One step on this project's site, the Sworn registry site (.imd/reads/project.md): implement items 1 to 8 below, rebuild and commit the static export in dist/ so the same site name serves the new version, then check the items. Change nothing else: addresses, chain, ABIs, layout and existing copy stay, except the labels item 7 names. Static as before: no server, key or analytics; tests use a fake EIP-1193 wallet and fake RPC and API answers; nothing is signed or sent. Decide, do not ask: a question blocks the job.

  1. While the connected wallet's tokenOf read is pending or failed, the mint step shows 'Reading your card…' or the retry text, never a mint offer.
  2. After a confirmed mint, fact request or shared fact request the dialog shows its result (the card and its number; 'request sent, the panel answers in a few minutes' with the feed), as a registration already does.
  3. The dialog shows only the price and fee destination of the action being paid.
  4. 'Read the contract README' links https://github.com/identity-md-launches/launch-2404-renderer-composer-registry/blob/c4ff3238390fc51962fb67e86affc20cf418126e/README.md.
  5. Do not change the pinned network.json; the site's test notes state why its read RPC list differs (measured 2026-10-21: publicnode first, then tenderly's public gateway, mevblocker/fast, thirdweb; drpc's free tier refuses log ranges over 10,000 blocks).
  6. The disclaimer checkbox is never restored from browser storage; after a reload the user ticks it again.
  7. Exactly these labels change and no other: 'Mint abandon' becomes 'Abandon request'; 'Mint apply' becomes 'Apply shared fact'; 'Prepared, see Transaction steps.' becomes 'Ready: confirm the steps in the dialog.'; 'Preparing…' becomes 'Checking…'.
  8. The oracle feed finds the oracle request of a pending request in this order: (a) exact: GET https://api.imdnotdead.fun/intake/1/, entries[].requestId equals the Registry request id and admission.result.requestId is the oracle request id; the browser may refuse it (no CORS header today): on any refusal or error go to (b) silently; (b) the OLDEST oracle request created at or after the request with consumer.verifyingContract = the Registry and the same questionHash, listed with /oracle/requests?q= for personal facts (the listing ignores consumer= and questionHash=, honours q, jobId and status; the default page holds the newest 100); (c) after delivery the Registry's Verified event names it: oracleRequestId is the UUID's 16 bytes left-aligned in the bytes32 (0x23474d49bf7c40e08dad41636c73ea84 followed by zeros = 23474d49-bf7c-40e0-8dad-41636c73ea84); the feed then shows that request and says so if it differs. The feed labels how it found the request: exact, matched, or confirmed by the Registry.

  3. Site content checkAgent #1906found 1 medium

Recorded one medium finding in .imd-findings.json. No critical or high hosting blockers found.

    ItemCheck and observation
1Held and failed wallet reads: showed reading/retry text without a mint offer, including during the second tokenOf read.
2Supplied confirmed receipts: mint showed its card and number; personal/shared requests showed the requested message and feed; registration retained its result.
3Opened all four payment dialogs: each showed its action’s price and destination.
4Inspected the rendered README link: exact required URL.
5Compared network files and read test notes: pinned configuration unchanged; notes explain the prescribed RPC order and dRPC range limit.
6Reloaded with legacy stored consent: checkbox unchecked and signing disabled.
7Compared labels with the previous accepted commit and exercised browser states: only the four requested replacements.
8Exact, oldest-match and Registry-confirmed discovery worked, including UUID decoding and correction text. Failure: after an exact match, subsequent Intake/detail errors bypass listing fallback and show “progress unavailable,” even with a healthy matching listing. Retry reproduces it.

The defect is at oracle-progress.mjs:155, shipped in dist/assets/index-BFd9_gy8.js.

Reviewed all 48 exported files and frontend source. A temporary rebuild matched dist/ byte for byte. Passed 61 unit/export checks, 40 Chromium route/viewport cases, and payment/feed suites using fake wallet, RPC and API responses.

Site files remain unchanged; only the findings file was written.

    • mediumA cached exact match prevents the required fallback after Intake/detail errorsweb/src/oracle-progress.mjs:155

Item 8(a) requires every Intake refusal or error to fall back silently to claimant-filtered matching. Once an exact result has been displayed, this return outside the try/catch retries the cached detail instead. If that detail is unavailable, it throws before step (b), and SwarmFeed clears the feed to 'progress unavailable' even when the listing and a matching request are healthy.

The same code is shipped in dist/assets/index-BFd9_gy8.js (line 1), rendered at dist/index.html#/claim in .swarm-request. This is an advisory functional defect, not a hosting safety blocker.

Reproduced in Chromium against the committed dist export using the fake EIP-1193 wallet 0x2000000000000000000000000000000000000001 and fake RPC only.

Return pending fact 601 with Registry request id 0x followed by a1 repeated 32 times, questionHash 0x followed by b1 repeated 32 times, requestedAt 1792600000, and TraitRequested transaction hash 0x followed by 66 repeated 32 times.

On the first poll, GET /intake/1/ returns {entries:[{requestId:,admission:{result:{requestId:'exact-request'}}}]} and /oracle/requests/exact-request returns a valid assessing panel; observe 'Oracle request: exact-request · exact'.

On subsequent polls, make Intake and /oracle/requests/exact-request return HTTP 503.

Keep /oracle/requests?q=0x2000000000000000000000000000000000000001 healthy with an oldest-match entry created at 2026-10-21T16:26:41.000Z, consumer.verifyingContract 0x0da2679000ea5380d1361cc3cca7d4e8c881f766, chainId 1, and the same questionHash; its detail has status assessing, panelSize 5, quorum 3, members [], agreement null.

Expected: silently reach listing fallback and show oldest-match · matched.

Actual: the only API reads are Intake and exact-request; the listing and oldest-match detail are never requested, and the feed displays 'progress unavailable' / 'Retry progress'.

      Repeated retries behave the same.

One high bug: after displaying an exact oracle request, a later Intake refusal and cached-detail failure bypass the required matching fallback. • highbug: a cached exact request bypasses the required fallback after API errorsweb/src/oracle-progress.mjs:155

Now: Once an exact result has been selected, a later Intake refusal enters this cached-detail branch. If that detail read fails, the exception escapes before the claimant-filtered listing is attempted, and the feed becomes “progress unavailable”.

Change to: Catch failures of the cached exact-detail lookup and continue into the existing /oracle/requests?q= matching path. Add a regression that first selects an exact result, then refuses Intake and its cached detail while leaving a valid fallback listing/detail available.

Why: Item 8(a) explicitly requires silently proceeding to 8(b) on any refusal or error; the current tests exercise failures only before an exact selection has been cached.

At 390×844, serve the committed dist/ and use a fake Ethereum EIP-1193 wallet 0x2000000000000000000000000000000000000001 with card #1 and pending personal fact 601.

      Supply Registry TraitRequested/pendingRequest with requestId = 0x followed by a1 repeated 32 times, questionHash = 0x followed by b1 repeated 32 times, requestedAt = 1792600000 and transactionHash = 0x followed by 66 repeated 32 times.

Initially return entries:[{requestId,admission:{result:{requestId:'exact-request'}}}] from GET /intake/1/, and a valid five-seat detail for exact-request; observe “Oracle request: exact-request · exact”.

On the next five-second poll, reject Intake fetch with TypeError('Failed to fetch') and return HTTP 503 for /oracle/requests/exact-request.

Keep GET /oracle/requests?q=0x2000000000000000000000000000000000000001 and /oracle/requests/oldest-match healthy, with oldest-match created at the requestedAt timestamp, the deployed Registry as consumer.verifyingContract and the same questionHash.

Expected: fallback requests occur and oldest-match is shown as matched.

Actual in both Chromium 156.0.8078.4 and WebKit 27.2: the failed phase requests only /oracle/requests/exact-request, makes zero listing requests, and the feed reads “601 / Swarmed / progress unavailable / Retry progress”.

      No signing calls occur.

  6. Site content checkAgent #1783found nothing

The one advisory finding from last round is fixed, and I found nothing new. The findings file holds an empty list.

    What I settled

The cached-exact-match defect at web/src/oracle-progress.mjs:156 is fixed. The retry of a cached exact detail now sits inside a try/catch that preserves caller cancellation and falls through to the claimant-filtered listing. The committed bundle in dist carries the same change.

    How I verified it

    • I reran my original reproduction in headless Chromium against the committed export using the author's follow-up test in web/tests/followup.mjs. The fake wallet 0x2000…0001, pending fact 601, the same request id, question hash, timestamp and transaction hash were used.
    • On the first poll the feed showed the exact request. After Intake was refused and the cached detail returned a synthesized 503, the site requested the claimant listing and the oldest-match detail, and the feed showed that request labelled "matched" with five seats and no "progress unavailable" state. A newer duplicate did not displace it.
    • All ten browser groups passed with no console, page or resource errors and no wallet signing calls. The nine unit tests in web/tests/swarm.test.mjs also passed, including five distinct cached-detail failure modes.

    Scope of the revision

I diffed the three bundles token-wise against the previous commit. The only semantic change is the try/catch fix. The other differences are chunk-hash renames in import paths, the manifest and the script tag in dist/index.html. No new scripts, hosts or assets were added, so nothing rises to a hosting blocker.

Dependencies and Chromium were installed into gitignored and home-cache locations only. The working tree is clean.

The reported cached-exact bug is fixed. With the original inputs at 390×844, Chromium 156 and WebKit 27.2 now recover from Intake refusal plus cached-detail HTTP 503 to “oldest-match · matched”. Both request the claimant-filtered listing, show five seats and make no signing calls.

    Each numbered requirement is met:

    1. Pending/failed card reads: claim.tsx withholds mint offers; held-read, failure and retry checks pass.
    2. Confirmed results: transactions.tsx shows the minted card/number or personal/shared request result and feed. Registration remains working.
    3. Action-specific payment details: conditional dialog summaries pass separate price/destination assertions.
    4. Pinned README: pages.tsx links the exact requested commit.
    5. Network preservation and rationale: pinned/network copies match; web/TEST-NOTES.md records the dated RPC order and dRPC range limit.
    6. Fresh disclaimer consent: consent initializes false and is omitted from storage; legacy ack:true reload checks pass.
    7. Four label replacements only: source-label comparison and export assertions pass.
    8. Oracle resolution: exact Intake, oldest claimant match, Registry UUID correction and provenance labels pass, including the repaired cached-detail fallback.

The committed 47-asset export matches its manifest. Chain, addresses and pinned ABI bytes/hashes match. Per-item test notes are present. Publication under the same site name remains after review.

Validation passed: 62 unit/export tests, ten Chromium follow-up groups and 40 route/viewport checks. WebKit completed ten functional groups, but its final clean-console assertion flagged mocked RPC CORS diagnostics; the independent regression passed. The two taste flags are preserved uppercase headings and monospace prose.

Sworn’s wallet-fact registry is carried by terminal typography, green status text and hive artwork.
