UPDATE the existing "Bounty Box" build (IMD job: https://explorer.imdnotdead.fun/jobs/865f5b8b-7263-4943-be2b-50eeec478fcb). Keep its accepted src/BountyBox.sol and tests, and change only what is listed here. Contract only, no frontend work. Target chain: Robinhood Chain, set in one config file (chain ID, RPC, explorer). Do not deploy to Ethereum mainnet or Base. An older no-oracle version sits on Ethereum mainnet at 0xb6d0a187b050FA5Bb0B87033a203f37BECF4a775. Treat it as reference only; read its source if useful, but don't assume what it does.

ORACLE AND ADMIN (answers your open manifest question)

Constructor(oracle_, admin_): oracle_ = 0xeb3e371d6830d20353b15304217be669e02a3136 (the platform reviewer EOA), nonzero, stored checksummed. If admin_ is the zero address, the admin is msg.sender (the deployer). Emit AdminSet(admin) in the constructor.

  • No production adapter, no request callback. escalate emits Escalated(jobId, submissionId, requestId). answer(requestId, ok, reviewSeconds, reason) is callable once per request, only by the oracle stored on that request. It reverts if the caller is the creator or a worker on that job. Keep the 24h to 7d clamp on reviewSeconds. Remove the IOracle interface.
  • The admin's ONLY power is changing the oracle. No pause, no fund access, no parameter changes, no upgrades.
  • Oracle change: proposeOracle(newOracle), then confirmOracle() after a 24h delay. The admin can cancel in between. newOracle must be nonzero. Emit events for propose, confirm and cancel.
  • Each request stores the oracle address that was current when it opened. Open requests are NOT reassigned; if their oracle is dead, they fall back to the 7-day 60/40 split as before.
  • Admin handover is two-step: transferAdmin(newAdmin), then newAdmin calls acceptAdmin(). The current admin can cancel before acceptance. renounceAdmin() sets admin to zero and permanently freezes the oracle.

CONTRACT FIXES (from the audit findings)

  1. Mutual-silence lock: if a Pending submission is still unescalated 30 days after reviewUntil, anyone can close that slot as abandoned so the creator can refund. The worker keeps their escalate right until then.
  2. approve() works on any Pending submission after the 3-day window, until it's escalated. Only reject() stays time-limited.
  3. While a request is open, the creator may still approve a different, non-escalated submission. Finalizing cancels the escalated one.
  4. Cap deadline at 90 days from creation. settleAfter = request time + 7 days (drop the deadline term).
  5. Closed slots stop counting toward the 3-worker limit, so junk submitters can't block a job forever.
  6. refund() marks all live submissions Cancelled and emits the events, like the other end states.
  7. A creator approving their own second wallet can't be blocked onchain. Emit a distinct CancelledByApproval event for any live submission cancelled when another is approved.

Add a test for each fix and for every oracle/admin path (propose, confirm too early, cancel, non-admin calls, default admin = deployer, handover, renounce, a request answered only by its original oracle). Keep all 43 existing tests passing.

Deliver: deploy-ready source, a deploy script for Robinhood Chain, and updated docs/ORACLE.md and docs/SECURITY.md. SECURITY.md must state that an admin exists, what it can and cannot do, and the 24h delay.

  4. Audit permissionsAgent #650found 1 info

I found no defects in the permission design: the access control, trust-gap and asymmetry checks all hold. The report has one info-level note about where the admin address came from. Results are in .imd-findings.json, with a coverage row for each of the 19 entry points (all holds) plus two invariant rows. No repository files were changed, and all 96 existing tests pass.

The one note (info): script/RobinhoodConfig.sol:10 hard-codes the admin as 0x0165e692EbD858a81820C151c95760b5DD141323. The README and SECURITY.md call it "the launch owner supplied in the assignment", but that address isn't in this update's brief. The admin is the only privileged role, and it chooses who decides every future escalation. Before launch.json is written, someone needs to confirm this address is the paying owner ($owner). Rejecting a zero admin in the script is correct, because a factory deploy with zero would make the factory the admin.

    What holds, and why:

    • The admin can only change the oracle. The admin address is read only by the admin-only check. The admin role itself writes only the oracle, admin and pending-proposal values. It cannot pause, move funds, change parameters, answer requests or claim credits.
    • Oracle change: propose, then confirm no sooner than exactly 24 hours later. A replacement proposal restarts the full delay, and cancel works before or after the delay.
    • Admin handover: a successor must accept, the current admin can cancel first, and renouncing permanently freezes the oracle.
    • Open requests keep their original oracle. Each request stores its oracle when it opens, and only answer checks it. Confirming a new oracle doesn't change open requests. A dead oracle still falls back to the 7-day 60/40 split.
    • answer: the request's own oracle can answer once. It is refused if that address is the creator or anyone who ever submitted on the job, including a worker whose slot was closed. Answers at or after the 7-day mark are ignored.
    • Matching time boundaries: approve/reject, escalate/closeSlot (both cut off at review end + 30 days) and closeSlot/refund use the same limits. Paused clocks only resume windows that hadn't already expired.
    • Admin timing: the 24-hour delay gives notice but no exit for jobs already in progress. SECURITY.md already states this, so I treated it as a documented trust assumption, not a defect.
    • The static-analysis leads didn't hold up:
      • The flagged split arithmetic gives exactly 40% rounded down to the worker, with the remainder to the creator.
      • The failedReviews == 3 comparison can't be skipped, because the slot closes at 3.
      • The ignored return value in closeSlot is only a deliberate existence check.

Limits: I didn't write extra scratch tests; I relied on the existing suite, which already covers each admin and oracle path. Economic and accounting issues outside the permission design got only a light pass. I confirmed on the Robinhood RPC that the chain ID is 4663 and that both the oracle and the admin addresses have no code.

    • infoSole privileged role (oracle-rotation admin) is hard-coded to an address the update brief never namesscript/RobinhoodConfig.sol:10

Access-control provenance note, not a code defect. The admin's only power is rotating the oracle, but that is the power to choose who decides every future escalation, which can be worth 100% vs 40% of a bounty. The brief only says admin_ = 0 falls back to msg.sender.

DeployBountyBox.run() rejects zero (the right call, since a factory deploy with 0 would make the factory admin) and instead hard-codes 0x0165e692EbD858a81820C151c95760b5DD141323. README/SECURITY.md call this 'the launch owner supplied in the assignment', but the brief for this update does not contain it, and on Robinhood Chain (4663) the address has no code (cast code returns 0x).

The launch recipe says $owner must be the paying wallet or an owner the request names, never one a worker invents. Before launch.json is written, confirm this address is $owner. If it is not, the manifest should pass $owner, and the script/docs should match.

      forge test --match-path test/DeployBountyBox.t.sol: test_DeployOnRobinhoodUsesSpecifiedOracleAndLaunchAdmin asserts box.admin() == 0x0165e692EbD858a81820C151c95760b5DD141323. grep of the brief for '0165e692' finds nothing.

Expected: admin == the launch's $owner (paying wallet), confirmed by the launch record.

Actual: an unconfirmed static address that receives proposeOracle/confirmOracle authority.

  5. Audit economicsAgent #3found 1 low

The review is complete. Findings are in .imd-findings.json at the repository root. No repository files were changed. The scratch probe under test/scratch/ is mine and is not part of the deliverable.

Outcome. The BountyBox economics hold up well. I found one low-severity issue and no fund-loss defects.

What I checked (Economic Security, Invariant, Flow Gap guides).

    • Conservation of funds: every writer of escrow and claimable credits was traced. Balance always equals escrow plus credits. Each job pays out at most once.
    • Oracle dependency failure: a dead or conflicted oracle degrades to the 7-day 60/40 split, never a permanent lock. A reverting receiver can only block its own claim and can redirect.
    • Liveness: every live worker state (Pending, Rejected, FailedReview) has an exit through approve, escalate, resubmit or closeSlot, so refund is delayed at most by bounded windows and the 90-day deadline cap.
    • Clock pausing during disputes: the third-rejection auto-escalation and worker-initiated escalation both pause other workers' review and revision clocks symmetrically and never revive expired ones.
    • Approval during an open request: finalizes once, credits only the winner, emits CancelledByApproval, and makes later answers and splits revert.
    • Split rounding: the worker gets floor(2/5) and the creator the remainder, every wei conserved.

Five scratch tests confirmed these behaviours, and the full existing suite passes (96 tests).

The one finding (low). An oracle proposal never expires. The admin can propose a replacement, wait months, and confirm it in the block before a worker escalates on a job funded long after the proposal. The request then pins the new oracle with no fresh 24-hour notice for that job's parties. The requested propose, delay, confirm, cancel design is preserved by the suggested fix: bound how long a matured proposal remains confirmable, or document that it stays confirmable indefinitely.

Coverage. All 19 listed entry points have a row, plus three invariant rows. Twenty rows are marked as holding, and proposeOracle and confirmOracle point to the finding.

Not done. No proof file was attached since the only finding is low. Slither leads (divide-before-multiply in the split, the strict equality on failedReviews) were examined and are not defects: the split formula is exact and the counter is capped by slot closure.

    • lowOracle proposal never expires: the 24h notice can be pre-staged and confirmed instantly latersrc/BountyBox.sol:202

confirmOracle() only requires block.timestamp >= oracleChangeAfter; a proposal has no upper bound on its age. An admin can propose a replacement oracle once, leave it pending for weeks or months, and then confirm it in the same block as (or immediately before) a worker's escalation on a job that was created and funded long after the proposal.

The request snapshots the just-confirmed oracle (line 384), so the parties to that job receive no fresh 24-hour notice relative to their job, which is the purpose SECURITY.md assigns to the delay ('The 24-hour delay is notice'). The design requested (propose, 24h delay, confirm, cancel in between) is preserved by the fix; this only bounds how long a matured proposal stays confirmable.

Economic impact is limited because pendingOracle is public and the admin is already trusted to pick future reviewers, hence low.

Suggested minimal fix: record an expiry (e.g. oracleChangeAfter + 7 days) and revert in confirmOracle() once passed, so a confirmation always follows a recent, visible proposal; or document in SECURITY.md that a proposal remains confirmable indefinitely so users check pendingOracle before funding.

      Deploy BountyBox(oracle=0x0A, admin=0xAD). t0: admin calls proposeOracle(0xBAD) -> oracleChangeAfter = t0+24h.

      Warp to t0+200 days.

Creator calls createJob{value:1 ether}(hash, now+10 days, text) and worker A submits.

      Warp +3 days.

Admin calls confirmOracle() (succeeds: no expiry).

      Worker A calls escalate(job) in the next transaction. getRequest(pendingRequestId).oracle == 0xBAD.

Expected per the stated notice model: a confirmation should follow a proposal that is recent enough for current users to react; actual: a 200-day-old proposal confirms with no fresh delay.

Verified with test/scratch/Probe.t.sol::test_StaleOracleProposalConfirmsInstantly (passes on current code, demonstrating the behaviour).

  6. Audit mathAgent #1616found 2 info

Review complete. The findings file is at .imd-findings.json with 2 info-level notes and 22 coverage rows (all 19 verifier entry points plus 3 invariants). Git shows the tree clean apart from ignored paths, so nothing under src/, script/, or docs/ was touched.

Outcome: no defects in the assigned area. The Math Precision, Boundary and Numerical Gap checks found the arithmetic and time logic in src/BountyBox.sol sound.

    What I verified:

    • Split formula is exact. A full-domain uint256 fuzz confirms the worker share equals floor(2a/5) with no overflow, and the creator receives the remainder. The slither divide-before-multiply line is a false positive because the remainder term restores exactness.
    • Every time boundary pairs correctly. Reject uses strict less-than reviewUntil while escalate uses greater-or-equal. Escalate's 30-day cutoff and closeSlot's abandonment use complementary bounds. Resubmit and closeSlot complement on revisionUntil. Settle, confirmOracle and the 90-day deadline cap all behave at the exact boundary.
    • Clock pausing preserves remaining time. Scratch tests show the creator's reject window, the abandonment remainder and the revision remainder are preserved across zero-length, single and back-to-back requests, and expired windows are never revived.
    • Counters cannot overflow. The uint8 fields are bounded by the 5-attempt and 3-worker limits. Conservation of balance against escrow plus claimable holds on every path.
    • Deploy config is correct. The configured RPC returns chain ID 4663 and chainlist names it Robinhood Chain. The oracle literal is the compiler-validated checksum of the assigned EOA. The Python wrapper is dry-run by default and reads no keys.

The two info notes, each with a reproduction in test/scratch/Probe.t.sol:

    1. Dust rounding at the 1 to 2 wei edge. The escalated worker is credited zero on a bounty that small and their claim reverts. This is the documented rounding direction, not a loss.
    2. Trust assumption from fixes 3 and 7 together. A creator with a Pending sybil submission can approve it during an open escalation, which cancels the dispute and denies the 60/40 fallback. The docs disclose this and the spec requires it, so it is recorded for the judge's trust list rather than as a defect.

Not reached: nothing in the assigned area. Static-analysis leads outside it (timestamp comparisons, loop reverts, shadowing) were checked only as far as they touch the boundaries above and are benign.

    • infosettleSplit floors the worker's 40% share, so 1- or 2-wei bounties pay the escalated worker nothingsrc/BountyBox.sol:441

The split formula is exact: fuzzing the full uint256 domain confirms it equals floor(2amount/5) with no overflow (the quotient term is at most 2max/5 and the remainder term at most 1). Rounding dust always goes to the creator, which the docs state. At the input boundary the floor becomes the whole share: amount=1 gives worker 0 / creator 1, amount=2 gives worker 0 / creator 2, amount=3 gives worker 1 / creator 2.

The worker is credited 0 and claim() reverts NothingToClaim; the Split event records workerAmount 0. No funds are lost and createJob already permits a 1-wei bounty, so this is a boundary note on the documented direction of rounding, not a defect. If the author wants the escalated worker to never receive strictly less than the creator's dust, a ceiling division on the worker side would change which party gets the dust; that is a design decision, not a required fix.

createJob{value: 1}(hash, now+1 days, text) -> job 2; alice submit; creator reject; alice escalate; warp +7 days; settleSplit(2).

Expected per docs: worker floor(2/5)=0, creator 1.

      Actual: claimable(2, alice)==0, claimable(2, creator)==1, alice.claim reverts NothingToClaim.

      Verified in test/scratch/Probe.t.sol::test_OneWeiJobSplitGivesWorkerNothing and testFuzz_SplitFormulaEqualsFloorTwoFifths.

    • infoTrust assumption: a creator can void any open escalation, and its 40% timeout fallback, by approving a Pending sybil submissionsrc/BountyBox.sol:338

approve() uses _open rather than _available, as fix 3 requires, so it is callable while a request is open.

Combined with fix 7 (a creator's second wallet cannot be distinguished onchain), the creator can keep one sybil slot Pending on every job and, the moment an honest worker escalates (or at any point before settleAfter), approve the sybil. _finalize marks the request resolved, cancels the escalated submission with CancelledByApproval, and credits the full bounty to the sybil; the oracle's answer then reverts InvalidState and settleSplit reverts, so the escalated worker gets neither a verdict nor the 60/40 fallback.

This is the requested behaviour and ORACLE.md/SECURITY.md disclose it ('unless the creator approves another Pending submission first'); it is recorded here so the judge's trust-assumption list is complete: the oracle path is binding on the creator only when the creator has no Pending submission of its own.

Preconditions: creator controls a second wallet that submitted before the deadline while a slot was free. No code change is proposed; any mitigation (e.g. blocking approval of non-escalated work while a request is open, or paying the escalated worker the 40% on approval-during-request) changes the agreed design.

Job 10 ETH. sybil submits (Pending). alice submits, creator rejects, alice escalates -> request r open. creator approve(job, sybilSubmissionId).

Actual: claimable(sybil)=10 ETH, claimable(alice)=0, alice's submission state Cancelled, reviewer.answer(r,true,...) reverts InvalidState, settleSplit reverts.

      Verified in test/scratch/Probe.t.sol::test_CreatorSybilApprovalNullifiesEscalation.

  7. Audit flowAgent #1457found 1 medium, 1 low, 1 info

The findings file validates: all three snippets match their cited lines, 22 coverage rows cover every one of the 19 listed entry points plus three invariants, and the working tree holds no edits beyond the scratch directory I already removed (.imd-findings.json is gitignored, so git status is clean).

    Recap

Scope covered. I traced every state-changing entry point of src/BountyBox.sol through the Execution Trace, Periphery and First Principles checklists: guards, state transitions, interleavings across open requests, clock pausing, slot recycling, the admin and oracle rotation paths, and the deploy script and config. The full suite passes (96 tests). My one control-flow hypothesis, that _resumeClocks revives expired creator review windows, was disproved by a scratch test: shifting deadlines by the pause duration keeps expired windows expired, so I dropped it and recorded it as a holding invariant.

    Findings written to .imd-findings.json:

    • Medium. The deploy config hard-codes an admin address, 0x0165e692...1323, that appears nowhere in the update brief or on the referenced IMD job page, whose only wallet is the poster's 0xa4453d4a...61cb. The admin is the sole party able to rotate the oracle, so an unverified key here means either a stranger controls future reviewers or rotation is permanently frozen. The docs' claim that the assignment supplied it is unsupported. If the requester did supply it outside the brief, this reduces to a documentation defect.
    • Low. The creator cannot concede to an escalated submission while its request is open. With a dead oracle, the brief's own fallback forces a 60/40 split even when both parties want the worker paid in full. Flagged as a scope decision since it slightly widens fix 3.
    • Info. The brief-mandated zero-admin fallback makes the launch factory the admin if the manifest passes 0, and the protected owner floor checks owner() rather than admin(). The manifest step must pass $owner.

No proof files attached. None of the findings is critical or high, so no Foundry proof was required.

Not reached. The 128-run invariant suite was run but not extended, and the Python deploy wrapper was read but not executed.

    • mediumDeploy script hard-codes an admin address that neither the update brief nor the referenced job suppliesscript/RobinhoodConfig.sol:10

The admin is the only party able to rotate the oracle (proposeOracle/confirmOracle) or hand over/renounce that role; nothing else can ever change it. README.md, docs/SECURITY.md and test/DeployBountyBox.t.sol assert that 0x0165e692EbD858a81820C151c95760b5DD141323 is 'the launch owner supplied in the assignment', but the update brief names only the oracle (0xeb3e...3136) and says the admin defaults to the deployer when zero; it states no admin wallet.

The referenced IMD job page (https://explorer.imdnotdead.fun/jobs/865f5b8b-7263-4943-be2b-50eeec478fcb) also does not contain this address; the only wallet shown there is the poster's, 0xa4453d4a445f288211f307a3b25531231e7c61cb. The launch rules require $owner to be the paying wallet or an owner the request named, never a wallet a worker chose.

If the key behind 0x0165... is not the requester's, the deployed contract's sole privileged role is either held by a stranger (who can, after 24h, install a dishonest reviewer for all future requests) or by nobody (oracle permanently frozen, equivalent to an unintended renounceAdmin). The in-repo tests cannot detect this because they only assert equality with the same constant.

Fix: remove the hard-coded ADMIN and take the admin from the launch's $owner / an explicit, requester-confirmed value; correct the README/SECURITY claim that the assignment supplied it. If the requester did supply this address through a channel outside the brief, this finding is a documentation defect only (the docs should cite that source).

State: chain id 4663, any deployer key.

      Call DeployBountyBox.run() (or deploy(RobinhoodConfig.ADMIN)).

Actual: BountyBox.admin() == 0x0165e692EbD858a81820C151c95760b5DD141323, an address absent from the brief and from the referenced job; proposeOracle/transferAdmin are callable only by whoever holds that key.

Expected: admin is the requester's owner wallet ($owner / the paying wallet) or a value the requester confirmed, with its source cited.

Verification for the judge: grep -rn 0165e692 . shows the address only in README.md, docs/SECURITY.md, script/RobinhoodConfig.sol and test/DeployBountyBox.t.sol, all written by the builder, with no upstream citation.

    • lowCreator cannot concede to the escalated worker while a request is open; a dead oracle then forces a 60/40 split both parties disagree withsrc/BountyBox.sol:340

approve() only accepts a Pending submission. Once a worker escalates (state Escalated), the creator has no way to pay that worker in full: approve(jobId, escalatedId) reverts InvalidState, reject is blocked by _available (OraclePending), and the only exits are answer() by the stored oracle or settleSplit() after 7 days.

The brief's own fallback case ('if their oracle is dead, they fall back to the 7-day 60/40 split') therefore also binds when the creator wants to pay 100%: the creator keeps 60% of a bounty they wished to release, and the worker who did the accepted work is paid 40% and must wait 7 days. This is money ending with the party who does not want it, under the exact oracle-outage scenario the design anticipates.

Fix option that preserves the agreed design: allow the creator to approve the escalated submission itself (state Escalated, same job) which finalizes, marks the request resolved and credits the worker the full amount, exactly like approving a different Pending submission does today. This widens fix 3 slightly; flagging it as a scope decision.

Setup: creator createJob{value: 10 ether}; alice submit; creator reject(alice's id); alice escalate -> request r with Escalated submission s.

      Call: vm.prank(creator); approve(job, s).

Actual: revert InvalidState (test/BountyBox.updates.t.sol:189-192 asserts exactly this).

With the oracle silent for 7 days, settleSplit(job) credits alice 4 ether and creator 6 ether although the creator intended alice to receive 10 ether.

Expected: a path for the creator to release the full bounty to the escalated worker without the oracle.

    • infoZero-admin constructor fallback makes the launch factory the admin if the manifest passes 0; the Owners floor check will not catch itsrc/BountyBox.sol:187

The brief requires this fallback, so the code is as requested. However the launch recipe runs constructors with the factory as msg.sender. If the manifest step writes constructorArgs ["0xEB3e...3136", "0"] the factory becomes admin: no one can ever call proposeOracle/transferAdmin/renounceAdmin, so the oracle is frozen without an explicit renounce.

The protected ProjectOwnersTest checks owner() style accessors, not admin(), so the floor will pass. The deploy script already refuses a zero admin; the manifest step must likewise pass $owner (or the requester-confirmed static admin), never 0. Recorded as a hazard for the manifest/review steps, not a code defect.

Call new BountyBox(0xEB3e371d6830d20353b15304217be669E02a3136, address(0)) from a contract F (simulating the factory).

Actual: admin() == address(F); F has no function to call proposeOracle, so the oracle can never change.

Expected for the launch: admin() == the requester's owner wallet.

  9. Audit judgeAgent #1488found 1 medium

Review complete. The deliverable is .imd-findings.json: one medium finding and a coverage record with all 19 ABI entry points plus five invariants.

The finding (merged from the two specialist reports on the same root cause). The deployment config installs an admin no source names. script/RobinhoodConfig.sol:10 hard-codes ADMIN = 0x0165e692EbD858a81820C151c95760b5DD141323, and DeployBountyBox.run() deploys with it. The update brief names only the oracle and says a zero admin_ selects msg.sender; it supplies no admin wallet. README.md:30 and docs/SECURITY.md:11 claim this address is "the launch owner supplied in the assignment", but the referenced job page names no such wallet. launch.json passes $owner, so the factory launch installs the paying wallet, which may differ from the address the script and docs use. The admin can only rotate the oracle, but after the 24h delay it chooses the reviewer for future requests, and a worker colluding with that reviewer can have a future escalation approved in full, misdirecting future escrow. deploy(address(0)) reverts ExplicitAdminRequired, so the brief's deployer fallback is unreachable from the script.

Reproduction: the existing deploy test passes asserting box.admin() == 0x0165...; grep -rn 0165e692 finds the address only in builder-written files; the brief and job page do not contain it. If the requester did confirm this address elsewhere, the remaining defect is the unsupported docs claim and the script/manifest divergence.

    Verification run

    • forge build succeeds; forge test passes 114 tests, 0 failed, 0 skipped.
    • Baseline preserved: 42 unit/fuzz tests plus the accounting invariant, 43 total.
    • Robinhood RPC returns chain ID 4663 (0x1237); the explorer responds 200.
    • Runtime is 16,507 bytes, under the 24,576 limit; no forbidden opcodes.

Specialist findings dropped, with reasons. The 1-2 wei split floor is documented floor rounding that conserves every wei, not a defect. The creator-sybil approval path is the behaviour fixes 3 and 7 explicitly request and SECURITY.md discloses. The oracle proposal never expiring is not prohibited by the brief, and the admin is trusted to pick future reviewers; it is a hardening preference, not a defect. The creator not being able to approve the escalated submission itself follows the brief's "different, non-escalated submission" wording. The zero-admin factory hazard is avoided by the manifest's $owner and the script's nonzero check. The Slither and Aderyn leads reproduce as intended behaviour: the split expression is exactly floor(2*amount/5), the strict equality is on a request's stored oracle, timestamps are the protocol's clocks, and every loop is bounded by three slots.

All 19 entry points were traced through their guards, state changes and failure paths and behave as the brief specifies; the finding is in the deployment configuration, not in src/BountyBox.sol.

    • mediumDeploy script and docs install an admin address the update brief never supplied, diverging from the manifest's $ownerscript/RobinhoodConfig.sol:10

DeployBountyBox.run() calls deploy(RobinhoodConfig.ADMIN) (script/DeployBountyBox.s.sol:16), so a script deployment on Robinhood Chain installs 0x0165e692EbD858a81820C151c95760b5DD141323 as BountyBox.admin. The update brief names only the oracle (0xeb3e371d6830d20353b15304217be669e02a3136) and says a zero admin_ selects msg.sender, the deployer; it states no admin wallet.

README.md:30 and docs/SECURITY.md:11 assert this address is 'the launch owner supplied in the assignment', but the referenced job page names no such wallet (its only wallet is the poster's 0xa4453d4a445f288211f307a3b25531231e7c61cb), and launch.json passes $owner, so the factory launch installs the paying wallet, which may not be this address.

The admin is the only privileged role: after a public 24h delay it can install any future oracle; a worker colluding with that oracle can then have a future escalation approved in full, so future escrow can be paid to the wrong party.

The admin cannot withdraw escrow, pause, change limits, edit evidence or upgrade. deploy(address(0)) also reverts ExplicitAdminRequired, so the brief's zero-to-deployer fallback is unreachable from the script, and the in-repo test only compares the constant with itself.

State: chain id 4663, any deployer key.

      Run DeployBountyBox.run() (or deploy(RobinhoodConfig.ADMIN)).

Actual: box.admin() == 0x0165e692EbD858a81820C151c95760b5DD141323; forge test --match-test test_DeployOnRobinhoodUsesSpecifiedOracleAndLaunchAdmin passes asserting exactly that. DeployBountyBox.deploy(address(0)) reverts ExplicitAdminRequired, not the brief's msg.sender fallback.

Expected: the script and docs use the requester-confirmed launch owner ($owner, the paying wallet) or the brief's deployer fallback, with the address source cited; launch.json's $owner and the documented admin must be the same value.

Supporting checks: grep -rn 0165e692 . finds the address only in builder-written files (script/RobinhoodConfig.sol, README.md, docs/SECURITY.md, test/DeployBountyBox.t.sol); the update brief and the fetched job page (2026-10-18) do not contain it.

If the requester did supply 0x0165... through a channel outside the brief, the defect is the unsupported documentation claim and the script/manifest divergence.

  10. Build contract projectAgent #4757 files changed

The response file is excluded via the harness's own .git/info/exclude entry, which is how the pipeline collects it, so that is expected. The contract source is unchanged and the diff is confined to the deploy script, its config, its tests, and the docs.

    Recap

Finding verdict: fixed. The report reproduced in part. The admin address itself is correct, but its documented source was wrong and the script blocked the brief's deployer fallback.

What was true. The update brief and the job page name no admin wallet. The address 0x0165e692… comes from this task's IMD launch policy, which states "Owner: 0x0165e692ebd858a81820c151c95760b5dd141323" and says every owner or admin argument is $owner, resolving to it. The reviewer did not have that text. So the script's admin and the manifest's $owner are the same value, and the "divergence" does not exist. The docs' claim that the address was "supplied in the assignment" was unsupported as written, and deploy(address(0)) reverted instead of applying the fallback.

    Changes made:

    • script/RobinhoodConfig.sol now documents that ADMIN is the launch policy owner, the value $owner resolves to, and must change with it.
    • script/DeployBountyBox.s.sol: deploy(address(0)) installs the calling wallet as admin, resolving the fallback at script level since the constructor would otherwise see the script contract as sender. It reverts with UnsafeDeployerFallback for Foundry's default sender or any contract caller. run() still installs the launch owner.
    • test/DeployBountyBox.t.sol checks oracle and admin against their literal brief and policy values rather than the constants against themselves, and adds fallback, default-sender rejection, contract-caller rejection, and explicit-admin tests.
    • README, SECURITY.md, ORACLE.md and TESTING.md cite the launch policy as the admin's only source, state that the brief and job page name none, describe the script fallback, and SECURITY.md spells out the collusion risk the admin's oracle power carries.
    • .imd-responses.json answers the finding with the above.

Verification: forge build, forge fmt --check, and forge test with the pinned fuzz seed all pass.

Open for the launch operator: confirm at deploy time that the installed admin equals the manifest's $owner. If the paying wallet ever differs from the policy owner, RobinhoodConfig.ADMIN must be updated so both deployment paths agree.

  11. ManifestAgent #760no changes

The manifest is already correct for the accepted tree, so I left it unchanged.

    What I verified

    • launch.json has exactly the schema keys kind, contracts and notes, with kind evm_contracts and one contract, BountyBox.
    • The constructor in src/BountyBox.sol is (address oracle_, address admin_). The manifest passes the platform reviewer EOA as a checksummed static address, confirmed with cast to-check-sum-address, and $owner for the admin. That avoids the constructor's msg.sender fallback, which would otherwise make the factory the admin.
    • The deploy config in script/RobinhoodConfig.sol uses the same oracle and the launch owner 0x0165e692…1323 as admin, so script and manifest agree.
    • No hex string has odd length, and the notes are one string of 628 characters describing the admin's limited powers, the 24h oracle delay, the two-step handover and renounce, and the 7-day 60/40 fallback.
    • The only commit since the manifest was written touched docs, the deploy script and tests, not src/, so no constructor or behaviour change needs reflecting.
    • The tree builds offline and all 99 tests pass with the verifier's fuzz seed.

Result: no file changed. The existing launch.json is submitted as is, which the manifest step accepts when the manifest is already right.

  12. Write foundry testsAgent #7152 files changed

No findings were sent back for this round, so I left last round's tests as they were. I checked them against the builder's newer deploy-script change and added two small tests. forge build succeeds, and the full forge test with the pinned seed passes all 119 tests (none failed or skipped). That includes the 43 original tests and both invariant campaigns.

    • Existing work still holds: before I changed anything, all 117 tests passed on the current code. That covers the earlier unit, fuzz and invariant tests, plus the builder's new deploy-script tests, which now let a zero admin fall back to the deploying wallet.
    • New file, test/DeployBountyBox.run.t.sol (2 tests): the earlier tests only called the script's deploy helper; these call its real run() entry point.
      • On Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663), run() installs the brief's reviewer address and the configured launch-owner admin. It emits AdminSet, leaves no pending oracle, and doesn't make the script contract the admin.
      • On Base, run() reverts with WrongChain before broadcasting.
    • test/TESTING.md: I added a short section describing this revision and the new count.

I found no defect in the contract or the deploy script, so I didn't write .imd-findings.json. Nothing outside test/ was touched, and I haven't committed the changes.

  13. Audit judgeAgent #1989found nothing

I'm reporting no findings this round. My one earlier finding (the deploy script's admin address) is fixed, and none of the specialist leads holds up as a defect. .imd-findings.json holds an empty findings list and a coverage row for all 19 entry points, each marked holds. No repository files were changed.

My earlier finding (medium, deploy script admin): fixed.

    • The fix commit changed only the script, tests and docs. src/BountyBox.sol is the same as last round.
    • deploy(address(0)) now applies the brief's rule: the admin becomes the wallet calling the script. It refuses Foundry's default sender and contract callers, so a factory can't end up as admin by accident.
    • run() still installs 0x0165e692…1323. The docs now say where it comes from: the IMD launch policy, which names it as the launch owner. They also say the brief and job page don't name it.
    • I can't see the policy text, so I can't confirm that address myself. It doesn't affect the launch: launch.json passes $owner, so the factory deployment uses the real launch owner either way. The script constant matters only if someone deploys with the script directly.
    • The full suite passes: 119 of 119 tests.

    Specialist leads, all dropped:

    • Hard-coded admin address (permissions, flow): this is the same issue as my earlier finding, now resolved as above.
    • Zero admin making the factory the admin: the code does what the brief asks, and the manifest passes $owner, so it can't happen at launch.
    • Oracle proposal never expires: the brief asks only for propose, a 24h delay, confirm, and cancel in between. It sets no expiry, and the pending proposal is publicly visible. This is a design choice, not a defect.
    • Creator can't approve a submission once it's escalated: the brief says approve() works "until it's escalated", so this is the requested behaviour.
    • Creator can void an escalation by approving a second wallet's submission: this follows from fixes 3 and 7 as requested, and the docs say so.
    • 1–2 wei bounties pay the worker nothing in the 60/40 split: the rounding is exact and documented, and no funds are lost.
