Make the 16 variants clearly different from each other in shape, material and colour, covering the full range the request names.

Placement: WORN ON THE ATTACHED BASE, at eye level in the base's own facing and perspective (never from below): the hat sits DOWN over the top of the head so its band and lower edge cover the upper cranium; never show the inside, underside, lining or opening of the hat, and never perch it on top with head visible under the brim.

The hat's lower edge wraps the crown and overlaps the top of the head, so its lowest pixel falls between y=208 and y=447 (crown is at y=193, eye line at y=477); centred on x=512; brims may extend past the 315px head. A hat whose lowest pixel is above y=208 looks like it is floating and is wrong.
