Now: chooseStock scrolls to the purchase form only below 1100px. On desktop, selecting a lower table row updates an offscreen form and leaves the visitor at the bottom of the list.
Change to: In chooseStock, check whether the trade panel and its primary action are visible; when they are outside the viewport, scroll the existing trade panel into view at any width. Keep the current position when the purchase controls are already visible.
Why: The brief asks for a DEX to buy stocks. Selecting an asset should expose the next purchase step without requiring the visitor to rediscover it several screens above.
accessibility: stock symbols fall below text contrast requirements on picker hoversrc/styles.css:1475
Now: Hovering a stock-picker row gives it a #edf3e8 background while its 12px symbol retains the #69716f muted color; their contrast is 4.43:1.
Change to: Reuse the table-row hover background #f7faf4 for .picker-item:hover, which gives the existing symbol color approximately 4.76:1 contrast. Preserve the row hover affordance.
Why: Small text must retain at least 4.5:1 contrast in interactive states (WCAG 1.4.3); the ticker identifies the asset being selected.
Chromium, 1440x900 with a mouse: open the stock selector in Buy stock, then hover the third row, Tesla.
The TSLAon span computes to rgb(105, 113, 111), font-size 12px, on the picker button background rgb(237, 243, 232).
Axe color-contrast reports 4.43:1 against the required 4.5:1.
The hover screenshot confirms the pale green row and muted ticker.
The same selector applies to every picker row; the initial-page taste@1 probe does not open this dialog.
