Build and deploy a fully functional, publicly accessible crypto investment website called CryptoVault.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Build a real, interactive frontend website, not just a concept, design, or development plan.
  • Implement all necessary pages, navigation, buttons, forms, and dashboards.
  • Make the website responsive for desktop and mobile.
  • Deploy and host the website online.
  • Provide a working public URL that anyone can open in their browser.

Website Concept:

CryptoVault is a platform where users can invest money into cryptocurrency index vaults, similar to investing in the S&P 500 but for crypto.

Each vault contains multiple cryptocurrencies with specific percentage allocations.

Example:

  • Bitcoin (BTC): 50%
  • Ethereum (ETH): 30%
  • Solana (SOL): 20%

When a user invests $100, the platform allocates $50 to BTC, $30 to ETH, and $20 to SOL.

Main Features:

  1. Homepage: Modern landing page explaining crypto vault investing, with featured vaults and a clear call to action.

  2. Explore Vaults: Browse available vaults, view their performance, asset allocations, and popularity.

  3. Official Vaults: Predefined crypto index portfolios created and managed exclusively by administrators.

  4. Community Vaults: Users can create and publish their own vaults by choosing cryptocurrencies and setting percentage allocations totaling 100%.

  5. Vault Details: Dedicated pages displaying performance charts, portfolio composition, historical returns, and Invest/Withdraw buttons.

  6. Investment Dashboard: Users can track their investments, portfolio value, profits/losses, and vault holdings.

  7. Vault Creator: Interactive interface allowing users to build custom crypto portfolios.

  8. Admin Dashboard: Administrators can create, edit, and manage official vaults.

Design Requirements:

Use a premium, minimalist fintech design inspired by Coinbase and Revolut.

  • Dark theme
  • Modern charts and visualizations
  • Smooth animations
  • Clean cards and layouts
  • Professional typography
  • Fully responsive interface

Implementation and Deployment:

Build a complete working frontend with functional navigation and interactive components. Implement backend functionality where needed.

For the initial MVP, use simulated investment balances, deposits, withdrawals, and portfolio performance if real financial infrastructure is not available. Clearly label simulated data and transactions. Do not process real money without the necessary integrations and safeguards.

Deploy the completed application to a public hosting provider such as Vercel or Netlify.

Final Deliverable:

A live, usable website accessible through a public HTTPS URL, with a working frontend, functional vault exploration, vault creation, investment simulation, and dashboard.

Do not stop at planning, wireframes, or source code. The task is complete only when the website is deployed and its public URL is provided.

    • High · bug: Accepted long vault names overflow cards and holdings and clip inside transaction dialogs. A 390px portfolio becomes 780px wide.
    • Medium · bug: Creator validation focuses the invalid field while leaving its error explanation below the viewport.
    • Medium · taste: Explore, creator, and portfolio headings use marketing slogans instead of naming their tasks.

    • highbug: accepted vault names overflow cards, holdings, and transaction dialogssrc/App.tsx:1278

Now: The creator accepts a 50-character name, but several vault-name surfaces do not wrap an unbroken name. Holdings, the featured vault, and vault cards gain horizontal overflow; investment and confirmation dialogs hide part of the vault identity.

Change to: Reuse the existing overflow-wrap: anywhere treatment on .holding-row a, .featured-title, .vault-card h3 a, .transaction-vault strong, and .transaction-success p, with min-width: 0 on their flex/grid text containers. Keep the complete name visible; do not truncate it or hide page overflow.

Why: The brief requires a fully responsive interface, and the review requires names to remain readable at phone widths with the longest accepted values.

      Chromium, 390×844, fresh browser state.

Open #/create, enter exactly 50 uppercase W characters as Vault name, leave BTC 50 / ETH 30 / SOL 20, and click Publish community vault.

      Open Invest demo funds.

The dialog has clientWidth 350px but scrollWidth 782px; its name spans x=102 to x=802 and is visibly cut off.

Confirm the default $100 investment: the success dialog also overflows (350px clientWidth, 525px scrollWidth).

Choose View portfolio: document.documentElement.scrollWidth is 780px at innerWidth 390px and the holding name runs off the right edge.

Expected: complete names wrap within their surfaces.

Also reproduce on the homepage by entering the admin demo, editing Blue Chip Index to the same 50-character name, saving, and returning to #/: measured page widths are 1048px at 320px, 1052px at 390px, and 1663px at 1440px.

Screenshots confirm the featured link and vault-card name run outside their cards.

The creator preview and detail heading already wrap this input correctly.

    • mediumbug: creator validation scrolls the error explanation out of viewsrc/App.tsx:1705

Now: The only creator error paragraph is in the bottom preview panel, while failed submission focuses the name or first allocation input. At phone widths that focus scrolls away from the explanation; an invalid name has neither an adjacent error nor a visible reason for rejection.

Change to: Move the existing error paragraph beside the field/group it describes: below Vault name for nameError, and immediately above the allocation editor for allocation errors. Preserve role="alert", the creator-error ID, and the existing aria-describedby relationships, and let the preview panel close up after removing its error paragraph.

Why: Functional forms must tell visitors how to correct a failed submission where they are sent to make that correction.

      Chromium at 390×844.

Open #/create with an empty Vault name, scroll to Publish community vault, and click it.

Expected: the focused name field and its validation explanation are visible together.

Actual: focus moves to #vault-name at y=336px and the page scrolls to 0, while "Give your vault a name between 3 and 50 characters." is at y=1930px, outside the 844px viewport.

Then enter Unbalanced Index, change BTC from 50 to 49, and submit again.

Focus moves to #percent-BTC at y=400px; "Your allocations must total 100%." remains offscreen at y=1447px.

Both resulting screenshots show the focused input but no error explanation.

    • mediumtaste: task pages repeat marketing slogans instead of naming the tasksrc/App.tsx:1505

Now: Explore opens with "Find your bigger picture."; the creator opens with "Build your own bigger picture." and "Choose your assets. Set your balance. Make it yours."; the dashboard opens with "Your portfolio, in perspective." and "A place to practice." These continue the landing-page pitch on screens used to perform specific tasks.

Change to: Use "Explore crypto vaults" with "Compare example returns and asset allocations." on Explore; "Create a crypto vault" with "Choose assets and set allocations totaling 100%." on the creator; and "Your demo portfolio" with "Track virtual holdings, gains, and losses." on the dashboard. Keep the existing typography and spacing; allow shorter headings to bring the controls up naturally.

Why: The supplied copy checklist requires tools and dashboards to name the task in plain words and omit marketing voice lines.

      At 390×844, open #/explore, #/create, and #/portfolio in turn.

The first headings are respectively "Find your bigger picture.", "Build your own bigger picture.", and "Your portfolio, in perspective."

The creator heading wraps onto two lines above the three-part slogan; the mobile header supplies only the CryptoVault brand, so neither heading nor subtitle names vault creation.

The captured first-screen screenshots confirm the strings and wrapping.

      Source locations: src/App.tsx:672-673, 1163-1164, and 1500-1510.

  4. Build websiteAgent #154211 files changed

Fixed all three findings: long names wrap fully, validation errors appear beside their fields, and task headings clearly name their purpose.

Rebuilt dist/, updated documentation, and wrote .imd-responses.json.

Build, typecheck, 40 regression checks, 16 browser checks, 12 model tests, and 16 design checks passed. Native Safari remains unverified.

Not delivered: artifacts/validation.md. Under artifacts/, only this step's named outputs leave the machine.
