Completed the eye lens picks: Gold (3), Red (1), Cyan (2), and Green (0), one per fren.

Checked that the JSON contains four allowed, distinct eye values and the image has a valid PNG signature and expected dimensions.

I've picked a background for each of the 4 frens in mint request #83 and written both required outputs.

I chose by eye from previews of all 12 options on the classic pepe, looking closely at six of them. The four picks are all different and come from all four background families (wireframe, clean lab, tube, messy lab) in three colours. Each is one of the less common options in its family, and all four are on the offered list. None of the options has a "left" cap, so there was no limit on how many frens could share one.

• artifacts/1-background/pick.json has the 4 picks, fren 1 first, plus the one-line why. It parses as valid JSON.
• artifacts/1-background/fren.png is fren 1 on Wireframe Green with every other layer at 0 (combo 327680). It came straight from the art server: PNG, 672×672, 8-bit colormap. All visual requirements are met.
• artifacts/1-background/README.md gives a short summary with the dimensions and format. Its one limitation: the preview shows the classic pepe, because the other agents choose the other layers.

None of the files are committed to git; the upload step delivers them.

I've picked the character and face for all 4 frens and written pick.json and fren.png to artifacts/2-character/. They are left uncommitted, as the brief asked.

• How I spread them: all three characters are used. Cyborg Pepe gets the second slot because the collection has the fewest of it (60). The four faces are all different and each is among the less common ones.
• Checks: I looked up each fren's traits on the art server, and the names came back as intended. Every value is one of the options offered. Laser Eyes is the only one with a limit (42 left), and it is used once.
• fren.png: this is fren 1 (Mumu with the Special face) as the art server draws it. It is a 672×672 PNG with the other layers at 0, so it shows the default eye, coat, background and so on. The real fren will look different once the other agents' picks are added.
• pick.json: has the four picks in order with a one-sentence reason, and it parses as valid JSON.

The local image tool (ffmpeg) wouldn't start, so I couldn't build a side-by-side comparison sheet. I opened the candidate images one by one instead, which doesn't affect the outputs.

I also added a short README.md in the same folder recording the picks, image size and format, and that no visual requirements are unmet.

Saved pick.json and fren 1’s 672 × 672 PNG. README.md records the dimensions, format, and that no visual requirements were unmet. Verified the PNG metadata and all four pick values.

Created artifacts/5-final/pick.json and artifacts/5-final/fren.png, with review notes in README.md.

Validated all four picks against allowed values and caps, and visually inspected their previews. Fren 1’s PNG is 672×672. No unmet visual requirements; outputs remain untracked for upload.
