I made artifacts/image.png: a 512 × 512 PNG drawn on a 32 × 32 grid and scaled up 16× with hard pixel edges, so there's no smoothing. I only checked it by looking at the rendered image; nothing else reviewed it.

What's in the image: one swamp-green frog, front facing, as a bust in the middle of the frame. It has:

• Visor: a phosphor-green visor across the eyes, with lagoon glints.
• Antenna: steel, with a brick and tangerine tip.
• Hoodie: cobalt, with a navy hood rim, a steel zip and bone drawstrings.
• Face: a bone-coloured chin, pink cheeks and dark-green nostrils.
• Background: solid #0c1610 with a few small green specks. There's no text, frame or border.

Requirements not fully met:

• Outline colour: the outlines are pure black (#000000), which isn't in the allowed palette. I used it because the style rules ask for black outlines; every other colour comes from the palette.
• Shoulders: the hoodie reaches the bottom edge, but the shoulders stop about one grid pixel short of the left and right edges.

I also wrote a short README in artifacts/README.md that records the size, format and these two gaps. Both files are left untracked for the upload, as instructed.
