,uint256) is public, add "Get 0.5 test IMD"; else link the faucet. AUREON has no faucet: say so in one line.

GLOBAL

Wrong network: one line and a switch button, nothing else works. Pause banner per contract. AUREON with two decimals, "test dollar" on first mention per page. Addresses from env, ABIs generated from the repo, typed. Empty states like a shopkeeper ("No tickets yet. Your binder is on the left."). Copy short, numbers first. Banned words: unlock, seamless, empower, revolutionize, next-generation, powered by, journey, ecosystem, "the future of".

DELIVERABLES

Static site (Vite + React + TS or Next static export). README (setup, env, repointing addresses), .env.example. Playwright e2e against anvil with the five contracts deployed from this repo: quote without wallet, borrow, repay, deposit/withdraw, auction buy. Lighthouse 90+ performance and accessibility on mobile, zero console errors, every page works disconnected. Pin the export to IPFS.

ACCEPTANCE

A visitor sees a real attested price and a quote within two seconds, no wallet. A borrower opens a ticket in at most two transactions. Every price carries a tag linking to its attestation. A lender can list every card backing the pool. Nowhere: gradients, glass, slogans, feature grids, testimonials, stock illustration, franchise artwork.

Saved all findings, exact source citations, fixes and reproductions in .imd-findings.json.

The six high findings cover mobile performance, the hidden primary action, incomplete price tags, incorrect historical signer attribution, unrealised interest labelled as realised yield, and missing slabs on Your tickets. The medium findings cover keyboard navigation and auction ceilings—including a malformed $1 ceiling that allowed a $484.88 local test purchase.

Forge compilation, all five ABI comparisons, TypeScript checking and all five supplied Anvil e2e tests passed. Mobile Lighthouse scored 69 performance / 100 accessibility with gzip. WebKit could not launch because required browser libraries were unavailable. The populated taste probe’s eyebrow flag was price data, so I excluded it from findings.

    • highfidelity: the mobile export misses the required Lighthouse performance scoresite/src/config.ts:67

Now: The disconnected counter loads roughly 976 kB of JavaScript before wallet use, including a 341 kB wallet chunk; mobile Lighthouse performance is 54 uncompressed and 69 with gzip.

Change to: Defer wallet SDK initialization and loading until the visitor opens Connect, reduce the initial JavaScript path, and verify a production mobile Lighthouse performance score of at least 90.

Why: The brief explicitly requires Lighthouse 90+ performance and a useful disconnected experience within two seconds.

390×844 visitor screen; Lighthouse default mobile simulation (412px viewport, simulated Slow 4G and CPU slowdown): serve the unchanged dist/ with python3 -m http.server, then run Lighthouse with only performance and accessibility.

      The disconnected / scores performance 54, accessibility 100; FCP 5.4s, LCP 7.5s.

Repeat with gzip for all static responses: performance 69, FCP 2.6s, LCP 4.3s, TBT 500ms.

The network audit lists index-P_ynJYFk.js at 635111 decoded bytes and index-B5fMo3c1.js at 340559 decoded bytes, with 518762 bytes estimated unused.

No wallet was opened in either run.

    • highfidelity: the mobile catalogue pushes the primary quote action below the first screensite/src/pages/Counter.tsx:38

Now: Every class slab is placed above the full quote on phones. Three listed classes push Open a ticket completely below the first screen.

Change to: Keep the selected slab and its quote together at the top, put the remaining class selector alongside or below that interaction, and compact the existing spacing until the amount control and full Open a ticket button fit at 390×844.

Why: The landing must be the quote tool, and the product and its main action must appear on the first phone screen.

Chromium, 390×844, disconnected: configure three allowlisted fresh classes (Charizard PSA 9 at $2,000, Blastoise PSA 9 at $1,500, Venusaur PSA 9 at $1,000) and open /.

The quote starts at y=565.30; Open a ticket starts at y=1013.52 and ends at y=1057.52, entirely below the 844px screen.

Even with one class the button spans y=819.66–863.66 and is clipped by the initial viewport.

No scrolling is needed to reproduce the measurements; use getBoundingClientRect on .quote and its final button.

    • highfidelity: repeated oracle prices omit their required provenance tagssite/src/pages/Counter.tsx:56

Now: Last price opens a generic contract-source drawer with only an age and contract link. The price desk also prints each last price as plain text, without expiry, signer or the required complete price tag.

Change to: Reuse the price provenance presentation for these amounts, passing the matching PriceStored event so issued/expiry times, signer, agreement and both oracle links are available directly from each price. Preserve stale prices with an explicit stale state.

Why: The brief says every oracle price carries its provenance and never show a price without its tag.

Chromium, 390×844: use a class with a successfully delivered signed PriceStored event, open /, scroll to Last price and tap its number.

Actual drawer contains only Read: CardOracle PriceStored event, Contract, Issued: 0s ago and Contract on Etherscan; it has no expiry, signer, agreement, oracle explorer or request UUID link.

Open Price desk: three priced classes produce zero .tag elements, and tapping a last-price line opens nothing.

Expected: the same full attestation provenance reachable from each oracle price as from the selected quote.

    • highfidelity: cached prices are attributed to the current signer after rotationsite/src/data.ts:104

Now: PriceTag receives the current oracleSigner() for every cached price. A signer rotation relabels an already issued price with a signer who never signed it.

Change to: Resolve and retain the signer belonging to the matching stored attestation, using its request record or verified submission data; label any current signer setting separately.

Why: The price tag is required to show the provenance of that price, including its signer.

Chromium, 390×844: on Anvil deliver a valid EIP-712 price signed by the synthetic fixture signer 0xf39fd6e51aad88f6f4ce6ab8827279cfffb92266, then call CardOracle.setSigner(0x90f79bf6eb2c4f870365e785982e1f101e93b906) without changing the cached price.

      Reload /.

The unchanged issued/expiry price tag now links Signer to 0x90F7…b906.

The original PriceStored transaction was signed by 0xf39f…2266; that historical attribution must remain unchanged.

This requires only local synthetic accounts and no production signatures.

    • highfidelity: realised yield is calculated from unpaid receivablessite/src/pages/Vault.tsx:66

Now: Realised since inception is (current share price − 1) × 100. totalAssets and share price already include accrued interest on active, unpaid loans, so this figure rises before any yield is realised.

Change to: Calculate realised yield from settlement and pool cash-flow events with a defined denominator, and retain share-price return under its own accurate label.

Why: The vault explicitly requires realised yield since inception; an unpaid receivable is not a realised return.

Chromium, 390×844: open /#/vault with an active $400 loan at 12% APR.

Record Realised since inception, advance Anvil by 86400 seconds and mine, without any repay, extend or buy, then reload.

In the reviewed fixture the displayed figure rises from 0.0091% to 0.0092%, and share price reaches 1.000092; the only Settled events remain the earlier payments in blocks 21 and 28.

The new loan remains state Active with principal 400000000 and no payment.

Expected: realised yield stays unchanged until a realising cash-flow event.

    • highfidelity: Your tickets omits the slab that must carry every screensite/src/pages/Tickets.tsx:84

Now: Your tickets renders only paper tickets; the card is a single text row and there is no graded slab anywhere on the connected page.

Change to: Reuse the existing Slab and pair presentation from The book for each ticket, passing the already loaded l.card and tokenId, while retaining the ticket and its repayment controls.

Why: The concept explicitly makes the slab the hero of every page, with grader, grade, set, name, number and cert visible on its label.

Chromium, 390×844: connect the synthetic borrower after opening a loan and visit /#/tickets.

The reviewed wallet has three .ticket articles and zero main .slab elements.

The card row shows only name, grader and grade; set, card number and cert are absent.

Expected: an identifiable typographic graded slab accompanying each loan, as already implemented in /#/vault.

    • mediumaccessibility: Skip to content navigates back to the countersite/src/App.tsx:53

Now: The skip link changes the hash to #main, which useRoute treats as a page route and renders the counter.

Change to: Preserve the current route and move keyboard focus directly to a focusable main element when the skip link is activated.

Why: A keyboard shortcut must skip the navigation on the current screen without changing the visitor's task.

Chromium, 390×844: open /#/vault, focus the Skip to content link and press Enter.

Expected: remain on The vault with focus in main.

Actual: URL becomes /#main, h1 becomes Borrow against a graded card and focus is BODY.

The same hash routing applies on /#/borrow, /#/tickets and /#/auctions.

    • mediumaccessibility: modal dialogs let keyboard focus escape behind the overlaysite/src/Wallet.tsx:64

Now: The connect sheet declares aria-modal but leaves background controls in the tab order; the shared Drawer has the same missing focus containment.

Change to: Contain Tab and Shift+Tab within the open dialog, move focus into it on opening, make background content inert and restore focus on close in both modal implementations.

Why: Keyboard and screen-reader visitors must be able to operate the wallet and provenance dialogs without reaching obscured controls.

Chromium, 390×844: open /#/auctions, click the header Connect button, then press Tab eight times.

Tabs 1–3 reach Close, Browser wallet and Coinbase Wallet; Tab 4 reaches BODY and Tabs 5–8 reach the background Skip to content, CardVault, Counter and Borrow links while the dialog stays open.

Expected: focus cycles only through dialog controls.

Also click the Borrow limit provenance button in a populated counter.

From the focused source dialog, Tab once reaches Close, Tab twice reaches BODY and Tab three times reaches the background Skip to content link.

    • mediumbug: an invalid auction ceiling silently becomes the full live pricesite/src/pages/Auctions.tsx:33

Now: Any nonempty maximum that parseUsd cannot parse falls back to the live auction price, and Buy stays enabled. A mistyped $1 ceiling can buy a card for hundreds of dollars.

Change to: Apply the live-price default only when the field is empty; for a nonempty invalid or nonpositive maximum, show an inline amount error and disable Buy until corrected.

Why: The buyer's max-price control must constrain the purchase; invalid input must never silently become a larger allowance and bid.

Chromium, 390×844, local synthetic buyer wallet: open /#/auctions with an active lot priced about $484.89, enter 1.0000000 in Max price (seven fractional digits), then click Buy.

Actual: Buy remains enabled, approve and buy run at the full live price, and Past auctions reports No. 3 · sold $484.88.

The buyer balance falls from 48909000229 to 48424111226 base units ($484.889003).

Expected: reject or normalise the input as $1.00 and prevent a purchase above that ceiling.

No real wallet or production funds were used.

    • mediumbug: the default auction bid fails when the browser clock leads the latest blocksite/src/pages/Auctions.tsx:31

Now: The blank Max price field uses a Dutch price interpolated from Date.now(). If that clock leads the latest block, the default ceiling is already below the on-chain price and simulateContract rejects Buy.

Change to: Use the authoritative CardLending.auctionPrice() read as the default maximum, keep any per-second visual interpolation separate, and continue to honour an explicitly entered ceiling.

Why: A visitor using the default Buy action must not receive a slippage error solely because their browser time differs from the latest block timestamp.

Chromium, 390×844, local synthetic buyer: create a new Dutch auction, hold Anvil at latest block timestamp 1801002584 and set the browser clock to that timestamp +30 seconds.

Leave Max price empty and click Buy.

CardLending.auctionPrice() is 484892056 base units ($484.892056), but the button shows Buy for $484.79 and the implicit ceiling uses that lower client-time price.

Actual: The auction price is above your max price.; loan 4 remains Auction (state 2).

Expected: the default ceiling covers the authoritative quote; clock lag alone does not block purchase.

This reproduces with a delayed latest block or a fast device clock.

    • lowfidelity: live debt and auction amounts use six visible decimalssite/src/format.ts:17

Now: Tickets render live debt with usd6(), and auction lots render their current AUREON price with the same six-decimal formatter. Other AUREON amounts use two places.

Change to: Use the existing usd() presentation for visible debt and auction prices while retaining base-unit precision for calculations and approvals.

Why: The global brief explicitly requires AUREON with two decimals on every page.

Chromium, 390×844: open /#/tickets with an active synthetic loan and /#/auctions with an open Dutch auction.

The Debt now and Price now buttons show amounts such as $400.000051 and $484.892277, while principal and Buy use $400.00 and $484.89.

Expected: every visible AUREON amount has two decimal places.

      Tickets.tsx calls usd6(debt); Auctions.tsx calls usd6(price).

    Previous findingDisposition and evidence
Fidelity: mobile performanceFixed. Isolated mobile Lighthouse: public export 99 performance / 100 accessibility; populated export 94 / 100. Wallet SDKs remain unloaded before Connect.
Fidelity: quote action below foldFixed. At 390×844 with three classes, the complete 44px button occupies y=783.95–827.95.
Fidelity: repeated prices lack tagsFixed. Last price, desk and history expose matching issued/expiry, agreement, signer and attestation links.
Fidelity: signer rotation changes attributionFixed. Old receipts retain the original signer and 21-of-30 agreement after signer/panel rotation.
Fidelity: unpaid interest counted as realisedFixed. An unpaid day changes share price while realised return stays unchanged; repayment then realises earnings.
Fidelity: Tickets lacks slabsFixed. Connected tickets show grader, grade, name, set, number and certificate.
Accessibility: skip link changes routeFixed. All four non-counter routes remain unchanged; focus moves to main.
Accessibility: modal focus escapesFixed. Forward/backward Tab stays inside wallet, provenance and nested dialogs; closing restores focus.
Bug: invalid auction ceiling becomes live priceFixed. Invalid/nonpositive ceilings disable Buy; a valid $1 ceiling cannot purchase the higher-priced lot.
Bug: default bid fails with fast browser clockFixed. Blank-ceiling purchase succeeds with the device clock 30 seconds ahead.
Fidelity: six-place AUREON amountsFixed. Debt and auction displays use two decimals; calculations retain base-unit precision.

The twelve browser scenarios passed across the initial run and targeted retry. The first run stopped during an auction fixture transaction; both remaining auction scenarios passed separately. The populated quote appeared in 313ms locally. Typechecking, Foundry compilation and all five ABI hash comparisons passed. WebKit could not be exercised, so no Safari result is claimed.

The requirement ledger below groups related clauses. Evidence paths are under site/src/ unless otherwise stated; “met” includes source inspection and the targeted reproductions above.
