I made the image and saved it at artifacts/image.png. It's a 512 × 512 PNG and uses 11 colours. I checked the size and format with Pillow and looked at the image myself.

What it shows: a cobalt (#6f7fe0) bear seen from the front, from the chest up and centered. It has black dot eyes, a bone-coloured muzzle with a black nose, and pink cheeks. It wears a steel helmet with a gold ridge and brim, and its ears stick out on either side. Below that is steel armor with navy bands, a gold collar trim and a gold chest emblem with a lagoon-coloured gem. The shoulders run off the bottom edge.

Style: I drew it by hand on a 32 × 32 grid and scaled it up 16 times with hard nearest-neighbour edges. Every shape has a thick black outline. The background is solid #0c1610 with six small green specks. There is no text or border, and every colour except the black outline comes from the allowed list.

Unmet requirements: none that I know of. I couldn't check that it matches the rest of the 787-piece set, because I had no other pieces to compare it with.

The script that draws the image is tools/draw_iu_0228.py, and artifacts/README.md records the size, format and those notes. Nothing is committed: artifacts/ stays untracked as required, and tools/ is also untracked for now.
