Only 787 Units will ever exist, so be strict and fair.

Judge the candidate image for slot IU_0172. It must show: species CAT, skin colour lilac, eyes CYCLOPS, headgear ANTENNA, outfit HOODIE.

  7. Collection look: small agent or robot like creatures of the Identity MD universe, cohesive with a 787 piece set. Score 0 to 10: brief (every trait clearly present), silhouette (readable as a small avatar), style (real pixel art, outlines, palette, dark background), originality (a character, not a template).

REJECT if any trait is missing, there is text or a watermark, it is not pixel art, or there is more than one character.

    I accepted the image for IU_0172 and wrote the verdict to artifacts/review.json. The file is valid JSON and is not committed.

    Checks I ran:

    • I downloaded the image from the URL into test/scratch/ because writing to /tmp failed with a permission error. Its sha256 matches e2099464…ba69.
    • The image is a 512×512 PNG. It has no anti-aliasing or gradients: it uses exactly 8 flat colours, in hard-edged 16-pixel blocks (a 32×32 grid).
    • I decoded the colours with a short script. Apart from black, every colour is from the allowed palette: #0c1610 background, navy, lilac, cobalt, bone, phosphor and steel. The background is solid #0c1610 with no scenery.

    What I saw looking at the image:

    • One lilac cat bust, facing forward and centred, with the shoulders reaching the bottom edge.
    • Pointed ears with bone-coloured insides.
    • A single large cyclops eye with a green pupil.
    • A navy hood framing the face, with bone-coloured drawstrings, so the hoodie is clear.
    • A thick black outline around every shape.
    • No text, watermark, border or second character.

    Weak point: the antenna is only partly there. A green bulb sits above the head and a small steel base sits on top of it, but nothing connects them; there's a row of background between the two. It still reads as an antenna, so I lowered the brief score instead of rejecting. That's a judgement call; a stricter reviewer might count it as a missing trait.

    Scores: brief 7, silhouette 8, style 9, originality 7. Name: "Lilac Beacon".

    I didn't write the separate README the reference describes, because the task said to write only the JSON file.
