One step on this project's site, the Sworn registry site this workflow built (.imd/reads/project.md): implement items A to E below, rebuild and commit the static export in dist/ so the same site name serves the new version, then check the items.

Change nothing else: contract addresses, chain, ABIs and existing copy stay.

Keyless and static: no server, key, analytics or request to api.imdnotdead.fun; tests use a fake EIP-1193 wallet and fake RPC answers; nothing is signed or sent. Decide, do not ask: a question blocks the job. (A) The deployed Registry refuses every kind-3 (shared top list) answer holding an address below 2**80 (address(0), 0x...dEaD) or fewer entries than the spec's head (Missed reason 9); the requester loses the price.

The site must not let a user register or pay for such a spec.

(B) A menu entry Agents linking straight to agents/sworn/SKILL.md, a plain Markdown skill in the open Agent Skills format for Claude Code and Codex, written for agents only and complete with just an RPC: what Sworn is, quoting WhitelistCurator.sol lines 32 to 53 (for builders consuming this list); the deployment (chain 1, launch #2404, source commit, the three addresses) and how to verify it; reading facts (hasTrait, traitsOf, verified, verifiedSpecsOf, claimantOf, tokenOf, the 25 ids; a card is never a credential, never ownerOf); a strict DON'T section (no kind-3 spec of item A's kind; no image, preview or ownerOf as proof; no paid call without the user's confirmation, the live price and a simulation; no invented ids, no test deployment); read-only examples (cast call, a Solidity gate, viem, a Multicall3 batch); building wallet lists for allowlists and onchain reputation (Verified logs, the curator's 19,522 wallets for direct facts, shared facts, one pinned block, a reproducible rule recorded with the output, the sybil caveat); costs and the Missed reasons.

Plus a root llms.txt with links, install steps for Claude Code and Codex, and a Hackathon entry section mapping the four criteria to evidence links. (C) Reads that survive a failing public RPC, and no action offered while a value it needs cannot be read; a wallet that already holds a card sees that card, never a mint offer. (D) The community spec form starts empty, the template's examples as placeholders only.

(E) One dialog for all four paid actions (mint card, fact request, shared fact request, spec registration): the page keeps one Prepare button per action; the dialog shows what will happen (the live price, where the IMD goes: fees forwarded to the IMD BurnExecutor for bridging and burning on Base, requests paid to the IMD Intake; the balance; for the card the preview of its facts), the disclaimer checkbox, Approve only when the allowance is short, then the action, each step unlocked after the previous one confirmed, the box is ticked and a simulation of that call passed, each step's state, and the result.

  3. Design criticAgent #1639found 2 medium, 1 low

I found three problems and nothing high: two medium and one low. Items A, B and D are met. Items C and E each have a gap the builder can close in the repository. The findings are in .imd-findings.json. No other files were changed: the probe screenshots went to the ignored test/scratch/.

    AreaCount
Brief requirements8 met, 2 missing, 0 faked, 2 after review

    Requirements

    • A, block bad shared top lists — met. checkSharedSpec in web/src/shared-safety.mjs reads the spec's pinned log window and builds the head list. It blocks payment when any address is below 2**80 or the list is shorter than the head. It runs before a registration or shared request is prepared and again before every step. This matches how Registry._list and the spec rules decide.
    • B, Agents menu entry, skill file and llms.txt — met.
      • The menu entry is in web/src/App.tsx:183 and links straight to agents/sworn/SKILL.md.
      • The skill has every section the brief lists: deployment and how to verify it, reading facts, DON'T, the four examples, wallet lists (including the 19,522 wallets and the sybil caveat), costs and the Missed reasons table.
      • The root llms.txt has the links, Claude Code and Codex install steps, and a four-criteria Hackathon section.
      • The copies in dist/ are identical to the sources.
      • I could not check the quoted WhitelistCurator.sol lines 32 to 53 word for word, because that file is not in the repository. It is quoted with a source SHA-256.
    • C, reads that survive a failing RPC — met. web/src/rpc.mjs falls back across four RPCs, checks the chain, and requires two endpoints to agree on logs.
    • C, a card holder never sees a mint offer — missing. While the ownership read is pending or has failed, the page still shows the mint pitch and the sample card (claim.tsx:768).
    • D, empty community spec form — met. defaultForm is all empty strings, and the template examples are placeholders only.
    • E, one dialog with Prepare buttons, balance, card preview, checkbox, approve only when short, step locks, simulation and step states — met (transactions.tsx).
    • E, "the live price, where the IMD goes … and the result" — missing. Only a spec registration shows a result. The price and destination text is the same for every action.
    • Contract addresses and chain — met. Chain 1, and the three addresses match deployment.json.
    • Keyless and static, no request to api.imdnotdead.fun — met. The only api.imdnotdead.fun mention is a link in llms.txt; the site never fetches it.
    • Hosting under the same site name and the IPFS publish — after review.

First screen and probe. At 390 wide the first screen shows the logo on the left, Connect on the right, the headline, the wallet input and the green "Explore wallet" button. The probe fails two checks:

    • casing: the uppercase headings "WHY SWORN" and "BUILT BY THE SWARM".
    • type-faces: monospace prose.

Both are recorded in DESIGN.md and docs/DESIGN.md as choices that must stay, so they are not findings.

    Findings

    1. Medium — fidelity: a card holder can see the mint offer (web/src/claim.tsx:768). The page shows "Mint your card now", a disabled "Prepare mint" button and the sample card whenever ownership is unknown. That covers every page load until the card read returns, and stays that way if it fails. The fix is to show the mint copy, button and sample card only when the wallet is known to hold no card.
    2. Medium — fidelity: the dialog shows no result (web/src/transactions.tsx:696). After a mint, a fact request or a shared request it only says "All transaction steps confirmed. Refresh wallet facts to see the result." The fix is to read the minted card id or the

    • mediumfidelity: a card holder whose tokenOf read is pending or failed sees the mint offer ('Mint your card now') and the sample cardweb/src/claim.tsx:768

Now: the mint panel treats an unknown ownership (minted === null: tokenOf not yet answered, or every RPC failed so setOwned never ran) the same as 'no card'. It renders the heading 'Mint your Sworn card', 'A card costs 0.10 IMD', 'Mint your card now. It updates itself.', a 'Prepare mint' button (disabled) and beside it.

Change to: render the mint copy and button only when minted === 0n; while minted === null show only the Status line ('Reading your wallet…', or factError with the existing 'Retry wallet reads' button) and no sample card, i.e. change the condition at line 768 to minted === 0n, the button branch at line 785 to require minted === 0n, and the right column fallback <Card sample /> to render only when minted === 0n or no wallet is connected.

Why: item C says 'no action offered while a value it needs cannot be read; a wallet that already holds a card sees that card, never a mint offer'. Ownership is exactly the value that is unknown here.

      390x844, Chromium.

Open #/claim with a fake EIP-1193 wallet on chain 1 whose address holds card #1 (tokenOf returns 1).

Make every READ_RPCS endpoint answer eth_call for tokenOf with HTTP 503 (or delay it).

Expected: no mint copy, the card or an 'ownership unavailable, retry' state.

Actual (from the code path claim.tsx:629-643 and 763-835): the tokenOf promise rejects before setOwned, so owned is null, facts is null, minted is null; line 768 renders 'Mint your Sworn card' plus 'Mint your card now.

It updates itself.', line 785 renders the disabled 'Prepare mint' button, line 834 renders .

The same mint offer shows for the whole pending window on every load for a card holder.

Not run in a browser in this review because time ran out; the evidence is the code path.

    • mediumfidelity: the payment dialog shows no result after a confirmed mint, fact request or shared request; only a registration shows its outcomeweb/src/transactions.tsx:696

Now: after the last step confirms, the dialog says only 'All transaction steps confirmed. Refresh wallet facts to see the result.' Only registerSpec gets a concrete result (the SpecRegistered id, lines 700-710).

The receipt logs are already decoded in execute() (transactions.tsx:416-430), but only for SpecRegistered.

Change to: in that same loop, also record the Registry's Transfer tokenId for mintCard ('Minted card #N, see it on Claim') and TraitRequested's request id for upgrade or requestSharedFact ('Request 0x… pending: the panel answers with Verified, Missed or NoVerdict; the price is spent either way'). Render it where j.registered is rendered, and replace 'Refresh wallet facts to see the result.' with that line.

Why: item E asks the dialog to show 'each step's state, and the result'.

      390x844.

In the acceptance fake chain, prepare a mint, tick the box, simulate and confirm Approve, then simulate and confirm 'Mint one Sworn card' so the fake receipt succeeds.

Expected: the dialog names the minted card id.

Actual: only the generic 'All transaction steps confirmed.

Refresh wallet facts to see the result.'

      (transactions.tsx:694-699).

The same happens for 'Prepare selected facts' and 'Prepare shared fact'.

Only registration reaches the 'Registered trait N' branch at line 700.

    • lowfidelity: the dialog shows both fee destinations and the oracle price for every action instead of what applies to the action being paidweb/src/transactions.tsx:582

Now: every plan shows 'Live oracle price at preparation: X IMD / request' (line 569) and the fixed sentence 'Card and registration fees are forwarded to the IMD BurnExecutor for bridging and burning on Base. Oracle requests are paid to the IMD Intake.' A mint shows an oracle price it does not pay.

A fact request shows a BurnExecutor sentence that does not apply to it.

Change to: derive both from plan.calls. For mintCard/registerSpec show 'Fee: <MINT_FEE|SPEC_FEE> IMD, forwarded to the IMD BurnExecutor for bridging and burning on Base.' For upgrade/requestSharedFact show 'Live price: IMD per request, paid to the IMD Intake.'

Drop the oracle price row when no request call is in the plan.

Why: item E says the dialog 'shows what will happen (the live price, where the IMD goes ...)' for the action at hand.

      390x844, acceptance fake chain.

      Click 'Prepare mint'.

The dialog lists 'Live oracle price at preparation' with the Intake price and both destination sentences, though mintCard pays only MINT_FEE to the BurnExecutor.

Click 'Prepare selected facts': the dialog still states the card and registration BurnExecutor sentence.

  4. Site content checkAgent #690found 3 low

The review is complete. Nothing critical or high was found, so the site can be hosted. Three advisory findings are in .imd-findings.json, and the working tree is otherwise unchanged.

    What I checked

    • Export integrity. Rebuilt the site from the source in web/ into a temp directory. The output matches the committed dist/ byte for byte, so the hosted scripts are what the source says. The index page loads one module script and one stylesheet, both local. No analytics, no request to api.imdnotdead.fun, no seed-phrase or key prompts, no remote code loading. External hosts in the bundle are wallet SDK deep links, the four read RPCs, the explorer, GitHub and X.
    • A, kind-3 guard. The deployed Registry returns Missed reason 9 for any list word below 2**80 or a wrong head length (src/Registry.sol lines 449 to 456). The site mirrors this in checkSharedSpec and runs it before every registerSpec and requestSharedFact, again before each approval and the paid call. Unit tests for address(0), 0x…dEaD, short lists and incomplete logs pass.
    • B, Agents skill. The nav has an Agents entry linking to agents/sworn/SKILL.md. The quoted WhitelistCurator lines 32 to 53 match the pinned source lines exactly. Addresses, commit, launch number, ABI hashes, the 25 ids, the DON'T section, the four read-only examples, list construction with the 19,522 wallets and sybil caveat, costs and the Missed table are all present. llms.txt has links, install steps for Claude Code and Codex, and the hackathon section. The explorer job link resolves to a real Sworn job record.
    • C, resilient reads. Failover across four endpoints with chain-id verification; all actions disable when health is null. A wallet with a nonzero tokenOf sees its card number and no mint button; prepare and the pre-signature check both re-read tokenOf.
    • D, spec form. The form starts from an all-empty default and examples appear only as placeholder attributes.
    • E, one dialog. A single dialog serves mint, fact request, shared fact request and spec registration. It shows total, balance, live price, the BurnExecutor and Intake destinations, the card preview, the disclaimer, Approve only when allowance is short, and gates each step on ack, previous confirmation and a passed simulation.
    • Tests in a real browser. All 50 unit tests pass. The Playwright Chromium run against the export completed with no errors across 40 pages and the fake wallet flows. WebKit was not installed, so only Chromium was exercised.

    Findings (all low)

    1. The Claim page's "Read the contract README" link goes to a third-party specification branch rather than the pinned source.
    2. The read RPC list drops eth.drpc.org from network.json and adds three undisclosed third-party endpoints.
    3. The payment dialog restores a ticked disclaimer box from localStorage after a reload.

    • lowClaim page links 'Read the contract README' to a third-party specification branch, not the pinned sourceweb/src/pages.tsx:609

The Claim page's 'Read the contract README' link (built into dist/assets/index-CaJcimlt.js, string banse/sworn present once) points to github.com/banse/sworn on branch rebuild-base. That README states the branch holds a specification, not code, names no Renderer contract and says three earlier deployments were tests.

The hosted site otherwise cites the verified source commit c4ff3238 at identity-md-launches/launch-2404-renderer-composer-registry and the skill tells agents never to substitute a test deployment. A reader following this link lands on an unverified repository that is not the deployed source.

Advisory: a misleading link, not impersonation or deception about funds. Existing copy from commit 186dc95, so it predates this job, but it is still served.

Open dist/index.html, go to #/claim, scroll to the Integrate links under the card section and press 'Read the contract README'.

Expected: the pinned source repository at commit c4ff3238390fc51962fb67e86affc20cf418126e.

      Actual: github.com/banse/sworn/blob/rebuild-base/README.md, a specification-only branch of a different repository.

    • lowRead RPC list diverges from the pinned network.json: drpc dropped, three third-party endpoints addedweb/src/rpc.mjs:2

Item C's failover row sends every visitor's reads (and the wallet address being looked up) to gateway.tenderly.co, rpc.mevblocker.io and 1.rpc.thirdweb.com, none of which are in .imd/reads/network.json rpcUrls, while the pinned second endpoint https://eth.drpc.org is never used. No page discloses these endpoints; the RPC selector in the UI only offers this list.

The failover itself works: unit tests 'C recovers from 5xx/timeout/network/cors/malformed' and 'every RPC failing reports unavailable' pass, and the browser run on the export completed with no errors.

Advisory: undisclosed third-party data recipients, not a hosting blocker.

      Compare web/src/rpc.mjs lines 2-7 with .imd/reads/network.json network.rpcUrls (publicnode, eth.drpc.org).

Open dist/index.html with publicnode blocked: the bundle (dist/assets/index-CaJcimlt.js, strings gateway.tenderly.co, rpc.mevblocker.io, 1.rpc.thirdweb.com) POSTs eth_chainId then the reads to gateway.tenderly.co next.

Expected: the pinned endpoints from network.json, or a disclosure of the extra ones.

Actual: three undisclosed endpoints and eth.drpc.org absent.

    • lowPayment dialog restores the ticked disclaimer box from localStorage after a reloadweb/src/transactions.tsx:109

Item E requires each step to unlock only after the box is ticked. The journal persists ack in localStorage (key sworn.transaction-journal) and restores it on load, so after a reload the disclaimer is already ticked without the visitor acting in the current session. Steps are still protected: restored 'simulated' steps become 'simulation expired' and must be re-simulated, the wallet must match plan.account on chain 1, and the live price is re-read before each signature.

      Advisory only.

In dist/index.html connect the fake EIP-1193 wallet, press 'Prepare mint', tick 'I understand these transactions spend IMD and gas', reload the page, open 'Review transaction steps'.

Expected: the checkbox is unticked until the visitor ticks it again.

Actual: the checkbox is pre-ticked and the Simulate button is enabled immediately.
