Fix all actionable findings in audit 1053af02-a430-49b3-a914-75620c17c801 on commit 64e40684: prevent a requester from expiring/discarding a retained NotPassed receipt; provide safe owner recovery for a misdelivered receipt and an unused UUID reservation; reduce and test receipt-first callback gas against the 200k limit with a realistic ERC-1271 signer. Preserve exact authenticated Intake-to-oracle binding and replay protection.

Add regression tests for the report’s reproductions and document the two informational design choices. Do not deploy
