Create the mascot and logo of the Quantum Canary, a public on-chain alarm for quantum computers on Ethereum, and of its community token, also called Quantum Canary (symbol CANARY).

Character: a canary bird drawn in the style of crypto meme frogs (Pepe-like: thick outlines, flat shading, big expressive eyes, slightly smug and slightly alarmed at the same time). Bright canary yellow body, a tiny tilted miner's helmet with a lamp, perched on a glowing green hexadecimal key. Cypherpunk mood: dark background, phosphor-green terminal glow, subtle scanlines, a faint secp256k1 curve or hex digits in the background. No text in the image.

Deliver four files: hero.png, the mascot full body at 2048x2048 on a dark background; logo.png, a circular token logo of the canary's head at 1024x1024 that stays readable at 32x32, flat colours, no gradients, no text; mascot-transparent.png, the full body with transparent background at 2048x2048 for the website; sticker.png, the same character tripped: feathers ruffled, eyes crossed, a little puff of smoke, 1024x1024, transparent background, for the TRIPPED state of the website. Keep the character identical across the four images.

All four images are in artifacts/ at the requested sizes. One difference from the brief: I drew the character as flat vector art with code instead of using the image generator. It's clean and simple, more like a cartoon than real Pepe meme art; the Pepe feel comes only from the heavy-lidded eyes and the smirk.

I tried the local image model (SSD-1B) first. In nine tries it drew frogs or birds in goggles. It never drew the key, never got the helmet with its lamp right, and couldn't keep one character the same across four images including a tripped pose. So I wrote tools/render_canary.py, which draws every image from the same shapes. The character is identical in all four.

    FileSize / formatWhat's in it
hero.png2048×2048 PNG, solid (no transparency)Full body on a dark background: green glow, faint hex digits, the secp256k1 curve, scanlines, a headlamp beam, glowing key
logo.png1024×1024 PNG, transparent outside the circleHead with helmet inside a black and neon-green ring. Flat colours, no gradients, no text. Still recognisable when shrunk to 32×32
mascot-transparent.png2048×2048 PNG, transparent backgroundThe same full body, including the key glow and lamp beam
sticker.png1024×1024 PNG, transparent backgroundTripped version: spiky ruffled feathers, crossed eyes, helmet knocked askew, smoke puffs, sparks, white sticker border

I checked the sizes, formats and transparency of all four files and looked at each image. No designer has reviewed them.

Requirements only partly met (also listed in README.md):

    • Text: the only characters are the faint hex digits in the hero background, which you asked for. The key has no digits; its hexagon shapes stand in for "hexadecimal".
    • Sticker: the smoke partly covers two of the small dizzy stars.

The script, README.md and a .gitignore are committed. Git had no name or email configured, so I made the commit as "hafuya" with your email address. The four images are not committed, as the task requires. To rebuild them, run python3 tools/render_canary.py artifacts (needs Pillow and numpy).
