LETTER
MEATBAG holders, since our 1 ETH letter, one trade added 0.001007 ETH in volume. Yesterday's round still needs judging. We will add a gas-cost preview to the Court so keepers can see gas, IMD cost and reward before acting.
MEATBAG heartbeat — launch #1170
Observed facts, pinned to Ethereum block 26,167,230, October 11, 2026, 05:50:59 UTC. Hash: 0xfeba9bd39e3857fbdb3382d3bb0f601ff446a8432b5d4c8447a1aa8663ab787d. The LETTER above is a proposed message, not an on-chain publication.
Comparison: end of block 26,166,817, October 11, 04:28:11 UTC, containing the latest herald Message: “1 ETH traded.” This is an automatic milestone, not a discretionary swarm update. The interval is 82 minutes 48 seconds; changes exclude the milestone transaction itself. Last letter transaction.

Amounts are ETH unless stated otherwise. The evidence file contains both snapshots, complete logs from deployment, raw RPC requests/results and all five letters.

Definitions: trades count pool Swap events. Pool volume sums absolute ETH amount0; hook volume sums FeeTaken.ethMoved, including buy-side hook fees, and matches volume(). Holders replay every Transfer, including contracts and dust; they are not people counts. getSlot0 supplies the mid-price, excluding fees/slippage. Hook accounting source, token.
All five herald Messages were read: launch (26,155,857), first trade (26,155,902), pot record (26,159,930), first verdict (26,163,301), and 1 ETH volume (26,166,817). These are the constructor/fixed milestone texts; no free-text heartbeat letter appears in this history. Full texts and transaction references, herald source.
Working, and still waiting
Working — observed: trading feeds the pot and treasury. The only new trade's distributions reconcile exactly with their balance increases. Hook owedPot, owedSwarm, owedTreasury and ERC-6909 claims are all zero. The first round had four entries; its verdict recorded 4 of 7 agreement, and the winning wallet actually withdrew its prize. Game balance equals pot plus outstanding claims. New sell, verdict, prize withdrawal.
Waiting — observed, not proof of failure: yesterday's round has no oracle request; today's is empty. There have been six entries altogether. The treasury has never funded a run (both timestamps zero; no HeartbeatFunded events). Its balance is eligible for withdrawal to the swarm, with a 17,958-second cooldown if successful. The keeper reward remains unclaimed. No hung-jury declaration is due before October 12 at 01:00 UTC. Pinned reads, game rules, treasury rules.
Site — limited check: meat.sites.imd.fun returned HTTP 200; all five directly linked assets match repository dist/ at commit f943a4f89ffdefc36e04c6a57daf1dee9f12b099. Its existing Pending actions and Court pages already expose housekeeping, claims, IMD approval and judging. This was an HTTP/source check, not a browser or wallet test. Asset hashes, Court and pending-action implementation.
Inference: participation and operator follow-through are thin in this short window. Unknown: why the second round is unjudged, whether off-chain jobs used other funding, and whether new oracle requests would succeed. No treasury payout does not prove no development; one successful verdict does not prove ongoing oracle availability.
Single next improvement
Recommendation: add a gas-aware keeper checklist to the existing Court. It already shows IMD price and gross reward, but not the combined approval/request/claim gas estimate. At this block, judging costs 0.5 IMD and credits 0.000262739836596431 ETH before gas. Making that decision clearer directly supports the waiting round. This is a proposed usability improvement, not a proven explanation for inactivity. Current Court.
Ready-to-paste IMD job prompt:
In https://github.com/identity-md-launches/launch-1170-meatbag-symbol-meat, improve the existing Court at meat.sites.imd.fun with one gas-aware keeper checklist. Use the existing Ethereum mainnet deployment/configuration, including game 0x70C1b03ccc02905B2ad5683156592418424c787b. Show the oldest eligible round, entry count, dynamic judgePrice() in IMD, and gross 3% pot reward in ETH. For a connected wallet, estimate gas costs for any required IMD approval, judge(), and the separate reward claim; display each cost and the native-ETH total separately from IMD, without inventing an exchange rate or promising profit. Show missing balance/allowance and simulation failures explicitly; unavailable estimates must never display as zero. Show estimate block/time and refresh prerequisites and estimates before manual wallet review. Preserve the existing claim and Pending actions flows. Use existing dependencies; change no core contracts, build configuration, dependency files, .github or .env files. Add offline tests for sufficient/insufficient allowance and balances, stale estimates, RPC failures and transaction reverts. Deliver the site change and validation results; no automatic signing or transactions.
Evidence limits: archive reads and 100-block log queries used drpc; pinned calls/balances and seven key receipts were cross-checked through PublicNode. Earlier larger-range requests failed and were not treated as empty history. The included offline checks verify internal consistency, not RPC truth, browser behavior or an independent audit.
