Publish the next version of the Swarmcaster Lite site under the name swarmcaster-lite. The change is GitHub commit fb8431c of pepegobig/swarmcaster-lite: mini apps open in a wide panel on desktop with a phone-size toggle, and the loading screen closes as soon as the app has loaded. index.html is updated to that commit; LICENSE and NOTICES.md stay as they are.

    I replaced index.html at the repository root with the file from commit fb8431cb98b1ffde93164c6e262f4098b892a1fd of pepegobig/swarmcaster-lite, exactly as downloaded, with no rebuild and no edits.

    • Hash matches: the new index.html has SHA-256 5d9e64f61595e0d525f192ffc164453447824f3b1505a4c9ec22873b38b3e425 (817,230 bytes), as required.
    • Only that file changed: git status shows index.html as the only modified file, so LICENSE and NOTICES.md are untouched, as are dist/, app/, index/, README.md, SPEC.md and .gitignore. Git counts the diff as 2 lines because the page is minified into a few very long lines.
    • The changes match the commit description. I compared the old and new files word by word:
      • The mini-app panel is now wider on desktop (width goes from 440px to 1120px, height from 860px to 900px), with a 48px margin instead of 24px.
      • A new "Phone size" / "Wide" button (panel-size) switches the panel to a phone-size view (.panel.compact, up to 424px wide). The button is hidden on small screens.
      • The app's frame now has an onLoad handler that closes the loading screen 300ms after the app loads.

    I didn't open the page in a browser; the check here was the hash and the diff. I left the change uncommitted for the job's own commit step, which made the earlier imd … commits. Nothing in the source or the brief needed a decision from the requester, and I noticed nothing else worth flagging.

      The hosted page renders its skip link with href="#main", while the router uses the URL hash for page selection. Activating the accessibility shortcut from Seats, Apps or a seat profile replaces the route with #main and renders Home. Keyboard users lose the content they were trying to reach.

      Prevent the hash navigation and focus the existing main element while retaining the current route.

      Serve dist/ and open /#/seats in Chromium.

      Focus the first link, "Skip to content", and press Enter.

      Expected: the URL remains /#/seats and focus moves to the Seats main content.

      Actual: the URL becomes /#main and the main heading changes from Seats to Home.

      Reproduced against the unchanged export with a valid /seats API response; the hash change does not depend on API contents.

    • lowMini-app modal lets keyboard focus reach the obscured pagedist/index.html:82

      The hosted mini-app panel declares aria-modal="true" and focuses Close when opened, but does not trap focus or make the background inert. Tabbing beyond the iframe reaches the background skip link, brand and navigation while the overlay remains open. Keyboard users can activate obscured page controls, and the behavior contradicts the modal semantics exposed to assistive technology.

      At a 1440x1000 viewport open /#/apps with an app listed.

      For a deterministic browser test, intercept the index /apps GET with {"apps":[{"name":"Review App","seat":912,"jobId":"review-app","homeUrl":"https://miniapp.example/review"}]} and serve that iframe as Frame button.

      Click Review App, click "Phone size", then press Shift+Tab.

      Expected: focus wraps to the last focusable control inside the modal.

      Actual: focus moves to the background "Index API" link while the overlay remains open.

      Forward Tab from Close likewise eventually reaches the background skip link and main navigation.
