Repair the existing UNLOCK V2 project, including real contract integration, a V1-style trading dashboard and independent regression tests. Publish the updated website at its existing IMD site identity and publish the updated source to its existing repository. This is a continuation, not a new launch. Keep V1 and all deployed V2 contracts, allocation, fees, gates and accounting unchanged. Do not activate trading, fund migration, register contracts or broadcast any mainnet transaction. Deliver auxiliary adapter/quoter source and owner setup scripts; label pending installation.

BASELINE

Continue the project's latest delivered frontend and its included contract sources. Preserve https://unlock-v2.identitymd.eth.limo and verified deployment manifest addresses. Ethereum token 0xbd769d71d535030e47b0a024b8edae4a923d7819; hook 0x4f811b89ef9a19800101705262681f715ac668cc. At block 26339634: trading closed, swarmDistributor unset, UniversalRouter unregistered, migration backing=0, gatesOpen=0. Recheck current state before preparing owner actions.

REQUIRED INTEGRATION REPAIR

Fix the incompatible native swarm credit evidence and automatic sell quotes as specified in the first implementation step. Frontend must use the resulting integration and clearly expose pending owner setup. Do not merely hide failing functions.

  1. ACCURATE GATE DATA The UI currently uses fdvUsd() while gate decisions use gateImdUsdPrice()/lastFdvUsd and settled observations. Separate indicative market FDV from the contract's last processed gate FDV and pending observations. Open/closed states must come from gatesOpen, never an optimistic spot calculation. Explain the existing IMD/ETH tracker and next-block observation behavior accurately. It differs from the original immediate-spot brief; report this immutable limitation rather than pretending a UI change removes it. Invalid/missing/stale prices are unavailable, not zero. Use current totalSupply for FDV. Preserve all 10 thresholds, cumulative volumes, irreversible openings, separate origin credits, burn debits, previous-sales accounting and weekly rewards.

  2. COMPLETE HOME DASHBOARD REDESIGN V1 visual reference: https://unlk-b35c.sites.imd.fun/ . Use true black (#000/#050505), charcoal panels, thin gray borders, crisp monospace typography, restrained mint/cyan/amber accents. Compact terminal, no marketing hero or green background. Desktop: concise status strip above a large left chart area and a compact right IMD/UNLK2 swap. Mobile stacks cleanly. Keep migration, selling rights, rewards and owner setup accessible.

Put the ACTIVE GATE contribution panel prominently ON THE HOME PAGE, visible without opening another page. Show gate number, unlocked percentage, next percentage, and THREE clearly labelled OR progress tracks: contract FDV, cumulative official gross USD volume, and this gate's UNLK2 burn contribution. Each shows actual/current, target, completed percentage and remaining amount/percentage. Contributions need wallet balance, amount entry, max capped by balance and remaining gate capacity, exact burn/points/rights preview and a clear Contribute UNLK2 button. Explain irreversible burning and that reward share changes as others earn points. Use UnlockV2Token.contribute(expectedGate,amount) for gates, not voluntary burn that does not advance a gate. Handle a gate changing before submission without silently changing the target. After gate 10 replace this with Golden Vault voluntary burning and continuing fee rewards.

Add an ACTUAL interactive staircase chart for all 10 permanent gates, first $250K and last $25M FDV. Distinguish initial official-buy 20% and migration/swarm/founder 0%, then the correct gate percentages. Mark opened/current/future gates; clickable details and tooltips include all three triggers. Retain a readable table as an alternative, not as a replacement graph.

Add a second Market Chart tab: clean DEX-style candlesticks, volume, timeframes, crosshair, zoom/pan and labelled IMD/USD units using REAL official-pool trades. Use a working embed or maintained chart library. Never fabricate candles/history or confuse FDV with price. Explain no trades/trading closed/data unavailable; include retry and source/update time. No paid API dependency without disclosure. No V1 values, NFT treasury or Labs.

  1. OWNER AND DELIVERY Replace JSON-only setup with a clear owner checklist and wallet-driven, separately reviewed/simulated steps where feasible. Verify chain, deployed code, adapter proof configuration, supported router/quoter, 700m migration backing and sealing prerequisites. Keep activation disabled until mandatory integrations are proven and configured. Funding/configuration/activation remain explicit owner transactions, never actions performed by this job.

Deliver hosted site, source commit, auxiliary ABI/config/setup package and finding-to-fix table. Test migration/buy/sell/burn/reward flows, proof forgery/replay and quote identity with independent fixtures and a mainnet fork where available. Test mobile/desktop wallet and stale/error states. Distinguish local/mock/fork/live results and outstanding installation. Screenshots or passing builds alone are not functional proof.

  4. Adversarial reviewAgent #1565found 2 low, 1 info

The review is written to .imd-findings.json. No critical or high defect was substantiated.

Important limitation. The Bash sandbox failed to initialize on every attempt in this session, so I could not run forge, the frontend tests, a browser or the RPC endpoint. This review is a static read of the auxiliary contracts, hook paths, repair tests and frontend source. The 136 local and 3 fork results recorded under artifacts/ were not independently re-executed. No proof test files were written because they could not be run to confirm they fail.

What I checked and found sound

    • Swarm credit forgery and replay. The adapter rebuilds the full OpenZeppelin standard tree at deployment and requires it to equal the native root, so one account cannot carry two amounts. syncClaim requires the native claimed flag, a valid proof against the immutable root, and credits only the proven account. The transient root and isClaimed exist only inside the call. A replacement adapter for the same round derives the same hook index, so the hook's swarmIndexCredited blocks replay. Direct creditSwarmClaim against the adapter fails outside syncing.
    • Trader spoofing through the quoter. Identity is msg.sender only. The callback requires the PoolManager as caller and an active quote, and the quoter cannot settle or take, so it cannot execute a swap for anyone. The frontend simulates with the wallet as account, which the design requires.
    • Quote identity and rollback. The swap result is net of the hook fee and the tests compare it to executed Universal Router swaps locally and on the fork. All state is reverted by design.
    • Gate data. The frontend's ten thresholds match the hook's gate() table exactly. Open states are read from gatesOpen, indicative FDV from fdvUsd and the settled value from lastFdvUsd, and FDV uses current totalSupply.
    • Contribution target races. The UI freezes the expected gate, revalidates contributionQuote, previewBurn and rightsOf at one block before signing, and the hook reverts on a stale gate or excess amount.
    • Owner sealing. The checklist shows adapter, quoter, router, backing, pricing and binding status, and offers no activation transaction.

    Findings, ranked

    1. Low. The adapter binds to the native round's exact funded value with strict equality. If that value ever changes, every authentic claim reverts forever, and nothing can be re-installed after sealing. The suite cannot model it because the fixture has no funded setter.
    2. Low. The home contribution panel picks Contribute mode at mount, before chain data loads. On a cold load with gate 10 open it still offers Contribute first and errors on preview.
    3. Info. The quoter's LP fee figure is a ceiling estimate that no test compares to the pool's actual fee.

Still outstanding for the author. Re-run the forge suites and the fork test in a working shell, and establish from the real native distributor whether round funding is mutable before relying on the adapter's strict binding.

    • lowNativeSwarmAdapter permanently refuses every authentic claim if the native round's funded value ever changessrc/auxiliary/NativeSwarmAdapter.sol:108

syncClaim binds to the exact funded value read at construction with strict equality. The native distributor's roundOf() also exposes claimed and unlocksAt, which is the shape of a distributor that can sweep or top up a round after unlock. If funded for round 0 ever differs from the constructor snapshot, every syncClaim reverts InvalidEvidence even though the root is unchanged, claimed(round, account) is true and the proof verifies.

Because the adapter is immutable and setSwarmDistributor is notSealed, after activation there is no path to recover swarm credits for any holder. The requirement is that anyone may relay an authentic already-completed claim; the Merkle root plus the claimed flag already authenticate it, and funded adds no authenticity.

The local suite cannot exercise this: NativeFixture in test/Repair.t.sol has setRoot and setClaimed but no setter for funded, and test/RepairFork.t.sol only asserts funded == 100_000_000e18 at one block (26339867). This is a liveness risk that depends on the real distributor's mutability, which neither the tests nor this review could establish, so it is ranked low rather than medium.

State: adapter constructed against a native distributor whose roundOf(0) returns (root R, funded F, ., .).

      Later roundOf(0) returns (R, F + 1 wei, ., .) or (R, F - swept, ., .) with claimed(0, alice) == true and proof valid for leaf (alice, ALICE_AMOUNT) under R.

      Call adapter.syncClaim(alice, ALICE_AMOUNT, proof).

Expected: hook.rightsOf(alice).otherCredited == ALICE_AMOUNT (authentic completed claim relayed).

Actual: revert InvalidEvidence(); alice can never be credited through this or any replacement adapter installed before sealing, and no adapter at all after sealing.

To model it locally, add function setFunded(uint256 f) external { funded = f; } to NativeFixture in test/Repair.t.sol, call native.setFunded(ALICE_AMOUNT + BOB_AMOUNT + 1) after setUp, then run testNativeClaimSyncAndReplay: the first syncClaim reverts InvalidEvidence instead of crediting.

    • lowHome contribution panel can mount in Contribute mode after gate 10 because the mode is chosen before chain data loadsweb/src/Screens.tsx:545

The useState initializer runs once at mount. On a fresh page load d is still undefined while the first RPC batch is in flight, so !(home && undefined === 10) evaluates to true and the panel starts in Contribute mode. When the data arrives with gatesOpen == 10 the mode is not re-derived, so the home panel that the brief says must be replaced by Golden Vault voluntary burning after gate 10 still presents the Contribute path first.

Pressing Preview then reads contributionQuote(), gets (0, 0) and surfaces the error text 'Golden Vault is open. Use voluntary burn.' at line 606 instead of the burn-for-points flow. The user can recover by toggling to voluntary burn, so this is a UX defect, not a funds-risk one.

The synthetic browser case for gate ten (artifacts/validation.md lists 'gate-ten Golden Vault burning') seeds data before the component mounts and therefore does not cover the cold-load order.

State: hook.gatesOpen() == 10 (Golden Vault open), no cached dashboard data, visitor opens the home page cold.

Expected: the home panel shows Golden Vault voluntary burning with the Burn-for-points action as the default, with no Contribute target.

Actual: the panel mounts with aria-pressed=true on the Contribute toggle (line 689); entering an amount and pressing Preview yields the error 'Golden Vault is open.

Use voluntary burn.' rather than a burn preview.

Fix shape: derive the mode from d.gates in an effect (or compute contribute && d.gates !== 10 at render time) so a late-loaded gate 10 forces voluntary-burn mode.

    • infoWalletQuoter.lpFeeInput is an untested estimate; no local or fork test compares it to the pool's actual LP feesrc/auxiliary/WalletQuoter.sol:91

amountOut and rewardFee are verified against executed Universal Router swaps in both test/Repair.t.sol (testQuoteUsesWalletRightsAndRollsBackAllState) and test/RepairFork.t.sol. The third return value, lpFeeInput, is only asserted to be greater than zero (Repair.t.sol line 154). The code comment already states tick-by-tick rounding may differ by wei.

This is disclosed and display-only, so it is informational, but the frontend shows it as a fee figure and nothing pins its accuracy. A swap that crosses ticks is the input where the ceiling estimate and the pool's per-step fee rounding diverge.

Input: fullLaunch(); giveImd(alice, 1000e18); alice buys enough to cross at least one initialized tick (for example buy(alice, -int256(500e18)) in the local pool from test/Base.t.sol), then vm.prank(alice); quoter.quoteExactInput(!tokenIs0, 500e18).

Expected if lpFeeInput were exact: lpFeeInput equals the sum of the pool's per-step feeAmount values for that swap.

Actual: lpFeeInput is ceil((amountIn - rewardFee) * 12500 / 1e6), which can differ from the pool's summed step fees by a few wei.

No test asserts either relation; add an assertion with a tolerance so a future fee-schedule change cannot silently make the displayed LP fee wrong.

Recorded one medium finding in .imd-findings.json.

Bug: My Rights displays “Pending FDV observation: 0 gates would be open” when the USD pricing reference is invalid. At 390×844, returning [0,false] for the USD price reads reproduces it while token/IMD pricing remains valid. Change Screens.tsx:421 to use the home panel’s validity/staleness checks and show “Unavailable.”

Validation passed: 136 local Solidity tests, 3 mainnet-fork tests, 11 Node tests, 15 Chromium checks, plus WebKit interactions at 390px and 1440px. Deployed runtime comparisons and auxiliary ABI/bytecode comparisons passed. Live block 26340325 still showed trading closed, zero gates, swarm unset, router unregistered and migration backing zero. Live market-history retrieval encountered an RPC limitation; chart interactions passed using explicitly synthetic trade fixtures.

The two taste flags concern requested monospace prose and functional navigation mistaken for decorative labels. Neither became a finding.

The visual idea is a black trading terminal carried by the permanent gate staircase.

    • mediumbug: My Rights presents a pending FDV forecast when its prices are unavailableweb/src/Screens.tsx:421

Now: My Rights formats pendingGates as a numeric FDV forecast whenever a snapshot exists, without checking stale, gatePrice validity or tokenPrice validity. A successful snapshot with invalid prices displays “Pending FDV observation: 0 gates would be open.”

Change to: Read stale from useApp and render this preview only when d exists, !stale, d.gatePrice[1] and d.tokenPrice[1]; otherwise show “Pending FDV observation: Unavailable”. Reuse the validity condition already used by GateProgress.

Why: The brief requires invalid, missing and stale prices to be unavailable, not zero. The hook returns stored openings when a pending FDV observation cannot be evaluated; that fallback is not a valid FDV forecast.

At 390×844 in Chromium, serve dist and intercept RPC using the supplied web/tests/mock.mjs fixture with chain=1 and gates=0.

Model an invalid/stale USD feed by returning the ABI-encoded tuple [0,false] for eth_call to gateImdUsdPrice, imdUsdPrice and fdvUsd; keep tokenPriceInImd valid, pendingGatesOpen=0 and the remaining snapshot calls successful.

Connect the synthetic wallet, choose My Rights in Protocol screen, and press Refresh.

Actual DOM: “Current buy / other percentages: 20% / 0%.
