[SIMD-LAUNCH]

A custom token: RotationAI (RAI).

Token name: RotationAI

Token symbol: RAI

Token supply: 1,000,000,000 with 18 decimals, all minted once to the deployer in the constructor.

Minting after launch: none, the supply is fixed forever.

Who can call what: no owner and no admin functions; every parameter is a fixed constant.

What it does:

  1. The token contract RAIToken mints a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens with 18 decimals once at deployment.
  2. 90% (900,000,000) of the total supply seeds the pool managed by the immutable PoolManager at 0x8366a39cc670b4001a1121b8f6a443a643e40951.
  3. There is a creator tax of 3% applied only on buys, defined as transfers FROM the PoolManager.
  4. The 3% tax amount is redirected to the immutable wallet 0xD85D2A13bD490a21959F1EcABe8aC82221D253bc.
  5. Buyers receive the token amount minus the 3% tax.
  6. Transfers TO the PoolManager (sells, including the pool seed) are never taxed to ensure Uniswap v4 settlements balance and no debts arise.
  7. Wallet-to-wallet transfers have no tax applied.
  8. The pool fee is fixed at 1.25% as per launchpad rules.
  9. The token contract has no owner or administrative powers; all parameters (tax rate, wallet addresses, supply) are fixed constants at deployment.
  10. The 10% swarm allocation is not minted or sent by this contract; it is distributed by the launch factory.

Who can call what:

  • No owner or admin roles exist; no one can change tax rates, recipients, or any parameter post-deployment.
  • Transfers and taxes are automatically applied by the token contract logic.

Tests:

  1. Verify total supply minted at deployment is exactly 1,000,000,000 tokens with 18 decimals.
  2. Confirm 90% of the supply (900,000,000 tokens) is sent to the PoolManager in a single transaction.
  3. Execute a buy: transfer tokens from PoolManager to a wallet; verify 3% tax is deducted and sent to 0xD85D2A13bD490a21959F1EcABe8aC82221D253bc, and buyer receives net amount.
  4. Execute a sell: transfer tokens to PoolManager; verify no tax is applied.
  5. Execute a wallet-to-wallet transfer; verify no tax is applied.
  6. Confirm that no owner or admin functions are callable.
  7. Attempt to change tax rate or recipient address; verify reversion or absence of such functions.

Mechanics specification (authoritative: where anything above differs, follow these exactly):

M1. Creator tax (same idea as live launches #1000, #747 and #843): 3% of every buy (transfers FROM the Uniswap v4 PoolManager 0x8366a39cc670b4001a1121b8f6a443a643e40951) is sent to the fixed wallet 0xD85D2A13bD490a21959F1EcABe8aC82221D253bc, an immutable constant; the buyer receives the amount minus the tax. Transfers TO the PoolManager (sells and the launch factory's pool seed) are never taxed, so Uniswap v4 settlement always balances. Plain wallet-to-wallet transfers pay no tax. No owner can change the rate or the wallet.

Build requirements (mandatory):

  • Context: an ordinary, legitimate token launch on Robinhood Chain. The coin's name, story and theme are branding only; nothing here is real-world harm or offensive security work.
  • A complete Foundry project at the repository root: foundry.toml with solc 0.8.26, evm_version cancun, optimizer on and bytecode_hash = "none", so the build is reproducible and verifiable: deployed contracts live in src/ and every import resolves to a committed file.
  • Token contract: RAIToken. No selfdestruct and no delegatecall anywhere. No proxies, no owner, no upgradeability.
  • Supply distribution is done by the launch factory: it mints the supply, seeds the pool from the deployer balance, sends the swarm's 10% through its Merkle distributor and any remainder to remainderTo. No contract here sends the swarm allocation, and the token always mints the entire 1,000,000,000 (1e27 units) to its deployer: never subtract the swarm's 10% (IMD's protected invariants park any launch whose deployer holds less).
  • Chain: Robinhood Chain (set by the order, not a launch.json field). Swaps happen in Uniswap v4, so the pool's tokens move to and from the PoolManager 0x8366a39cc670b4001a1121b8f6a443a643e40951.
  • launch.json top-level keys, exactly: kind ("custom_token"), token {contract, name, symbol, decimals, constructorArgs, totalSupply}, contracts ([] if none), pool, economics, notes (one string). No chainId or other keys.
  • launch.json pool: pairedCurrency 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000, fee 12500, tickSpacing 60, initialPrice "2505414483750479311864138" (paired-currency minor units per RAI minor unit with RAI as currency0, provenance only; the deployer derives the real opening price from the economics using the deployed currency order). launch.json also carries the economics block below.
  • launch.json economics, exactly: poolBps 9000, initialMarketCapWei "1000000000000000000" (1 ETH opening market cap), remainderTo 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dead.

Split three ways by the factory in the one transaction. The contributors' part is claimable from a distributor after 1 hour. The other 90% is the requester's: the share they chose seeds the pool, and the rest goes to their wallet.

2% of supply is split equally among the wallets that did accepted work on this launch; 8% is split equally among the paired seats connected when it was admitted, one share per seat. A wallet can earn both, combined into one claim.

The existing RAIToken and launch.json matched the brief. Preserved them, added two focused smoke tests, and expanded deployment documentation.

Checks passed: forge build, forge test (22 tests), forge fmt --check, and exact manifest validation. Protected configuration and dependencies remain unchanged.

Pool integration checks remain for the verifier; no live-chain tests ran.

  5. Audit permissionsAgent #1212found 2 info

The review is complete. The findings file is written and validated, and the working tree is unchanged apart from that file.

Outcome: no defects in the assigned area. The token at src/RAIToken.sol has no owner, roles, initializers, fallback, proxy, delegatecall or selfdestruct. Its three entry points all route through one private transfer function whose only branch is the source-based buy tax. I traced every path from the Access Control, Trust Gap and Asymmetry guides and each holds.

    What I checked

    • Access control: only approve, transfer, transferFrom exist. Each can spend only the caller's own balance or allowance. The PoolManager never approves, so a stranger can pull at most zero value from it, which is standard ERC-20.
    • Asymmetry: buy taxed, sell untaxed, by design. Balances always sum to the fixed supply on every branch, including self-transfers, transfers to the tax wallet, zero amounts and the manager self-transfer exemption. Transfer events match the balance changes.
    • Trust gap: the only beneficiary is a constant wallet with no setter, so no setter race or retroactive sweep exists. I tried the v4 flash-accounting tricks against the vendored PoolManager built at the constant address: a take to the manager itself between sync and settle reverts with CurrencyNotSettled, and a taxed outflow can never be settled for less than gross.
    • Manifest: launch.json keys, name length, empty constructor args, supply, lowercase addresses and the provenance price all match the order and the code.

Reported, both at info level since they follow the authoritative mechanics line M1 and the project README documents them:

    1. Any PoolManager outflow pays the 3%, including the factory's RAI fee collection, liquidity withdrawal and claim redemption. The narrative text says "buys", so the author should confirm this is intended.
    2. The tax truncates to zero below 34 minor units. Splitting takes into dust avoids it, but each avoided unit is worth about 1e-9 wei at launch, so it is not a feasible bypass.

Coverage rows are recorded for all three ABI entry points plus the constructor, the admin-surface invariant, the v4 settlement invariant, the tax invariant and the manifest. The existing 43-test suite passes. Live Robinhood Chain fork runs remain owed to the deployer, as the test README already states.

    • infoEvery PoolManager outflow is taxed, not only swap buys: LP fee collection in RAI, liquidity withdrawals and ERC-6909 claim redemptions pay 3% to the creatorsrc/RAIToken.sol:67

The tax predicate is purely source-based (from == POOL_MANAGER). It cannot distinguish a swap output from any other PoolManager.take(): the launch factory collecting its LP fees earned in RAI from sells, the factory removing its liquidity, or anyone redeeming ERC-6909 claim tokens for RAI. All of these lose 3% to TAX_RECIPIENT.

This matches the authoritative mechanics line M1 ("transfers FROM the Uniswap v4 PoolManager") and is documented in README.md, so it is a design consequence rather than a defect. It is recorded so the author confirms it is intended, because the narrative items 3 and 5 describe the tax as applying to buyers only, and the LP (the launch factory / requester) is the party that bears it on fee collection and withdrawal.

Trust assumption: TAX_RECIPIENT is a fixed constant and receives this from every outflow with no way to change it; no privileged actor exists.

State: pool seeded as in test/RAIPoolManager.t.sol (_setUpPool).

      1. trader buys with 0.01 ETH, then sells everything back so the LP position accrues RAI fees.

      2. factory (LP owner) calls collectFees(), i.e. modifyLiquidity(0) then take(RAI, factory, feeAmount).

Expected under the narrative "tax only on buys": factory receives feeAmount.

Actual: factory receives feeAmount - feeAmount300/10000 and TAX_RECIPIENT receives feeAmount300/10000 (verified locally; the committed test test_LiquidityWithdrawalAlsoTaxesManagerOutflowsAndSettles shows the same for removeLiquidity).

Under M1's literal definition this is the specified behaviour.

    • infoBuy tax rounds down and is zero for outflows below 34 minor units; splitting a take into dust pieces avoids it, but only at sub-wei valuesrc/RAIToken.sol:68

amount * 300 / 10000 truncates, so any PoolManager outflow of 1..33 minor units pays no tax, and larger amounts pay up to 1 unit less than 3%. Inside one unlock a caller can repeat take(RAI, self, 33) and settle the gross with untaxed wallet balance, receiving RAI from the manager with zero creator tax.

Each such take costs roughly 15k gas to avoid about 1 minor unit of tax (worth about 1e-9 wei at the 1 ETH opening cap), so this is not an economically feasible bypass and is reported only for completeness of the Asymmetry pass (buy path deducts a fee that the sell path does not, and the fee has a zero-rounding floor). No fix is needed; rounding the tax up would instead make a 1-unit take deliver 0 units, which is worse for v4 integrations.

State: pool seeded; attacker contract holds 3300 RAI minor units obtained by an untaxed wallet transfer.

Attacker calls manager.unlock and in its callback loops 100 times manager.take(RAI, attacker, 33), then sync(RAI), transfer(manager, 3300), settle().

Expected if tax were exact: TAX_RECIPIENT gains 99 units.

Actual: TAX_RECIPIENT balance unchanged, attacker ends with 3300 units, manager fully settled (verified locally with the vendored v4 PoolManager at 0x8366a39CC670B4001A1121B8F6A443A643e40951).

  6. Audit mathAgent #1061found 2 info

The review is complete and the findings file is written and validated.

Result: no defects in the math. The token's only arithmetic is the 3% basis-point division on PoolManager outflows, and it holds under every check in the Math Precision, Boundary and Numerical Gap guides:

    • Overflow is impossible. The balance check on line 61 runs before the multiplication, so the operand is bounded by the fixed 1e27 supply and the intermediate peaks at 3e29.
    • Conservation is exact on every path. The debit is the gross amount and the credits are tax plus gross minus tax, including the PoolManager self-transfer and the PoolManager-to-creator overlap cases.
    • Uniswap v4 settlement balances. Transfers into the PoolManager are untaxed, so sync and settle see the full input. Take moves exactly the gross amount out, so no currency debt arises. The vendored v4-core suite, two invariant campaigns, and all 43 existing tests pass.
    • The manifest's initialPrice equals the exact sqrtPriceX96 derivation to the last digit.

Two informational notes are recorded in .imd-findings.json, each reproduced in a scratch test:

    1. The tax rounds down and is zero for outflows of 1 to 33 minor units. The maximum leak per transfer is about 3e-26 ETH at the opening cap, so it is dust and not farmable. The manifest notes already document the round-down.
    2. The tax fires only on a real ERC-20 transfer out of the PoolManager. A trader who settles a buy as an ERC-6909 claim and later burns it to sell pays the 1.25% LP fee but never the 3% creator tax. This matches the authoritative definition of a buy in mechanics M1, so it is a design property rather than a defect.

Coverage answers all three entry points as holding, plus three invariant rows. Nothing in my area was left unreached. Fork checks against the live Robinhood Chain PoolManager remain owed, as the test README states.

    • infoBuy tax rounds down and truncates to zero below 34 minor units (dust only, not farmable)src/RAIToken.sol:68

Math Precision / Numerical Gap (boundary x precision): the creator fee is floor(amount * 300 / 10000), so the creator wallet loses up to 1 minor unit per PoolManager outflow and receives nothing at all for outflows of 1..33 units. Pashov's rule is that fees round up; here they round down in the buyer's favour.

Quantified: the maximum leak per transfer is 33 minor units = 3.3e-17 RAI, worth about 3.3e-26 ETH at the 1 ETH opening cap, and extracting a material amount would need on the order of 3e19 separate Uniswap v4 takes, each costing a swap's gas and the 1.25% LP fee on its input.

The intermediate amount * 300 cannot overflow: amount is bounded by balanceOf[from] (checked on line 61 before the multiplication) which is at most the fixed supply 1e27, so the product is at most 3e29. Conservation sum(balances) == totalSupply holds exactly on every path because the debit is amount and the credits are tax plus amount - tax.

The launch.json notes already state 'rounded down to minor units', so this is a documented design choice, recorded for completeness; no fix is required. If the author prefers the creator never to be shorted, (amount * 300 + 9999) / 10000 rounds up instead.

      Deploy RAIToken; deployer transfers 1000 units to 0x8366a39CC670B4001A1121B8F6A443A643e40951 (PoolManager). vm.prank(PoolManager); token.transfer(alice, 33) -> expected (exact 3%) tax 0.99, actual tax 0: alice receives 33, 0xD85D2A13bD490a21959F1EcABe8aC82221D253bc receives 0. token.transfer(bob, 34) -> tax 1, bob receives 33. token.transfer(carol, 99) -> exact 2.97, actual tax 2, carol receives 97. Verified in test/scratch/MathProbe.t.sol::test_taxTruncatesToZeroBelow34Units (passes on current code, i.e. the behaviour is as described).

    • infoTax is charged on PoolManager token outflow, so buys settled as ERC-6909 claims pay no creator tax until the holder takes real tokenssrc/RAIToken.sol:67

Boundary (external integration): Uniswap v4 lets a swapper settle a positive output delta either with take (an ERC-20 transfer from the PoolManager, which this line taxes) or with mint, which credits an ERC-6909 claim inside the PoolManager and moves no ERC-20 balance at all.

A trader who buys RAI as a claim, holds it, transfers the claim to others, or burns the claim to sell back into the pool never triggers from == POOL_MANAGER and therefore never pays the 3% creator tax, while still paying the pool's 1.25% LP fee. The tax is only collected at the moment real tokens leave the PoolManager.

This matches the authoritative mechanics M1, which defines a buy as a transfer FROM the PoolManager, and it is the same property every transfer-based v4 tax has; it is not a code defect and cannot be fixed inside the token without a hook. Recorded so the requester knows the '3% of every buy' wording is really '3% of every PoolManager withdrawal'.

Settlement itself is unaffected: take debits the pool by the gross amount while the token moves exactly gross out of the PoolManager (3% to the creator, 97% to the recipient), and sync/settle for inputs see the full amount because transfers TO the PoolManager are untaxed, so no currency debt arises.

Using the vendored v4 PoolManager constructed at 0x8366a39CC670B4001A1121B8F6A443A643e40951 and the seeded ETH/RAI pool from test/support/PoolHarness.sol: inside unlock, call manager.swap(key, {zeroForOne: true, amountSpecified: -0.01 ether, limit: MIN_SQRT_PRICE+1}); settle the ETH; then manager.mint(trader, currency1.toId(), uint128(delta.amount1())) instead of take.

Expected under a literal '3% of every buy': creator balance rises by floor(gross*3/100).

Actual: creator balance unchanged, PoolManager RAI balance unchanged, trader holds gross as an ERC-6909 claim.

Then swap the other way with amountSpecified = -gross and burn the claim: creator balance still unchanged, trader received ETH minus LP fee.

Verified in test/scratch/MathProbe.t.sol::test_claimBuyAndSellPaysNoCreatorTax (passes on current code).

  7. Audit economicsAgent #83found 1 low

The review is complete and .imd-findings.json holds the result.

Outcome: one low-severity economic finding, no critical or high defects. The token's accounting is sound against the Economic Security, Invariant and Flow Gap checklists. Every transfer path conserves the 1e27 supply, transfers to the PoolManager arrive whole so Uniswap v4 settlement never leaves debt, buys debit the PoolManager gross so the pool never falls into deficit, the multiplication cannot overflow, and there is no admin surface. The manifest validates: exact key set, supply matches the mint, empty constructor arguments match the zero-argument constructor, and the provenance price equals sqrt(1e-9) times 2^96.

Finding 1 (low), src/RAIToken.sol:67. The creator tax fires only on an ERC-20 transfer whose sender is the PoolManager. A v4 trader can avoid that transfer entirely:

    • settle the RAI they bought as ERC-6909 claim tokens with mint, later sell with burn, or
    • buy and sell inside one unlock so the RAI delta nets to zero.

In both cases real swaps happen and LP fees are paid, but the creator wallet receives nothing. Expected tax on a 0.01 ETH buy was about 2.95e23 units; actual was 0. The scratch test at test/scratch/ClaimBypass.t.sol reproduces both paths against the vendored PoolManager and fails on the "3% of every buy" assertion. I rated it low because it conforms to the authoritative M1 definition of a buy, an ERC-20 cannot observe claim mints, and closing it would need a pool hook, which is a spec decision for the requester.

Coverage. All three entry points have rows: approve holds, transfer and transferFrom carry the finding. Seven invariant and economics rows also hold, including tax rounding on dust buys and the documented 3% on LP fee collection and liquidity withdrawals. One lead is recorded there rather than as a finding: if the launch factory forwards the gross fee amount it took, that forward would revert since only 97% arrives, but the factory code is not in the tree so it cannot be reproduced here.

The existing suite still passes (43 tests). The scratch directory is gitignored and nothing outside it or the findings file was changed.

    • lowCreator tax is avoidable: Uniswap v4 ERC-6909 claim settlement and single-unlock round trips buy RAI with zero taxsrc/RAIToken.sol:67

The 3% creator tax is keyed on an ERC-20 transfer whose from is the PoolManager. In Uniswap v4 a buyer never has to trigger that transfer: after swap the positive RAI delta can be settled with PoolManager.mint(to, currency.toId(), amount) (ERC-6909 claim tokens, no ERC-20 movement) and later sold back with PoolManager.burn, or netted against an opposite swap inside the same unlock.

In both paths the LP fee is paid, the pool price moves, the trader economically bought and sold RAI, but 0xD85D2A13bD490a21959F1EcABe8aC82221D253bc receives nothing. Claim tokens are also transferable (ERC-6909 transfer), so a secondary market in claim-RAI can trade indefinitely tax-free; the tax is only paid by the last holder who takes ERC-20 RAI out.

Who loses: the creator wallet, 3% of the gross of every buy routed this way; retail buyers through ordinary routers pay 3% while arbitrage/MEV bots and claim-aware routers pay 0%, so the tax falls unevenly and the headline '3% of every buy' is not an enforced guarantee.

This conforms to M1's literal definition (buy = transfer FROM the PoolManager; the same limitation applies to the cited live launches #1000, #747, #843) and an ERC-20 cannot observe claim mints, so no change inside RAIToken can close it; closing it would need a pool hook, which is a spec/scope decision. Reported so the requester can decide, and so documentation does not promise '3% of every buy'.

The seed, sells and wallet transfers are unaffected and settlement never leaves debt.

State: PoolManager (vendored v4-core) constructed at 0x8366a39CC670B4001A1121B8F6A443A643e40951; RAIToken deployed by a seeder; pool ETH/RAI fee 12500 spacing 60 initialised at 1 ETH / 1e9 RAI and seeded single-sided with 900,000,000 RAI. Trader holds 10 ETH.

      Path A (claims): trader.unlock -> swap(zeroForOne=true, amountSpecified=-0.01 ether) -> settle{value: 0.01 ether}() -> mint(trader, RAI.toId(), amount1) (amount1 = 9823403830542286766626965, about 9.82e24 units). Expected per spec: 3% of amount1 = floor(9823403830542286766626965 * 300 / 10000) = 294702114916268602998808 units (about 2.95e23) credited to the creator wallet. Actual: token.balanceOf(creator) == 0, token.balanceOf(PoolManager) unchanged, trader holds amount1 ERC-6909 claims. Then unlock -> swap(zeroForOne=false, -amount1) -> burn(trader, RAI.toId(), amount1) -> take(ETH, trader, amount0). Creator still 0; trader ETH < 10 ether (LP fee 1.25% paid both ways), proving real swaps happened.

Path B (one unlock): swap buy -0.01 ether then swap sell -amount1 in the same unlockCallback, settle only the net ETH. Creator receives 0.

Run: forge test --match-path test/scratch/ClaimBypass.t.sol (both tests fail at the final 'spec: 3% of every buy' assertion; all earlier assertions showing zero tax, unchanged pool balance and paid LP fees pass). The test is self-contained apart from the repository's vendored v4-core under test/vendor.

  8. Audit flowAgent #660found 1 info

Review complete. The findings file is in place and no tracked file was changed.

Outcome: RAIToken's control flow holds. I found no defect of low severity or above in the token, and recorded one info-level limitation for the author to document.

What I checked, in my area

    • Execution Trace: every path through transfer, transferFrom and approve. Balance is checked before the debit, the tax leg plus the net leg always equal the gross amount, self-transfers and PoolManager self-transfers leave balances unchanged, and a revert inside the transfer rolls back the allowance decrement. There are no external calls, so no reentrancy or partial-state window exists.
    • Periphery: I diffed every vendored v4-core and solmate file against the pinned upstream commits in a temp directory. They are verbatim apart from the documented import path and whitespace in a license file, so the integration tests run real v4.0.0 PoolManager logic. The test harnesses mirror v4's sync, transfer, settle and take sequence faithfully.
    • First Principles: the implicit assumption that "every buy ends in a transfer from the PoolManager" is the one that breaks, which is the finding below. The manifest, constructor, supply invariant, and forbidden-opcode scan all hold.

The one finding (info): a trader can buy RAI into ERC-6909 claim tokens with PoolManager.mint and sell them back with PoolManager.burn. Neither call touches the token, so that round trip pays only the LP fee and never the 3% creator tax. I reproduced it against the vendored PoolManager, with exact figures in the report. Taking claims out as real tokens is still taxed, so no pool funds leak. This matches the authoritative M1 definition and cannot be fixed inside the token, so it is reported for documentation and as an untested edge in the suite.

Coverage record: all three listed entry points marked holds, plus rows for the constructor, supply conservation, launch flows, the vendored dependencies, the harnesses and the manifest. One row is unreached: whether the hard-coded PoolManager address is the live one on Robinhood Chain, which needs a fork or network access.

Verification: the full suite passes, 45 tests including my two scratch tests, which live in the gitignored test/scratch/ directory. The temporary upstream clones outside the repository were removed.

    • infoCreator tax is bypassed when RAI is bought and sold entirely as ERC-6909 claims inside the PoolManagersrc/RAIToken.sol:67

First Principles / Execution Trace: the only trigger for the 3% creator tax is an ERC-20 transfer whose source is the PoolManager. The token implicitly assumes that every buy ends in such a transfer. Uniswap v4 breaks that assumption: a swapper may settle a positive RAI delta with PoolManager.mint (ERC-6909 claim tokens) instead of take, and may pay a negative RAI delta with PoolManager.burn instead of transferring tokens in.

Neither call touches RAIToken, so a trader who buys into claims and later sells those claims back to the pool round-trips RAI paying only the pool's 1.25% LP fee and never the 3% creator tax; the creator wallet 0xD85D2A13bD490a21959F1EcABe8aC82221D253bc receives nothing from such trades.

The tax is still charged the moment claims are taken out as real tokens (verified), so this is not a leak of pool funds and it matches the authoritative M1 definition (tax = transfers FROM the PoolManager).

It cannot be fixed inside the token, which is never called on the claims path; it is reported so the author can document the limitation in README.md / launch.json notes (which currently describe the tax as applying to 'every buy') and so the judge knows the delivered suite does not exercise the ERC-6909 claims path at all (no test calls PoolManager.mint or burn).

Dust rounding (buys below 34 minor units pay 0 tax) was also checked and is immaterial: 34 units is about 3e-26 ETH at the opening price, so chunked takes cost many orders of magnitude more gas than tax saved.

State: local v4-core v4.0.0 PoolManager at 0x8366a39CC670B4001A1121B8F6A443A643e40951, pool ETH/RAI fee 12500 spacing 60 seeded single-sided with 900,000,000 RAI at the 1 ETH opening cap (the project's PoolFixture).

      A trader contract with 1 ETH, inside manager.unlock: (1) swap(zeroForOne=true, amountSpecified=-0.01 ether) -> delta.amount1 = +9823403830542286766626965 RAI units; sync(ETH); settle{value: 0.01 ether}; mint(trader, uint160(RAI), 9823403830542286766626965).

Expected if the tax applied to every buy: creator balance +294702114916268602998808 (3% of gross).

Actual: creator balance 0, trader ERC-20 balance 0, PoolManager RAI balance unchanged at 899999999999999999999996671, trader holds 9823403830542286766626965 claim units.

      (2) New unlock: swap(zeroForOne=false, amountSpecified=-9823403830542286766626965); burn(trader, uint160(RAI), 9823403830542286766626965); take(ETH, trader, delta.amount0).

Actual: creator balance still 0, PoolManager RAI balance still 899999999999999999999996671, trader spent 247837194271487 wei on the round trip (LP fee + price impact only).

      (3) Control: instead of step 2, burn the claims and take(RAI, trader, 9823403830542286766626965): creator receives floor(3%) = 294702114916268602998808 and the trader 9528701715626018163628157, i.e. the tax does apply when tokens actually leave the manager.

Reproduced with test/scratch/ClaimsPath.t.sol (ClaimsTrader + PoolFixture), both tests pass on the current code, confirming the behaviour.

  9. Audit judgeAgent #36found 3 info

Review complete. The findings file is written and the working tree is otherwise untouched.

Outcome: no defects in RAIToken. The code implements the authoritative mechanics M1 exactly, and the project's own 43 tests pass against the vendored Uniswap v4 PoolManager. All six specialist findings reproduced, but every one describes a design consequence of the specified source-based tax rather than a bug, so I merged them into three info-level entries.

    What I reproduced and kept

    • ERC-6909 claim and single-unlock bypass (merged from math, economics and flow). A buyer who settles with mint or nets a buy against a sell in one unlock never triggers an ERC-20 transfer from the PoolManager, so the creator receives nothing. The economics specialist's proof fails on this code at its final "3% of every buy" assertion only. Both M1 and the narrative define a buy as a transfer FROM the PoolManager, so I lowered it from low to info. It cannot be fixed inside an ERC-20.
    • Every PoolManager outflow is taxed (from permissions). RAI LP fee collection and liquidity withdrawal pay 3% to the creator. Verified with a scratch probe and the committed withdrawal test. Matches M1 and is already stated in the README.
    • Rounding down (merged from math and permissions). Outflows below 34 minor units pay zero tax. Verified with a scratch probe. The chunked-take bypass costs far more gas than it saves.

My own pass found nothing further. Allowance handling, zero-address checks, conservation, the untaxed seed and sell paths, the absence of admin or mint selectors, and the CREATE2 deployability of a no-argument constructor all hold. The manifest matches the schema and the constructor. The static-analysis line about large numeric literals is style only.

Coverage: all three entry points answered as holds, plus three invariant rows. The findings file carries all of this, and the scratch tests were removed.

    • infoCreator tax is keyed on ERC-20 outflows from the PoolManager, so buys settled as ERC-6909 claims or netted inside one unlock pay no tax (design limitation, conforms to M1)src/RAIToken.sol:67

Merged from audit_math (claims), audit_economics (claims + single-unlock netting) and audit_flow (claims); all three describe the same root cause. The only trigger for the 3% creator fee is an ERC-20 transfer whose from is the PoolManager. Uniswap v4 lets a swapper settle a positive RAI delta with PoolManager.mint (an ERC-6909 claim, no ERC-20 movement) instead of take, pay a negative RAI delta with PoolManager.burn, or net a buy against a sell inside the same unlock.

None of these paths call RAIToken, so the creator wallet 0xD85D2A13bD490a21959F1EcABe8aC82221D253bc receives nothing while the pool price moves and the 1.25% LP fee is paid. The tax is collected the moment real tokens leave the PoolManager (take), so no pool funds leak and settlement never leaves debt.

Recalibration: the authoritative mechanics M1 and the narrative (item 3) both define a buy as a transfer FROM the PoolManager, and the cited live launches #1000, #747 and #843 share the property. The code therefore implements the specification exactly; this cannot be closed inside an ERC-20 (it would need a pool hook, a scope decision for the requester).

Reported at info so the requester knows '3% of every buy' is really '3% of every ERC-20 withdrawal from the PoolManager', and so README.md / launch.json notes do not overstate the guarantee. The delivered suite does not exercise PoolManager.mint/burn at all. audit_economics rated this low; lowered to info because no specified guarantee is broken and no party loses funds relative to M1.

State: vendored v4-core v4.0.0 PoolManager constructed in place at 0x8366a39CC670B4001A1121B8F6A443A643e40951; RAIToken deployed by a seeder contract; pool ETH/RAI fee 12500 spacing 60 initialised at 1 ETH per 1e9 RAI and seeded single-sided with 900,000,000 RAI; trader contract holds 10 ETH.

      Path A: inside unlock, swap(zeroForOne=true, amountSpecified=-0.01 ether, MIN_SQRT_PRICE+1) -> delta.amount1 = +9823403830542286766626965; settle{value: 0.01 ether}(); mint(trader, uint160(RAI), 9823403830542286766626965).

Expected under a literal '3% of every buy': creator balance +294702114916268602998808.

Actual: token.balanceOf(creator) == 0, token.balanceOf(PoolManager) unchanged, trader holds the full gross as ERC-6909 claims.

      Then unlock: swap(zeroForOne=false, -9823403830542286766626965); burn(trader, uint160(RAI), same); take(ETH, trader, amount0).

Actual: creator still 0; trader ETH < 10 ether (LP fee paid both ways).

Path B: buy -0.01 ether and sell back the full amount1 in one unlockCallback, settle only the net ETH: creator receives 0.

Control: burn the claims and take(RAI, trader, gross) instead: creator receives floor(gross*300/10000) = 294702114916268602998808, i.e. the tax applies when tokens actually leave the manager.

Ran the economics specialist's proof (.imd/reads/proofs/Proof_ecc9d0e03cde.t.sol copied to test/scratch/ClaimBypass.t.sol): both tests fail only at the final 'spec: 3% of every buy' assertion; every earlier assertion (zero tax, unchanged pool balance, LP fee paid) passes.

    • infoEvery PoolManager ERC-20 outflow is taxed, not only swap buys: LP fee collection in RAI, liquidity withdrawal and claim redemption pay 3% to the creator (conforms to M1, documented)src/RAIToken.sol:67

From audit_permissions. The predicate is purely source-based and cannot distinguish a swap output from any other PoolManager.take(): the launch factory (or whoever holds the LP position) collecting RAI fees accrued from sells, removing its liquidity, or anyone redeeming ERC-6909 claims for ERC-20 RAI all forward 3% to TAX_RECIPIENT.

This is the over-inclusive side of the same source-based predicate as finding 1 but hits a different party (the LP rather than the creator), so it is kept as its own row. M1 literally specifies 'transfers FROM the Uniswap v4 PoolManager' and README.md line 28 already documents that liquidity withdrawals follow the same rule, so this is a design consequence, not a defect. No privileged actor exists and the recipient is a constant.

Recorded so the requester confirms it is intended, since the narrative items 3 and 5 describe the tax as borne by buyers only.

State: pool seeded as in test/support/PoolHarness.sol::_setUpPool (local v4 PoolManager at 0x8366a39CC670B4001A1121B8F6A443A643e40951, 900,000,000 RAI single-sided).

      1. trader.swap(buy, -0.01 ether) then trader.swap(sell, -heldBalance) so the LP position accrues RAI fees.

      2. factory.collectFees() = modifyLiquidity(0) then take(RAI, factory, feeAmount).

Expected under 'tax only on buys': factory receives feeAmount.

Actual (test/scratch/FeeCollect.t.sol, passes on current code): creator balance rises by feeAmount*300/10000 and the factory receives feeAmount minus that; manager fully settled.

The committed test test/RAIPoolManager.t.sol::test_LiquidityWithdrawalAlsoTaxesManagerOutflowsAndSettles shows the same for removeLiquidity: PoolManager debited gross, factory credited gross - floor(3%), creator credited floor(3%).

    • infoBuy tax rounds down: outflows of 1..33 minor units pay zero tax and larger amounts up to 1 unit less than 3% (dust, not economically farmable)src/RAIToken.sol:68

Merged from audit_math and audit_permissions (same root cause). floor(amount * 300 / 10000) is zero for amount < 34 and short by at most 1 unit otherwise, in the buyer's favour. Inside one unlock a caller can loop take(RAI, self, 33) and settle the gross with untaxed wallet balance, receiving RAI from the manager tax-free, but each take costs roughly 15k gas to avoid about 1 minor unit (about 3e-26 ETH at the 1 ETH opening cap), so this is not a feasible bypass.

The multiplication cannot overflow: amount is bounded by balanceOf[from] <= 1e27 (checked on line 61), so the product is at most 3e29. Conservation sum(balances) == totalSupply holds on every path because the debit is amount and the credits are tax plus amount - tax. launch.json notes already state 'rounded down to minor units'. Rounding up instead would make a 1-unit take deliver 0 units, which is worse for v4 integrations, so no change is recommended.

      Deploy RAIToken; deployer transfers 1000 units to 0x8366a39CC670B4001A1121B8F6A443A643e40951. vm.prank(PoolManager); transfer(alice, 33): expected exact-3% tax 0.99, actual tax 0, alice receives 33, creator receives 0. transfer(bob, 34): tax 1, bob receives 33. transfer(carol, 99): exact 2.97, actual tax 2, carol receives 97.

Verified in test/scratch/RoundingProbe.t.sol (passes on current code).

Chunked bypass: attacker holding 3300 units from an untaxed wallet transfer, inside manager.unlock loops 100x take(RAI, attacker, 33), then sync(RAI), transfer(manager, 3300), settle(): expected if tax were exact 99 units to creator, actual creator unchanged, attacker ends with 3300 units, manager settled.
