    • Met: “A website showing the top tweets about identity MD” — eight linked, labeled post summaries with editorial ranking in src/data.ts and src/App.tsx.
    • Met: “dark green” — palette in src/styles.css:11.
    • Met: “a theme of pepes armed with AI” — public/assets/pepe-squad.webp, displayed in the hero.

The visual idea is an Identity.md feed set in a dark green pond, illustrated by Pepes equipped with AI terminals and a drone.

    Four findings were recorded:

    • High — fidelity: The first phone screen hides the posts. The first title starts at y=899 and “Read on X” at y=1096. Moving the hero below the feed and removing its introductory slogan brings the reading action inside the screen.
    • Medium — bug: @taylor_ returns zero results while taylor_ returns one. Include the displayed @ prefix in searchable handles.
    • Medium — taste: Five slogan blocks compete with the feed. Keep one product-specific introduction and remove the redundant lines.
    • Medium — bug: og:image contains a relative path. Use the deployed image’s absolute HTTPS URL, as required by Open Graph’s URL type.

Local interactions were checked in Chromium and WebKit. The probe’s avatar-overlap failure is intentional decoration. External X pages could not load; public unfurling remains untested.

Exact source citations, changes, and reproductions are in .imd-findings.json. Website files are unchanged.

    • highfidelity: the first phone screen hides every tweet and its reading actionsrc/styles.css:323

Now: At 390 × 844 the opening screen ends inside the first card’s decorative header; no post title, summary, or Read on X action is visible. The hero and introduction/control stack consume the screen.

Change to: On phones, place the existing hero after .content-grid and before the footer, and delete the redundant feed-heading slogan so its space closes. One existing-layout implementation in the max-width:720px rule is .main-content { display:flex; flex-direction:column; }, .hero { order:1; margin-block-start:24px; }, .page-footer { order:2; }. Preserve the artwork, edition disclosure, search, filters, and post controls. A browser-only trial of this order plus removal of the slogan moves the first Read on X bottom from 1139.5px to 832.8px.

Why: The brief asks for a website showing top tweets; the supplied first-screen criterion requires the posts themselves and their main action to be visible, rather than only a description and a jump link.

Serve dist and open / at 390 × 844 in Chromium with an empty hash and scrollY = 0.

The taste@1 390.png screenshot ends inside the first card’s decorative header.

      Measured document y positions: first h3 = 898.5px, summary = 927.9px, Read on X = 1095.5px (44px high).

Expected: a readable tweet summary and its reading action without scrolling; actual: all are below the 844px fold.

Repeated at 390 × 844 in WebKit: first title y=920.9px and Read on X y=1117.9px, also below the fold.

    • mediumtaste: five slogan lines compete with the feedsrc/App.tsx:122

Now: The feed dashboard repeats its pitch in five rhythmic slogan blocks, plus Welcome to the pond and the amphibious hero caption. None helps the visitor choose a post; Good signal. Great company. could describe many unrelated products.

Change to: Replace the hero heading with Tweets from the AI pond. and its supporting line with A collection of posts about Identity.md and its AI-powered Pepe community. Keep the mint highlight on AI pond. Delete the hero note, hero caption, the feed-heading slogan, the Small collection. Big ideas. paragraph, and .pond-stamp. Let the feed controls and statistics rise into the removed paragraphs’ space; keep the bottom utility links anchored without reserving the stamp’s height.

Why: This page is a feed for finding and reading posts. The copy bar requires headings that name the task and rejects four or more slogan lines; retain one product-specific introduction and the existing Pepe illustration.

Open the default feed at 1440 × 900 and inspect the hero, sidebar, feed heading, and right-hand statistics panel. taste@1 slogans fails with 5 two-beat lines: Good signal.

      Great company.; Worth a read.

      Worth a thought.

      Worth a bookmark.; Small collection.

Big ideas.; A little less noise.

A little more signal.; Human curiosity.

      Artificial intelligence.

      Very real Pepes.

All five are visible in the 1440.png opening screenshot.

Expected at most three, with task-led feed copy; actual five compete across the opening layout.

    • mediumbug: the advertised @handle search returns no matching authorssrc/data.ts:92

Now: The search placeholder invites an @handle and author labels include @, but the searchable string stores bare handles. Every @-prefixed handle produces the empty state even when that author has posts.

Change to: Include @${post.handle} in the searchable string in selectPosts, preserving bare-handle substring searches and the existing topic/saved predicates. Keep the placeholder because handle search is useful.

Why: A visitor following the input’s exact instruction must be able to find the visible author; the current empty state incorrectly implies no matching posts exist.

At 390 × 844 in Chromium and WebKit, open the default feed with All posts selected.

Enter taylor_ in Search the feed: 1 post.

Replace it with @taylor_: 0 posts and the empty state.

Repeat nftgothsa versus @nftgothsa: 3 versus 0 posts. @surfcoderepeat also returns 0 despite two stored posts.

Expected equal results with or without the displayed @ prefix.

      Source src/data.ts:92 concatenates post.handle without @, while src/App.tsx:142 explicitly suggests an @handle.

    • mediumbug: the share image metadata contains a relative path instead of an image URLindex.html:12

Now: og:image is ./assets/pond-social.jpg in both source and exported HTML. The image file exists, but the metadata supplies neither a protocol nor a host; twitter:card relies on the same image metadata.

Change to: Set og:image in the static HTML to the absolute HTTPS URL of the existing pond-social.jpg on the final public host, including the deployment subpath, then regenerate the export. Do this in the served HTML rather than only through client-side JavaScript.

Why: Open Graph defines image values as HTTP(S) URLs (https://ogp.me/#types). The share probe only checks that content is nonempty, so its pass does not validate this value; relative paths require crawler-specific repair and do not satisfy the protocol.

At 390px or 1440px, serve dist and open the page, then evaluate const image = document.querySelector('meta[property="og:image"]').content; [image, URL.canParse(image)].

The result is ["./assets/pond-social.jpg", false]; new URL(image) throws TypeError.

Inspect dist/index.html to confirm the same raw value is sent before JavaScript.

Expected an independently parseable https:// image URL under the Open Graph URL type; actual a relative path.

The local asset resolves with the page URL as a base, so the defect is metadata format rather than a missing image.

      Public-platform unfurling was not tested.

  4. Build websiteAgent #62514 files changed

Fixed mobile feed visibility, repetitive copy, and @handle search. Rebuilt dist/ and updated documentation and .imd-responses.json.

Build, typecheck, and all 30 interaction checks pass. Deliverable size: 2.97 MB.

Absolute share-image metadata remains pending the final public host; site.config.json now supports configuring it.

    • Met — “A website showing the top tweets about identity MD”: eight sourced summaries, editorial “Top picks,” sorting and original-post links in data.ts and the feed.
    • Met — “dark green”: the page and surface palette in styles.css.
    • Met — “a theme of pepes armed with AI”: the retained illustration shows tactical Pepes with terminals and a drone, rendered by App.tsx.

The site is an Identity.md reading feed carried by a dark forest illustration of AI-equipped Pepes.

    Three prior findings are fixed:

    • Fidelity, mobile first screen: at 390 × 844, the summary ends at 710.75px and the complete reading action at 816.75px; hit-testing passes.
    • Taste, competing slogans: all five reported blocks are removed; the slogans probe passes.
    • Bug, handle search: bare and @-prefixed handles return identical 1, 3 and 2 results. Topic filtering, saved filtering and breakpoint resizing also pass.

Medium bug: the delivered share image metadata still uses a relative path. At 390 × 844, og:image remains ./assets/pond-social.jpg, and URL.canParse(image) returns false. The author’s explanation holds: the actual deployment URL is unknown. The new configuration supports a future fix, but the shipped HTML remains unchanged. Once that URL is supplied, regenerate the export with the absolute image URL required by the Open Graph URL definition. Public-platform unfurling remains untested.

The probe’s sole flag concerns overlapping decorative avatar circles; measured letters do not overlap, so no finding was added. The probe used a local HTTP transport adapter. WebKit was unavailable.

Saved one medium finding, zero high findings in .imd-findings.json. Website files are unchanged.

    • mediumbug: the delivered share image metadata still uses a relative pathindex.html:12

Now: The revised export still sends og:image="./assets/pond-social.jpg". The new build-time publicUrl option provides a way to fix it, but its delivered value is null, so the previous metadata-format issue remains. The author correctly states that no final deployment host was supplied.

Change to: When the publisher supplies the real HTTPS deployment directory, use the existing publicUrl build input and regenerate the export so the raw served og:image contains that directory plus assets/pond-social.jpg, including any subpath. Do not invent a host; retain this as an unresolved publishing prerequisite.

Why: Open Graph image metadata uses an HTTP(S) URL (https://ogp.me/#types). A relative reference needs crawler-specific resolution; adding an unused configuration option does not change the HTML crawlers receive. This is the previous advisory finding, not a new or high-severity defect.

At 390 × 844 in Chromium, serve the delivered dist directory with python3 -m http.server 4173 --bind 127.0.0.1 --directory dist and open http://127.0.0.1:4173/ with an empty hash.

      Evaluate const image = document.querySelector('meta[property="og:image"]').content; [image, URL.canParse(image)].

Actual: ["./assets/pond-social.jpg", false]; new URL(image) throws TypeError.

Inspect dist/index.html: it sends the same relative value before JavaScript. site.config.json has publicUrl: null, and vite.config.ts:7 returns the relative fallback for that value, exactly as the author describes for portable mode.

Expected for publication: a standalone absolute HTTPS image URL on the real deployment host.

The local image exists; taste@1 share passes because it checks presence only.

      Public-platform unfurling was not tested.
