Now: every hash change is read as a route and an unknown hash falls back to '/'. Two in-page anchors exist: (web/src/App.tsx:41) and (web/src/pages/Burns.tsx:108). Activating either sets location.hash to #main or #buybacks, readHash returns '/', and the Home page replaces the page the visitor was on. The skip link, the first control a keyboard user meets, throws them out of every page but Home; the burn page's link to its own dashboard section leaves the page.

Change to: in useRoute (web/src/lib/router.tsx, the hashchange handler) ignore hashes that are not routes: const onChange = () => { if (window.location.hash.startsWith('#/')) setRoute(readHash(window.location.hash)) }, so #main and #buybacks fall through to the browser's native anchor scroll and focus; keep readHash's '/' fallback for the initial load. Alternative that leaves the router alone: give both anchors an onClick that calls preventDefault() and document.getElementById(id)?.scrollIntoView() plus focus().

Why: brief, DELIVERY: "functional navigation … accessible controls"; WCAG 2.4.1 Bypass Blocks: a skip link must move focus within the current page.

Now: @media (min-width: 64rem) { .nav-toggle { display: none } } (line 413) is written before .icon-btn { display: inline-flex } (line 510); the selectors have equal specificity, so the later rule wins and the 44x44 hamburger renders at every width. At 1440 it sits at the right edge next to "Connect wallet" while the desktop nav is shown; clicking it opens #mobile-nav under the header (two nav[aria-label="Main"], 14 links, header 478 px tall). With a wallet connected the extra button also crowds the header: the brand wraps to two lines (53 px) and "Disconnect" drops under the address pill (y 48 vs 0); hiding the toggle restores one line (26 px), a 64 px header and the pill and Disconnect on one row.

Change to: make the hiding rule win: inside the media query use .icon-btn.nav-toggle { display: none; } (or move the .icon-btn block above the media query). Nothing else changes.

Why: house bar, header: "utilities … at the right edge", one navigation per width; brief: "Keep navigation clear".

Now: Badge is placed as the first child above an h1 or h3 in every section-head and most Cards: Home x4 (Know, Create, Burn, Rise above the four ecosystem cards), BMC PASS x4 ("ERC-721 collection" above the h1; "Phase 1 · mints 1–40", "Phase 2 · mints 41–500", "Legendary · 1 of 1"), Swap x1 ("No verified route yet"), Staking x4 ("Three options · rewards paid in BMC only"; "Coming soon" x3), IMD Burns x5 ("Burns are permanent"; "1 · Voluntary burn" … "4 · Manual buyback & burn"), Dashboard x1 ("Verified numbers only"), Community x1 (the slogan). Because .card and .section-head are grids, each inline-flex pill is stretched to the full column width and reads as a bar over the heading. The nowrap pill is also what makes the Staking page 339 px wide at 320.

Change to: delete the 20 badges; each heading moves up to the top of its card or section head and the card gap closes. Fold the information that only lived in a badge into the heading or first sentence: PASS phase cards → h3 "Mints 1–40: guaranteed Genesis PASS" and "Mints 41–500: Mystery PASS"; PASS intro → "Exactly 500 ERC-721 collectibles: …"; IMD Burns cards → h3 "1. Voluntary burn", "2. PASS customisation", "3. Community privileges", "4. Manual buyback and burn", with the current h3 text as the first sentence of each paragraph ("Burn IMD permanently. Choose an amount …"). "Legendary · 1 of 1" is already the h2 "Legendary Genesis #1"; Know/Create/Burn/Rise are the hero slogan; the page-head status badges and the three "Coming soon" badges repeat the intro paragraphs and notices. Keep .badge for the hero-trust row and the dashboard's Verified/Unset values, which sit beside data, not above headings.

Why: house bar "No kicker labels"; the probe's eyebrows check fails on every route; the probe's layout check fails at 320 on #/staking because of the nowrap pill.

Now: og:image is "./og.svg", a relative URL to a 512-byte SVG. Open Graph requires an absolute image URL, and Facebook, X, Telegram, Discord and iMessage do not render SVG previews, so a posted link shows the title and description with no image. There is no twitter:image. The favicon is SVG only (), which Safari does not display in tabs.

Change to: export og.svg as a 1200x630 PNG at web/public/og.png and set og:image (and a new twitter:image) to the absolute address once the site is published (the eth.limo URL, or https://.ipfs.dweb.link/og.png from the pinned CID); add before the SVG icon line. The SVG files stay as the sources; no dependency is added.

Why: house bar: "A title, favicon, og:title and og:image, so the link unfurls when someone posts it"; brief: a public preview is meant to be shared. The probe's share check only tests presence and therefore passes.

Now: bmc.jpg and BMC IMD.png were not supplied; web/public/brand/README.md reports it and a code-drawn emblem stands in, which is the right call. But (1) the hero stand-in is labelled title="Glowing green BMC pyramid with an all-seeing eye" (web/src/pages/Home.tsx:42), so assistive tech hears the official asset's description for a placeholder, while the Legendary showcase correctly says "placeholder"; (2) with officialImages: true the logo renders only in the header, the intro and the Legendary showcase, not in the "BMC token" cards (Home, Dashboard) or anywhere on Staking, and the pyramid is never used as an ecosystem background, so three of the brief's placements stay missing after the files are dropped in; (3) the brief's file name "BMC IMD.png" becomes bmc-imd.png in BRAND.images.pyramid, which only the README explains.

Change to: set the hero title to "BMC pyramid emblem, a placeholder until the official image is supplied"; render at the header's 36 px beside the "BMC token" h3 on Home and Dashboard and beside the Staking h1; use the pyramid Emblem as the figure behind the Home "How the ecosystem works" section (the hero-visual treatment, reused); state the two missing asset URLs in the delivery message as the brief asks. No new files, components or dependencies.

Why: brief, OFFICIAL IMAGES: "bmc.jpg … for header, navigation, token and staking sections. BMC IMD.png … for homepage hero and ecosystem backgrounds. Use actual supplied files, not AI substitutes. If unavailable, report missing asset URLs."

Now: Staking shows "Coming soon" 19 times at 390 (a badge, four stat values and a notice per card, plus the PASS balance), the same notice body twice ("Opens once the staking contracts are deployed, reviewed and funded."), an internal job id three times ("Development job fa117565-…"), and 63 words of prose on its first phone screen (bar 60). Swap states the missing route in the badge, the intro's second sentence, the notice, the button help "Swaps are disabled: no verified liquidity route." and the closing notice "What a verified route means" (102 words on the 1440 first screen, bar 90). IMD Burns says burns are disabled in the intro's second sentence and again in the notice directly under it (73 words at 390, 121 at 1440). BMC PASS nests the same ComingSoon notice inside the "Your mint" card under a button whose help text already says it (probe: cards inside cards).

Change to: Staking: render one above the three cards and delete this line from StakeCard; cut the intro to "Lock BMC, BMC PASSes or both and earn BMC from pools the operator funds in advance." (the "No guaranteed yield" notice keeps the rest); delete the "Development job …" paragraph from ComingSoon (web/src/components/ui.tsx:74-78), it is an internal id. Swap: intro → "Trade ETH for BMC through an established Ethereum DEX once a verified liquidity route exists."; delete the closing "What a verified route means" notice (its content is in the ComingSoon note). IMD Burns: intro → "Four ways IMD leaves circulation." and let the notice carry the status. BMC PASS: move the ComingSoon out of the "Your mint" card to below it, or delete it (Home shows the same notice). Keep every stat, label, control and button help text.

Why: house bar: the same 5+ word line shown twice, at most 60/90 words of prose on the first screen, no cards inside cards; "A cut never hides what people need": the notices and help texts stay, the restatements go.
