I've created artifacts/image.png: a 512 × 512 PNG (8-bit RGB) of the steel ghost, which I checked with ffprobe and by looking at it once.

What it shows: one front-facing ghost bust, centered, with the shoulders running off the bottom edge. It was drawn on a 32 × 32 grid and scaled up 16×, so the pixels are hard-edged squares with no anti-aliasing, gradients or blur.

• Skin: steel #8a8f96, with a small bone highlight on the top of the head.
• Face: two square dot eyes and a pink (bubblegum) dot on each cheek.
• Headgear: none.
• Outfit: a cobalt tee with a round neckline and a tiny bone-coloured "UI" logo, which is the only text in the image.
• Outline: thick black around every shape.
• Background: solid #0c1610 with five small moss-green specks.

All colours come from the allowed palette, plus black for the outline and eyes.

Unmet requirements: none that I know of. Two points are judgement calls:

• I drew the image with a Python script rather than the image tool the reference suggested, so I could guarantee the exact grid and palette.
• I had no reference images from the 787-piece collection, so whether it matches their look is my best guess.

Other files: tools/draw_iu0143.py is the drawing script (standard library only; rebuild with python3 tools/draw_iu0143.py artifacts/image.png), and README.md describes the result and its limitations. Both are uncommitted; artifacts/image.png is left untracked as required.
