Repair launch 816 for https://github.com/identity-md-launches/launch-816-imd-index.

The build was accepted, but Ethereum launch simulation is parked with:

DeploymentFailed(uint256 index) (6)

Index 6 appears to be the seventh application contract, FeeHookDeployer.

Diagnose the exact revert and fix the launch-specific deployment issue. First investigate whether FeeHookDeployer’s constructor calls to FeeWaterfall.reserveAsset() and .weth() are incompatible with the launch factory, or whether constructor arguments are resolving incorrectly.

Preserve the existing security model. Do not remove meaningful validation or introduce privileged shortcuts.

Acceptance:

  • launch simulation succeeds;
  • all seven application contracts deploy;
  • constructor arguments and contract references resolve correctly;
  • no roles are assigned automatically;
  • verifier/tests remain green;
  • deliver the repaired commit and explain the root cause and fix.

    Repaired commit c6a77b2: commit bundle · patch. Protected workspace .git remains unchanged.

    Root cause: FeeHookDeployer exhausted the launch gas budget during runtime code deposit. Its waterfall getters and constructor arguments were correct.

    The repair reduces deployment bytecode and authenticates later-supplied hook creation code, preserving validation and role restrictions.

    Verified with Solidity 0.8.26:

    • forge build, forge test, forge fmt --check pass.
    • 280 offline tests and two factory-fork tests pass.
    • All seven applications deploy with roles unset; full fork launch uses 16,759,438 gas.

    Gas margin is narrow, so the operator must simulate the exact production payload. Diagnosis and deployment instructions.
