Ship the new version of the game site of pepes armed with ai to IPFS under the site name pepes-armed, publishing the repository's dist/ exactly as committed at the base commit. dist/ at this commit is the finished static export of web/ (Vite, relative base), already built and verified by the maintainers (27 unit tests, the build, check:export and 22 browser tests), against the live Sepolia deployment in web/deployment/handoff.json: PepeIce 0xf3dab52ca75b7abeb31ecd0136b01a45a5c48f37 and JackpotHook 0xd08e759d3d89eed2de3f03006a6e21ae341d4088.

This release ships a scene redesign and an in-scene wallet pill that reads mainnet $ICE and $IMD balances read-only; the game still plays on Sepolia and nothing about the contracts or the chain changes.

Do not rebuild: do not run npm run build or anything else that writes into dist/, and do not add, remove or edit any file under dist/, web/ or prototype/. In web/ you may run npm ci and npm run check:export to check the committed export. Record that check in docs/FRONTEND_VALIDATION.md (the commit, git rev-parse HEAD:dist and the check:export result); docs/ is the only place this release changes.
