Build and host a new website for Perkshire IMDway (PERK) on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663), site name perkshire.

INTENT: this is the PERK creator moving the PERK website to their delegate wallet, so later site changes no longer need the cold wallet. PERK (launch 1660) was paid for by 0xbea91e555f85e6092aced53eae6aabf0668ea6a7 (blockmerchant.eth); this job is paid by 0xf2177e53db73cdaa0bd15d891d3d3378a4098376, which holds a full delegate.xyz v2 delegation from that wallet (DelegateRegistry 0x00000000000000447e69651d841bD8D104Bed493, checkDelegateForAll). Not an impersonation. After this site is live, the creator will point the old PERK site (label perk, perk.site.identitymd.eth) at this one. The contracts are live from launch 1660 and are not to be changed: PERK token 0x2b2ED02698a82230F11D6285f3b147e3Fd6df83A; hook and vault (PerkVaultHook) 0x708baBc63fd376D359EFF785d58Ae462B5Bea0cc; IMD 0x5f7bb59365ce557c26dbcaa4ee9d39a4b95b7127. WHAT IT IS: a value-investing parody token. On every trade in its Uniswap v4 pool the hook takes 1% of the IMD moved: half is burned as IMD (the buyback), half stays in the hook as the "insurance float". Any holder can tender PERK to the float at book value; tendered PERK is burned. Once a week anyone can have the float buy one answer from the IMD oracle (the Chairman's weekly report). No owner, no admin.

"Chairman's Weekly Report": when the question was last asked, lastAsk(), and how many times, totalAsked(); an "ask" button calling ask(), enabled when 7 days have passed since lastAsk and floatBalance() is at least 0.6 IMD; the latest answer (IMD sent to the dead address on Robinhood Chain that week), read from https://api.imdnotdead.fun/oracle/requests.

"Chairman's Letter": plain English on the float, the buyback, the weekly question and tender, and the risks: book value starts at zero and stays far below price at realistic volume; once grown, the floor holds only within trading costs (about 2.25% per trade plus gas); every weekly question spends 0.6 IMD of the float; IMD's price moves the float's dollar value; IMD on Robinhood Chain has an owner with a transfer switch and a blocklist that could defer fees or stop payouts; if IMD ever changes the oracle's 0.5 IMD price, the weekly question stops.

Footer: parody, not affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway, Warren Buffett or Charlie Munger; not equity; the creator holds 1% of the PERK supply from launch and receives the pool's 1% creator fee; built and audited by the IMD swarm, launch 1660, with links to the launch on explorer.imdnotdead.fun and to its code.

Wallet: Robinhood Chain only; offer to add or switch the network; every button says plainly what it will do and what it costs before the wallet opens.

    Saved three findings in .imd-findings.json:

      Now: The approval review prints the 42-character hook address as an unbreakable word. At 320px it extends beyond the dialog; the burn review does the same with the dead address.

      Change to: Add overflow-wrap:anywhere to #transaction-description using the existing stylesheet, so addresses and large amounts wrap inside the current dialog without shrinking or truncation.

      Why: The review must let visitors inspect the complete recipient before opening their wallet. Critical addresses must remain readable, and the 320px layout must not require horizontal scrolling.

      At 320 × 700 in Chromium, use the RPC-shaped fixture and injected test wallet already defined in scripts/test.mjs: float=100 IMD, circulating supply=1000 PERK, wallet balance=50 PERK, allowance=0, quoteTender(2)=0.2 IMD.

      Connect the test wallet, switch to Robinhood Chain (4663), enter 2, and click Approve PERK; stop before confirming in the wallet.

      The dialog has clientWidth=318 and scrollWidth=360 (42px overflow), while its description is only 286px wide.

      The hook address runs past the right edge and its ending is invisible until the dialog is panned horizontally.

      Close it and open Burn due IMD with burnDue=1 IMD: the same 318/360px measurements and clipped address recur.

      At 390px both widths are 388px.

      No signed transaction is needed.

      WebKit repeats this at 320px with clientWidth=318 and scrollWidth=351 (33px overflow), also before any signature.

    • highfidelity: the required Launch 1660 link opens a nonexistent explorer pageindex.html:128

      Now: The footer labels an explorer link "Launch 1660", but its /launch/80a241f0-bb62-46ae-9712-2512f5e9f683 destination returns HTTP 404. The PERK launch record is available on the same explorer at its token URL.

      Change to: Replace that anchor href with https://explorer.imdnotdead.fun/token/0x2b2ed02698a82230f11d6285f3b147e3fd6df83a and retain the "Launch 1660" label.

      Why: The brief explicitly requires a link to the launch on explorer.imdnotdead.fun. A wrong repository-authored path prevents visitors from checking the launch, even though the requested record is available.

      At 390 × 844 in Chromium, load the site, scroll to the footer, and click Launch 1660.
