The output is in place and excluded from Git by the workspace's own exclude file, as the daemon expects.

Delivered artifacts/image.png: a 512 x 512, 8-bit RGB, non-interlaced PNG of the IU_0094 character. It is a cobalt cat bust with black dot eyes, steel headphones (band over the head, earcups with a phosphor LED), and navy overalls with gold buttons over a bone shirt, on the #0c1610 background with four green specks.

Byte-level checks passed using a scratch PNG decoder:

• Signature, chunk CRCs, and IHDR verified; dimensions 512 x 512.
• Ten unique colours, all from the approved palette plus black outline and the mandated background.
• Every 16 x 16 block is a single flat colour, so the 32 x 32 grid upscale has hard edges with no anti-aliasing.
• The bottom row contains no background pixels, so the shoulders reach the bottom edge.

Unmet visual requirements: none found. Visual quality was judged by eye from the rendered image, not by an external review step.

Committed source on main: the dependency-free renderer at tools/render_iu_0094.py and a README recording the dimensions, format, palette, and limitations. The artifacts directory is left untracked for the daemon to upload.
