Primary target: src/OverflowKeeper.sol, a Gnosis Safe MODULE. Also in scope: script/DeployKeeper.s.sol (pinned deploy). Read for context: src/LifeForceVault.sol and src/SvoStaking.sol (both immutable, deployed, separately audited: treat as fixed external contracts the keeper drives), src/Interfaces.sol (the reentrancy Guard mixin; 'Guard' here is NOT a Safe guard), KEEPER.md (design, authority limits, runbooks, prior review notes), STAKING.md, test/OverflowKeeper.t.sol, test/AdversarialKeeperA.t.sol, test/AdversarialKeeperB.t.sol (the last two were written by adversarial reviewers; their MockSafe models Safe 1.5.0 module semantics: GS104 revert when not enabled, inner failure returned as success=false with return data, optional module guard pre/post hooks). Out of scope: the hook, the token and the vault's own logic. Build/test: forge build && forge test --match-path 'test/Keeper'. Write nothing to the repository; deliver report.md with a machine-readable JSON appendix. Tone: factual; no claims of safety beyond the evidence; no investment language.

DEPLOYMENT CONTEXT. Robinhood Chain, id 4663. The LifeForceVault 0x2001318118e1B3DF1e653E0999926bdAa48A5A52 holds IMD (0x5F7Bb59365ce557C26dbcAa4EE9d39A4b95B7127, an ERC-20 with a single-key owner, a blocked(address) blocklist and a transfer gate: treat as untrusted) split 70/30 into an inference reserve (pays for an AI voice service) and a buyback reserve; only the hard-coded REFUEL_SAFE 0xEb57c52272B90F989C41B739e2ccc5f00bF7697C (Safe v1.5.0 proxy, 2-of-3, no modules, no guards today) can call withdrawInference(amount), which sends IMD to that Safe. SvoStaking 0xe8ebB026Ff49f139aBc50C3Af64bdFebbF28f533 streams IMD it receives to SVO stakers over 7 days when anyone calls notify(); while a stream runs notify() reverts unless the new IMD is at least a tenth of what is left, and also reverts when the total is below 7 days of wei or above MAX_STREAM (1e40). Until now the Safe's owners had to sign a batch (withdraw, transfer, notify) to move the overflow, and twice it got stuck in the Safe queue.

WHAT IT DOES. Once the Safe's owners enable the keeper as a module (enableModule, one 2-of-3 tx), sweep() is permissionless: amount = vault.inferenceReserve() - full (full = 25 IMD at deploy; setFull and setMinSweep are callable only by the Safe); it reverts NothingToSweep below minSweep (1 IMD) and Blocked when IMD's blocked() is non-zero for the vault, the Safe or the staking contract. Through execTransactionFromModuleReturnData (operation 0 only) it makes the Safe call vault.withdrawInference(amount), checks the Safe's IMD balance rose by exactly amount (else SafeBalanceMismatch), makes the Safe transfer FEE_BPS = 50 (0.5%) of it to msg.sender and the rest to the staking contract, checks the Safe's balance is back to where it started, then calls staking.notify() itself only if a mirror of notify()'s checks (including the fold of emission that ran while nobody was staked) says it will pass; otherwise the IMD waits in the staking contract for a later sweep or a direct notify(). preview() predicts all of this. No owner, no upgrade, holds no tokens, nonReentrant. MIN_SWEEP_FLOOR = 7 days * 10000 / 9950 + 1 wei. The constructor checks vault.REFUEL_SAFE(), vault.IMD(), staking.rewardToken() == IMD and staking.token() == vault.token().

AUDIT SCOPE. (1) SECURITY: every path by which the module could make the Safe move more than the computed overflow, touch the Safe's own IMD, ETH or other tokens, delegatecall, or change the Safe's configuration; the balance-check invariant against a fee-on-transfer, false-returning, callback-making, rebasing or blocklisting IMD and against a Safe or module guard that reports success for a failed inner call; the view-vs-execution reserve math (the vault's checkpoint and shortfall clamp) and whether withdrawInference can ever revert or leave the reserve different from full; the notify() mirror (every revert branch of SvoStaking.notify(), including undistributed, lastUpdate before the first stream, periodFinish == now, the leftover/10 boundary, dust and MAX_STREAM): can the keeper call a notify() that reverts, or park IMD that would have streamed, and can parked IMD be stranded; fee economics (fee farming, timing, sandwiching around fee arrivals, repeated minimal sweeps, stretching the staking stream horizon); griefing or DoS of sweep() and of the Safe; reentrancy via the fee transfer, IMD callbacks or notify(); front-running of the Safe's own setFull/disableModule; the moment enableModule executes (any overflow present is sweepable at once); Safe 1.5.0 ModuleManager semantics (GS104, return data, module guard checkModuleTransaction/checkAfterModuleExecution, SafeL2 events) and whether the MockSafe in the tests hides anything; the deploy script (chain pin, constants, exact-value overrides ALLOW_OTHER_FULL/ALLOW_OTHER_MIN_SWEEP, wei floors, read-back). (2) COMPLIANCE: do code, NatSpec, KEEPER.md and STAKING.md match behaviour; list every claim the code does not enforce; centralisation powers (the Safe's setFull, setMinSweep, disableModule; IMD owner's blocklist). (3) CODE QUALITY: NatSpec and event accuracy, low-level calls, gas, test gaps, anything the three prior reviews missed.

STANDARDS. Safe module security guidance (modules bypass the owner threshold; least authority); SWC Registry; Consensys Smart Contract Best Practices; OWASP Smart Contract Top 10; ERC-20 non-standard behaviour (compare OpenZeppelin SafeERC20).

ALREADY REVIEWED (2026-10-20, three independent AI adversarial reviews, no critical or high findings; fixes applied, see KEEPER.md 'Review notes'). Verify each fix and try to break it: (1) SafeBalanceMismatch invariant (exactly amount arrives; the Safe ends where it started); (2) constructor refuses a staking contract for another token; (3) blocked() read tolerates non-bool answers (any non-zero word = blocked, missing function = not blocked); (4) MIN_SWEEP_FLOOR grossed up for the fee; (5) the notify() mirror folds emission with nobody staked exactly as _updateGlobal does; (6) preview().ready covers the vault, the Safe and the staking contract.

KNOWN AND ACCEPTED (do not report as new, but dispute them if you disagree). The 0.5% fee on a 1 IMD sweep is dust, so the team or a cron is the realistic caller. Each sweep that meets the tenth rule re-spreads the remainder over a fresh week (the staking contract's design); stakers lose nothing in total. A sweep under the tenth rule parks IMD in the staking contract until a later sweep or the stream's end; anyone may call notify() directly. The Safe's owners can set full to 0 (sweep everything) or huge (pause); that is Safe policy, no worse than the Safe's existing power to withdraw everything by hand. setFull/disableModule are visible before execution and a sweep can land first at the old level. A look-alike vault or staking contract can satisfy the constructor's identity checks; the deploy script pins the real addresses and the enable runbook requires each signer to read vault()/staking()/full() back before signing. IMD blocking the Safe or the vault makes every withdrawal fail, keeper or not.

REPORT FORMAT. Summary with overall risk rating and counts by severity; findings table (ID, severity, category, file:line, title) most severe first; per finding a concrete exploit or failing Foundry test, impact, fix and confidence; what was checked and found fine; assumptions; JSON appendix [{id, severity, category, file, line, title, status}]. 3 low3 info

  • 1.lowsweep() always reverts SafeBalanceMismatch when the refuel Safe itself is the caller (fee is a Safe-to-Safe self-transfer)src/OverflowKeeper.sol:149

            if (end != start) revert SafeBalanceMismatch(start, end);

    sweep() pays FEE_BPS of the withdrawn amount to msg.sender (line 146) and then requires the Safe's IMD balance to equal its starting balance (line 149). When msg.sender is SAFE (an owner-signed Safe transaction calling sweep(), e.g. enableModule + first supervised sweep in one batch, or the admin page used inside the Safe app), the fee leg moves IMD from the Safe to the Safe, so the Safe ends with start + fee and the whole sweep reverts.

    Nothing is lost (atomic revert), but the one party that owns the module can never sweep through it. This is not mentioned in the NatSpec ('permissionless', 'anyone') or KEEPER.md Runbook C step 5 ('sweep() from any wallet'). Merged from four specialist reports (audit_math, audit_flow, audit_economics, audit_permissions).

    Fix: fee = msg.sender == SAFE ? 0 : amount * FEE_BPS / BPS; (the existing if (fee != 0) then skips the self-transfer and the end == start invariant holds unchanged), or document the exclusion.

    Verified: with that one-line change the proof passes and the existing 46 keeper tests still pass.

    State: keeper enabled as a module, vault holds 100 IMD synced (inference 70, full 25, overflow 45), Safe IMD balance 0.

    Input: the Safe calls keeper.sweep() as an ordinary call.

    Expected: sweep succeeds, reserve back at 25 IMD, staking receives >= 44.775 IMD.

    Actual: revert SafeBalanceMismatch(0, 225000000000000000).

    The same call from any other address succeeds. forge test --match-path test/scratch/KeeperSafeCaller.t.sol fails with exactly that error on the current code.

  • 2.lowpreview().ready is true while the keeper is not an enabled module, although sweep() then reverts GS104src/OverflowKeeper.sol:124

            ready = amount >= minSweep && !_anyBlocked();

    The preview() NatSpec (lines 113-115) says ready is false when sweep() would revert, and KEEPER.md review note (6) presents ready as covering the parties. ready checks only minSweep and the three blocked() reads; it never reads Safe.isModuleEnabled(address(this)). Before enableModule executes, and after disableModule (the documented off switch), preview() returns ready=true and willNotify=true while every sweep() reverts with the Safe's GS104.

    A cron or the admin page polling preview() keeps sending reverting transactions, and an operator cannot tell from preview() that the module is off. The same gap applies to an IMD transfer gate that does not flag addresses in blocked() (already shown by AdversarialKeeperB test_F5; not fixed). Merged from audit_math, audit_flow and audit_permissions.

    Fix: add isModuleEnabled(address) external view returns (bool) to ISafeModuleManager (present on Safe 1.5.0) and AND it into ready, ideally via a tolerant staticcall: the MockSafes in test/OverflowKeeper.t.sol and test/AdversarialKeeper{A,B}.t.sol do not implement isModuleEnabled, so a plain interface call makes preview() revert in 16 existing tests (checked); either read it tolerantly or add the function to those mocks. Otherwise narrow the NatSpec.

    State: vault inference 70 IMD, full 25, overflow 45, nothing blocked, keeper NOT enabled (or disabled again) on the Safe.

    Call keeper.preview(): returns ready=true.

    Call keeper.sweep(): reverts Error("GS104").

    Expected per NatSpec: ready=false. forge test --match-path test/scratch/KeeperPreviewModule.t.sol fails with 'ready should be false when sweep() would revert'; with the fix it passes (it also checks ready=true and a working sweep once re-enabled).

  • 3.lowDeployKeeper's ALLOW_OTHER_FULL / ALLOW_OTHER_MIN_SWEEP are plain overrides, not the exact-value confirmation the comment claimsscript/DeployKeeper.s.sol:38

            uint256 full = vm.envOr("ALLOW_OTHER_FULL", DEFAULT_FULL);

    The header (lines 16-18) says a different value 'is taken only when ALLOW_OTHER_FULL / ALLOW_OTHER_MIN_SWEEP names that exact wei value, so a leftover rehearsal variable cannot apply by accident', citing the DeployStaking pattern. In DeployStaking the value comes from one variable and the override must repeat it (vm.envOr("ALLOW_OTHER_FUNDER", address(0)) == funder).

    Here the override variable is itself the value: whatever ALLOW_OTHER_FULL holds is deployed, with no second variable to match. So a leftover rehearsal value (e.g. ALLOW_OTHER_FULL=1000000000000000000 from a test run) does apply, exactly the case the comment says is impossible. The only remaining guards are the console WARNING line, the >= 1 IMD / >= 0.1 IMD unit floors and full > minSweep, plus the KEEPER.md runbook step env | grep ALLOW_OTHER must be empty.

    Impact is limited: the keeper is harmless until enabled and signers must read full() back before enabling, but a full that is set too low makes the first sweep after enableModule move IMD above that level at once (KEEPER.md 'any overflow present is sweepable at once').

    Fix: read the setting from FULL / MIN_SWEEP, and accept a non-default value only when vm.envOr("ALLOW_OTHER_FULL", uint256(0)) == full (likewise for minSweep), or correct the comment.

    With a leftover export ALLOW_OTHER_FULL=1000000000000000000 (1 IMD) in the shell, run the script on chain 4663: line 38 sets full = 1e18, the checks at lines 40-42 pass (1e18 >= 1 ether; 1e18 > 1e18 fails only if minSweep is also 1e18, so with ALLOW_OTHER_MIN_SWEEP=1e17 both pass), and the keeper is deployed with full = 1 IMD after only a console WARNING.

    Expected per lines 17-18: the leftover variable is refused unless a second value names it.

    Actual: it is applied.

    Verified by reading the code against DeployStaking.s.sol lines 46-49.

  • 4.infoIMD above MAX_STREAM is forwarded and 'parked' but can never be notified again: stranded in SvoStaking, contradicting 'Never stuck'src/OverflowKeeper.sol:147

            _safeTransfer(address(staking), toStakers);

    sweep() forwards toStakers unconditionally, then calls notify() only if the mirror passes. notify() reverts when added + leftover + undistributed > MAX_STREAM (1e40). None of those terms can fall without a successful notify(): added = balance - rewardsReserved (claims lower both), and undistributed only changes inside notify(). Once the total exceeds 1e40, every notify() reverts InvalidAmount forever and the IMD has no exit (claim pays only streamed rewards).

    The keeper computes that total in its mirror and still forwards. Requires about 1e22 IMD at the staking contract, so there is no practical impact at real supply; recorded because the NatSpec 'Never stuck ... the next sweep that meets the threshold streams it' and KEEPER.md's 'never stranded' are not enforced at this bound. Fix (optional): revert in sweep() when the mirror's total would exceed MAX_STREAM, and name the bound in the docs.

    Scratch test test/scratch/KeeperStranded.t.sol::test_parkedAboveMaxStreamIsStranded (passes on current code, demonstrating the behaviour): nobody staked; 0.95e40 IMD minted to SvoStaking and notify(); warp 7 days + 1 s (whole stream folds into undistributed); mint 0.1e40 IMD to the vault. preview() -> ready=true, willNotify=false; sweep() succeeds and parks toStakers (unnotified == toStakers). Then stake 1,000,000 SVO, warp 70 days: staking.notify() still reverts InvalidAmount.

    KEEPER.md lines 5 and 44 say 47 Foundry tests; forge test --match-path 'test/*Keeper*' runs 46 (14 + 13 + 17 + 2). Line 114 quotes ~295k gas with notify and ~97k parked; the suite's own measurement (AdversarialKeeperA test_sound_sweepGas) logs 353,947 and 187,012. The fee-economics reasoning is unaffected in direction, but the operators' reference is stale.

    Merged from audit_math and audit_flow.

    Fix: update the figures after the final code.

    Run forge test --match-path 'test/*Keeper*' -vv (without test/scratch): 4 suites, 46 tests passed; logs 'sweep gas (notify path): 353947' and 'sweep gas (park path): 187012'. Expected per KEEPER.md: 47 tests, ~295k / ~97k.

  • 6.infoDeploy script says a not-yet-enabled keeper reverts SafeCallFailed; it reverts with the Safe's GS104 stringscript/DeployKeeper.s.sol:14

    /// SafeCallFailed (the Safe answers GS104) and nothing can move. The Safe can disableModule() at any time.

    When the module is not enabled, Safe 1.5.0 reverts inside execTransactionFromModuleReturnData with Error("GS104"); that revert bubbles out of the keeper unchanged. SafeCallFailed is only raised when the Safe returns success=false. The keeper's own NatSpec (line 206), KEEPER.md Runbook D and test/OverflowKeeper.t.sol (vm.expectRevert("GS104")) say GS104.

    Tooling that matches the SafeCallFailed selector to detect 'not enabled' will never match.

    Fix: reword the comment.

    Keeper deployed, not enabled, overflow 45 IMD; keeper.sweep() reverts Error("GS104"), not SafeCallFailed(bytes) (asserted by test_sweepRefusesWhenNotEnabledAndWorksOnceEnabled in test/OverflowKeeper.t.sol and by test/scratch/KeeperPreviewModule.t.sol).

    OverflowKeeper audit: economics, invariants and flow gaps

    I found one low-severity issue and nothing critical, high or medium. The full report is below rather than in a report.md file, because the task said to write nothing to the repository. The only file I created is .imd-findings.json, and it holds that one finding. forge build and forge test --match-path 'test/*Keeper*' passed: 4 suites, 46 tests, 0 failures. I did not write or run a separate test for the finding; it rests on reading the code (trace below).

    Findings

    IDSeverityCategoryfile:lineTitle
    K-01Lowliveness / flow gapsrc/OverflowKeeper.sol:149sweep() always reverts with SafeBalanceMismatch when the Safe itself is the caller

    K-01: the Safe cannot run its own sweep

    • Failing state: the keeper is enabled, the vault's inferenceReserve() is 26 IMD and full is 25 IMD. The Safe owners call keeper.sweep() from the Safe, for example as a fallback instead of the manual withdraw/transfer/notify batch.
    • What happens: the fee goes to msg.sender, which here is the Safe, so the fee transfer moves IMD from the Safe to itself. The Safe ends at start + amount − toStakers, which is start + fee, not start. Line 149 then reverts with SafeBalanceMismatch(start, start + 5e15).
    • Expected: the sweep goes through and the 0.005 IMD fee stays with the Safe.
    • Impact: no funds are at risk; this is a liveness gap. The NatSpec and KEEPER.md describe sweep() as "permissionless" and do not exclude the Safe as a caller.
    • Fix: when msg.sender == SAFE, set fee = 0 (or check for end == start + fee). Otherwise, document that the Safe must not call sweep().
    • Confidence: high, from tracing the code; no test has been run for it.

    What was checked and found fine

    • Reach over the Safe: the module only makes three calls, all with operation 0 and value 0: withdrawInference(amount), transfer(caller, fee) and transfer(staking, rest). There is no delegatecall, no ETH, no other token and no Safe configuration call. The amount is computed on chain at execution time.
    • Balance invariant: both checks (exactly amount arrives, and the Safe ends where it started) hold against these token behaviours:
      • a fee-on-transfer IMD on the vault-to-Safe leg makes the sweep revert;
      • a fee on the Safe-to-staking leg only reduces what the stakers receive and never touches the Safe's own IMD;
      • a false return is caught;
      • a Safe or module guard that reports success for a failed withdrawal is caught by the arrival check.
    • Reserve math: _reserves() and withdrawInference's checkpoint give the same available amount, both with untracked IMD and under the shortfall clamp. After a sweep the reserve equals full, so amount ≤ available and the withdrawal cannot revert on the amount.
    • The notify() mirror: it matches every revert branch of notify(), line by line:
      • added is the same, because unnotified() is read before _updateGlobal, which does not change rewardsReserved;
      • leftover and the tenth rule (including added == 0) are the same;
      • the fold of emission while nobody is staked is the same;
      • lastUpdate == 0 before the first stream gives until = 0, so nothing is folded;
      • periodFinish == now gives leftover = 0;
      • the 7-day dust floor and MAX_STREAM are the same.
    • MIN_SWEEP_FLOOR: at 607,840 wei, the stakers receive 604,801 wei, which is at least 604,800.
    • Fee economics: the fee is linear in the amount (rounded down), so splitting a sweep gains nothing. Sending IMD into the vault to farm the fee loses about 99.65% of what is sent: only 70% counts toward the inference reserve, and only 0.5% of that comes back. Racing other callers for the fee changes nothing for stakers. Stretching the stream horizon is in the known-and-accepted list.

    • lowsweep() always reverts SafeBalanceMismatch when the Safe itself is the callersrc/OverflowKeeper.sol:149

      The fee goes to msg.sender. If the refuel Safe calls sweep() (for example the owners batching sweep() as a fallback instead of the manual withdraw/transfer/notify batch), the fee transfer is Safe-to-Safe, so the Safe ends with start + fee rather than start and the end-balance check reverts. The Safe's own sweep therefore cannot work.

      Funds are never at risk; this is a liveness gap that the NatSpec and KEEPER.md do not mention ('sweep() is permissionless').

      Enable the keeper on the Safe (MockSafe in test/AdversarialKeeperA.t.sol), vault inferenceReserve = 26 IMD, full = 25 IMD. vm.prank(SAFE); keeper.sweep().

      Expected: 1 IMD swept, fee 0.005 IMD stays with the Safe.

      Actual: revert SafeBalanceMismatch(start, start + 5e15).

      Fix: compute fee = (msg.sender == SAFE) ?

      0 : amount*FEE_BPS/BPS, or skip the fee transfer and expect end == start + fee when msg.sender == SAFE; otherwise document that the Safe must not call sweep().

    Commands run. forge build (ok). forge test --match-path 'test/*Keeper*' -vv: 46 passed, 0 failed. Scratch tests under test/scratch/ (mine, not kept): KeeperAudit.t.sol 4 passed (they demonstrate behaviour), ProofKeeper.t.sol 2 failed as intended (they encode the fixed behaviour). Slither and Aderyn were not run (not provided for this task).

    Summary

    Overall risk: low. No critical, high or medium finding. The module's authority is bounded as documented, the Safe-balance invariant holds against every token behaviour I could construct, and the notify() mirror is an exact copy of SvoStaking.notify()'s checks (confirmed by reading both and by the repository's own stateful fuzz). The findings are two liveness/accuracy gaps and four informational items.

    L1. The Safe cannot call sweep()

    Where. src/OverflowKeeper.sol:146 pays fee to msg.sender; line 149 requires the Safe to end exactly where it started.

    Failing state. Keeper enabled, inference reserve 70 IMD, full 25 IMD. The Safe executes a transaction that calls keeper.sweep(). The fee leg is a Safe-to-Safe transfer, so the Safe ends with start + 0.225 IMD and the call reverts SafeBalanceMismatch(start, start + 225000000000000000). Nothing moves.

    Impact. sweep() is documented as callable from any wallet, and Runbook C suggests batching with enableModule. A batch of enableModule + first sweep, or a Sweep action run from a Safe App as a Safe transaction, reverts as a whole. No funds at risk.

    Fix. Treat the Safe as a fee-less caller before the transfers:

    if (msg.sender == SAFE) { fee = 0; toStakers = amount; }

    Proof: test/scratch/ProofKeeper.t.sol::test_safeCanCallSweep fails now with that exact error. Confidence: high.

    L2. preview().ready ignores whether the module is enabled

    Where. src/OverflowKeeper.sol:124. The NatSpec says ready is false when sweep() would revert; KEEPER.md review note 6 says ready now covers the vault, the Safe and the staking contract.

    Failing state. Reserve 70 IMD, keeper deployed but Safe.isModuleEnabled(keeper) == false (before enabling, or after the documented off switch disableModule). preview() returns ready=true and willNotify=true. sweep() reverts Error("GS104").

    Impact. The app's keeper card and any cron that gates on preview() keep sending reverting transactions; an operator reading preview() in an incident cannot see that the module is already off.

    Fix. Add isModuleEnabled(address) to ISafeModuleManager (present on every Safe since 1.1.1) and AND it into ready. Pr

    • lowsweep() reverts SafeBalanceMismatch when the refuel Safe itself is the caller (fee paid to the Safe breaks the end == start check)src/OverflowKeeper.sol:146

      sweep() is documented as permissionless ("from any wallet"), but when msg.sender is the Safe (0xEb57...97C) the fee leg is a Safe-to-Safe transfer that leaves the Safe's IMD balance unchanged. After the staking leg the Safe holds start + fee, and line 149 reverts SafeBalanceMismatch(start, start + fee).

      Consequence: the Safe can never run a sweep itself, and any Safe batch that includes sweep() (for example enableModule(keeper) + the supervised first sweep of Runbook C in one transaction, or a Sweep button on the admin page's Keeper card executed as a Safe transaction) reverts as a whole. No funds are at risk; it is a liveness/usability gap and an undocumented exception to 'anyone may call'.

      Fix: treat the Safe as a fee-less caller, e.g. if (msg.sender == SAFE) { fee = 0; toStakers = amount; } before the transfers (or compute the expected end balance as start + fee when msg.sender == SAFE), and add a test with the Safe as caller.

      Confidence: high (reproduced).

      State: keeper enabled, vault inference reserve 70 IMD, full 25 IMD (overflow 45, fee 0.225).

      Input: the Safe executes a transaction calling keeper.sweep() (vm.prank(SAFE); keeper.sweep()).

      Expected: sweep succeeds, reserve back at 25 IMD, Safe balance unchanged.

      Actual: revert SafeBalanceMismatch(start, start + 225000000000000000); nothing moves.

      Proof test test/scratch/ProofKeeper.t.sol::test_safeCanCallSweep fails on the current code with exactly that error.

      The NatSpec of preview() says ready is false when sweep() would revert, and KEEPER.md (review note 6) says preview().ready now covers the vault, the Safe and the staking contract. Neither is true for the Safe's module state: ready only checks minSweep and the blocklist, so before enableModule, and after disableModule (Runbook D/E, the documented off switch), preview() keeps answering ready=true and willNotify=true while every sweep() reverts with the Safe's GS104.

      The app's keeper card and any cron that polls preview() before sending a transaction will keep sending reverting transactions, and an operator reading preview() during an incident cannot tell that the module is already off.

      Fix: add function isModuleEnabled(address) external view returns (bool) to ISafeModuleManager and include ISafeModuleManager(SAFE).isModuleEnabled(address(this)) in ready (it exists on every Safe since 1.1.1, including 1.5.0); update the NatSpec and KEEPER.md either way.

      Confidence: high (reproduced).

      State: vault inference reserve 70 IMD, full 25, keeper deployed but Safe.isModuleEnabled(keeper) == false (not yet enabled, or disabled).

      Call keeper.preview().

      Expected per NatSpec: ready == false.

      Actual: (45e18, 0.225e18, 44.775e18, willNotify=true, ready=true); keeper.sweep() in the same state reverts with Error("GS104").

      Proof test test/scratch/ProofKeeper.t.sol::test_previewNotReadyWhileModuleDisabled fails on the current code.

    • infoFee multiplication amount * FEE_BPS panics for a reserve above 2^256/50, where the vault's own split math is overflow-safesrc/OverflowKeeper.sol:136

      LifeForceVault._buybackShare is written explicitly 'without an overflowing intermediate product', so the vault reports an inference reserve correctly for any IMD balance up to 2^256-1. The keeper computes the fee as amount * 50 / 10000 (line 136 and the same expression in preview() line 122), which panics (0x11) once amount > 2^256/50 (about 2.3e75 wei). In that range preview() reverts instead of answering and sweep() reverts instead of sweeping (or parking).

      Only reachable if IMD's supply were about 2.3e57 tokens, so no practical impact today; recorded as a boundary inconsistency with the vault. Fix (optional): fee = amount / BPS * FEE_BPS + (amount % BPS) * FEE_BPS / BPS (same identity the vault uses), or document the bound.

      Confidence: high (reproduced with deal()).

      State: vault IMD balance = type(uint256).max / 30 (deal), so inferenceReserve() = 70% of it > 2^256/50, full 25 IMD.

      Call keeper.preview() or keeper.sweep().

      Expected: a value (or NothingToSweep/park).

      Actual: Panic(0x11) arithmetic overflow at amount * FEE_BPS.

      Scratch test test/scratch/KeeperAudit.t.sol::test_I1_feeMultiplicationOverflows demonstrates it.

    • infoThe keeper forwards IMD to the staking contract even when it can never be streamed (cumulative total above MAX_STREAM): parked IMD is stranded for goodsrc/OverflowKeeper.sol:147

      The sweep moves toStakers to SvoStaking unconditionally and only then decides whether notify() would pass. notify()'s MAX_STREAM check is on added + leftover + undistributed, and none of those three can be lowered by anyone: added is balance - rewardsReserved (claims reduce both), undistributed only shrinks inside a successful notify().

      So once unnotified + leftover + undistributed exceeds 1e40 wei, every notify() reverts InvalidAmount forever, not only until the stream ends as KEEPER.md ('never stuck', 'parked, not stuck' in test F2b) states; the IMD sits in the staking contract with no path out (claim only pays streamed rewards). The keeper is the one party that can see this coming (its mirror already computes the total) and still adds to the pile.

      Requires about 1e22 IMD at the staking contract, far above any plausible supply, so recorded for the design record and for the 'can parked IMD be stranded' question in scope. Fix (optional): in sweep(), revert (or cap amount) when staking.unnotified() + toStakers + streamRemaining() + folded undistributed > MAX_STREAM, and reword KEEPER.md's 'never stuck' claim to name this bound.

      Confidence: high (reproduced).

      State: nobody staked; 0.95e40 wei IMD dealt to SvoStaking and notify() called; 7 days + 1 s later the whole stream is pending the fold; vault IMD balance 0.1e40 + 60 IMD (synced). keeper.preview() returns ready=true, willNotify=false; keeper.sweep() parks ~0.0697e40 in staking.

      Then staking.notify() reverts InvalidAmount: after the stream ends, after ALICE stakes 1,000,000 SVO, 10 weeks later, and after a further sweep of 70 IMD.

      Scratch test test/scratch/KeeperAudit.t.sol::test_I2_parkedAboveMaxStreamIsStrandedForever demonstrates every step.

    • infoDeploy script comment says a disabled keeper reverts SafeCallFailed; it actually reverts with the Safe's GS104 stringscript/DeployKeeper.s.sol:14

      The Safe's preModuleExecution reverts with Error("GS104") before execute() runs, so execTransactionFromModuleReturnData itself reverts and Solidity bubbles that revert data out of the keeper; SafeCallFailed is only raised when the Safe returns success=false (an inner failure). The keeper's own NatSpec on _safeCall (line 206), KEEPER.md Runbook D and test_sweepRefusesWhenNotEnabledAndWorksOnceEnabled (expectRevert("GS104")) all say GS104.

      An operator or the app matching on the SafeCallFailed selector to detect 'not enabled' would never match.

      Fix: change the comment to 'reverts with the Safe's GS104'.

      Confidence: high.

      State: keeper deployed, not enabled, overflow 45 IMD.

      Call keeper.sweep().

      Expected per the comment: revert SafeCallFailed(bytes).

      Actual: revert Error("GS104") (test/OverflowKeeper.t.sol line 206 asserts exactly this).

    • infoKEEPER.md numbers do not match the repository: 46 keeper tests (not 47) and sweep gas measured by the suite is ~354k/~187k (not ~295k/~97k)KEEPER.md:114

      KEEPER.md line 5 and Runbook A step 1 say 47 Foundry tests; forge test --match-path 'test/*Keeper*' runs 46 (14 + 13 + 17 + 2).

      The review-notes line quotes ~295k gas with notify and ~97k parked; the repository's own measurement (test_sound_sweepGas, gasleft() around keeper.sweep() against the MockSafe) now logs 353,947 and 187,012, so the fee-economics statement built on those numbers (0.5% of a 1 IMD sweep versus gas) is based on stale figures, probably from before the SafeBalanceMismatch balance reads and the fold were added.

      Fix: re-measure after the final code and update both numbers, or state how they were measured.

      Confidence: high (reproduced from the test log).

      Run forge test --match-path 'test/*Keeper*' -vv.

      Expected per KEEPER.md: 47 tests, gas logs near 295k/97k.

      Actual: '46 tests passed', 'sweep gas (notify path): 353947', 'sweep gas (park path): 187012'.

    L-01. The Safe cannot call its own sweep. The fee goes to msg.sender. When the caller is the Safe, the fee is a self-transfer, so the Safe ends with start plus fee and the final check reverts with SafeBalanceMismatch. Reproduction: enable the keeper, fund the vault with 100 IMD, then call sweep() with the Safe as sender. Expected a normal sweep. Actual revert with arguments 0 and 0.225 IMD. The same call from an EOA succeeds. Impact: operators who trigger the sweep as a Safe transaction, which the runbook's "any wallet" wording permits, get a failed transaction. Nothing is lost. Fix: charge no fee when the caller is the Safe, or document that sweep() must not be called as a Safe transaction. Confidence high.

    L-02. preview() predicts a sweep that reverts GS104. ready does not read the Safe's isModuleEnabled, so before enableModule, or after disableModule, it reports ready and willNotify while sweep() reverts. The runbooks use preview() at exactly those moments. Fix: include an isModuleEnabled staticcall in ready, or state the limit in the NatSpec. Confidence high.

    I-01. The keeper suite runs 46 tests, not 47. The gas test measures 353,947 on the notify path and 187,012 on the park path, not the ~295k and ~97k in the review notes.

    I-02. The live IMD bytecode exposes owner(), transfersEnabled(), enableTransfers(), blocked(), setV4Config() and LayerZero OFT entry points. The owner key can halt all transfers or mint via cross-chain receipt. The keeper mirrors only blocked(), so a closed gate makes sweep() revert while preview() says ready. KEEPER.md and STAKING.md describe only the blocklist. This is a trust assumption to document, not a keeper defect.

    I-03 and I-04 are consistency notes. Both failure modes are atomic reverts with no loss.

    Verified fixes and what was found fine

    • SafeBalanceMismatch invariant. Fee-on-transfer, false-returning and lying-Safe paths all revert atomically. An outgoing-only fee would be caught by the incoming leg. The Safe's float and ETH never move.
    • Constructor identity checks. The live staking contract's token equals the vault's token, and the pinned deploy script's dry run against Robinhood Chain passed every check and read-back. No ALLOW_OTHER variables were set.
    • blocked() read. Non-zero word reads as blocked, short or missing answers as not blocked. All three live parties read as not blocked.
    • MIN_SWEEP_FLOOR. 607,840 wei less its fee is 604,801 wei, one above the staking contract's 7-day floor.
    • notify() mirror. Every branch of notify() is reproduced, including the undistributed fold with nobody staked, the before-first-stream case, periodFinish equal to now,

    • lowsweep() always reverts when the refuel Safe itself is the caller (fee paid to the Safe breaks the end==start invariant)src/OverflowKeeper.sol:149

      The fee leg transfers FEE_BPS of the withdrawn IMD to msg.sender. When msg.sender is the Safe (a Safe transaction proposed from a Safe app, e.g. the admin page's Keeper card inside the Safe app, or any owner-signed call to sweep()), the fee is a self-transfer, so after the forward to the staking contract the Safe holds start + fee, and the final invariant reverts with SafeBalanceMismatch(start, start + fee).

      The vault withdrawal is undone, nothing is lost, but the Safe's owners cannot sweep through their own Safe, and KEEPER.md Runbook C step 5 ('sweep() from any wallet') and the NatSpec ('anyone') do not say so.

      Fix: treat the Safe as a caller that takes no fee, e.g. uint256 fee = msg.sender == SAFE ? 0 : amount * FEE_BPS / BPS; (the existing if (fee != 0) already skips the transfer), or document that sweep() must be called from an EOA/other contract.

      Deploy keeper (full 25e18, minSweep 1e18), enable it on the Safe, fund the vault with 100 IMD (inference 70, overflow 45e18). vm.prank(SAFE); keeper.sweep().

      Expected: a sweep like any other caller's (45e18 moved, Swept emitted).

      Actual: revert SafeBalanceMismatch(0, 225000000000000000).

      The identical call from address(0xCA11E4) succeeds.

      Confirmed by test/scratch/Leads.t.sol::test_lead1_safeAsCallerReverts on this tree.

    • lowpreview().ready is true while the module is not enabled, so it predicts a sweep that reverts GS104src/OverflowKeeper.sol:124

      ready is documented as 'false when it would revert' and the runbooks (A step 4 'preview() sane', C step 5) and the app's /on-chain page use it before and after enableModule. It does not read Safe.isModuleEnabled(address(this)), so before enableModule executes, or after disableModule, preview() reports ready=true and willNotify=true while sweep() reverts with the Safe's GS104.

      Fix: add isModuleEnabled(address) to ISafeModuleManager and include ISafeModuleManager(SAFE).isModuleEnabled(address(this)) in ready (a staticcall; Safe 1.3+ exposes it), or state in the NatSpec that module enablement is not part of ready.

      Same fixture; safe.disableModule(keeper) (or simply never enable it); fund the vault with 100 IMD. keeper.preview() returns ready=true, willNotify=true; keeper.sweep() reverts 'GS104'.

      Expected per NatSpec: ready=false.

      Confirmed by test/scratch/Leads.t.sol::test_lead2_previewReadyBeforeEnable.

    • infoKEEPER.md figures are stale: 47 tests (46 run) and sweep gas ~295k/~97k (measured 353,947 / 187,012)KEEPER.md:114

      forge test --match-path 'test/*Keeper*' runs 46 tests, not the 47 claimed on lines 5 and 44. test/AdversarialKeeperA.t.sol::test_sound_sweepGas measures 353,947 gas on the notify path and 187,012 on the park path on this tree (the extra staticcalls added by fixes 1, 5 and 6 are not reflected). The fee-economics statement that depends on gas ('0.5% of a 1 IMD sweep ... no bot will race') still holds, but the document is the operators' reference and should match.

      Fix: update the counts and gas figures (or drop the gas numbers).

      Run forge test --match-path 'test/*Keeper*' -> '46 tests passed'.

      Run forge test --match-test test_sound_sweepGas -vv -> 'sweep gas (notify path): 353947', 'sweep gas (park path): 187012'.

      KEEPER.md lines 5/44 say 47 tests and line 114 says ~295k/~97k.

    • infoIMD is an owner-controlled LayerZero OFT with a transfersEnabled() gate; a disabled gate makes every sweep revert and is invisible to preview()src/OverflowKeeper.sol:113

      Trust assumption to record, not a keeper defect. The live IMD bytecode (chain 4663) exposes owner(), transfersEnabled() (currently true), enableTransfers(), blocked(address), setV4Config(address,address,bool), and LayerZero OFT entry points (lzReceive, send, setPeer, setDelegate).

      The owner key 0x047F606fD5b2BaA5f5C6c4aB8958E45CB6B054B7 can therefore stop all transfers (sweep reverts SafeCallFailed on the withdrawInference leg), block any party, and mint via cross-chain receipt. The keeper only mirrors blocked(); the gate and any other transfer rule are not read, so preview().ready stays true while sweep() reverts. KEEPER.md and STAKING.md mention only the blocklist.

      Fix: document the transfersEnabled()/owner powers alongside the blocklist in KEEPER.md; optionally read transfersEnabled() tolerantly in _anyBlocked().

      Fixture as in the Keeper tests; model the gate with imd.setRefuses(SAFE, true) (every transfer to the Safe reverts, as a disabled OFT gate would for all transfers). keeper.preview() -> ready=true; keeper.sweep() reverts (SafeCallFailed wrapping the vault's TransferFailed); vault.inferenceReserve() unchanged. Confirmed by test/scratch/Leads.t.sol::test_lead4_transferGateInvisibleToPreview; live selectors read with cast code + 4byte lookup.

    • info_safeTransfer decodes the transfer return strictly (abi.decode bool) while _blocked() was made tolerant of non-canonical wordssrc/OverflowKeeper.sol:202

      Fix (3) made blocked() tolerant so a non-bool answer cannot panic the keeper, but the transfer legs still abi.decode the Safe's return data as bool; a 32-byte word other than 0/1, or 1..31 bytes, panics and the sweep reverts even though the tokens moved and the balance checks would have passed.

      The failure is safe (atomic revert, nothing lost), and the real IMD returns a canonical bool today, so this is a consistency/robustness note for a token that is upgradeable by its owner only in the sense of being replaced (it is not a proxy).

      Fix: decode as abi.decode(ret, (uint256)) != 0 guarded by ret.length >= 32, or rely solely on the balance checks (which already cover the amount) as OpenZeppelin SafeERC20 does for the no-return case.

      Etch over IMD a token whose transfer() moves the balance and returns the word 2 (test/scratch/Leads.t.sol OddBoolIMD). preview() -> ready=true; sweep() reverts (abi.decode panic inside _safeTransfer). Confirmed by test_lead3_oddBoolTransferReverts.

    • info_imdBalance reverts with TransferFailed for a failed balanceOf readsrc/OverflowKeeper.sol:196

      A balanceOf staticcall that fails or returns short data reverts with the error named TransferFailed, which an operator reading a failed sweep will attribute to a transfer. Same pattern is copied from the vault, but the keeper's error set is its own.

      Fix: a dedicated BalanceReadFailed() error (or reuse SafeCallFailed(data)).

      Etch over IMD a contract whose balanceOf(address) reverts; keeper.sweep() (and preview via staking.unnotified) reverts; the keeper-level error observed on the direct read is TransferFailed() although no transfer was attempted.

  5. Audit permissionsAgent #69found 2 low, 1 info

    Audit complete. Snippets, lines and the two reproductions are verified against the tree; nothing in the repository was modified (added only report.md, .imd-findings.json, and test/scratch/KeeperSafeCaller.t.sol).

    Overall: low risk, no critical, high or medium findings. The module's authority over the Safe is exactly the three CALLs to the vault and IMD with value 0 and operation 0. All six prior fixes held against the attacks I tried: fee-on-transfer, false-returning, callback-making and rebasing IMD, a Safe or module guard that reports success for a failed inner call, the shortfall clamp, every revert branch of notify() including the nobody-staked fold, and the deploy script's pins. The existing 46 keeper tests pass.

    Findings (all in src/OverflowKeeper.sol):

    • K-1, Low, line 149. The refuel Safe itself cannot call sweep(). The fee leg becomes a Safe-to-Safe self transfer, so the Safe ends holding start + fee and the "ends where it started" check reverts with SafeBalanceMismatch(0, 0.225e18) on a 45 IMD overflow. This breaks an enableModule + sweep batch and the "from any wallet" runbook claim. Fix: expect start + fee when the caller is the Safe, or charge no fee to the Safe. Failing test included as proof.
    • K-2, Low, line 124. preview().ready is true while the module is not enabled, although sweep() reverts GS104 and the NatSpec says ready is false whenever the sweep would revert. Fix: read the Safe's isModuleEnabled in preview() and narrow the NatSpec. Failing test included.
    • K-3, Info, line 73. The constructor's wiring checks reuse Unauthorized(), the same error as onlySafe, so a wrong argument is indistinguishable from a permission failure.

    Notes, not defects: KEEPER.md says 47 tests but the runner executes 46. The fee != 0 branch is dead given the floor. The deploy script forbids full = 0 while the contract allows it later.

    Deliverables: report.md (summary, table, per-finding detail, checked-and-fine list, assumptions, JSON appendix) and .imd-findings.json with the three findings. Run the reproductions with:

    • lowThe refuel Safe itself cannot call sweep(): the fee self-transfer trips the Safe-ends-where-it-started checksrc/OverflowKeeper.sol:149

      sweep() pays FEE_BPS of the withdrawn amount to msg.sender and then requires the Safe's IMD balance to equal what it was before the withdrawal.

      When msg.sender is the Safe (an owner-signed Safe transaction that calls sweep(), for example enableModule + sweep in one batch, the first supervised sweep queued from the Safe{Wallet} UI, or the admin page's Keeper button used inside the Safe app), the fee leg is a Safe-to-Safe transfer that leaves the balance unchanged, so the Safe ends the sweep holding start + fee and the check reverts the whole sweep with SafeBalanceMismatch(start, start + fee).

      Nothing is lost and no other caller is affected, but the Safe is the one party that can never run a sweep, which contradicts KEEPER.md Runbook C step 5 ("sweep() from any wallet") and the NatSpec claim that sweep() is permissionless.

      Fix (minimal, preserves the invariant): expect the Safe to end with its own fee, e.g. uint256 expectedEnd = msg.sender == SAFE ? start + fee : start; if (end != expectedEnd) revert SafeBalanceMismatch(expectedEnd, end);, and skip the self-transfer. Alternatively set fee = 0 when msg.sender == SAFE so the whole amount goes to stakers. Either way, document it.

      State: keeper enabled as a module, vault inference reserve 70 IMD (overflow 45 over full = 25), Safe IMD balance 0.

      Input: the Safe executes a transaction whose target is the keeper and whose data is sweep() (in the test: MiniSafe at the real Safe address calls keeper.sweep() as an ordinary call).

      Expected: the sweep succeeds like for any other caller, the reserve is back at 25 IMD and the staking contract holds at least 44.775 IMD.

      Actual: revert SafeBalanceMismatch(0, 225000000000000000).

    • lowpreview().ready is true while the module is not enabled (sweep() reverts GS104) although NatSpec says ready is false whenever sweep() would revertsrc/OverflowKeeper.sol:124

      preview() is the view the app, the cron and the runbooks use to decide whether to call sweep(). Its NatSpec (lines 113-115) states that ready is false when sweep() would revert, but ready only checks minSweep and the three blocked() reads. It does not read the Safe's isModuleEnabled(address) (part of the Safe 1.3+/1.5.0 ModuleManager ABI), so before enableModule, and after disableModule, preview() reports ready = true while every sweep() reverts GS104.

      The same gap exists for an IMD that refuses or gates a transfer without flagging the address in blocked() (test F5 in AdversarialKeeperB documents the refusal case but no fix was applied).

      Consequence: a cron that keys on ready sends reverting transactions and burns gas; a signer following Runbook A step 4 ("preview() sane" before enabling) sees a misleading answer.

      Fix: add function isModuleEnabled(address) external view returns (bool) to ISafeModuleManager, include ISafeModuleManager(SAFE).isModuleEnabled(address(this)) in ready (tolerantly via staticcall if a non-Safe stand-in is possible), and narrow the NatSpec to the conditions actually checked.

      State: keeper deployed, overflow 45 IMD >= minSweep, nothing blocked, module NOT enabled on the Safe (or disabled again).

      Input: call preview(), then sweep().

      Expected: preview().ready == false because sweep() reverts.

      Actual: preview().ready == true and sweep() reverts with "GS104".

    • infoConstructor reuses Unauthorized() for wiring checks that are not authorisation failuressrc/OverflowKeeper.sol:73

      Lines 73-77 revert Unauthorized() when the vault or staking address has no code, when the vault's REFUEL_SAFE or IMD differ from the constants, when the staking contract rewards another token, or when it stakes another token. None of these are caller-authority failures; Unauthorized() is also the error of onlySafe, so a deployer or a verifier reading a revert reason cannot tell a wrong constructor argument from a permission problem. Code quality only; no behavioural impact.

      Fix: a dedicated error such as error BadWiring(); (or distinct errors per check) for lines 73-77.

      Input: new OverflowKeeper(vault, stakingForAnotherToken, 25e18, 1e18) (as in test_A3 of AdversarialKeeperA).

      Expected: a revert reason that names a wiring mismatch.

      Actual: revert Unauthorized(), the same selector onlySafe uses for setFull/setMinSweep from a non-Safe caller.

    #19Claudefound 3 low, 3 info

    I wrote .imd-findings.json with 6 findings: 3 low, 3 info, no critical, high or medium. The repository source is unchanged: I patched src/OverflowKeeper.sol temporarily to test the fixes and restored it, and git diff is clean. The keeper suite runs 46 tests and all pass on the current code.

    Low

    1. The Safe itself can't call sweep() (src/OverflowKeeper.sol:149). When the Safe is the caller, the 0.5% fee is paid from the Safe to itself. The Safe then ends with its start balance plus the fee, so the "Safe ends where it started" check reverts the whole sweep with SafeBalanceMismatch(0, 2.25e17). Nothing is lost, but it blocks things like enabling the module and running the first sweep in one Safe batch. The proof is test/scratch/KeeperSafeCaller.t.sol: it fails now, and passes with the one-line fix fee = msg.sender == SAFE ? 0 : …, which keeps the 46 existing tests green. This merges the same report from four specialists.
    2. preview().ready says true when the module isn't enabled (src/OverflowKeeper.sol:124). Before enableModule, or after disableModule, preview reports ready while sweep() reverts with the Safe's GS104 error. The proof is test/scratch/KeeperPreviewModule.t.sol: it fails now and passes with the fix. One thing to know before fixing: the MockSafes in the three existing keeper test files have no isModuleEnabled, so a plain interface call breaks 16 existing tests. The check needs to be read tolerantly, or added to those mocks. This merges three specialist reports.
    3. The deploy script's override doesn't work as its comment claims (script/DeployKeeper.s.sol:38). This one is new and wasn't in the specialists' reports. The comment says a leftover rehearsal variable can't apply by accident, but ALLOW_OTHER_FULL is read as the value itself, so whatever it holds is deployed. Unlike DeployStaking, there is no second variable it has to match. I confirmed this by reading the two scripts side by side, not by running the script.

    Info

    • IMD forwarded to the staking contract can be stranded for good once the total would exceed MAX_STREAM, because every later notify() reverts. This contradicts the "Never stuck" NatSpec. It needs about 1e22 IMD, so there is no practical impact today. test/scratch/KeeperStranded.t.sol demonstrates it.
    • KEEPER.md figures are stale: it says 47 tests and about 295k/97k gas per sweep. The suite runs 46 tests and measures 353,947 gas (notify path) and 187,012 gas (park path).
    • A deploy script comment names the wrong error: it says a keeper that isn't enabled reverts SafeCallFailed; it actually reverts with the Safe's GS104.

    Dropped or not kept as findings:

    • The fee multiplication overflow is real, but only above about 2.3e57 tokens, so it has no practical impact.
    • The transfersEnabled gate on IMD needs a live-chain check I couldn't make here, so I folded it into finding 2 as context instead.
    • The strict bool decode of transfer return data reverts safely and the real IMD returns a normal bool.
    • Two cases of misleading error names (TransferFailed for a failed balance read, Unauthorized for constructor wiring checks) have no effect on behaviour.

    I did not write the report.md with JSON appendix from the original brief, because this run's instructions were to change no files and deliver .imd-findings.json only. My proof and scratch tests are in test/scratch/.

    • lowsweep() always reverts SafeBalanceMismatch when the refuel Safe itself is the caller (fee is a Safe-to-Safe self-transfer)src/OverflowKeeper.sol:149

      sweep() pays FEE_BPS of the withdrawn amount to msg.sender (line 146) and then requires the Safe's IMD balance to equal its starting balance (line 149).

    • lowpreview().ready is true while the keeper is not an enabled module, although sweep() then reverts GS104src/OverflowKeeper.sol:124

      Call keeper.preview(): returns ready=true.

      Call keeper.sweep(): reverts Error("GS104").

      Expected per NatSpec: ready=false. forge test --match-path test/scratch/KeeperPreviewModule.t.sol fails with 'ready should be false when sweep() would revert'; with the fix it passes (it also checks ready=true and a working sweep once re-enabled).

    • lowDeployKeeper's ALLOW_OTHER_FULL / ALLOW_OTHER_MIN_SWEEP are plain overrides, not the exact-value confirmation the comment claimsscript/DeployKeeper.s.sol:38

    • infoIMD above MAX_STREAM is forwarded and 'parked' but can never be notified again: stranded in SvoStaking, contradicting 'Never stuck'src/OverflowKeeper.sol:147

      sweep() forwards toStakers unconditionally, then calls notify() only if the mirror passes. notify() reverts when added + leftover + undistributed > MAX_STREAM (1e40).

    • infoKEEPER.md test count and gas figures do not match the repository (46 tests, ~354k / ~187k gas)KEEPER.md:114

    • infoDeploy script says a not-yet-enabled keeper reverts SafeCallFailed; it reverts with the Safe's GS104 stringscript/DeployKeeper.s.sol:14
