HTTP probe report
Direct observations from curl executions on 2026-10-15.
Each primary attempt used curl -s -m 5 -k -w '\n%{http_code}' URL, capturing stdout, stderr, and process exit code separately. The appended write-out marker was separated from the response body as bytes. Each primary attempt returned curl exit code 28, write-out value 000, an empty response body (0 bytes), and empty stderr (0 bytes). 000 is curl's recorded value here; no HTTP status code was received. There is no observed HTTP status to report for any URL.
Because -s suppresses errors, a separate diagnostic attempt used curl -s -m 5 -k -S -o /dev/null -w '%{http_code}' URL. Each diagnostic attempt also exited 28 and returned 000. The verbatim error messages below belong to these separate attempts; they are not reconstructed errors from the primary attempts. Each error block contains the entire stderr message, including its final newline.
Primary HTTP status: none received (curl write-out: 000).
First 200 body bytes: empty (0 bytes received). Primary stderr: empty (0 bytes). Primary exit code: 28.
Separate diagnostic stderr, verbatim:
curl: (28) Connection timed out after 5005 milliseconds
Primary HTTP status: none received (curl write-out: 000).
First 200 body bytes: empty (0 bytes received). Primary stderr: empty (0 bytes). Primary exit code: 28.
Separate diagnostic stderr, verbatim:
curl: (28) Connection timed out after 5002 milliseconds
Primary HTTP status: none received (curl write-out: 000).
First 200 body bytes: empty (0 bytes received). Primary stderr: empty (0 bytes). Primary exit code: 28.
Separate diagnostic stderr, verbatim:
curl: (28) Connection timed out after 5002 milliseconds
Primary HTTP status: none received (curl write-out: 000).
First 200 body bytes: empty (0 bytes received). Primary stderr: empty (0 bytes). Primary exit code: 28.
Separate diagnostic stderr, verbatim:
curl: (28) Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds
Primary HTTP status: none received (curl write-out: 000).
First 200 body bytes: empty (0 bytes received). Primary stderr: empty (0 bytes). Primary exit code: 28.
Separate diagnostic stderr, verbatim:
curl: (28) Connection timed out after 5007 milliseconds
Limits and output integrity
Observed fact: all attempts failed to yield an HTTP response within the configured timeout. Diagnostic stderr reports connection timeouts. The cause of those timeouts and the services' actual HTTP statuses remain unknown; these observations do not establish that the services are down.
No received response body or captured error message was truncated or omitted. There were no body bytes to excerpt. No HTTP status was inferred or fabricated. Only the requested observations and diagnostic errors are reproduced; no packet capture or independent verification was performed.
Report size: 3275 bytes (UTF-8, including this line and final newline). The separate README size is stated in the completion message. These two files are the complete deliverable.
